The article deals with the necessity of training cadets of the Russian Interior Ministry institutions for the prevention of possible danger and the safety of police officers, that is, their professional security, first of all from the encroachment of criminal elements. Particular attention in modern conditions should be given to information security, which includes the security of personal data of the professional activities of ATS employees, the personal life of the employee, and the reduction of the negative impact of the media on employees of the internal affairs bodies.

Methods of training in advanced training groups formed from the staff of personnel divisions of the MIA of Russia, which involve the use of anti-corruption education at different stages of professional activity are discussed in the article. A comprehensive approach to the formation of anti-corruption behavior, which allows using various forms of training of police officers in their relation is described. The effectiveness of this approach in the system of professional development was shown. A comprehensive approach allows the training process to pay attention to the needs and difficulties in the field of corruption prevention without spending time on basic training information. Several stages in the organization and content of training are considered. Each of them corresponds to different stages of professional development of specialists of personnel divisions of internal affairs bodies. Described in detail every stage is aimed at a separate audience and has its own value. The possibilities of anti-corruption education are presented, starting with the selection of personnel for service in the internal affairs bodies and ending with the preparation for dismissal. The anti-corruption educational activities carried out at the present time are analyzed. Methods of intensifying each of them and the possibilities of optimal inclusion in the developed complex of content and forms are determined. The proposed approach can be used for majority posts. It is not limited to human resources units. In addition, the developed methodological material can be used by students in the course of their professional activities in the field after studying at advanced training courses.

Personal data is a complex and multi-component term that reflects all the contradictions in the development of information technologies and their impact on the lives of citizens. In the current circumstances, the activities of the media are influenced by the changing personal data regulation, and the work of journalists in the field of getting, processing, and dissemination of information is complicated. The article analyzes the specifics of the use of personal data in media materials. An analysis of judicial practice shows that in the conditions of legislation on personal data, the media is able to carry out professional activities and protect their rights, however for effective work, editorial staff needs legal knowledge in the field of working with personal data.New legal expertise is required from journalists. Firstly, it is necessary to correctly understand the essence of the term personal data as a collection of information identifying a particular person. At the same time, it is important to take into account possible combinations and security of personal data.Secondly, the nature of the information to publish is important. For example, if the dissemination of personal data is carried out when highlighting a problem of public interest. This principle avoids depersonalization of important information but requires conscientiousness and good faith in the preparation of material. However, the reality is that in each case the understanding of the public interest of journalists does not always coincide with the understanding of the courts.Thirdly, it is crucially important to know how information was obtained and to assess the validity of the actions of journalists and sources in obtaining and transmitting information adequately. If the information is placed on public information resources following the current legislation, it is a legitimate source of information. This applies to information prepared by the press services of state organizations and departments, press releases posted on the websites of state authorities, information, disclosure, and publication of which is carried out in accordance with federal laws. Obtaining consent to disseminate information about a person from this person is also one of the most important rules that journalists, especially beginners, often forget about. Sometimes this is enough to avoid possible legal claims. The identity of the personal data subject who has become the object of journalistic material and its socio-professional status are also significant facts.

В статье рассматриваются основные принципы формирования и трансформации общественного мнения о полиции в гражданской среде, связанные с участием сотрудников правоохранительных органов в мероприятиях, направленных на предотвращение негативных последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций. Рассматриваются объективные риски, возникающие вследствие некорректной трактовки служебных действий сотрудников правоохранительных органов представителями гражданской сферы в условиях ограничения их возможностей с целью минимизации ущерба от чрезвычайной ситуации. Отмечается, что в условиях действия ограничительных мер на период объявления чрезвычайной ситуации усиливается негативное восприятие деятельности сотрудников органов внутренних дел. Оцениваются перспективы, связанные с улучшением социального восприятия полиции в результате освещения самоотверженности и высоких личных качеств сотрудников полиции, с риском для жизни и здоровья участвующих в борьбе с последствиями чрезвычайной ситуации и в спасении гражданского населения. Делается вывод о необходимости использования средств массовой информации как инструмента формирования общественного мнения в целях объективного отражения в общественном сознании россиян профессиональной деятельности работников правоохранительной системы. The paper examines the principles of the formation and transformation of public opinion about the police in the civilian environment, associated with the participation of law enforcement officers in measures aimed at preventing the negative consequences of emergencies. The publication considers the risks associated with the incorrect interpretation of the official actions of law enforcement officials by representatives of the civilian sphere in the context of limiting their capabilities in order to minimize damage from an emergency. The author evaluates the prospects related to improving the social perception of the police through highlighting the disregard of self and high personal qualities of police officers at risk to life and health of those involved in combating the consequences of an emergency and rescuing the civilian population. It is concluded that the media should be used as an instrument for the formation of public opinion in order to objectively reflect the professional activities of law enforcement officials in the public consciousness of Russians.

The article deals with the problem of forming a tolerant consciousness. The purpose of the study is to assess the degree of expression of students ' own tolerance during the period of training in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The research methods used were theoretical and comparative analysis, generalization, interpretation and reinterpretation of scientific data, existing practice; empirical methods: conversation, survey, method of expert assessments. The study sample consisted of cadets and students of higher educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (94 respondents aged 18 to 22 years, 63 men and 31 women). The problems of forming a tolerant consciousness, the structure of tolerance, the importance of tolerance in the professional activities of police officers, as well as in the process of their training and professional development are considered. The results of the study of the degree of self-tolerance among cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are presented. It is shown that despite a fairly high level of tolerance, the main problem point for cadets is the formation and development of their active life position. An adequate level of tolerance of cadets is an indicator not only of the social maturity of the individual, but also indicates the formation of their professional self-awareness. The obtained results and conclusions are relevant for the organization of psychological work in the internal affairs bodies.

