The article deals with the problems of students’ healthcare of higher educational establishments. The Law of Ukraine «On Education», «The National Doctrine of the Development of Education in Ukraine», «The Concepts of Children and Youth Education in the National System of Education» emphasize the need to create organizational, psychological and pedagogical conditions for the personal and physical development and self-development of students, their self-realization in accordance with abilities, social and personal interests, preparation for independent life. The aim of the research is to find out the state of the students’ health culture formation and the ways to increase the level of health culture in the educational process of higher education. Pedagogical conditions for the health culture formation include the educational environment, that is the teacher of physical education, and the students’ involvement in sports and mass recreational work outside the classroom. It is necessary to offer students the opportunity to be engaged in motor activity at a time convenient for them, that is, to combine the directions of physical culture – physical education with mass sports, aimed at providing motor activity of students during their leisure time. The forms of conducting physical education classes (on a student’s choice) can be fitness classes, cheerleading, table tennis, badminton, power fitness, volleyball, football, aerobics, sports dances, etc. It is understandable that such forms of conducting classes require financial support to the higher educational establishments, which financially will not be able to provide themselves with such a wide range of health-motor programs. At the state level, this should be included into the legislative documents and be financially supported. An analysis of the questionnaire among students is given on the basis of which students choose modern, rather than classical, physical education, including strength fitness, dance fitness, cross-fitness, table tennis, badminton, football, volleyball, basketball; and a new form of conducting classes is a section work in stead of classical physical education classes.

The introduction of distance technologies is necessary in the professional training of students, despite various assessments of its effectiveness. Hence the purpose of the study: to develop an upbringing system for students in a distance format and experimentally prove its impact on the main directions of upbringing of future teachers, in comparison with extracurricular activities in full-time mode. 156 undergraduate students took part in the experiment. Experimental research is the author's paradigm for the formation of youth upbringing in extracurricular activities, which includes six synergistically interrelated areas. The upbringing student system developed in the study was tested in two formats of implementation: in full-time format at the first stage of the study and in distance format in the second half of the study. The statistical data obtained during the study confirm the effectiveness of the implementation of extracurricular activities for the formation of the upbringing of future teachers only in full-time format. The introduction of distance technologies in the implementation of upbringing extracurricular activities does not have a positive effect on students, but in some areas has an opposite negative effect. The practical significance of the study is determined by the introduction of a self-analysis and monitoring system into the educational process through the use of Facebook and VKontakte social networks.

The adoption of new normative documents in the field of education in Bulgaria determines the inclusion of children with special educational needs in general education schools. The significant and integral role which physical education plays in the educational process poses the question of the inclusion of children with impairments in motor activity training as well. Teachers implementing it contribute greatly to its positive effects. The main features of physical education include active motor activity and the related physical workload. In order for them to be adapted successfully to the specific needs of children with different disabilities, more specialized training is required. The analysis of the curricula of the faculties of education in Bulgaria shows that future pre-school and primary school teachers who will be responsible for the physical education of children in kindergartens and primary schools respectively do not receive appropriate training in adaptive physical education. Introduction and study purpose. The presented article shows the theoretical analysis of literature sources on the problem of the gender approach in physical education of pupils. Considering the problems of physical education of young people through the prism of gender, Ukrainian and foreign scholars emphasize the relationship between gender and personality-oriented approaches as the basis for the humanization of the educational process. With the purpose to determine the critical periods of decreased and increased motivation of students to engage in specially organized motor activity, taking into account their gender characteristics, it is necessary to monitor how the quantitative composition of masculine, feminine and androgynous boys and girls change with age and how these psychological characteristics affect their motivational priorities to motor activity. Material and methods. The results of the study are based on the materials of questionnaires and testing of 638 students of 5-11 forms (303 boys and 335 girls) of secondary education institutions. A set of methods was used to solve the tasks: analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific and methodological literature; questionnaire, psychological and diagnostic testing, test questionnaire S. Bem "Masculinity - femininity", generally accepted methods of mathematical statistics. Results. It is proved that androgynous and feminine gender characteristics influence the motivation to be engaged in physical activity in girls. The high level of motivation to engage in physical education and sports in boys coincides with a high level of androgyny and femininity. The critical period of reduced motivation to engage in physical education and sports falls on the period of increasing manifestation of masculine characteristics. Summary. As a result of the study, we received a fairly large amount of necessary knowledge, which gives us the opportunity to develop a model of components of individual physical culture of adolescents and young people with evaluation criteria for different age and gender groups. Key words: physical education, gender approach, boys, girls, masculinity, androgyny, femininity
