The purpose of this research is to reveal various theoretical foundations and their implementation in the field, including those related to the following, namely obtaining understanding and analyzing the implementation of life skill-based academic service quality management evaluation activities in the Department of Dental Nursing, Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health, Tasikmalaya and Bandung in improving quality of education. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Quality Mode l Life Skill-Based Academic Service which was formulated based on the evaluation results using the CIPP model can improve entrepreneurial behavior of graduates of Higher Education Department of Dental Nursing, Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health, Tasikmalaya and Bandung. The model is designed based on a philosophical foundation that supports administration with an interdisciplinary theory to ensure that the model can solve the problem of the lack of entrepreneurial behavior in Dental Nursing Department graduates. The model is formulated based on rational arguments for the probability of success and the logical choice to apply the model with the best chance of achievement. The implementation model helps organize the academic service process better in an effort to achieve quality and output in the form of changes in entrepreneurial behavior that are indicated to be proactive, innovative, dare to take risks to be more effectively achieved.

The nursing diploma organizes education based on a national curriculum oriented to the development of science and technology as well as professional development and its composition refers to the competence of the nursing profession. Lectures are conducted in theory and practice, both clinical practice, family/community and laboratory practice. Practice in the laboratory is a learning strategy used to teach together psychomotor abilities, cognitive and affective using laboaratorioum means. In the implementation of laboratory practices need to be monitored to monitor the achievement of learning to learners so that can be achieved according to competence. Aim of the study was to determine student satisfaction of learning practice in laboratory of nursing department Health Polytechnic of Ministry of Health in Yogyakarta. The type of this research is quantitative research in the form of satisfaction survey. The population in this research was students of diploma III and IV nursing Health Polytechnic of Ministry of Health in Yogyakarta. The samples in this study were determined in total sampling. In accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, of the 360 ​​students, who participated in the study there were 340 students. The measuring instrument used was questionnaire. Data were analyzed using univariate descriptive analysis. From the questionnaires given to the students, from each item of satisfaction indicator that includes reliability, empathy, responsiveness, infrastructure, assurance   and communication system of 340 students got an average of more than 80% of respondents  answered  satisfied to the system of practical practice in the laboratory. The conclusion of the study is that scores derived from satisfaction items that include reliability, empathy, responsiveness, means of infrastructure, certainty and communication systems, average or more than 50% which means that students judge good or satisfied with the learning in the laboratory

Background: The criteria set of assessing hospital quality in Vietnam in 2016 was revied from the criteria set in 2013 by the Ministry of Health in order to help hospitals to self-assess towards improvinge quality of hospitals in the international integration context. The study aimed to assess the quality of public hospitals in Can Tho City according to the revised criteria set of the Ministry of Health in 2016 and compare the quality among three hospital ranks (including grade I, grade II, and grade III) via to 5 groups of quality criteria. Methods: A cross-sectional study, using secondary data analysis was applied to assess the service quality of 7 general public hospitals in Can Tho City. Results: The average total score of 7 hospitals is 245 and the average for the criteria of 7 hospitals is 2.99, which is just satisfactory. In the criterion of quality, criterion D and E had the lowest scores compared to the other three groups. There was no statistically significant difference (p = 0.076) among the mean scores for the three hospital categories. Conclusion: The quality of public hospitals in Can Tho city in 2016 only reached moderately good level (2.99). Interventions should be developed to improve the quality of hospitals, with particular emphasis on improving the quality of criteria groups D and E. Health services conducted by hospitals must prioritize quality and satisfaction for consumers. Internal hospital customers are hospital works that have a major role in providing services to consumers. Analysis Methods This study uses Quantitative Descriptive Analysis method. For a large sample of staff employees taken 20% of all employees (589 people) at Blambangan Regional General Hospital Banyuwangi regency of 125 people by systematic random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the level of satisfaction of employee employee karywan for 68.95 included in the category of satisfaction. Hospital employee satisfaction value is the highest indicator of job satisfaction that is mentally challenging with the value of employee satisfaction of 71.72, while the lowest hospital employee satisfaction value is a reasonable indicator of Rewards satisfaction with employee satisfaction score of 64.23. Accreditation of Blambangan Public Hospital of Banyuwangi Regency earned the title of Plenary.This study reviews materials for the management of the hospital to make improvements in the role of hospital employees to perform services to the community and management evaluation in improving the performance of employees in the organization. Keyword : Job Satisfaction, Accreditation, Quality of Hospital

