Background Clinical clerkship programme in medical schools were developed to provide students with direct interactions with patients and observe clinical teachers in practice. However, professional dilemmas are prone to occur due to the nature of experiential learning. Several studies across different cultures showed that medical students responded differently towards professional dilemma. Aims This study aims to explore how medical students respond to professional dilemmas occurred during their clinical clerkships and to what extent culture influences the responses. Method A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study. We conducted four focus group discussions with final year medical students who were selected using maximum variety sampling method. Thematic analysis was conducted following the transcription of the focus groups. Results We identified the impact of dilemmas on students’ emotions and concerns, students’ responses towards professional dilemmas, and factors affecting responses to dilemmas in clinical clerkship, which confirmed that cultures played roles in how students responded towards professional dilemmas. Conclusion This study has identified that culture, to some extent, influenced the way students responded to professional dilemmas. Therefore, it is paramount to develop a conducive and culturally sensitive educational environment and students’ ability to learn from professional dilemma experienced in the workplace for developing their professional identity.

This study discusses the history of the pagoda formation and its distribution along with the presence of Chinese existence in Manado. This study also discusses the factors and the impact of the pagoda in Manado. The first pagoda in Manado was beginning to exist in 1819, and in a fairly long period until 2018, the development and distribution were very slow despite the presence of Chinese in this area since the 17th century. This study was carried out using historical methods and analysis. The data obtained were processed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the presence of the pagoda together with the initial settlement of Chinese people brought by the Dutch VOC was aimed to build the fort of Fort Amsterdam. Although it impressed by the slow erection and distribution of pagodas in Manado, the causal factors and the impact are interesting in relation to interfaith, interethnic relations, urban expansion, religious space contestation, opening wider economic access and become tourism destinations.

This research article focused on evaluating the economic-financial situation of the company REIPROACERO SA, through the application of financial analysis methods and financial ratios, in order to determine the impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. On the other hand, within the investigative process the scientific method is applied, since it allowed to have an approach to the fact of interest, having contact with the data and information and real facts, which provided clues for the formulation of hypotheses and antecedents, building knowledge and leading to the verification of the same. Likewise, the qualitative descriptive approach was used, since the Financial Statements of the company, obtained from the Superintendencia de Compañias, Valores y Seguros, were analyzed; with a documentary design because information was obtained from scientifically recognized sources such as journals, articles in order to scientifically strengthen research. Where the results obtained showed excessive liquidity, low profitability and poor portfolio rotation.

Background: The success of the Community Based Education Research and services (COBERS) in Mbarara University of Science and Technology plays a fundamental role in improving the community's health, education, and economics by sharing knowledge obtained from projects and increases the student's interest and participation in research while fulfilling the mission and vision of the university. The Student's perception of the Program contributes to compliance by Students to work in rural areas upon graduation, increases trust from communities, enhances the behavioral change and decreases costs to health departments, and facilitates development and implementation of more effective public health interventions. Most published studies reporting students' perceptions of COBERS are mainly from the developed world and only a few in Africa including Uganda. This report explored the overall Students Perceptions of COBERS at Mbarara University of Science and Technology. Methodology: A qualitative descriptive design was employed. The study involved thirty-three Medical students who were selected by purposive sampling. Data was collected using focused group discussions and analyzed manually to generate themes and subthemes. Results: Four themes emerged from eighteen categories describing Medical Students Perception of COBERS: An opportunity for interactions, the program is challenging, Attainment of skills, and an opportunity for interactions. These Qualitative findings reveal mixed feelings about COBERS. Conclusion: In conclusion, the four themes; An opportunity for interactions, the program is challenging, attainment of skills, an opportunity for translating theory to practice that emerged from eighteen categories were mostly expressions of perceptions of COBERS. These qualitative findings suggest that students' acceptance of COBERS as a requirement for Medical Schools is based on their perception of the expected outcome and the perceived benefits of their contribution to the community. These findings were from five focused group discussions where participants participated voluntarily in the study.

