The purpose of the present study was to examine the safety climate among Nain tile factory workers and its relationship with having a history of occupational accidents. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional and descriptive-analytical study was conducted in 2019 among the Nain Tile factory staff. The Nordic Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50) was used to assess the safety climate among workers of the different organizational departments. Out of 252, 142 workers were selected by simple random sampling. Descriptive and analytical statistics were used to analyze the data. The instrument's internal consistency was also calculated by calculating Richardson's coefficient of coefficient 0.942.coefficients were used for analytical analysis. Analyzes were performed in SPSS software version 19 with a significance level of 5%. Results: The reliability coefficient of the whole questionnaire was calculated 0.95 using Cronbach's alpha test. The safety climate score was higher than two in all domains. Safety climate score was significantly correlated with work area and shift type. The highest score of safety climate was in the crusher section as well as in day shift work. There was no significant relationship between safety climate score and other variables of the study. Conclusion: The safety atmosphere score is affected by the day shift and the workplace section. Therefore, it is suggested to modify the job plan and work shifts to improve the prevailing safety climate.

Objective: This study aims to reveal the ability of a safety climate assessment to make predictions regarding occupational accidents that occur in a metal sector workplace. Material and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted with metal sector workers. Two sub-dimensions, the security climate scale, and an 18-question form, were used for data collection. The Chi-square, 'Student's t-test, and logistic regression tests were used to determine the relationships with occupational accidents. A correlation analysis was applied between the total scale score and its sub-dimensions. Results: The questionnaire was completed by 289 workers (90.1%).  In their current workplace, 28.4% had at least one work accident. The total score of the occupational safety climate was 61.11±6.90, and each unit was observed to increase the occupational safety climate score provided there was a 4.6% (95% CI: 0.6–8.4%) decrease in occupational accident reporting. There is a 1.10 (95% CI: 1.04–1.17) fold rise in reported work injuries for every additional year the workers work in this workplace (p = 0.001). Compared to unmarried people, married people recorded 3.24 times (95% CI 1.02–10.35) more workplace injuries. Conclusion: According to the data, employee safety monitoring mediates the relationship between a safe environment and occupational accidents.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship of parent role in anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence with sibling rivalry incident in preschooler. The design of this research is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The independent variable is the parent role in the anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence, while the dependent variable is sibling rivalry. The unit of analysis of this study is preschool children who have younger siblings, and the source of information is parents, the sample of 37 children with simple random sampling technique. The data collected from these three research variables used questionnaires. The statistical test using spearman rank with α (0,05). The result of the statistical test shows the value of p value with the alpha significance level α (0,05), mean value of p value < α, so H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, it means there is relation of parent role in anticipatory guidance sibling rivalry and emotional intelligence with incident sibling rivalry preschooler. The results of this study is expected parents can perform its role in anticipatory sibling rivalry and improve the emotional intelligence of children to avoid sibling rivalry between siblings

The research population is all employees of PT. Windu Blambangan Sejati (WBS) Banyuwangi Regency and a large sample of 81 people using simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaire sheets was then analyzed using logistic regression tests. The results showed that there was an influence of skills on workplace accidents (p-value = 0.027 <0.05). There is an influence of experience on workplace accidents (p-value = 0.043 <0.05). There is an influence of discipline on workplace accidents (p-value = 0.040 <0.05). There is an influence of Technical factors (availability of equipment) on workplace accidents (p-value = 0.003 <0.05). There is no effect of lay out on work accidents (p-value = 0.420> 0.05). There is no effect of lighting on work accidents (p-value = 0.944> 0.05). There is no noise effect on work accidents (p-value = 0.084> 0.05). Background: There exist many fatal occupational accidents in the works carried out in wastewater treatment plants. Objective: This research was carried out to determine the relationship between job satisfaction levels and occupational safety perceptions of employees working in wastewater treatment plants. Methods: In this study, a questionnaire including Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale and Occupational Safety Scale is applied to a total of 161 people aged 16-65 years working in two different Advanced Biological Wastewater Treatment Plants in Istanbul by simple random sampling. Statistical Package for Social Science version-22 was used. Seventeen hypotheses were analyzed to show the relation between the occupational safety perceptions and socio-demographic parameters of employees. Results: The results show that there is no significant relationship between job satisfaction and occupational safety perception of the personnel working in wastewater treatment plants (F=0.096 and p=0.227 >0.05). On the other hand, it is found that there is a statistically significant difference between the level of job satisfaction perception and age of the employees (F=2.358 and p=0.002 <0.05), as well as monthly income ranges (F=4.126 and p=0.008 <0.05). Conclusion: Consequently, the hazards associated with the work should be explained to employees of the wastewater treatment plant in detail. Furthermore, it is suggested to maintain an increase in wages to increase job satisfaction.

The present study aimed to explore and evaluate employee’s capability maturity level and propose a solution to enhance it at Iran’s Oil Company. It was conducted through descriptive-field and cross-sectional method. The statistical population included 269 employees who were selected through simple random sampling and the sample size was estimated using Cochran formula. Curtis standard questionnaire was employed for data collection. Face validity and content validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by several experts including the management professors and managers of the mentioned company. Reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha coefficient which was equal to 0.89. Having analyzed the research questions, the findings revealed that maturity level of employees is totally weak from the third level onward. Therefore, maturity of employees is at the second level of maturity model, i.e. this company has defined and executed its primary and repeatable processes. Likewise, one-sample t-test for each level showed that status of dimensions in the second level was more than the average level (mean was equal to 3.54 and the significance level was less than 0.05) and it was less than the desirable level in other levels (2.69, 2.61, and 2.59 respectively).
