This study aims to determine whether there is influence simultaneously and partial factor product, price, promotion and location of the purchasing decisions of consumers in the Distribution Outlet Mailbox in Yogyakarta and the factor of whether the greatest effect on consumer purchase decisions. The analysis used in this study is the analysis of t test (partial), f test analysis (simultaneously) and test the coefficient of multiple determination (R2). Samples taken in this study of 100 respondents who considered sufficiently representative of the population studied. Sampling technique using the incidental sampling (sampling with respondents met by chance at the time of the study). While data collecting technique using a questionnaire that is a list of questions given to a number of respondents to obtain data required in the research.Based on the results of t test analysis (partially) by Level of Significant (05) that there is influence of the partial product variable (X1) of (0,024), Price (X2) equal to (0.325), Promotion (X3) (0,000), and Location (X4) of (0.028) of the Consumer Buying Decision (Y). And based on results of test analysis f (simultaneously) is (0.000) with Level of Significant (05) and stated there is the influence of variables simultaneously Products (X1), Promotion (X3), and Location (X4) of the Consumer Buying Decision (Y) and variable rates (X2) has no effect signifika partially towards Consumer Purchase Decision (Y). The most dominant factor of influence on consumer purchasing decisions based on the data if the beta coefficient of the variable product (X1) of (0.222), Price (X2) equal to (0,110), Promotion (X3) (0.449), and Location (X4) for (0.201), factors that contribute the greatest value is a factor Promotions (X3), amounted to (0.449). The results obtained from the regression R 2 (coefficient of determination or R Square) of 0.623 means that the dependent variable (Y) in the model: Consumer Buying Decision (Y) explained by independent variables (X), namely Products (X1), Price (X2), Campaign (X3), and Location (X4) of 62.3%, while the remaining amount of 37.7% explained by other variables outside the model.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price and location on purchasing decisions of the UMKM consumer study of Mie Ayam and Bakso Barokah Ina in Bungo. The research method used is quantitative, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study were all consumers who had bought at Mie Ayam and Bakso Barokah Ina stalls in Bungo. The sample in this study as many as 96 respondents with sampling taken by using accidental sampling technique. Data collection methods used: interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing using t test, F test and coefficient of determination. From the results of the t-test analysis shows that product quality, price and location partially affect purchasing decisions. The results of the F-test show that product quality, price and location simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained adjusted R square (R2) of 0.670, this means that 67% of changes in purchasing decisions are caused by the changes in product quality, price and location variables. While the remaining 33% is due to changes in other variables included in the variables studied

Customers 'interest in owning a house through a KPR, apart from the urge to fulfill their need for a comfortable and nice place to live, is also related to how the KPR is marketed so that it attracts customers' interest. Or in other words, how is the marketing mix strategy implemented to attract buyers to the mortgage offered. The marketing mix includes products, prices, promotions, locations, people, processes and physical evidence.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of factors including: product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence on customer interest in KPR at PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch. The research data comes from a questionnaire distributed to 86 respondents who are KPR BNI Griya customers, using probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The analytical tool used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test.The results of this study indicate that the results of the t test on each research variable concluded that partially accepting the hypothesis point 1 and rejecting some of the hypothesis point 1, because it is proven that the location factor has a significant influence, while the product, price, promotion, people, process and Physical evidence does not have a significant effect on customer interest in the KPR PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch. The results of the F test on all the variables studied conclude that accepting the hypothesis point 2, because it is proven that the factors which include: product, price, promotion, location, people, process and physical evidence together have a significant influence on customer interest in KPR PT BNI TanjungRedeb Branch

This study aims to make marketers know that price, product quality on consumer purchasing decisions have an impact on customer satisfaction, namely on Prices, Product Quality on Consumer Purchase Decisions That Impact on Customer Satisfaction CV.Cahaya Citrasurya Indoprima Surabaya. This study using path analysis (path analysis ) and the type of research quantitative population study is a customer CV. Cahaya Citrasurya Indoprima Surabaya, amounting to 50 permanent customers . The sampling technique uses nonprobability techniques(saturated sample) so that the research sample was 50 respondents. Test equipment used for data processing using SPSS software version 24.0. After testing the proposed hypothesis, it is obtained the results of analysis of research data that has been done partially which shows that Product Price and Quality have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions , indicating that Price and Purchasing Decisions have no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, indicating that Price, Quality Product and Purchase Decisions have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction .

Psychology student is required to have a good communication skills in situations of personal and public. One of the competencies that must be owned by bachelor of psychology are skilled in interpersonal communication and have an ability to communicate with each other. Handling the anxiety experienced by individuals may differ between one individual with another individual depends on an individual assessment of the capabilities that called self-efficacy (Sarafino, 1994).Self-efficacy is a believefrom individual against all aspects of the advantages who aims to reach an achievement.A total of 175 students in Udayana University and Dhyana Pura University are still actively follow lectures and do an individual presentations in front of the class became a subject in this correlational quantitative study. The sampling technique used was simple random samplingData were processed using Pearson Product Moment analysis, simple linear regression, independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA analysis. Statistical analysis show, there is significant correlation between self-efficacy and communication apprehensionin order to do presentation in front of class (r = -0,725; p = 0,000). The coefficient of determination obtained for 0,540 which means that 54 % of the variance that occurs in the communication apprehension in order to do a presentationin front of the class variable can be explained by the variance in self-efficacy variable. T test and F test analysis found that the mean scores for communication apprehension in order to do a presentationin front of the class did not differ significantly when assessed from the gender (T = 1,389; p = 0,167) and there are differences in communication apprehension in presenting the task in front of the class when examined from many individual presentation experience (F = 15,848 ; p = 0,000).Keywords: Self-efficacy, communication apprehensionwhen presenting the task in front of the class, students of Psychology.

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of the quality of products, promotion and price against the used car purchase decisions brands Avanzain Padang city.The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, while the number of samples that are used for the analysis is 100 people.Data analysis techniques were used to test the hypothesis is a multiple linear regression.In this study there are three variables, namely product quality, promotion and price.Variables have a significant influence of product purchases a used car brand of the Avanza in the city of Padang is the quality of the product and the price.While the value of the coefficient of determination in this study found of 0.694 or equal to 69.4%.The results showed that of the purchasing decision can be explained by the quality of products, promotions and rates of 69.4% 30.6%, while the rest allegedly explained by other factors not examined in this study.Based on the results of the testing of multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that the variable quality of product, price and promotion of a positive effect against the used car purchase decisions brands Avanza in Padang city.This research provides practical recommendations for the management of used car sales showroom in Padang city to continue to strive to improve the quality of the product and the price in the future.This is because the quality of the products and price have a meaningful influence on the purchase of a used car brand of the Avanza in Padang city.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Oppo smartphones, empirical studies; Pesona Square Mall Depok, Depok Town Square, Margo City Depok, ITC Depok and Depok Mall. The number of respondents who were sampled was 100 people, with the sample criteria; (i). Oppo smartphone users, and (ii). ever been to Pesona Square Depok Mall, Depok Town Square, Margo City Depok, ITC Depok or Depok Mall. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique. The method uses purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique with certain considerations, so the samples selected are people who meet the criteria mentioned above. By using the Roa Purba formula, the methods used in it include; Analysis of the validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination (SPSS Version 22). The result is that Product Quality (X1) does not have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y), meaning that the quality of Oppo smartphone products is not a determining factor in purchasing decisions. While the price variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y), meaning that the higher the price of the Oppo smartphone, the more it will increase the purchasing decision. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh bauran pemasaran 4P terhadap keputusan pembelian pupuk eceran di toko Tani Makmur kota Pagar Alam Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive nonprobability sampling. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi, dengan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, berdasarkan uji F, variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji t, hanya variabel harga yang disimpulkan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan variabel produk, tempat, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil interpretasi nilai koefisien korelasi (R Square 0,731) menunjukkan variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) menunjukan bahwa pengaruh produk, harga. Tempat, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah sebesar 53,4%, sedangkan sisanya 46,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Variabel produk adalah variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan berdasarkan dari nilai t hitung yang paling tinggi yaitu 7,913. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the 4P marketing mix on the decision to purchase retail fertilizer at the Tani Makmur shop, Pagar Alam city, South Sumatra. This research is a quantitative associative study, with a total sample of 93 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive nonprobability sampling. The independent variables in this study are product, price, place, and promotion, with purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate, based on the F test, product variables, price, place, and promotion have a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, based on the t test, only the price variable is concluded to have a positive but insignificant effect, while the product, place, and promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the interpretation of the value of the correlation coefficient (R Square 0.731) show that product, price, place, and promotion variables have a strong influence on purchasing decisions. And the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) shows that the effect of product, price. Place and promotion on purchasing decisions amounted to 53.4%, while the remaining 46.6% was influenced by other factors. The product variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence based on the highest t value, namely 7.913.