Electric shock activity is an activity of an electric discharge into the water to look for fish using a stun. This activity is a way to sustain the local economy of the challenges existing conditions. Because of some reasons such as easy, effective and efficient this way is still used. Another reason this way is still used is because of economic necessity, small capital, and another effort is difficult to do.Even in preserving the environment, the Local Government who has authority in this case issued a regional regulation. Moving on from these problems, the writer wants to know the important role of the Electric shock activity at RT 01 Mendawai Seberang as the foundation to sustain the local economy as well as its impact, with the problem of the studies are (1) How does the Electric shock activity at RT 01 Mendawai Seberang Pangkalan Bun? (2) How is the role of culture in Electric shock activity on maintaining the local economy at RT 01 Mendawai Seberang Pangkalan Bun? (3)What is the impact of Electric shock activity for ecosystems and humans? This research is using qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this research are people who live in RT 01 Mendawai as the fisherman who use stun to look for fish. The object of this research is the culture of Electric shock activity in maintaining the local economy RT 01 Mendawai Seberang Pangkalan Bun. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview and documentation. In the technical validity of the data, the researcher was used a triangulation process.             The results from the culture of electric shockonmaintaining economic society at the RT. 01 Mendawai Seberang Pangkalan Bunis an activity that has long been done and the result of cultural transformation that has been handed ancestors.This activity is one way to sustain the local economy of the challenges existing conditions. One of the problem faced in early childhood now is the weakness in memorizing short hadiths. Hadiths is no lesson that can be achieved by just learning it, without making it. A habit to memorizing it since childhood. Hadits learning through memorization can be started from habituation done at home or school, with habituation installed since childhood wiol provide many benefits to children. The study aims to find out how the implementation of multimedia based learning in memorizing the hadith and the impact it causes as well as supporting in memorizing the hadiths in Raudhatul Atfhal Darul Adib Menteng Medan.  This type of research is field research with qualitative descriptive approach the subject of this study Raudhatul Atfhal Darul Adib Menteng Medan students. The result showed that through multimedia based learning in memorizing the short hadiths makes children memorable it will strengthen children’s memory with a sense of heart and build lovw to our prophet Muhammad Saw.

ObjectiveTo understand the structures and strategies that helped Kerala in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, the challenges faced by the state and how it was tackled.DesignQualitative descriptive study using focus group discussions and in-depth interviews.SettingState of Kerala, India.Participants29 participants: four focus group discussions and eight in-depth interviews. Participants were chosen purposively based on their involvement in decision-making and implementation of COVID-19 control activities, from the department of health and family welfare, police, revenue, local self-government and community-based organisations. Districts, panchayats (local bodies) and primary health centres (PHCs) were selected based on epidemiological features of the area like the intensity of disease transmission and preventive/containment activities carried out in that particular area to capture the wide range of activities undertaken in the state.ResultsThe study identified five major themes that can inform best practices viz social capital, robust public health system, participation and volunteerism, health system preparedness, and challenges. This study was a real-time exploration of the intricacies of COVID-19 management in a low/middle-income country and the model can serve as an example for other states and nations to emulate or adjust accordingly.ConclusionThe study shows the impact of synergy of these themes towards more effective solutions; however, further research is much needed in examining the relationship between these factors and their relevance in policy decisions.

Learning Elements which consists of Internships, Practicum Books, Student Activity, and Mid-Final Exam can drive the level of success of students in taking the Syariah Financial Operations Course. The fact that there are 70% Students who have less satisfactory score in Syari'ah Financial Operations Course need to be explained. Therefore it is necessary to analyze which elements that can help and encourage the success level of students. The purpose of this study is (1) to justify the learning model of the Syariah Operational Financial Course (2) to analyze the factors affecting the success rate of Students (3) to detect the constraints that faced by the learning model element of the Syariah Operational Finance Course as well as offer solutions in minimizing problematics. The population of this study is students who have taken the Syari'ah Financial Operations Courses (150-190 students or 90-95% of the population). In collecting data, researcher uses interview and questionary. Researcher uses qualitative descriptive approach to answer the objectives (1) and (3). While the others research objective is answered through Multiple Regression. <p>Norm in Sub district Sekar which requires each family maintain a minimum of one cow bringing the total number of cattle population in Sub District Sekar many as 7.676 cows. Livestock raising cattle in Karya Unggul Livest ock Group is carried out jointly with the colony cages as many as 54 cows. A cow can emit feces weighing 25 kg / day (Sihombing, 2000 in Alex S, Without the Year). It should therefore be able to produce compost herd weighing 1.350 kg / day. But the manure waste has not been used and simply discarded. Therefore, to improve the ability of farmers to do the class learned about composting. The purpose of this research was to determine the increase in the capabilities of Karya Unggul Livestock Group in composting through classroom learning. The method used is qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection is done by observation, interviews, focus group discussions, documentation. The research location determined by purposive, namely in group Livestock Karya Unggul In the village Sekar Sub District Sekar District Bojonegoro. The sample used in the census, cosnist of 60 responden. The results showed that increasing the capabilities of livestock group as classroom learning starts from: 1) Planning Study, 2) Implementation of Learning, and 3) Evaluation of Learning. Their classroom learning about composting expected farmers can apply compost processing technology that has been studied and used as a basic fertilizer plant.</p><p><em>                                                                                                             </em></p><p> </p><p><em> </em></p>

This research discusses the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on the female workers economy in Serang City. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected various areas of people's life, including the economy. On the other hand, female workers are among those affected by Covid-19. The theory used in this study is the Cohen economic impact theory which includes the impact on income, the impact on economic activity, and the impact on expenditure. The research method used is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This research's informants are the Labor Office of Serang Banten, the Giant Labor Community, and formal female workers. The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic in Serang City influenced some female workers' economic aspects, such as income, economic activities, and expenditure. This influence is especially for women workers affected, such as female workers at home, who are laid off until their work contract is terminated.
