This study aims to describe the learning activities of Islamic Religious Education at the An-Naba Islamic Boarding School for muallaf. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytic method. Interviews, observation and documentation were applied to collect the data. Data were analyzed using the Milles and Huberman model analysis. The results showed that learning Islam for muallaf has the objectives to improve the quality of learning, create an ideal Muslim personality, foster Muslim morals, Muslim salimah personalities, and Muslims as caliphs. The optimization program for Islamic religious learning consists of a coaching program, an educational program, a development program, and a vocational education development program. The process of organizing Islamic religious learning for muallaf consists of four stages: shahâdah (the process of Islamization); ta'âruf (introduction) and tafâhum (understanding); ibthan (internalization); and muwâfaqah (acceptance).

This research aims to identify and analyse students’ response on the application of the Hypnoteaching in learning Hindu religious education in class X of SMAN 7 Denpasar. This research follows a qualitative approach with observation as the main data collection technique. The sample of the study is X Mipa 6 class with 34 students from a total of 389. The application of hypnoteaching methods is fun for students compared to  conventional methods which tend to be uninteresting. When using Hypnoteaching method, students were very excited during learning activities. By using hypnoteaching methods in learning Hindu religious education students becomes very enthusiastic in listening to the teacher's explanation of Hindu religious learning materials. To improve learning activities students prepare themselves for the topic discussion. Students’ response to the application of Hypnoteaching method is positive. They think that the method is effective as it can increase students’ enthusiasm to learn.

Abstract: This study aims to explain the program of self-actualization development of learners in improving the quality of graduates in al-Iman Male Boarding School Ponorogo. The approach used in this study was a qualitative approach and the design was case study. The results concluded: (1) self-actualization development program consists of two forms, namely structured / fixed and temporary programs. Both forms of the program are in terms of fostering the spirit of learning through existing programs, developing the ability to be leaders and improving the ability to interact with human beings. Self-actualization is influenced by internal and external factors. (2) Vision, mission and goals are the motors of self-actualization development program. In achieving the vision, mission and purpose of al-Iman Male Boarding School Ponorogo has some guidelines, including al-Qur'an, panca soul. (3) The implications of the program of self-actualization development of students in improving the quality of graduates are: (a) create various achievements, (b) graduates of al-Iman Male Boarding School obtain good response from various institutions and society, (c) graduates of al-Iman Male Boarding School Ponorogo can be enrolled in various local and international universities.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan program pengembangan aktualisasi diri peserta didik dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan di Pondok Pesantren al-Iman  Putra Ponorogo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: (1) program pengembangan aktualisasi diri terdiri dari dua bentuk yaitu terstruktur/tetap dan temporer. Kedua bentuk program tersebut mencangkup tiga hal yaitu: menumbuhkan semangat belajar kepada peserta didik melalui program-program yang ada, menumbuhkembangkan kemampuan menjadi pemimpin dan menumbuhkan kemampuan berinteraksi sesama manusia. Aktualisasi diri dipengaruhi oleh faktor intern dan ekstern. (2) Visi, misi dan tujuan merupakan penggerak program pengembangan aktualisasi diri. Dalam merealisasikan visi, misi dan tujuan Pondok Pesantren al-Iman   Putra Ponorogo mempunyai beberapa pedoman, diantaranya al-Qur’an, panca jiwa. (3) Implikasi program pengembangan aktualisasi diri peserta didik dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan yaitu: (a) menghasilkan dengan berbagai macam prestasi, (b) lulusan Pondok Pesantren al-Iman  Putra mendapatkan tanggapan baik dari berbagai lembaga dan masyarakat, (c) lulusan Pondok Pesantren al-Iman  Putra bisa diterima di berbagai perguruan tinggi baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri

This study aims to determine the condition of ethnic Chinese Muslims in organizing Islamic religious education in the city of Padangsidimpuan. The Muslim Chinese community participated in moving Islamic religious education in the city of Padangsidimpuan The research method uses qualitative. Instrument for collecting data on observation, interview and documentation. The research findings show that the implementation of Islamic religious education developed in several centers of religious learning activities. The dynamics of the implementation of ethnic Muslim Islamic religious education in the city of Padangsidimpuan carried out in a variety of containers and facilities. The organization of religious education is based on groups and individuals.It was concluded that the Muslim Chinese ethnic studied religious learning material on aqeedah, sharia and morals. Learning methods build communication between educators and students. Educators and students come from various scientific backgrounds, Islamic and Indonesian.

