This study aims to determine whether the debtor has carried out his achievements as they should and knows the legal consequences for the debtor when trying to carry out his achievements more than the specified due date. This research is a normative or doctrinal research that is descriptive in nature using secondary data types. In this research, the data collection technique used is the study of literature. The results showed that Sujono, as the debtor and PT BPR Mranggen Mitra Persada as the creditor had carried out the credit agreement. By fulfilling the legal conditions of the agreement as stipulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, both subjective and objective terms, the agreement credit between PT BPR Mranggen Mitra Persada as the creditor and Sujono as the debtor is a legal agreement, but in credit repayments Sujono has an arrears of credit repayments calculated from the principal debt, interest, and costs incurred due to arrears. Since PT BPR Mranggen Mitra Persada filed a lawsuit with the Blora District Court, Sujono as a defendant had no good intention to attend the trial. The Panel of Judges decided to drop the verdict without the presence of the defendant called verstek. From this decision the defendant or Sujono fought against verstek or what was called the verzet. With respect to the verzet submitted by Sujono, the judge considered that the resistance was rejected by the Panel of Judges based on the consideration that Sujono had wrongly determined his legal subject and incorrectly determined the arguments of the resistance proposed by Sujono against PT BPR Mranggen Mitra Persada. Based on the decision of the Panel of Judges, Sujono is still considered to have defaulted and must fulfil his achievements.

ABSTRACTInheritance often causes problems in the family. There are many risks associated with this heritage. If it is not wise to respond to conflicts in the family could happen and result in even breaking the string of family strings. There are several things related to inheritance that need to be noticed that the sale or purchase of inheritance is not problematic later.One of the problems that often happens is the sale-buy agreement in the family made by a notary. The sale and purchase agreement in the family is very rare, because usually in the family that happens is a grant. However, sometimes there are problems. The sale and purchase agreement in the family is very difficult to find solution to completion. The heirs may cancel the sale of the inheritance if the legal conditions of sale and purchase are not met through the courts. The heir who does not give his consent in the sale of an inheritance of land as a right, has the right to cancel the sale of the land.The method used in this research is with the juridical-normative approach derived from data collection obtained from the primary data and secondary data, then analyzed by qualitative analysis method. The data collection technique used is literature study. Data analysis techniques used qualitative data analysis.The sale and purchase agreement in the family between the parent and the child does not meet the objective requirements of the terms of the validity of the agreement concerning the terms of the agreement and the halal causa, that the object of the sale is part of the inheritance dispute which became the claim of the plaintiff as legitimate heirs. Implications of family sale agreements made by a Notary in the case of an heir who refuses a sale and purchase agreement is to file a civil suit against the sale and purchase agreement with the District Court. The implications of the sale and purchase agreement on the position of the heirs in the inheritance dispute above as an act against the law as stipulated in Article 1365 of the Civil Code, therefore the sale and purchase agreement is of course detrimental to the legitimate heirs which resulted in the diminution of the object of inheritance.Keywords: Notary, Sale and Purchase Agreement, FamilyABSTRAKHarta warisan sering menimbulkan permasalahan dalam keluarga. Ada banyak resiko yang muncul berkaitan dengan harta warisan ini. Jika tidak bijak menyikapinya konfik dalam keluarga bisa saja  terjadi  dan mengakibatkan renggang bahkan putusnya tali kekeluargaan. Ada beberapa hal yang berkaitan harta warisan yang perlu di perhatikan agar penjualan maupun pembelian  harta warisan  tidak bermasalah nantinya.Salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi yaitu perjanjian jual-beli dalam keluarga yang dibuat oleh notaris. Perjanjian jual beli dalam keluarga sangat jarang terjadi, karena biasanya dalam keluarga yang terjadi adalah hibah. Namun demikian terkadang muncul permasalahan. Perjanjian jual beli dalam keluarga sangat sulit dicari solusi penyelesaiannya. Ahli waris dapat membatalkan Jual beli tanah waris jika syarat-syarat sah jual beli tidak terpenuhi melalui pengadilan. Ahli waris yang tidak memberikan persetujuannya dalam jual beli tanah warisan sebagai haknya, berhak membatalkan jual beli tanah tersebut.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan yuridis-normatif yang bersumber dari pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif.Perjanjian jual beli dalam keluarga antara orang tua dengan anak tersebut tidak memenuhi syarat obyektif dari syarat sahnya perjanjian mengenai hal-hal yang diperjanjikan dan causa yang halal, bahwa yang menjadi obyek jual-beli tersebut adalah bagian dari sengketa waris yang menjadi gugatan dari penggugat selaku dari ahli waris yang sah. Implikasi perjanjian jual-beli dalam keluarga yang dibuat oleh Notaris dalam hal adanya ahli waris yang menolak perjanjian jual beli yaitu dengan mengajukan gugatan secara perdata terhadap perjanjian jual beli tersebut pada Pengadilan Negeri. Implikasi perjanjian jual-beli terhadap kedudukan ahli waris pada sengketa waris diatas sebagai suatu perbuatan melawan hukum sebagaimana ketentuan pasal 1365 KUHPerdata, Sehingga perjanjian jual-beli tersebut tentu saja merugikan ahli waris yang sah yang berakibat pada berkurangnya obyek waris.Kata Kunci : Notaris, Perjanjian Jual Beli, Keluarga

