Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis kebutuhan pendidikan karakter; (2) mengkaji nilai-nilai cerita rakyat sebagai materi ajar; dan (3) membuat prototipe model pendidikan karakter. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan R & D, yang dilaksanakan di 15 SD mulai Mei-Oktober 2014. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V, guru kelas, dan pengambil kebijakan. Penentuan sampel secara stratified random sampling. Tempat dan peristiwa, informan, cerita rakyat, dan dokumen dijadikan sebagai sumber data.  Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian: (1) Analisis kebutuhan diidentifikasi atas: visi misi sekolah belum menjadi panduan budaya kerja; permasalahan siswa di kelas dipengaruhi kegiatan pembelajaran guru; pendidikan karakter dipengaruhi faktor pembinaan, keteladanan, model, dan pembiasaan; (2) Materi ajar disusun berdasarkan tingkat keterbacaan dan daya pikir siswa; dan (3) Model didesain melalui tahap pengorganisasian nilai-nilai, pengondisian pembelajaran, internalisasi nilai-nilai, dan pengembangan nilai-nilai. Pembelajaran apresiasi cerita rakyat menggunakan media wayang kancil merupakan model pendidikan karakter yang dapat dikembangkan di SD.  This study aims to: (1) analyze the importance of character education; (2) assess the values of folklores as teaching materials; and (3) create a prototype model of character education. This qualitative descriptive study employed a R & D approach, which was implemented in 15 elementary schools from May to October 2014. The subjects were students of class V, class teachers, and policy makers. The samples were stratified random sampling. The data sources included a number of places and events, informants, folklores, and documents. The data were collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. Specifically, the analysis employed interactive analysis techniques. The results of the study pointed to the following: (1) needs analysis identified: the school vision and mission have not yet been adopted as guiding principles for creating institutional culture; teachers’ instruction has contributed to creating issues encountered by students in the classroom; character education has been influenced by a number of factors such as coaching, modeling, and habituation; (2) Teaching materials have been prepared based on students’ level of legibility and thinking ability; and (3) The model has been designed by organizing values, conditioning learning atmosphere, internalizing as well as developing values. Appreciation of folklores through the use of puppets (wayang kancil) can thus be adopted as a model to teach character education in primary schools.

The purpose of this study was to determine the policy advocacy network in support of the expansion of the new South Garut autonomous region. The method used in this study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data through interviews and documentation, informants were selected based on purposive sampling and snowball. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model including data reduction, data presentation (display) and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the Policy Advocacy Network in supporting the expansion of the New South Garut Autonomous Region, has so far made efforts to support the expansion with their respective roles. Both from South Garut academics, South Garut community leaders, especially the expansion presidium who are representatives of the South Garut community and the Garut district government itself as policy makers at the district / city level. The three actors of course network with each other to support the division of South Garut into a new district in West Java, through procedures that are regulated in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in establishing a new autonomous region.

