The article describes the current economic trends development services sector through the effective economic development paradigms prism: from industrial-oriented to service-oriented, when it’s impossible to provide the high-tech and knowledge-intensive industries accelerating development, without the consumer industries complex of public goods and services providing development. The life quality improving and human interest to the new impressions had provided the growth of committed travels. Under the world economics consumer psychology changes, from the second half of the XX century, the world has witnessed the rapid development of global and national tourism markets. However, the Russian national market of tourist services lags behind the world´s leading tourism industry and shows a slow growth. The huge territory, underdevelopment supporting infrastructure, lack of tourist class hotels lead to the fact that the development of the tourism sector in the country is extremely uneven and has a point character. Moreover, in 2014 the Russian market of tourist services was recognized as opaque. A large number of limiting factors hinder the development of domestic tourism in Russia, in this regards, the international tourism in our country is developing primarily with a focus on travel. At the science point of view, the management decisions in any economics sphere, even if in tourist market developing, have to be based on the current status and forecasts of market development study and analysis. Due to this reasons, the considered in this article information about current trends in the Russian national tourism market has a high relevance.

The article analyses the current status of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), its key achievements and challenges, including those related to the COVID 19 pandemic. In the 2010s China has become one of world’s largest investors and BRI is one of the most important tools of Chinese investment policy. Due to its flexible structure, BRI has been able to adjust and develop in the context of the U.S. – China trade war and the growing anti-Chinese sentiment in the world that included the concerns over so called China’s debt diplomacy. But this lack of rigidity is also a challenge to those who study BRI because there is no official list of projects (estimations vary between 118 and 374) and countries participating in BRI (up to 138). China’s key BRI partner is Pakistan. The total value of projects implemented by China in Pakistan as part of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor was initially estimated at $46 billion but now exceeds $70 billion (new projects were signed even during the pandemic). BRI is increasing the number of its participants. In March 2019 Italy became the first G7 country to sign a BRI MoU with China. While implementing BRI China has faced such challenges as rising concerns of “China’s debt trap”, as well as ecological and political issues. In 2020 BRI is facing a new challenge with the COVID-19 pandemic. Some BRI projects were postponed because of the pandemic, but in some cases they were unaffected. There are 64 out of 138 countries participating in BRI that come from low and lower-middle income groups according to the World Bank classification. Their average ratio of foreign debt to GDP was 54% in 2018–2019. It is most likely that these countries will be hit hard by the coronacrisis. Thus the pandemic will encourage China to tighten the selection process for BRI projects with a focus on the most strategically important and cost effective ones. From the point of view of China’s BRI partners, the effect can be two-fold: the most unstable economies will increase their dependence on China, while with the economically strong countries China will be more willing to make concessions and offer more favorable conditions for cooperation.

The rapid development of blockchain technology has made cryptocurrencies widespread around the world, used as an alternative online currency. At the same time, cryptocurrencies have also established themselves as the ideal currency for cybercriminals due to their unregulated and pseudo-anonymous nature. This state of affairs has led to the emergence of the possibility of using cryptocurrencies as a tool to facilitate crimes committed both in cyberspace and in the real world, including money laundering, cyber extortion, phishing, hacking, cyber fraud and other crimes in the financial sector. Given the high-tech, decentralized and therefore complex nature of cryptocurrencies, it is important for criminologists to have a basic understanding of the methods of operation used in "cryptocurrency crimes." Thus, this article analyzes the issues of using cryptocurrency to promote criminal activity, as well as countering issues.

As we know, the new dimension of relations between societies and developed underdeveloped countries in today's world is expressed by the word "globalization". I think it is not wrong to say that this word covers all the economic, administrative, cultural, social, political words. This multidimensional word is expressed from another point of view, that is, the globalization of the world in terms of economic, administrative, cultural, social and communication, that is, another word of globalization. It began to develop at about the beginning of the 1800s, revived in the 1960s, and developed in parallel with the rapid development of communication technology after 1980, and its development continued rapidly in the last decade. Parallel to the development of communication technology, our world has shrunk, public, local and individual values become shared without boundaries. This has influenced information exchange and learning. For this reason, lifelong learning has become a lifestyle. This lifestyle has brought vitality to the economy, communication, education and transportation in recent years. The number of scientific, economic, administrative, cultural and social activities among the countries has increased. For example, when we look at the recent researches of the travel agencies of Turkey in 2016, people from nearly everywhere in the world entered our country (total 25,352,213) and in the same way our country went to all corners of the world (total 8.062.065). This numerical data belonging only to my country, if we think about the whole world, the result will come out spontaneously. The reality of today's world is not static, but an active life. The reality of today's world is not static, but an active life that always renews itself. In this work, the relevance of globalization to lifelong learning has been examined in a classical way.