The purpose of this study is the legal consequences arising out of the Credit Agreement with the guarantee of mortgage studies in case number 127 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PN.SMG, in the District Court of New York, How should a notary to make loan agreement with the Mortgage Guarantee ensure legal certainty.In this study, using juridical empirical method. Type and source of the data used in the primary and secondary data. Collecting data with the study of literature and the (observation, interviews and questionnaires). Analysis of data for qualitative descriptive. As a result of the law on the ratification of the creditors of the credit agreement by notary, with a guarantee of mortgage, based on the wording of Article 6 of Law No. I R 4 Year 1996 on Land  and Other Bodies related to the land, the right to sell the object of mortgage on its own power is one embodiment of the priority positions (referent). And as a result of the law of the debtor apply Article 1338 of the Civil Code, Article 1243 applies, Article 1244KUHPerdata, and Article 1237, paragraph (2) of the Civil Code. The legal consequences of Notaries that have fulfilled the provisions of Article 1320 of the Civil Code in accordance with the obligations of and is not in violation of Article 16 on the obligation of, and in compliance with the Article 38, 39, 40 andArticle 44 paragraph (1), (2), (3) and paragraph (4), Law of Republic of Indonesia No. 30 2004 Jo No. 2 Year 2014 concerning Notary and do not violate the code of ethics of the notary, so that the act is still not degraded to act under the hand. Of a credit agreement with a guarantee of mortgage that guarantees the rule of law and justice of the parties, the fulfillment of Article 1320, Article 1321 of the Civil Code, and Notary must comply with Article 15 and Article 16 ofthe Law Notary, implement the Code of conduct and other Law.

<em>The research objective was to determine the effect of work environment and career development on employee performance of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center). The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center) as many as 72 respondents using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5 percent. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used random sampling. The results of the study have an effect both partially and simultaneously on work environment and career development on employee performance at PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center).</em>

The purpose of this research itself is to determine the market position PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia in the BCG matrix (Boston Consulting Group) and formulating strategies to maintain market share. This type of research used in this research is to use descriptive methods. While this research data collection technique uses secondary data based on written documents in the form of sales results and market share PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia. The calculation result of BCG Matrix owned by PT Samsung Elektronik Indonesia shows that the company is in the position of Cash Cows where the position has a medium market growth with high market share. ABSTRACTFree Number of larvae (ABJ) in RW 15, Wonokusumo Village is 85%. However, the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still high, ie 17 cases. The high incidence rate of DHF is due to the interaction between host, agent and environment. Host in terms of behavior, dengue virus as an agent and environment derived from the surrounding conditions that can cause and trigger the spread of DHF. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of host and environment behavior to the occurrence of DHF in RW 15. This research using cross sectional design. Random sampling using the guy method. How to calculate the method guy is 10% of the population so that obtained a sample of 78 respondents. Primary data collection technique is done through indepth interview and filling questionnaire. Secondary data collection was obtained from Wonokusumo Puskemas report and report from Surabaya City Health Office. The research was conducted in RW 15. The result of bivariate statistic test showed significant relation between knowledge, attitude, action and environment against DHF incidence with p> α, 0,00> 0,05. The conclusion of this research is that there is host and environment interaction to DHF incidence. Suggestion of this research is procurement of work program every month, independent larvae monitoring movement by society and 3M movement plus every week on Thursday and procurement of training of cadre jumantik about how and regulation of dosage of abate powder according to dose.Keywords: host behavior, environment, disease Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever

This study discusses the commodification of local wisdom in health sector as the attraction of wellness tourism in Ubud Tourism Area. This research addresses the problem about the forms of commodification of local wisdom in health sector as an attraction of wellness tourism in Ubud Tourism Area. The method used to analyse the data is descriptive qualitative method with qualitative data. Types of data used are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, documentations and literature studies. Based on the results of this study it can be explained that the development of commodification of local wisdom in health sector as a health tourism attraction in the Ubud Tourism Area occurs in the form of commercialisation, profanisasi and modernisation. Commercialisation is identified in the form of place arrangement, product packaging and marketing. Then the profanisation occurs causes the decline in the sacred value of local wisdom into economic-oriented activities. Modernisation also has changed the local wisdom into modernised products.

