In the article, the authors substantiates the modern model of the interman as a creative cyber personality, which has the potential to be identified with the correspondence of virtual bodies as a problem of modern culture. It is emphasized that it is precisely this functional possibility that finds out a new paradigm of human existence, in which entropy as a criterial device modernizes modern society. It is determined that the most intelligently gifted people are able to master the noosphere space of being through the phenomenal wisdom recipes. This content shows entropy as a defining modus of probable processes, in which modernization of a modern person, state and society takes place, since the criterion of the entropy apparatus is the recognition of that random fact (events, situations) that becomes logical. It is emphasized that the main direction of risk processes in the phenomenal wisdom recipes for the personality, the state and society should be truly chosen in the entropy system, carefully studying the theory of probable functions. It is revealed that ideological borrowings contain a considerable danger, since ideology has a class modification due to the modernization of a certain class on the basis of samples of another's experience. It is concluded that this may lead to an urgent inter-class conflict, to strengthen, oppositional sentiment. An overview of modernization as an entropy of risk processes is given, which is the mainstream in a particular historical retrospective of phenomenal consciousness. It is emphasized that modernization means the creation of a new type of world order, in which human being plays an anthropocentric role at the level of legal subjectivity. The constructive and destructive Spirit of Time according to the entropy criteria is confirmed. Different forms of crisis are revealed when exhausting the established norms and rules of behavior of individuals, groups, classes, ethnic groups, communities. It is envisaged that science is such a fundamental innovation in which entropy depends to a large extent on the mental and value orientations of an individual people, based on consciousness, language, culture, etc. Creation of complex of measures and procedures is envisaged including the risks concerning maintenance of human life and health in the legal state.

The beginning of the XXI century marked the urgency of the problem of changing the attitude of man to the Earth. Today, researchers are increasingly noting the threat of the consequences of unlimited knowledge (N. Popovich). We are talking about the technical and economic unification of the planet. New scientific technologies indicate the formation of a new paradigm of human existence. Modern society has raised the issue of the anthropological dimension of the phenomenon of the Earth.Philosophical discourse makes us rethink the relationship of man with the world in the plane of ethics. We are talking about the Earth, which appears to be the highest value for man. Well-known modern scientists note that modern society is at a critical stage of its development (J. Baudrillard, S. Huntington, E. Giddens, P. Drucker, A. Etzioni, M. Castells, A. Whitehead, F. Fukuyama, etc.). In the early twentieth century, an outstanding Ukrainian scientist V. Vernadsky noted that transforming human activity is the main geological force. The configuration of the elements of man – Earth system differs from the nature of these relations in previous historical epochs. In the conditions of technological revolution there is a technologization of this system. The latter appears as a difficult antropotechnical system.Іn «Critique of pure reason» I. Kant noted the connection of human freedom with the consciousness of duty. This requirement is outlined by many modes. Human practice is the principle of the definition of human existence, which emphasizes the integrity of man and the Earth. The essence of man is determined in relation to the Earth. The person is connected with the Ground through the practice / technology. The man-Land relationship is ambivalent. The earth as the fundamental principle of existence is aimed at the preservation of life, and man appears responsible for the Earth. Unlike other components of human existence, the Earth used to fall under the influence of technology. This situation requires rethinking the problem of the existence and preservation of the Earth in the space of modern technologies. We are talking not only about effective technologies, but also relevant to the essence of the Earth. The question of the transformation of the Earth correlates with Man, and Man correlates in this process with Technology, the question Arises: «What dimensions of the Earth are possible in the context of technological reality?», «What modes of interaction «man–Earth» outlines the technological reality?». The answers to these questions require new methodological principles. Polyparadigm presented the new research methodology. The earth appears to be a vital philosophical object, interacting with which a person tries to determine the meaning of his existence. The earth is an anthropological component of human life, a socio-cultural phenomenon. The living body of the Earth appears as an extension of its own body, as another Self, which determines the subject – subject relations. Comprehension of these relations with the help of categories «beauty», «love», «joy», «sadness», «melancholy» define the earth subject. Therefore, the attitude towards it can no longer be determined solely by the pragmatic goal of getting the maximum benefit. We are talking about the formation of new thinking. The earth, like Man, produces meanings, which requires a new value-semantic paradigm of understanding. The concept of «man from the Earth» is of particular importance, where man is the most creative and self-sufficient person. Its attitude to the Earth is the driving force that changes not only the surrounding reality, but also the man himself. A person from the earth is a person who serves the earth, feels responsibility for it.Consequently, Land has always been and is not only a material object, but also a specific cultural value. Today we are talking about the need to approach wildlife. The principle of preservation of the earth corresponds to the principle of anteism as the unity of man with nature / Mother Earth.Problems of ecology not only outline the drama of the modern situation, but they also show the presence of problems of morality, «moral» exhaustion. Engineering Geology (a set of measures and actions aimed at combating undesirable climate change) deserves analysis. The Fund for the protection of the environment defines geoengineering «transitional tool». The problem of ecological consciousness acquires a new meaning that is embodied in the formation of a new direction – postnationalism. This direction indicates responsibility for the results of their own actions. We are talking about the level of dialogue between man and the Earth in terms of technological reality. This dialogue overcomes exclusively practical attitude to the Land, which was supported by the industrial society. The earth appeared as a test site for technology, a technical object. In recent decades, the axiological component of the system of «man – Earth» is becoming more influential. This component defines the modern philosophical, humanitarian and socio-economic discourse. Earth appears as anthropological component of human life. It changes the result of human use of technology and different technologies. There is a transition to the understanding of the Earth as a socio-cultural phenomenon, which requires further research.