Adolescence was a period in human life whose age and role limits are often not very clear. From such phenomena, one of the tools that can prevent the occurrence of adolescent problems, either self-inflicted, parents and society in general was a steady and steady Islamic religious education, as well as fostering a healthy and commendable personality. The purpose of this article was  to analyze the students' religious development program that was a plan of activities, was used as a guide to make students able to practice their religious teachings well. This type of research was  descriptive qualitative. Data analysis method was used by using descriptive methods. The results show  that the implementation of religious programs in high school, seems to be more under the responsibility of the vice-principal of the student field, by looking at the data obtained, so many religious program activities to improve the quality of religious diversity of students in schools, either in the long term ( annual), monthly, weekly, and daily, which was a habituation activity. ABSTRAK Learning Arabic for the world of the Salaf Islamic Boarding School, which focuses on the study of the Yellow Book is one of the most important foundations because without understanding Arabic properly, it will face many difficulties. The learning system in Islamic boarding schools is often called Madrasah Diniyah. This Madrasah is one of the religious education institutions on the outside school path, which is expected to be able to continuously provide Islamic religious education to unmet students on the school path through the classical system. To study this problem, this research was carried out in the Madrasah Diniyah Al-Tarmasi with the subject of madrasah management from the Madrasah Headmaster, the board of teachers and education staff as well. Collecting data in this study are used interviews, observation and documentation as the main instruments with data triangulation as the analytical knife. The results of the study shown that there are several efforts by the Headmaster of Madrasah and teachers in improving the Quality of Arabic language learning by pouring a number of Strategies in: 1) Strategies to improve curriculum and the process of  Arabic learning. 2) Strategies for improving the quality of human resources to improve Arabic learning. 3) Strategies for improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of Arabiclearning. <p class="05Abstrak">Abstract</p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">The purpose of this study is to find out about the efforts or strategies for implementing teacher professionalism during the pandemic because learning activities are no longer carried out face-to-face but are completely digital / online. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that tries to explore the meaning of teacher professionalism as a step to develop the quality of educational institutions while still adjusting educational goals. The results of this study indicate that the majority of MI Hikmatun Najah teachers can implement their professionalism through online learning properly and right. They still carry out their duties and obligations in a professional manner even though the learning process is online / online. This research also shows that teachers can put their professionalism in accordance with the place and conditions.</p><p class="061AbstrakIndonesia">Abstrak</p><p class="05Abstrak">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang upaya-upaya atau strategi implementasi profesionalisme guru pada masa pandemi dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran tidak lagi dilakukan dengan tatap muka melainkan dengan serba digital/online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mencoba mengeksplorasi makna profesionalisme guru sebagai langkah mengembangkan mutu lembaga pendidikan dengan tetap menyesuaikan tujuan pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mayoritas guru MI Hikmatun Najah dapat mengimplementasikan sikap profesionalisme mereka melalui pembelajaran online dengan baik dan tepat. Mereka tetap melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban mereka secara profesional walaupun proses pembelajaran melalui online/daring. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa para guru dapat menempatkan sikap profesionalisme mereka sesuai dengan tempat dan kondisi.</p>

Religious culture of pesantren has its uniqueness which is still expected to be a support for the development of the education system in Indonesia. The authenticity and distinctiveness of the pesantren as well as the treasure the nation’s cultural traditions, is also a butter force for the educational pillar to bring up moral leaders of the nation, is a form of pesantren education that is characterized by traditionalism. This study used a qualitative approach. The data were collected through observations, interviews, and content analysis. The process of improving the quality of pesantren education is part of the development of national education, which is part of an effort to improve the quality of full human education. For achieving the quality of education, it must be based on a significant change. The change is needed in the management of quality and competitive educational institutions. Now one of the challenges faced by educational institutions is how to manage quality. Quality educational institutions, institutions that prioritize the quality of graduates and are able to demonstrate the values of education that make a top priority, due to a significant change in pesantren.

Pesantren as a religious educational institutions often compromised the spread understand religious radicalism. From this aspect, if the existence of boarding school instrumental more urgency in developing the views, attitudes towards the plurality of values.

This time and in the future Islamic religious school are face of competation with schools in regional as well as international. This era a degree amongts on Asian Nations in freedom trade in MEA. This religious education cannot be avoided and the alumni must prepare themselves with science and technology as well as other competencies or skills. Pendidikan ini telah menjadi bagian dari sistem pendidikan nasional yang kualitasnya diarahkan setara dengan pendidikan nasional pada umumnya dan bahkan pada tingkat regional maupun internasional. Kualitas pendidikan nasional yang di dalamnya ada pendidikan ini masih berada di bawah negara-negara Asia seperti Singapura, Thailand, Malaysia dan Vietnam. Saat ini dan mendatang produk pendidikan berada di tengah kompetisi perdagangan antar negara di tingkat regional maupun internasional. Di masa ini telah menghadapi perdagangan bebas antar negara Asia yang disebut dengan MEA. Hal ini tidak bisa dihindari oleh pendidikan keagamaan ini dan alumninya harus menyiapkan dirinya dengan ilmu dan teknologi serta kompetensi atau keterampilan lainnya. Telah ada di pendidikan ini instrumennya namun untuk merespons tantangan yang ada diperlukan revitalisasi di kurikulumnya dan pendidikan ini dikelola dengan total quality management.</p>

Education plays a very important role in the process of improving the quality of human resources and is a process that is integrated with the process of improving the quality of human resources themselves. For this reason, the government implements School-Based Management which involves relevant stakeholders, especially the community. This study aims to find out and analyze the collaboration of the Committee (community) with the Head of Madrasa in terms of improving the quality of education at Madrasa Aliyah Negeri in Banda Aceh City. Data collection in this study was conducted by interview, documentation, and observation. While the results of this study are the authors find that the Cooperation Committee and the Head of MAN in Banda Aceh City have been carried out in the form of partnerships that synergize and mutually understand the roles and functions of each institution in order to improve the quality of Madrasah education, this is clearly seen by the implementation of the boarding school program, student creativity activities, extracurricular activities and also academic achievement of students who continue to increase along with the increasing intensity of collaboration of the committee and the head of the Madrasah as a whole in all aspects that include learning activities, facilities, infrastructure, and technical education materially and non materially, so that it gives a significant influence on the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Banda Aceh City.