ABSTRAK Obat generik adalah obat yang penamaannya didasarkan pada kandungan zat aktif tertentu dalam suatu obat dan tidak menggunakan merk dagang. Persepsi pasien terhadap obat generik di masa penerapan JKN ini dinilai oleh banyak pengamat masih buruk, salah satunya yang menyatakan bahwa masih ada persepsi yang salah tentang obat generik, yaitu obat generik dianggap sebagai obat murah sehingga mutunya diragukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap obat generik di Kelurahan Keraton Kecamatan Martapura Kabupaten Banjar Kalimantan Selatan Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui lembar kuesioner, dengan sampel yang dipilih menggunakan metode Stratified Random Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan melalui uji kuesioner kepada 100 responden untuk menilai gambaran tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang obat generik. Dari total sampel dijumpai bahwa 45 orang (45%) responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan dengan katagori “sedang”. Kepada para pembuat kebijakan kesehatan diharapkan terus meningkatkan sosialisasi obat generik. Kepada pelayanan kesehatan, agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja dalam penyuluhan program promosi obat generik di daerah. Kata Kunci :  Obat Generik, Masyarakat, Tingkat Pengetahuanl  ABSTRACT             Generic drugs are drugs that are named after the activecontained, and not using a trademark. The community’s perception of generic drugs during the JKN application was deemed unsavory by many observers, generic drugs are considered as cheap medicine with doubtable quality. This study aims to determine the level of public knowledge about generic drugs in Kelurahan Keraton Kecamatan Martapura Kabupaten Banjar South Borneo Indonesia. This research is a descriptive researchusing a cross sectional design. The data were collected through a questionnaire, with the sampled selection using Stratified Random Sampling method. Based on the results of the research conducted by the questioning 100 respondents to obtain the level of public knowledge about generic drugs. Of the total sample found, (45%) respondents (45%) has a knowledge level with the category "medium". To health policy makers to continue to increase the socialization of generic drugs. <p><em>The struggle for modernity gave rise to the degradation of the value of character education. At this stage the revitalization of the value of religious local wisdom in tradition needs to be developed again. The existence of nyadran tradition in Ngepringan continues to be developed by mixing the value of local wisdom with religious values. This unique combination is a form of local wisdom against the individual culture that developed in the community, the development of modernity. This means that the community can not only uphold the cultural values of the ancestors, and also cannot adapt the tradition to conditions, and still insert religious values in it. Nyadran tradition is still played by the Ngepringan community because they are spiritual tourism and become a harmonizer political, social, economic and spiritual life. The collection of data information is through observation and interview with the Ngepringan village community. The purpose of this study is to explore religious values in the Nyadran ceremony procession. This type of research is ethnography with qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques use techniques, interviews, documentation, and language content. The data analysis uses interactive analysis technique. The results of this study are to reveal and describe the religious values in the ceremony procession that need to be preserved and improved by the Ngepringan village community in the face of modernity.</em></p><p><em>Pergulatan modernitas melahirkan degradasi nilai pendidikan karakter. Pada titik ini revitalisasi nilai kearifan lokal religius dalam tradisi perlu dikembangkan kembali. Eksistensi tradisi nyadran di Ngepringan terus dikembangkan dengan mencampur nilai kearifan lokal dengan nilai religius. Perpaduan yang unik ini merupakan bentuk kearifan lokal melawan budaya individualis yang berkembang di masyarakat mengikuti perkembangan modernitas. Hal ini bermakna bahwa masyarakat disana tidak hanya menjunjung nilai-nilai budaya dari para leluhur, melainkan juga mampu menyesuaikan tradisi dengan kondisi, serta masih menyisipkan nilai-nilai religius di dalamnya. Tradisi nyadran masih tetap dipertahankan oleh masyarakat Ngepringan dikarenakan nyadran sebagai wisata rohani serta menjadi penyelaras kehidupan politik, sosial, ekonomi, dan agama. Informasi data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan masyarakat desa Ngepringan. Tujuan studi ini untuk menggali nilai religius dalam prosesi upacara nyadran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah etnografi dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan analisis isi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengungkap dan mendeskripsikan nilai religius dalam prosesi upacara nyadran yang perlu terus dilestarikan dan ditingkatkan oleh masyarakat desa Ngepringan dalam menghadapi modernitas.</em></p>

The purposes of this study are to describe: (1) the students’ and lecturers’ needs on the Theater Education Textbook, (2) the development of the textbook model, (3) the effectiveness testing on the designed textbook, and (4) the result of the textbook dissemination. This research was Research and Development using Borg and Gall’s framework that consisted of 4 stages: (1) exploration, (2) model development, (3) model testing, and (4) dissemination. The research approach used in the exploration stage was a qualitative descriptive approach. The data were collected through documentation study, observation, in-depth interview, and questionnaire. The data were then analyzed by using interactive analysis model. Model testing was done by experimental research. The results of this research were: (1) the exploration stage showed that the Theater Education Textbook used in Undergraduate Elementary Teacher Education (ETE) Program of Sebelas Maret University, Muhammadiyah University, and Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta did not meet the students’ and lecturers’ needs, (2) the theater education textbook was developed through preliminary field testing; and (3) testing phase of textbook effectiveness was done through main field testing. The value of t-obtained is 0.17 and t-table (0.05; 173) = 1.64. Thus, the critical area {t <-1.64 or t> 1.64}. Since t-obtained (0.17) < t-table (1.64) H0: μ1 ≠ μ2 was accepted. This means that the theater script writing textbook with character education and local wisdom was able to improve the students’ scriptwriting ability.