The focus of this article is quality assurance in nursing research. Due to well established problems regarding the education of nursing research and increasing pressure to take responsibility for the quality of all educational activities, departments of nursing are obliged to initiate action; to assure quality in nursing research. A nursing department functions within a well-defined external context. The external context comprises of various aspects such as rolplayer expectations and current educational and professional legislation. Standards are the basic components of any quality assurance system (Booyens, 1996:305). Standards give direction to the practitioner and must be compiled within the context of the country’s cultural, philosophical and ethical value systems, as well as its social economic and political development.

Objetivo: relatar a experiência por estudantes do Curso de Enfermagem na realização de uma simulação realística sobre a consulta de enfermagem voltada ao idoso a partir da utilização de casos clínicos. Método: trata-se de um estudo descritivo, tipo relato de experiência, com acadêmicos de Enfermagem em uma Instituição Ensino Superior. Utilizaram-se, como estratégia para o desenvolvimento da ação, aulas expositivas e dialogadas, a simulação realística e o estudo de três casos clínicos que serviu como roteiro para o desenvolvimento da experiência. Resultados: percebeu-se que o uso da simulação da consulta de Enfermagem voltada ao idoso é uma ferramenta útil e eficaz de importância significativa para o atendimento efetivo, integral e resolutivo, além de uma importante iniciativa para se conhecer as faces da realidade quanto às demandas dos idosos, sobretudo, as de saúde. Conclusão: considera-se que a utilização da prática simulada sobre a consulta de Enfermagem voltada ao idoso melhora a qualidade dos serviços de saúde que são ofertados, melhorando e incentivando a satisfação do usuário, principalmente dos idosos que ainda sofrem com as fragilidades das políticas públicas de saúde. Resultados: se dio cuenta de que el uso de la simulación de la consulta de enfermería dirigida a los ancianos es una herramienta útil y efectiva de gran importancia para una atención eficaz, integral y resolutiva, además de una iniciativa importante para conocer los rostros de la realidad con respecto a las demandas de los ancianos, especialmente las relacionadas con la salud. Conclusión: se considera que el uso de la práctica simulada en la consulta de Enfermería dirigida a los adultos mayores mejora la calidad de los servicios de salud que se ofrecen, mejorando y fomentando la satisfacción del usuario, especialmente para los ancianos que aún sufren las debilidades de las políticas públicas de salud. Higher education is responsible for producing graduates who are globally competitive with hard skills and soft skills, one of which is by doing internships, therefore it is necessary to analyze the learning objectives of student internships at the Department of Radiodiagnostic and Radiotherapy, Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Jakarta II to maintain the quality of graduates according to the Indonesian National Qualification Framework. Data collection was carried out on students who were doing their 1st internship in 7 hospitals in the DKI Jakarta area. The data used by giving students pre and post-tests on the understanding of apprenticeship learning, then surveying the number of radiographic examinations that have been carried out by students by the understanding of apprenticeship learning at the hospital. Analysis of decision making based on the understanding of the 1st apprenticeship learning if the pre and post-test percentage value> 50% and analysis of the number of radiographic examinations carried out by students as an indicator for evaluating the understanding of apprenticeship learning. and the post-test percentage value of 70.1% of students can carry out radiographic examinations, with a comparison of the post-test results there is an increase of 12.6% in the learning objectives of the apprenticeship and 31.2% in supporting data information about a clinical experience during the internship, from the pre and post-test> 50%, the understanding of apprenticeship learning has been achieved. Then in analyzing the number of radiographic examinations carried out by students as an indicator of evaluating understanding of apprenticeship learning, it is hoped that the college can evaluate the placement of student hospitals during the internship so that radiographic examinations that have not been fulfilled during the internship can be fulfilled during the following round of internships