The article deals with the actual problems of the development of modern society. Based on the analysis and understanding of sociological works on this subject, an attempt was made to reveal the mechanism for choosing the future and the place of culture in this process. The consumer society that dominates the world today is often viewed as the only possible perspective of modern civilization, and its ideals and values are presented as a role model. It is assumed that the value attitudes of such a society have a number of advantages over the values of other social and cultural types of organization of public life and open up unlimited opportunities for economic development for those regions that accept them. However, the problems that arise in the course of their implementation are becoming more and more obvious. The question is, if these problems are transient difficulties in the movement of the consumer society towards triumph on a worldwide scale, or if they testify to its historical limitations and to the far from unconditional universality of its value orientations. The answer to this question is especially important for the societies where this type of organization of socio-economic and cultural life is not historically organic, and other development prospects are possible. The future is multivariate, but limited by the framework of the previous development of the system and its current state. Social sciences, humanities are lagging behind in comprehending rapid and global changes. It is promising to study the changes taking place in various spheres of modern culture, where new meanings and values of life are emerging, providing a new type of civilizational development. The article examines the classical approaches to the structure of sociality, including its new type, which can be called, according to E. Durkheim, "divine social". It is stated that in the XXI c. a new generation has grown up, that cannot be called lost, infantile, split. It adheres to its ideals, is focused on changes and wants to live in a world where its opinions are taken into account, where social justice is a priority. The author shows the importance of studying the mechanism and motives for choosing the new, the role of the clash of cultures in this process, the conflict of values, the emergence and rooting of new life meanings.

The purpose of the article is to characterize computer games as a component of culture and a subject of cultural research. The methodology involves distraction from the technological aspects of the genesis and implementation of computer games and is determined mainly by the humanitarian guidelines for the phenomenon under study. Thus, the methodological principles are based on the cultural research concept of computer games as a value of modern culture. The scientific novelty is that for the first time in Ukrainian cultural research the need to study computer games as a component of culture is actualized. Conclusions. The article highlights the need for cultural research of computer games as a full and equal component of culture. Attention is paid to the scale of the computer games spread, their importance for culture and the individual, as well as the impact on various spheres of human life. Conclusions. It is emphasized that the issue of the creation and functioning of computer games in modern society is an inexhaustible source for further research, including in cultural research. Computer games are a wide “field” for the application of the latest IT developments, philosophical ideas, and artistic innovations. Therefore, this issue will remain in the focus of research not only for cultural scientists but also for philosophers, educators and psychologists, sociologists, economists, and jurists, given the pace and scale of the information spread and communication technologies, and most importantly their complexity.

The process of globalization, which many times is considered as new world order is affecting all spheres of modern society but also the media. In this paper specifically we will see the impact of globalization because we see changing the media access to global problems in general being listed on these processes. We will see that the greatest difficulties will have small media as such because the process is moving in the direction of creating mega media which thanks to new technology are reaching to deliver news and information at the time of their occurrence through choked the small media. So it is fair to conclude that the rapid economic development and especially the technology have made the world seem "too small" to the human eyes, because for real-time we will communicate with the world with the only one Internet connection, and also all the information are take for the development of events in the four corners of the world and direct from the places when the events happen. Even Albanian space has not left out of this process because the media in the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Kosovo are adapted to the new conditions under the influence of the globalization process. This fact is proven powerful through creating new television packages, written the websites and newspapers in their possession.

