The level of livestock development is one of the indicators characterizing the state of economy not only of individual farms, but regions and state as a whole. Therefore, the solution to the problem of the improvement of the quality of feed and modernization of process of its production is relevant and significant for agricultural sector. In order to improve and study the technological process of mixing the grain mixture, a design of a continuous paddle mixing unit was developed. The purpose of the research is to establish functional dependencies on the design and operating parameters of a mixer with helical blades and determine their rational values. The influence of the shaft rotation frequency, the number of its blades and the state of tank fullness on the unevenness of the mixture, productivity and power consumption is determined. The increase in the degree of fullness and shaft speed intensifies the performance of the mixer. The highest mixer performance is provided by 6 blades. The increase in the shaft speed intensifies the power consumption of the mixer. The degree of fullness of the tank and the number of blades also increase power consumption, but to a lesser extent. The best quality of the mixture is provided by 8 blades with a degree of fullness of 2 5 % and a rotation frequency of 40 min-1 with a mixer capacity of about 180 kg/h and a power consumption of 270 watts.

One of the important stages of growing seeds of agricultural crops is its post-harvest processing, which includes the drying process, is the main and one of the most effective methods for storing and processing agricultural raw materials. The use of vibration drying equipment is especially effective in high-tech processes taking place in the seed industry, where product moisture is the most important condition for the implementation of technology. The object of research in this article was the technological process of post-harvest processing of high-moisture pumpkin seeds, in particular drying. The purpose of the work was to analyze the current state of post-harvest processing of high-moisture pumpkin seeds and to establish promising methods and means for intensifying this process with a simultaneous increase in the quality of the final raw material obtained. The task of the work was: to review research and publications on the state of post-harvest processing of pumpkin seeds in Ukraine, to establish the features of its post-harvest dues, in particular drying, to get acquainted with the technical means and technologies for performing the technological process of drying pumpkin seeds, to establish the main disadvantages of the existing drying equipment, to determine and to propose new promising technologies and technical solutions for intensifying the drying process of pumpkin seeds with a simultaneous increase in the quality of the final raw material with minimal energy consumption and translate them into a developed model of a vibration dryer, which sequentially implements filtration and convection stages of drying. The research methodology was based on a review analysis of existing studies and publications on the state of post-harvest treatment of pumpkin seeds in Ukraine and the search for ways to intensify this process with a simultaneous increase in the quality of the final raw material obtained. In scientific work, based on the results of the study, it was found that the existing grain drying equipment does not meet the requirements for drying high-moisture pumpkin seeds, therefore there is a need for the development, research and implementation of energy-efficient schemes and structures. The existing samples of domestic equipment for post-harvest processing of high-moisture pumpkin seeds are morally and physically obsolete, do not provide flexibility in the execution of the technological process, are energy- and metal-intensive and cannot be used in processing lots of seed material. The proposed design of a vibrating dryer, which sequentially implements filtration and convection stages of drying pumpkin seeds. The developed installation provides an intensification of this process with minimal energy consumption while increasing the quality of the final raw material obtained.

Different technologies of soybean seed drying are considered, their positive and negative sides are revealed. A comparative analysis of drying methods was carried out. It is established that the drying of soybean seeds in an electromagnetic field is one of the most promising. A combination of two methods of drying infrared and microwave soybean seeds in a single technological process is proposed. The requirements for the quality of soybean seeds are considered when stored in accordance with the State Standard, in particular the observance of humidity, which should not be more than 12%.

The purpose of the work is to assess the influence of the state of the technological process of production on the error of deciding on the suitability of the batch under control. Information is provided about the values of the error of representativeness at assessing the quality of building materials using ceramic brick as an example. It is shown that the rules for acceptance of the relevant normative documents for construction products should indicate the required number of samples for testing, taking into account the probability of an error-free forecast.


The article presents the main results of research on the development of a physical and mathematical model of the technological process of collecting flax seeds with a combing header and the justification of the range of its operating parameters based on software simulation and numerical modeling. The process of harvesting agricultural crops, including oil flax, is an important technological operation of their production in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The positive dynamics of the growth of oil flax production, which is due to the growing demand for seeds in the domestic and foreign markets, requires the intensification of harvesting equipment technological processes. The main reasons for restraining the production of oil flax are the imperfection of the equipment for harvesting and the inconsistency of the quality indicators of work with the established requirements. One of the directions for solving this problem is the technology of harvesting by stripping plants on the standing. Timely harvesting of oil flax seeds in optimal agrotechnical terms (plant condition, weather conditions, weediness, etc.) with minimal losses and contamination of the heap is one of the important scientific tasks of improving harvesting technology. Improving the efficiency of collecting oil flax seeds and, as a result, improving the quality of products requires new approaches to the development and implementation of technical means in progressive technologies. As a result of numerical modeling of the separation process of a heap in a combing header with a curvilinear casing shape, taking into account the physical and mechanical properties of its components, the dependences of the mass fraction of husk and stem particles leaving its area (an indicator of the quality of cleaning the heap from impurities) δh and the fraction of seeds and capsules leaving with seeds (seed loss index) δs from the rotation frequency of the beater-reflector n1 and the stripping drum n2, the position of the transparent zone of the boundary L and its width B. Solving the compromise problem, namely, maximizing the mass fraction of husk and stalk particles leaving the header area (quality indicator cleaning the heap from impurities) δh and minimizing the proportion of seeds and seed boxes leaving the header area (seed loss index) δs Obtained rational design and technological parameters of the combing type header with a curved casing: rotation frequency of the beater-reflector n1 = 782 rpm, combing drum rotation speed n2 = 671 rpm, transparent position zone of the boundaries L = 0.82 m and its width B = 0.45 m. In this case, the mass fraction of husk and stem particles leaving is δh = 42.4%, and the fraction of losses of seeds and capsules with seeds from the header area is in accordance with δs = 2.5%.