   The results showed that 1). Partially consumer needs (X1) and friend references (X3) affect the decision to buy Telkomsel pulses. This is indicated from T test (x1) = 2,341> t table α 0.05/2 (1,987), and T test (x3) = 2,508> t table α 0.05 / 2 (1,987), while the family influence variable ( X2), consumer social interaction (X4) and type of brand (X5) influence the credit purchase decision, but not significantly, 2). Simultaneously the needs of consumers (X1), the influence of family (X2), reference friends (X3), consumer social interaction (X4) and type of brand (X5) influence on credit purchase decisions. This is shown from the F test (50,130)> F table (1.85), with the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.935, which means that the magnitude of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is 93.50% and 6.50% is influenced by factors outside the model, 3). Friend's Reference Factor is the dominant factor in the decision to buy Telkomsel pulses among UNMAS Denpasar PSDKU Mataram students

The studi aims to determine whether promotions and prices have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Wahana Chemindo Jaya Medan. Where the consumers from PT. Wahana Chemindo Jaya Medan. The population in this study were all customers of PT. Wahana Chemindo Jaya Medan. The sample taken was 65 respondent using a non probability sampling technique. The data analysis method used is quantitative metdhod and data analysis method consisting of normality test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linaer regression terst, hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test and coefficient od determination test (R2). Working on data analysis methods using the help os SPSS 25 For windows.This study concludes that the promotion and price variabel have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decions at PT. Wahana Chemindo Jaya Medan. This result can be seen based on the coefficient of determination test which produces an R square value of 0,787. This shows that promotions and prices are able to influence the purchasing decisions of customers of PT. Wahana Chemindo Jay Medan by 78,7%.

Abstract : This research are conducted to analyze the factors that berpengarauh for consumers in making purchasing decisions. The independent variable consisted Price (X1), Brand Image (X2), Product Attribute (X3) and Variable Overall (X4). The dependent variable is the Purchasing Decisions Mobile or Android Smartphone Samsung type in ITC Kuningan Jakarta. Sample of 100 respondenn taken using Snowball Sampling technique. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis results are as follows: Y = 6224 + 0277 X1 - X2 0004 + 0232 + 0277 X3 X4. The independent variables that most influence the dependent variable is a variable price (0277) followed by a variable whole (0277). then the variable product attributes (0232) and then the negative elements of variable brand image (-0004). Deteminasinya coefficient (adjusted R2) of 0840, or 84 per cent means that the model coefficient of determination nice. Price and overall variables are important factors that influence consumer purchase decisions. Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilaksankan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengarauh bagi konsumen dalam membuat keputusan pembelian. Variabel independent terdiri Harga (X1), Brand Image (X2), Atribut Produk (X3) dan Variabel Keseluruhan (X4). Variabel dependent adalah Keputusan Pembelian Handphone atau Smartphone Samsung Jenis Android di ITC Kuningan Jakarta. Sampel berjumlah 100 respondenn yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Snowball Sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda hasilnya yaitu : Y  =  6.224 + 0.277 X1  - 0.004 X2 + 0.232 X3 + 0.277 X4. Variabel independen yang paling besar berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen adalah variabel harga (0.277) diikuti oleh variabel keseluruhan (0.277). kemudian variabel atribut produk (0.232) kemudian adanya unsur negative dari variabel citra merek (-0.004). Koefisien deteminasinya (adjusted R2) sebesar 0.840 atau 84 persen artinya model koefisien determinasi bagus. Harga dan variabel keseluruhan adalah faktor penting yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen.
