The article highlights the methods of strategic analysis in order to define the competitive positions of oil and gas companies of Kazakhstan. The forecast of oil production in Kazakhstan in 2016-2030 in the context of land and sea production and the footage in exploration drilling in Kazakhstan in the context of the largest customers have been submitted. The main barriers for entering and functioning of the market of oil sale have been defined. Oil production by the companies subject to the share of "National Company KazMunaiGas", JSC has been analyzed. The characteristic of the market of oil production and petroservice has been given. The competitive analysis revealed that dynamics of the market share in 2015-2016 for the majority of the presented companies was stated as negative, which was the result of growing competition from the foreign companies (Chinese) and strengthening of competitive force of "JSCKazMunaiGas", JSC and its affiliates (50% and 100% societies). The strategic analysis of the leading oil and gas companies of Kazakhstan was fulfilled with application of methods of ABC analysis; it allowed to reveal groups of oil and gas companies in the Kazakhstan market which have the greatest impact on formation of significant indicators in the considered economic area. There has been built the matrix of analysis of growth rate of branch share and sales in the context of dynamics of exploration drilling, revenues from sales of oil, gas and their processing products. The market leader is "Tengizshevroil", JSC. It has been found that the external economic conditions, which were characterized by low price per oil barrel in the world market, had a great impact on the oil production sector in Kazakhstan.

The big gap between the production and consumption of edible oil in India is met by imports of more than a million tonnes annually, which have become a heavy drain on the country's slender foreign exchange resources. It is an urgent necessity to augment edible oil production, without prejudice to the cultivation of other agriculturally important crops. The olive offers an edible oil very much valued in the world market, and efforts to introduce its cultivation are desirable. The special properties of this oil and the soil and climatic conditions required for olive cultivation are described and the possibilities are discussed for its introduction in the marginal lands of India, particularly Rajasthan and adjoining areas.

Research background: The products of the arms and military equipment market create the material basis for the country’s military security. The most important segment of this market is the market of naval equipment. The acquired competencies have naturally led Russia to the role of the most important exporter in this market. The authors have repeatedly addressed the topic of Russian shipbuilding and the role of Russia in the world market of naval equipment and military ships. Purpose of the article: The main goal of the research is to analyze the current state of the market of naval equipment, the positions of its main participants and, especially, Russia. To determine the future prospects of Russia’s presence in this market, it was necessary to identify the main problems of Russian shipbuilding and consider the impact of external factors on the state of the industry. Methods: Generalizations of the research are based on processing and systematization of data obtained from available information sources. Analyzing the statistics, the authors were able to deduce the trends of the current moment and determine the prospects. Findings & Value added: The analysis of key market indicators, as well as the problems of Russian shipbuilding, allowed the authors to build possible scenarios for its future development, from optimistic under favorable external factors to pessimistic, in which the loss of not only military security, but also the position of the largest exporter in the world market of naval equipment and military ships is inevitable.

Introduction. Oilseeds in the world occupy significant areas of production, their consumption is growing every year. The share of domestic oilseeds in total oilseeds production is significant, and domestic demand is stable with a tendency to increase. Therefore, the analysis of trends and vectors of development of the oilseeds market is a priority area of research of the modern agricultural market. Methods. Theoretical and methodological basis for the analysis of the oilseeds market, determining changes in the structure of production and export of oilseeds, factors influencing the further development of this market were scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the dynamics and development of the world market of oilseeds. In the course of research the following methods were used: system generalization, abstract-logical, analysis and synthesis, observation, comparison, graphic. Information base for analysis – production and economic indicators of gross production, exports, prices of sunflower, rapeseed, soybeans for 2014-2019. Results. The tendencies and changes of world and domestic production and export of sunflower, soybean, rape in the conditions of development of the agricultural markets during 2014-2019 are investigated. Changes of structure of production of oilseeds in the world and in Ukraine are revealed. Thus, there is a redistribution of the structure of world sunflower production between the leading countries, and world rapeseed production is declining. It is established that the share of Ukraine in the total structure of world production of oilseeds has increased: for sunflower from 26 to 28%, for rapeseed – from 3 to 4,8%, for soybeans – from 1,2 to 1,3%. Discussion. The analysis of the main trends that have formed in the world and domestic market of oilseeds, as well as the dynamics of changes in the structural ratios of production indicators of oilseeds provides an opportunity to assess and predict market conditions. Keywords: agricultural market, oilseeds, sunflower, soybean, rapeseed, gross harvest, export.

The article analyzes the current state and prospects of financial development of labor potential in Ukraine. The comparative analysis of financial support of labor stimulation in the leading countries of the world is carried out, the factors of stimulating and limiting influence on a condition of labor potential of the country are grouped. It is determined that the key problems hindering the development of labor potential in the country are the low level of development of the national economy, associated with a significant backlog of technological capabilities, moral and physical depreciation of fixed assets, the inability to create an innovative product with high added value. It is substantiated that in order to develop the national economy, the key condition is the creation of high-tech production that can ensure the competitiveness of its own products on the world market, which can be done only with adequate financial support to stimulate labor potential. It is proved that adequate financial support for labor incentives should be a key condition for the generation and preservation of labor potential necessary for the effective functioning of the national economy.

The problem of innovation is a key one for most of the industrialized countries of the world. Scientific and technical products resulting from intellectual activity need to create a system of protection of industrial property rights, which is a mandatory attribute of developed countries. The efficiency of modern Russian national economy is based on the scientific and technical potential of the country, along with natural and labor resources. The transition of the economy to a new qualitative state increases the importance of innovation and the development of high-tech industries, which, ultimately, are the most important factor in overcoming the economic crisis and providing conditions for economic growth. The innovative development of the Russian oil and gas sector depends on the state of the world market. It is necessary to look for other sources directly related to the main issues of scientific and technological development, including: improving the efficiency of exploration; increase of efficiency of development of oil and gasoline in remote areas; improving the efficiency of exploration in the floodplains of the remaining oil reserves; the increase in the average and low production of dense and high-quality construction of wells to a depth of more than 4 km; increasing the productivity of reservoir wells with low permeability. Therefore, scientific foundations of the development of oil and gas complex and the law of the development of innovative technologies are very relevant and have important theoretical and practical significance. The relevance of the topic of the article is expressed in the fact that the world's largest oil and gas companies are constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, including through the use of innovative methods of oil search, exploration and production. In this case, the competitiveness and long-term survival of an oil company depends on the effectiveness of its innovation activities. The article considers the main innovative technologies in oil production in Russia and their features.