The aim of the research was to obtain a regression model of the influence of some structural and kinematic parameters of a continuous mixer working element on the quality of the prepared mixture. The research methodology included the analysis of the design of the mixing unit and the identification of factors that could significantly affect the quality of the mixture. Later, on the basis of the experimental studies, the quality of the mixture at given values of factors was determined and a regression model was established. The developed functional diagram of a continuous mixing unit made it possible to establish factors that most intensively affected the quality of the prepared mixture. The obtained adequate regression model of the coefficient of variation of the content of the control component in the samples of the mixture indicated an improvement in the quality of the mixture with an increase in the frequency of rotation of the mixers and the number of the arms levels. In terms of quality indicators, a rotation frequency of about 1500 rpm was most preferable with a number of mixer levels of at least 5.

Baking industry plays one of the most important roles in the production of vital food products. The quality of the bakery products can be improved through the improvement of quality in technological process of dough kneading. A technical solution for providing greater contact with the environment, reducing the duration of the process, and, accordingly, increase productivity due to the developed design of a new machine with a cylindrical working body was proposed. The ways of regulating the course of the technological process in the working chamber of a new kneading machine are considered. They are based on the change of parameters: duration of kneading, temperature, humidity, rotation frequency of the working body. A method of calculating the required power based on the process of kneading the dough is proposed. It allowed obtaining a theoretical calculation of power consumption at unknown values of the friction forces action on the kneading drum, but the known frequency of its rotation with the corresponding design parameters and factors of influence. In addition, it makes possibility to determine the effort main components that affect to the power increase of the working body drive.

As a result of the experiments, the technological process of cleaning used in the ginning process and the effect of calcum drums on the quality of the fiber when cleaning raw cotton were studied. The article is devoted to the development of methodological tools for budget financing of the agricultural sector of the economy of Ukraine. It is substantiated that the agricultural sector is a basic component of sustainable development of the national economy, a multiplier of general economic growth. The low quality of budget planning was diagnosed, which negatively affected the formation of the system of budget financing of the agricultural sector of the Ukrainian economy. Systemic shortcomings of the financial support of the agricultural sector of the economy from the State Budget of Ukraine identified: repeated adjustment of planned expenditures for the general and especially for the special fund, due to non-fulfillment of planned volumes and untimely budget allocations for the needs of the agricultural sector, lack of continuity the amount of funding for government programs, etc. It is established that agriculture of Ukraine is financed by 2/3 from the general fund of the State budget, from the special - by a third; the main source of funding for other sectors of the agricultural sector is the general fund. The types of models of state regulation of the agricultural sector of the economy in terms of basic features are identified - the type of financial policy, the level of state intervention, targeting, consequences for the market environment, and countries that apply the relevant models. According to this set of features, American and European types of models are distinguished. The type of capital reproduction model in the agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy is diagnosed as an intermediate type (between American and European) with a specific mechanism of financial regulation, in which direct methods of state regulation with appropriate levers and tools are preferred. It is emphasized that the target vector of state support should be positive dynamics in creating added value in the agricultural sector of the economy and stabilizing the financial stability of agricultural enterprises, which will form the basis of expanded capital reproduction and encourage accelerated sustainable development of the agricultural sector. The main directions of budget financing of the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine are formed: increase of absolute volume and specific weight in the general expenses of the Consolidated budget of Ukraine at the level of the contribution of the branch to the GDP of the country; improving the quality of budget planning of expenditures, limiting the possibility of adjusting their volumes for the general and special fund; expenditures to support food security and export potential of the agricultural sector of the economy under protected items; ensuring structural changes in favor of the development budget and its formation on a medium-term basis; prohibition of discretion in the financing of state and regional target programs in accordance with the approved passports, specification of these expenditures in accordance with the departmental and program classification, to ensure the transparency of the budget process.

Political democracy should be equivalent to the economic development of the quality of democracy, economic democracy if not upright, even the owner of the ruling power and money, which is parallel to force global corporatocracy. Consequently, the economic oligarchy preservation reinforces control of production and distribution from upstream to downstream and power monopoly of the market. The implication, increasingly sharp economic disparities, exclusive owner of the money and power become fertile, and the end could jeopardize the harmony of the national economy. The loss of national economic identity that makes people feel lost the “pilot of the state”. What happens then is the autopilot state. Viewing unclear direction of the economy, the national economy should clarify the true figure.
