Kegiatan dakwah ialah suatu aktivitas yang mendorong umat manusia untuk memperkuat keyakinannya kepada Allah SWT dan agar umat yang belum memeluk ajaran Islam juga dapat memeluk ajaran agama Islam dengan menggunakan cara yang bijaksana melalui materi ajaran syariat Islam, supaya mereka mendapatkan kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akhirat. Pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam ialah suatu kegiatan dakwah yang di pimpin langsung oleh sesepuh pondok pesantren azzayniyyah ialah KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. Pengajian kitab al-Hikam ini di dalamnya membahas tentang permasalahan kehidupan manusia seperti masalah hati (qolbu), akhlak, iman, dan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penyampayan dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam di pondok pesantren azzayniyyah dan untuk mengetahui pesan-pesan dakwah yang ada di dalam kitab al-Hikam. Landasan teori yang digunakan ialah teori M. Munir tentang dakwah bil-Lisan al-Hal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif, ialah dengan menggambarkan keadaan sebenarnya melalui pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam yang di lakukan oleh KH. Aang Abdullah Zein di anggap cukup berhasil, karena jamaah memberikan respon yang baik atau positif dan jamaah yang hadir setiap bulan slalu meningkat atau lebih banyak.Da'wah activity is an activity that encourages mankind to strengthen his belief in Allah SWT and so that people who have not embraced the teachings of Islam can also embrace the teachings of Islam by using a wise way through Islamic teaching material, so that they get happiness in the world and the hereafter. Study of the market of the book al-Hikam is a missionary activity led directly by the azzayniyyah boarding school elders is KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. This study of al-Hikam in it discusses the problems of human life such as the problem of the heart (qolbu), morals, faith, and Islam.  Thep of this study is to determine the delivery of da'wah through the study of the market of the book al-Hikam in azzayniyyah boarding school and to find out the messages of da'wah in the book of al-Hikam. The cornerstone of the theory used is M. Munir's theory about the da'wah bil-Lisan al-Hal. This research method uses descriptive, is to describe the actual situation through data collection conducted using interview techniques, documentation, and literature. The results of this study indicate that preaching through the study of the book market al-Hikam conducted by KH. Aang Abdullah Zein was considered quite successful, because worshipers gave good or positive responses and worshipers who were present every month always increased or more.

This article discussed the phonemic correspondence in Sundanese and Javanese using a historical comparative linguistic approach. The problem to be examined in this study is the form of phonemic correspondence in Sundanese and Javanese. The purpose of this study was to determine the phonemic correspondence sets in the comparison between Sundanese and Javanese. The method used in this research to analyze the data is the phonemic correspondence method. The correspondence method is used to find the relationship between languages ​​in the field of language sounds (phonology). Phonemic correspondence is used to determine regular phonemic changes in the languages ​​being compared. Data collection used interview techniques, note techniques and recording techniques. After the data is collected, then the data is classified according to the problem being studied and grouped into more specifics. After that, conclusions will be made based on the results of the data analysis. The data source obtained comes from 200 swadesh vocabularies in Sundanese and Javanese. From 200 swadesh vocabulary data found 49 data included in phonemic correspondence which is divided into 12 correspondence sets. The results of this study include the formation of correspondences in Sundanese and Javanese, namely, (ɛ ~ i) and (i ~ ɛ), (a ~ ɔ) and (ɔ ~ a), (d ~ D), (t ~ T) , (ɤ ~ ə), (b ~ w), (ɔ ~ u) and (ɔ ~ U), (i ~ I), (ø ~ h) and (h ~ ø), (ø ~ m), and (a ~ ə).

20 young children, 11 boys and 9 girls, 13 to 30 mo. of age were assessed developmentally on the Gesell Developmental Record by 2 psychiatric residents and on the Bayley scales by 2 psychologists. The psychologists and psychiatric residents also gave their opinions based on interviews of half of these children. Spearman correlations were high for Bayley and Gesell scores. Psychologists' estimates correlated better with the Bayley and the Gesell scores than did the estimates of psychiatry residents. Clearly, the structured tests were superior to interviewers' estimates in assessing the developmental level of these small children. After quite limited training, the psychiatric residents were able to use the Gesell scales effectively.

The article presents the basic assumptions of qualitative research and the possibilities of their application in social (political) sciences. To achieve this goal, is the interview method was chosen. In the first part, basic information about the interview method will be recalled. The idea of research practice based on the story of Halcolm’s ‘master’. In the second part selected individual interview techniques will be analyzed, which, according to the author, may be the most practical for a political scientist, and the summary will present examples of the use of interviewing techniques by researchers from various disciplines in the field of social-political sciences and the possibility of using re-analysis.

Education is a means for teachers to provide knowledge and experience as well as values ​​in life. For this reason, teachers are to provide a comfortable and joyful learning atmosphere for students, one of which is playing activities. In playing activities, students often behave badly, such as scuffle, and being selfish. This requires a teacher to be able to educate and facilitate them not to do so. This research was to recognize the teachers’ role in early childhood playing activities, especially at As-Salam Kindergarten, Pekan Arba, Tembilahan. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data were collected using structured interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The informants of the research were 3 teachers, a headmaster, head of foundations, and 38 students. The data were analyzed using the data triangulation technique by the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the teachers play a vital role as designers, observers, models, facilitators, elaborators, and evaluators.