AbstrakGangguan Pemusatan Perhatian dan Hiperaktivitas (GPPH) adalah salah satu masalah psikiatri utama yang sering ditemukan pada anak. Gangguan ini dapat dijumpai pada kehidupan sehari – hari, terutama pada anak usia prasekolah dan usia sekolah. Gangguan ini adalah alasan utama orangtua membawa anaknya berkonsultasi ke psikiater. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi GPPH pada siswa dan siswi sekolah dasar negeri Kecamatan Padang Timur Tahun 2013. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan sampel diambil secara proportional stratified random sampling di empat sekolah dasar negeri dengan jumlah sampel 80 orang dan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi berjumlah 75 orang yang terdiri dari 38 orang laki – laki dan 37 orang perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Conner’s Abreviated Parent – Teacher Rating Scale dan hasil yang didapatkan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi GPPH di Kecamatan Padang Timur sebesar 8%. Perbandingan GPPH pada anak laki – laki dibandingkan anak perempuan 2 : 1. Gejala GPPH terbanyak ditunjukkan pada kategori usia 11 – 13 tahun dan berada pada tingkatan kelas 5. GPPH tipe predominan hiperaktivitas – impulsivitas berjumlah lebih banyak bila dibandingkan dengan tipe predominan inatensi. Anak – anak dengan GPPH membutuhkan perhatian yang lebih dari orang tua dan guru. Hal ini agar kemampuan dan potensi anak tersebut dapat berkembang dengan optimal.Kata kunci: Gangguan Pemusatan Perhatian dan Hiperaktivitas, GPPH, prevalensiAbstractAttention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of the main problem in psychiatric which is often found in children. This disorder can be found in daily life, especially in preschoolers and school-ages. This disorder is the main reason for the parents taking their children consult to a psychiatrist.The aim of this study is for knowing the prevalence of ADHD in primary school boys and girls at East District of Padang City in 2013. This is a descriptive study and samples were taken by proportional stratified random sampling at four of state primary schools with the total 80 persons. The inclusion criteria was accomplished by 75 persons consisting of 38 boys and 37 girls. Instrument of this study is Conner’s Abreviated Parent – Teacher Rating Scale questionnaire and the result is presented in frequency distribution table.The study shows that prevalence of ADHD in East District of Padang is 8%. The ratio between boys and girls is 2 : 1. ADHD’s symptomp mostly found in the range of age 11 – 13 years old and also in the 5th grade of primary school. ADHD predominant type of hyperactivity – impulsivity is more than predominant type of inattentivity.The children with ADHD need more attention from parents and also the teacher. The creation and implementation of innovation proposals in education can provide a new key towards sustainable development. We are aware that schools perform very different innovations but often, with very low levels of impact and dissemination in their community. There are not many studies that describe, put a value on, categorize or analyse the innovations. This study sought to gain insight into the ICT innovations produced in Spanish primary and pre-primary schools. A quantitative approach based on a questionnaire was used to collect the data, named MANEDUIN, completed by 86 teachers selected by stratified random sampling (public - private, rural - urban). The reliability and the construct-related validity was evaluated from the questionnaire and the validity of content decided by means of experts’ judgment. Our findings point to a good consistency in the questionnaire (Cronbach’s Alpha: 0.848). The descriptive statistics and the analysis were made by factorial categories. The results of the factorial analysis confirm the dimensions proposed in the design of the questionnaire in the categories of the factors included in the innovation (social cohesion, interaction with the community, technologies, and success), the innovative schools and their characteristics, the topic and the type of innovation (on resources, direction, materials and time), as well as the obstacles to the innovation. This paper concludes that the questionnaire MANEDUIN is a valid and reliable tool to measure the management of schools’ innovations.

The importance of character education seems to have been recognized by the government. As an expression comes from the founding father of the nation that the battle will be more severe because the opponent is no longer come from the outside but from the inside, then through character education is proclaimed in the curriculum, especially in curriculum 2013, an obvious emphasis on the spiritual and social through their first core competencies and second core competencies that must exist in all subjects in school. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with triangulation, using data collection techniques, namely questionnaire, observation and interview. Research will be conducted in an elementary school using Curriculum 2013 in the District Kamal, there are five primary schools in Kamal those are SDN Banyuajuh 2, SDN Banyuajuh 3, SDN Banyuajuh 6, SDN Kamal 1, SDN Gili Anyar. The results of this study are expected to examine more deeper in the development of character-building nation, ie characters that contain values of Pancasila as education that contains the values of Pancasila with the essence of Pancasila as the outlook of the nation is a prime shield for the challenges and threats as forming the national character that is unique and distinctive that became distinguishing element between one nation by another nation.

<em>The purpose of this research is to describe and explain: (1) the characterization<strong> </strong>of the figures in the novel Jokowi Si Tukang Kayu by Gatotkoco Suroso, (2) the inner conflict experienced by the main figure, (3) the values of character education in the novel Jokowi Si Tukang Kayu by Gatotkoco Suroso, (4) the relevance of the values of character education as teaching materials of literature appreciation in senior high school. This research is a descriptive qualitative research which used pscychology literature. The technique of data analysis used was interactive analysis technique. The result of this research showed that the characterization of the figures in the novel Jokowi Si Tukang Kayu by Gatotkoco Suroso are described through three dimensions, dimension of psysiological, psychological, and sociological. Novel Jokowi Si Tukang Kayu also contained 18 values of character education, that are religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hardwork, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, spirit of nationality, love the motherland, appreciating achievement, friendly/ communicative, love and peace, loving to read, care for the environtment, social care, and responsibility. Novel Jokowi Si Tukang Kayu is relevant to be used as teaching materials of literature appreciation in senior high school at class XII.</em>