Adanya fenomena disrupsi digital menyebabkan praktik passing off tidak hanya ditemukan dalam pasar konvensional namun juga dalam perdagangan elektronik, yaitu pada bentuk digital platform marketplace. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, pertama, mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai pelindungan hukum merek terkenal terhadap passing off atas merek terkenal pada digital platform marketplace di Indonesia. Kedua, mendapatkan pemahaman mengenai tindakan hukum yang dapat dilakukan pemilik merek terkenal terhadap pedagang dan penyedia digital platform marketplace terhadap passing off pada digital platform marketplace. Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif-analitis yang menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-normatif serta menganalisis data dengan metode normatif-kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu studi kepustakaan dengan mengakaji data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2016 tentang MIG dan Undang-Undang-Undang No. 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2008 tentang ITE, pemilik merek terkenal memiliki pelindungan hukum atas praktik passing off yang dilakukan dalam digital platform marketplace dan dapat melakukan tindakan-tindakan seperti mengajukan gugatan ganti rugi dengan memohon ganti rugi baik materil maupun immateril serta dapat mengajukan gugatan kepada Pengadilan Niaga sebagai bentuk ultimatum remedium. Namun untuk mendapatkan pelindungan lebih komprehensif pemilik merek terkenal haruslah mendaftarkan mereknya terlebih dahulu dan juga sebelum mengajukan gugatan dapat melakukan pengaduan kepada masing-masing digital platform marketplace. The phenomenon of digital disruption causes the practice of passing off not only found in conventional markets but also in electronic commerce, which is a digital platform marketplace. This research aims to, first gain an understanding of the legal protection of well-known marks against passing off on the digital platform marketplace in Indonesia and second, gains an understanding of legal actions that can be done by well-known marks owners towards traders and digital platform marketplace providers towards passing off on the digital platform marketplace. This research is in the form of descriptive-analytical using a juridical-normative approach and analyzing data with normative-qualitative methods. The data collection technique used is library research by assessing secondary data. The results showed that based on Law No. 20 of 2016 on Marks and GI and Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 on EIT, it said that the owner of well-known marks has legal protection for the practice of passing off carried out in the digital platform marketplace and can take actions such as filing a claim for compensation by requesting compensation both material and immaterial and can file a lawsuit to the Commercial Court as a form of ultimatum remedium. In order to have full protection, the owner of the well-known mark must register the trademark first and also before filing a lawsuit can make a complaint to each digital platform marketplace.

Abstract This research aims to describe and discuss the inheritance of Silek Pauh at the University of Kalumbuk subdistrict, Kuranji, Padang. The method used in this study is a qualitative deskritif method. Research instruments are self-researcher and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationary cameras. The data types in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observation, interviews, documentation.  The steps for analyzing data are data collection, describing data and making inferences. The results showed that the inheritance of Silaturahmi in this college was an open devolution system. But still rigid due to some things, among them the trainer currently has not found a candidate who is intact and able to learn the Silek Pauh.  The function of Silek Pauh in addition to martial arts and performance art, Silek Pauh is also used as a means of communication and associating among Pauh people. This seems to be seen in the practice activities Pauh Silek Many students come to Pauh Silaturahmi in this college from several villages outside the village Kalumbuk. Currently, the college has remained a sociable event between youth Kalumbuak. The process of student rektrument at the college is very easy, by coming directly and convey the goodwill to be a student in the College of Hospitality, and will be able to follow every process that is at the time of practice. Keywords: devolution, Silek Pauh, silaturahmi College

The purpose of this study is to explore how is the mediation process in the Sragen District Court ta in Sharia economic disputes. It also seeks to determine the suitability of the mediation process in terms of the Maslahah Mursalah. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The data source of this study consists of primary data and secondary data. The location of this study is in Sragen District Court. Data collection techniques in this study were using documentation and interviews. This study shows that the mediation process in Islamic economic disputes is not much different from other disputes. This research also reveals that there is a non-compliance with the existing regulations, i.e that peace which is carried out by the parties occurs outside the court and there is no Peace Act. Based on this, it will lead to a different legal effect

Abstract This article aims to reveal and describe the existence of Tarea-rea dance in Kenagarian Koto Gadang Guguk Kecamatan Gunung Talang  Kabupaten Solok. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The main instrument of this research is its own research and assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery, cameras and Handycam.  Data types use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observations and interviews. The steps for analyzing data are data collection, analyzing data, describing data and making conclusions. The results showed that Tarea-rea dance is a art carried by the ancestors of the Guguk people who inherited hereditary with the traditional system. Tarea-rea dance was originally used as a dance at the time of the decline ceremony of rice harvesting. Since 2015 This dance is increasingly popular in the Kenagarian Koto Gadang Guguk as the performing arts. The existence of Tarea-rea dance is still recognized and cultivated by the community and local people also have recognized the existence of the dance in the Kenagarian Koto Gadang Guguk. Keywords: existence, Tarea-Rea dance
