In Indonesia, the marriage law is regulated in UU No. 1 of 1974 which has been amended to become UU No. 16 of 2019. In addition, non-Moslems may comply with the provisions of the marriage law contained in the Civil Code. Marriage is an initial process for the formation of family life and the beginning of the manifestation of forms of human life. The daily life of men and women, created by God Almighty, naturally has an attraction to one another to share affection in realizing a life together or it can be said that they want to form physical and mental bonds to create a happy, harmonious, and eternal family. Understanding the marriage law needs to be done with humanist efforts and cannot be done instantly. The efforts to understand the marriage law need to be made to all levels of society, especially for school children so that the marriage they live in can be in accordance with the objectives of the marriage. School children are classified as immature and they still have an important responsibility to study. They really need information about the marriage law in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of marriage because they are in a stage of growth that is full of curiosity. This program aims that school children will not get missed-information about the marriage law. Therefore, school students are one of the targets of this program.

This work aims to study whether cohabiting couples tend to introduce new patterns in the allocation of domestic labor compared to married couples or if emergent family arrangements tend to follow traditional models. After a discussion of the theoretical issues involved, the results of an analysis on the time spent by partners on domestic labor will be presented. This analysis focuses on differences in the type of relationship individuals are in; that is, whether they are married or cohabiting. A comparison between men and women will be carried out. The data used in the analyses come from the national representative survey Multi-Purpose Family Survey Aspects of Daily Life, carried out in 2012 by the Italian National Institute of Statistics (ISTAT). The results suggest that even after taking into account other factors which tend to affect time spent in domestic labor, cohabitation appears to be a different model of partnership for women as opposed to marriage. This result is not valid for men. Men and women show different patterns of involvement into domestic labor and family life.

Abstract:The inheritance system in Islam reaps several differences of opinion, especially when faced with the values of religious humanism such as the value of brotherhood, freedom and equality. Differences of opinion are more visible in the concept of inheritance between men and women, 2: 1. However, in terms of humanism, justice cannot be separated from human life. Whereas Islam itself has its own meaning about justice; that fair does not always have to be the same. Therefore, the concept of 2: 1 between male and female heirs in Islamic law is not a form of injustice. This is due to the factors behind the development. One of them is the difference in the roles of men and women in family life. Where women get a living, while getting inheritance rights. Whereas men get inheritance rights, but still have to support the women who are in their dependents. Keywords: Inheritance Law, Inheritance Humanism, Islamic Law Abstrak:Sistem waris dalam Islam memang menuai beberapa perbedaan pendapat, apalagi bila dihadapkan pada nilai-nilai humanisme religius seperti nilai persaudaraan, kebebasan, dan persamaan.

Elementary students understanding of polygon areas concept is important in succeeding in their academic and daily life because the concept is broadly applied at schools and homes. Hence, a comprehensive understanding of the concept is required. The understanding can be seen from students analytical thinking in facing a complicated problem. If a student does analytical thinking, the student can create a link between the concepts and predict what will happen. In fact, students frequently use procedural thinking to solve almost any type of problem, including non-routine problems. A study to reveal this phenomenon is thus important to conduct. This study aimed to describe students analytical thinking in solving the polygon areas problems. To know the students analytical thinking, the researcher gave problems toa team of mathematics Olympiad of elementary school students. Based on students analytical answers, the researcher found (1) analytical and (2) semi-analytical thinking. Analytical thinking was characterized by algorithm clarity, chronological reasoning, valid argumentation, and effective steps. Semi-analytical thinking was characterized by a presence of disturbing elements which broke the chain of implications. Since its evolution environment has remained both a matter of awe and concern to man. The frontier attitude of the industrialized society towards nature has not only endangered the survival of all other life forms but also threatened the very existence of human life. The realization of such potential danger has necessitated the dissemination of knowledge and skill vis-a-vis environment protection at all stages of learning. Therefore, learners of all stages of learning need to be sensitized with a missionary zeal. This may ensure transformation of students into committed citizens for averting global environment crisis. The advancement of science and technology made the life more and more relaxed and man also became more and more ambitious. With such development, human dependence on environment increased. He consumed more resources and the effect of his activities on the environment became more and more detectable. Environment covers all the things present around the living beings and above the land, on the surface of the earth and under the earth. Environment indicates, in total, all of peripheral forces, pressures and circumstances, which affect the life, nature, behaviour, growth, development and maturation of living beings. Irrational exploitation (not utilization) of natural resources for our greed (not need) has endangered our survival, and incurred incalculable harm. Environmental Education is a science, a well-thought, permanent, lasting and integrated process of equipping learning experiences for getting awareness, knowledge, understanding, skills, values, technical expertise and involvement of learners with desirable attitudinal changes about their relationship with their natural and biophysical environment. Environmental Education is an organized effort to educate the masses about environment, its functions, need, importance, and especially how human beings can manage their behaviour in order to live in a sustainable manner.  The term 'environmental awareness' refers to creating general awareness of environmental issues, their causes by bringing about changes in perception, attitude, values and necessary skills to solve environment related problems. Moreover, it is the first step leading to the formation of responsible environmental behaviour (Stern, 2000). With the ever increasing development by modern man, large scale degradation of natural resources have been occurred, the public has to be educated about the fact that if we are degrading our environment we are actually harming ourselves. To encourage meaningful public participation and environment, it is necessary to create awareness about environment pollution and related adverse effects. This is the crucial time that environmental awareness and environmental sensitivity should be cultivated among the masses particularly among youths. For the awareness of society it is essential to work at a gross root level. So the whole society can work to save the environment.