The article discusses the meanings of life and value priorities of the post- Soviet society. The author argues that, at present, there are symptoms of a global ideological crisis in the world, that the West does not have its own vision of where and how to move on and has no understanding of the future. Unfortunately, most of the post-Soviet countries do not have such vision as well. In these conditions, there are mistrust, confusion, paradoxical manifestation of human consciousness. The main meanings that determine our life-world are: the desire of citizens for social justice and social security, the desire to figure out and understand the basic values of modern society, how honestly and equally the authorities act toward their fellow citizens, and to what extent they reflect their interests. The meanings of life, which are the answers to the challenges of the time, are embodied in the cultural code of each nation, state. The growth points of new values, which will become the basis for the future sustainable development of a new civilization, have yet to be discovered in the systemic transformative changes of the culture. In this process, the emergence of a new system of values that governs human life is inevitable. However, modern technology brings new troubles to humans. It has provided wide opportunities for informational violence and public consciousness manipulation. Nowadays, the scenario that is implemented in Western consumer societies claims to be the dominant scenario. Meanwhile, today there is no country in the world that is a role model, there is no ideal that others would like to borrow. Most post-Soviet states failed to advance their societies to more decent levels of economic development, to meet the challenges of the modern information age, and to provide the population with new high living standards. Therefore, in conditions of growing confrontation, we should realistically understand the world and be ready to implement changes that will ensure sustainable development of the state and society without losing our national identity.

On the basis of the archetypic analysis of development trends of a conflictological paradigm the author’s model of minimization of conflict potential in modern society is offered. Institutional construction is the basis for model that is harmonized with a factor of societal identity. It is noted that the problems of social conflicts, according to data from monitor- ing studies of the Ukrainian school of archetype, are increasingly shifted into the sphere of interpersonal relations. It is stimulated by the progression in society of so-called self-sufficient personalities, the “subjectification” of the social space, and at the same time narrowing down to the solution of entirely specific situations in which there is a collision of the interests of two or more parties.Instead, in order to find the optimal solution for resolving the conflict, it is necessary to have interdisciplinary knowledge, in particular understanding of the deep nature of such conflicts. Collision of points of view, thoughts, positions — a very frequent phenomenon of modern social life. In order to develop the correct line of behavior in various conflict situations, it is important to adequately under- stand the nature of the emergence of the modern conflict and the mechanisms for resolving them in substance. Knowledge of conflict nature enriches the culture of communication and makes human life and social groups not only more calm, but also creates conditions for constructive development. It is proved that in modern life one can not but agree with the statement that an individual carries first re- sponsibility for his own life and only then for the life of the social groups to which he belongs. And while making decisions within the framework of modern mecha- nisms (consensus), the properties of human psychology such as extroversion, emo- tionality, irrationality, intuition, externality, and executive ability will not at least contribute to such a task. That is why in the author’s research attracted attention to the archetypal na- ture of the conflict — the primitive images, ideas, feelings inherent in man as a bearer of the collective unconscious.

Migration is one of the oldest and most used strategies for overcoming negative social issues. Despite the fact that it is historically deeply rooted, environmental migration as a social phenomenon has only recently become the subject research of numerous scientific fields. However, the study of current environmental migration is characterized by a number of issues, such as absence of an adequate definition and multi-causality of environmental migration. In this paper, through conceptual framework, author analyzed two main questions: who are environmental migrants and what reasons cause environmental migration. Due to the destruction of the global environmental balance, as well as accumulated environmental disturbances, it is likely that environmental migration will increase in future and there is nowhere you cannot make more use of scientific and professional projection of the future than in demographic and environmental spheres of human life. There is no doubt that our future is unpredictable. However, the environmental factors influencing the pattern of human interaction with the environment must be taken into account when projecting future development of the modern society. Such is the context in which the complex relation among migration, change and the environment has to be studied. In order to establish the basis for controlling environmental migration caused by negative changes in the environment, it is necessary to adopt a consistent strategy instead of ad hoc activities that are being used. In this paper, author analyzed societal response for the challenges caused by environmental migration, specifically regarding actions related to governing environmental migrations.

This article offers a reading of Plato in light of the recent debates concerning the unique ‘ontology’ of International Relations (IR) as an academic discipline. In particular, this article suggests that Plato’s metaphysical account of the integral connection between human individual, the domestic state and world order can offer IR an alternative outlook to the ‘political scientific’ schema of ‘levels of analysis’. This article argues that Plato’s metaphysical conception of world order can not only provide IR theory with a way to re-imagine the relation between the human, the state and world order. Moreover, Plato’s outlook can highlight or even call into question the post-metaphysical presuppositions of contemporary IR theory in its ‘borrowed ontology’ from modern social science, which can in turn facilitate IR’s re-interpretation of its own ‘ontology’ as well as its distinct contributions to the understanding of the various aspects of the social world and human life.

In The Sound and the Fury William Faulkner writes: “Time is dead as long as it is being clicked off by little wheels; only when the clock stops, does time come to life.” The following words relate to the role of memory frames in human life. They also begin the analysis of the ideas of twentieth and twenty-first century philosophers such as Henri Bergson, Martin Heidegger, Paul Ricoeur and David Farrell Krell. Even though there is a strict reference to the Modernist thinkers, the author goes slightly deeper, reminding earlier concepts of Plato, Socrates, Aristotle and Protagoras. The second part of the article has been devoted to the notions connected with time frames and memory such as experiencing of the passage of time, reminding, forgetting, forgiving as well as postmemory.