This research aimed to examine the effect of using the Six Sigma approach with its sub-variables (management commitment and support, feedback and measurement, continuous improvement, processes and systems, human resources) on improvement quality of health services with its sub-variables (response, reliability tangibility) at Jordanian Ministry of Health ,at the top management level , to achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire was designed which consists of (48) items , used for collecting primary data from study sample (57) participant of top management level at the Ministry of Health, Accordingly the data were collected, analyzed, and hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), other statistical methods were used to achieve the study, The study finding revealed that: "There are a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (P≤0.050) of the Sigma Six standards and its sub -variables on the improvement of the Health services quality which presented ,by the Jordanian Ministry of Health, Based on such results the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important one are :The Ministry of Health should introducing Sigma Six concept , standards, and implementing it at the top level management, and training all the employees at top management on sigma six, linking Sigma Six standards to ministry strategies, and provide all the necessary for that. Conducting further studies that will show the positive effects of Six Sigma standards application in reducing the financial costs for health services ,and working to applying these standards to the human resources management functions.

<p>Achievement motivation is an urge in a person to compete and become superior. Achievement motivation is needed so that students have the drive to compete with excellence standards, where this achievement motivation plays a role in developing activities and initiatives, directing and maintaining perseverance in learning activities. Motivation between one student and another student is different due to different perceptions of the quality of educational services. The environment around the education process that can be said as a conducive organizational environment plays a role in increasing the drive for the achievement of students. This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of perceptions about the quality of education services and organizational environment on achievement motivation. The approach in this study is quantitative in the form of causal studies, a sample of 68 students in the Department of Environmental Health of the Ministry of Health of Pontianak were taken using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data retrieval is done by using a research instrument in the form of questionnaire which refers to the Likert scale. Data were analyzed using Rank Spearman test and Linear Regression. Descriptive analysis explained that perception variables about the quality of education services and organizational environment were very good, and achievement motivation was very high. The results of correlation analysis describe 1) student perceptions about the quality of education services significantly influence achievement motivation (r = 0.445), 2) Organizational environment significantly influences achievement motivation (r = 0.767) 3) Student perceptions of the quality of educational services and organizational environment collectively have a significant effect on student achievement motivation in the Department of Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of Pontianak (R = 0.779). Conclusions from this study are student perceptions of the quality of education services and organizational environment affect the achievement motivation. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that the Health Department of Pontianak Health Ministry Polytechnic should continue to maintain or even improve the quality of education services and organizationalenvironment by taking into account the advice provided by the school component through the suggestion box.</p>

Layanan pendidikan diukur melalui kualitas pendidikan yang diselenggara-kan di sekolah. Kualitas mutu sekolah dijabarkan pada program-program pembelajaran yang menjadi brand untuk ditawarkan kepada masyarakat sebagai pengguna jasa layanan pendidikan yang diberikan oleh sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah melalui program-program ung-gulan sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Kristen Kalam Kudus Surakarta yang menerapkan program unggulan berbasis kerohanian, pem-belajaran, dan life skill atau kecakapan hidup. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif, penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara kepala sekolah dan guru, kemudian pengamatan langsung atau observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dikumpulkan dan dicatat dalam bentuk catatan lapangan dan transkrip wawancara sebelum direduksi dan disajikan. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa program unggulan sekolah dapat memberikan dampak pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. AbstractEducation services are measured through the quality of education held in schools. The quality of schools is described in learning programs that become brands to be offered to the community as users of educational services provided by schools. This study aims to describe the principal's strategy in improving the quality of education in schools through excellent programs in schools. This research was conducted at the Kalam Kudus Christian High School Surakarta which implemented a superior program based on spirituality, learning, and life skills. The research method is qualitative, research is conducted by interviewing principals and teachers, then direct observation or observation, and documentation studies. Then the data obtained is collected and recorded in the form of field notes and interview transcripts before they are reduced and presented. The results of the study found that the school leading programs have an impact on improving the quality of education.