This research explains the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI at Senior high school Darut Taqwa Sengonagung Purwosari Pasuruan. This Research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data collection was through by unstructured and opened interview techniques, unattended and opened observation, and documentation techniques. For analysis and interpretation of data using steps: a). Reduction data, b). Displaying data, and c). Conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the research shows that the internalization of multicultural values ​​in the learning process of PAI through two ways, namely through the material and using methods that reflect multicultural values.

<div class="WordSection1"><p><strong><em>ABSTRACT:</em></strong><em> The purpose of this research to explore the perceptions of taxpayers on the satisfaction of assistance performed by tax volunteers at the Tax Volunteer placement location. There are 4 (four) locations for the placement of Tax Volunteers, namely KPP Pratama Singaraja, KP2KP Negara, KP2KP Amlapura and Tax Center Undiksha. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling with interview techniques in collecting research data. The population in this research are taxpayers who carry out the duty to annual tax return through e-Filing. Meanwhile, the sample in this research were taxpayers whose reporting the annual tax return were assisted by Tax Volunteers in the 4 (four) placements. The results of this research indicate that taxpayer assistance activities by tax volunteers in helping to fill individual annual tax returns are very effective. This can be seen from the satisfaction of taxpayers after receiving assistance by Tax Volunteers. Taxpayers are satisfied with the assistance of tax volunteers because the annual tax return reporting process is easier, faster and Tax Volunteers are able to guide Taxpayers in filling out their own. This assistance helps reduce the difficulties experienced by Taxpayers in understanding SPT filling independently. Taxpayer satisfaction is expected to increase compliance in reporting the Annual Tax Return. The sustainability of the Tax Volunteer program is also highly expected because it is considered very effective for taxpayers who do not understand the procedures for submitting annual tax return, especially those who are not yet competent with technological advances.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Perception, Assistance, e-Filing, Tax Volunteers</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRAK:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi wajib pajak atas kepuasan pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh Relawan Pajak di lokasi penempatan relawan pajak. Adapun 4 (empat) lokasi penempatan Relawan Pajak yaitu KPP Pratama Singaraja, KP2KP Negara, KP2KP Amlapura dan <em>Tax Center</em> Undiksha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>purposive sampling</em> dengan teknik wawancara dalam pengumpulan data penelitian. Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Wajib Pajak yang melaksanakan kewajiban dalam melaporkan SPT Tahunan melalui <em>E-Filing</em>. Sedangkan, sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni Wajib Pajak yang kegiatan pelaporan SPT Tahunannya didampingi oleh Relawan Pajak di 4 (empat) penempatan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan wajib pajak oleh relawan pajak dalam membantu pengisian SPT tahunan orang pribadi sangat efektif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kepuasan wajib pajak setelah mendapatkan pendampingan oleh relawan pajak. Wajib Pajak puas atas pendampingan relawan pajak dikarenakan proses pelaporan SPT Tahunan menjadi lebih mudah, cepat dan para relawan pajak mampu menuntun wajib pajak dalam pengisian SPT-nya. Pendampingan ini membantu mengurangi kesulitan yang dialami Wajib Pajak dalam memahami pengisian SPT secara mandiri. Kepuasan Wajib Pajak diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam pelaporan SPT Tahunan. The research is a Case Study of Troubled Financing Handling at BMT Hubbul Wathon in the Covid-19 Pandemic. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In collecting data, researchers used interview techniques with BMT about policies to deal with the economic crisis during the Covid-19 Pandemic. BMT Hubbul Wathon Sumowono is one of the non-bank syari'ah financial institutions that issues a lot of financing products, such as Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah, and Ijarah financing. In providing financing to customers, an agreement is made in the BMT institution, in which there are several provisions that must be agreed upon by both parties. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, BMT Hubbul Wathon experienced a decrease in both savings, financing and installments. In the Covid-19 Pandemic as well, problematic financing at BMT Hubbul Wathon Sumowono increased by 5% when compared to the financing provided before the Covid-19 Pandemic. Therefore, this non-bank syari'ah financial institution issued several measures or policies including maintaining liquidity, restrictions in providing financing, and also by adding new customer members.

The implementation of the 2013 Curriculum until now is increasingly reaping problems. Although this curriculum has been running for seven years, it seems that this curriculum still has obstacles in some schools, especially in the field of Islamic religious education studies. This research aims to find out and examine the difficulties experienced by PAI teachers in implementing the 2013 Curriculum in the city of Medan. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach that is studied through literature studies. Data collection was obtained through interview techniques with PAI teachers in Medan. The results of this study show that there are several difficulties experienced by PAI teachers in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum, including lack of understanding of the teacher itself with the content of the 2013 curriculum as a whole, inadequate facilities as a means of support in supporting learning. Some learning materials require a time allocation that is more than the specified time. The solution offered in this case first; increased knowledge and application of the 2013 curriculum for teachers. It can be done by following open discussions, training and other intellectual activities. In addition, teachers are required to be creative in designing learning through innovative media and good learning strategies and methods.