В настоящее время авторитет сотрудников органов внутренних дел в обществе невысок. В связи с этим существует реальная потребность в исследовании путей создания положительного образа правоохранителей. В статье уделено внимание исследованию психологических особенностей, влияющих на формирование социально одобряемого образа сотрудников полиции. В ходе исследования были использованы такие методы, как контент-анализ сообщений со средств массовой информации, сравнительный анализ наработок по изучаемой проблеме, групповые беседы, анкетирование, психодиагностическое исследование курсантов и слушателей. Важным аспектом формирования положительного имиджа сотрудников органов внутренних дел является изучение их мотивационно-ценностной сферы. Именно положительная профессиональная направленность и мотивация профессиональной деятельности будут способствовать развитию всех необходимых качеств, отображенных в профессиограмме правоохранителей. Внутренняя мотивация определяет желание самосовершенствоваться, стремление к личностному и профессиональному развитию, предполагает высокую нравственность и законопослушность, а это, в свою очередь, непосредственно отражается на внешне воспринимаемом облике стражей закона. Также на основе результатов исследования разработаны предложения по формированию положительного имиджа сотрудников полиции, касающиеся работы с кадровым потенциалом. Currently, the public does not appreciate the image of employees of internal affairs agencies. In this regard, there is a real need to study ways of creating a positive image of law enforcement officials. The article focuses on the study of psychological features affecting the formation of a socially approved image of police officers. In the course of the study such methods as content analysis of messages from the media, a comparative analysis of developments on the problem under consideration, group conversations, questionnaires, and psychodiagnostic research of cadets and students were used. An important aspect of the formation of a positive image of employees of internal affairs agencies is the study of their motivational and semantic sphere. It is a positive professional orientation and motivation of professional activity that will contribute to the development of all the necessary qualities displayed in the law enforcement professiogram. Intrinsic motivation determines the desire for self-improvement, the desire for personal and professional development, involves high morality and law-abidingness, and this, in turn, is directly reflected in the outwardly perceived guards of the law. In addition, based on the results of the study, proposals to create a positive image of police officers regarding work with human resources were developed.

As a result of the spread of malicious information and spam in the Network, unauthorized access, disclosure, distortion, modification, destruction of both personal data of an individual user and digital data that make up the infrastructure of an entire state are possible. Therefore, ensuring information security is today one of the most important tasks of a society that seeks to preserve the current state of its territory of residence in the conditions of various external influences. Within the framework of information protection, a set of measures is implemented to ensure the security of data while maintaining their availability, confidentiality and integrity. The article deals with the problems of ensuring information security in the context of the transition to the digital economy. The article describes the main challenges and threats to databases in the form of unauthorized use, distortion, modification, and destruction of information. The authors reveal the psychological determinants of the constructive behavior of police officers in interpersonal conflicts with various categories of citizens, as well as the development of algorithms for psychologically competent actions of an employee in typical emotionally intense interpersonal situations. In order to study the peculiarities of conflicts and their manifestations in the activities of the heads of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, an empirical study was carried out, in which 104 respondents took part - the heads of the territorial bodies of the internal affairs of the Russian Federation, both acting and temporarily undergoing training in various educational programs of the Academy. Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The study showed that modern chiefs of internal affairs bodies are focused on the implementation in everyday practice of interaction with subordinates of the subject-cooperating approach, since it is close to the national mentality and contributes to effective prevention and settlement of conflicts. The most important task of the head of the internal affairs bodies in the process of managing socio-psychological conflicts is their objective complex analysis in order to use the positive experience of resolving conflicts and preventing the development of destructive socio-psychological conflicts. The process of managing socio-psychological conflicts involves the implementation of modern psychotechnologies. To effectively solve emerging problems, each police officer must master the necessary minimum of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of behavior in a conflict, i.e. get conflictological training.

The article presents the main approaches to understanding the concept of "stress". The theoretical approaches concerning the problem of study of stress are analyzed. The problem of stress resistance in the training of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is described. The main causes of the emergence of stress situations in the Ministry of Internal Affairs cadets were revealed. The symptoms of stress detection and the stage of development of a stressful situation are revealed. The article deals with the system of special physical training of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Psychological aspects of the professional activities of future police officers are taken into account. The constructive influence of means of special physical training on the psychologically important qualities of the future law-enforcement officer is offered. Recommendations for implementation of methods of formation of psychological readiness of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the performance of their official duties in the educational process are given.

The aim is to identify the features of the emerging media image of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation on the basis of sociological analysis, the results of All-Russian empirical sociological studies presented in the work. The article analyzes the image of police officers broadcast by the mass media. The analysis is based on an understanding of the multifactorial nature of the formation of the image of the police. It is proved that the assessment of the objectivity of the coverage of the work of the police by the mass media forms the attitude of the population to the activities of the police. It is proved that the assessment of the objectivity of the coverage of the work of the police by the mass media forms the attitude of the population to their activities Among the factors influencing the formation of a positive media image of police officers should be identified: personal, professional and moral qualities. It is concluded that the high level of morality and professionalism of police officers, together with objective coverage of their activities in the media, contribute to increasing the prestige of the Department of Internal Affairs, as well as increasing public confidence in the employees of this organization.
