Abstract:Economy plays a very important role in human life. During its development, various methods or systems can be used to solve it. So far, there are three systems of economic development, namely capitalism / liberalism, socialism and Islam. Those are the questions that will be discussed in this scientific paper. By examining how government participation in development, the method used is descriptive analysis of the three systems. As a conclusion based on this description, it can be said that capitalism is a social system based on the recognition of individual rights. This includes property rights, where all ownership is private property. In other words, capitalism is an economic system that can fully control capital, or investors can use all types of capital. This includes commodities that are used to produce other commodities. The government or the contracting country must not interfere in economic development. The government only has the authority to formulate regulations regarding tax obligations for economic developers. Tax revenue will be used for the national interest, especially to fulfill its obligations for the welfare of the people. Keywords: Socialism, Karl Marx and Economics

In order for humans could reach the so-called falah (goodness), human behavior needs to be colored with the spirit and norms of Islamic economics reflected in its values. The principles and values of Islamic economics are considerably two inseparable things. The implementation of economic principles without being colored with values or values without being based on principles could keep people far away from their purpose, namely falah. The implementation of values not based on principles will tend to bring with it the normative economics, which would cause it trapped into injustice. While the implementation of values on the Islamic economic development is based on the five universal values, namely akidah (belief), 'adl (justice), nubuwwah (prophetic), khilafah (the government), and ma'ad (results). The five principles are used as the basis for building theories of Islamic economics. But strong and adequate theories not applied into a system will make the Islamic economics just as the study of science without giving positive impact on the economic life. Therefore, based on the five universal values, the three derivative principles should be built into the characteristics and the forerunner of the Islamic economic system. The Islamic economic system makes sure that there are no economic transactions that are contrary to the Shari'a. But business performance depends on the man behind the gun. For that reason, the economic actors within this framework could be held by non-Muslims. The Islamic economics could only be developed if the mindset and behavior of Muslims are already itqan (diligent) and ihsan (professional). It "may be" one of the secrets of the Prophet's statement, saying "Truly I was sent to perfect good character". Because good character could be an indicator of knowing good or bad behavior in determining both the success and the failure of business itself.

This research is a library research using the juridical-normative approachand descriptive analysis data. The results of the study show that same-sex marriage by nature hasagainst the nature of human life that is born to establish mental and biological bonds between theopposite sex, namely between men and women. The Positive Legal Review emphasizes that in theMarriage Law, it is stated that marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a womanto form a family or household and to carry on offspring and aim at upholding religious teachingsand carrying out customs. On the other hand, Islamic religious law also explicitly prohibits same-sexmarriage. As for the relation to interfaith marriage, if it is legalized, it is a violation of the constitution.Article 29 of the 1945 Constitution states that the State is based on the One Godhead (paragraph 1).The state guarantees the freedom of every resident to embrace his own religion and worship accordingto his religion and belief (verse 2). This article clearly states that the State guarantees every citizento practice his religious teachings. One form of freedom of religious worship is manifested in theimplementation of marriage. Religion regulates the procedures for marriage, including what is allowedand not done. Six religions recognized in Indonesia reject interfaith marriage. The article describes G.N. Tsagolov’s contribution to the development of political and economic theory, first of all, the theory of that new social system which, according to the scientist and his colleagues, should replace capitalism and “real socialism” — “integrated society”. It seems that G.N. Tsagolov’s theoretical developments were based on the methodology of the University School of Political Economy, which distinguished its initial and basic production relations in each system. The nature of Russian social and economic system as oligarchic and bureaucratic capitalism is revealed and the works in which G.N. Tsagolov showed the progressiveness of Chinese, Vietnamese and similar models of economic development are distinguished.

In a typical community, the commercial/industrial component provides enough tax revenue to offset most infrastructure costs. This is not the case in many suburban areas like Charles County, Maryland whose growth is predominantly residential with little commercial/industrial development. This article examines Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) as an innovative economic development strategy that can address this imbalance. A framework is outlined for the development of a PPP in Charles County that will benefit the county by increasing the supply of improved, ready-to-occupy commercial/industrial sites, and by acting as a tool to improve communication between citizens and the government.

Conflict is one of the social phenomena that continues to exist in human life. Conflict usually comes from several aspects such as social change, differences in authority (authority), differences in interests and cultural differences. Because Indonesia is a very diverse country of pluralism it is a variety of ethnic and ethnic diversity. Such diversity and diversity can lead to ethnic conflict. Simply put, this article will analyze the causes of conflict between ethnic Dayak and Madura in West Kalimantan, especially in Samalantan sub-district, how the impact will be caused by the conflict between Dayak ethnic with Madura in Samalantan, and also the attitude or action of the government to the conflict. In writing this scientific paper the author uses the method of literature study that comes from books or various articles that according to the author can support this writing. And based on the author’s analysis of the conflict between Dayak ethnic with Madura in Samalantan. Apparently the conflict in Samalantan has happened more than ten times, can not be added with certainty. The background of the conflict occurred because of the lack of government role in providing information to the Madura who will migrate to the island of Borneo about the customs, culture, and things that are not liked by the Dayaks when incoming by ethnic immigrants. The government's action to resolve the conflict is to facilitate the meeting between the two Dayak ethnic groups with Madura. But the impact of the conflict is certainly there are positive and negative, the positive Madurese become independent, and the Dayak negatively arise casualties.
