This article aims to examine the legacy and policy of AK Party in Turkey, Ennahda’s political movement in Tunisia, and Jamaat-e-Islami (BJI) in Bangladesh, which is ostensibly identified with Islamic political ideology and acquainted with the world as a ‘moderate-conservative political Islam party.’ The study interrogates the nature, processes, and the characteristic features of the three countries’ administrative system, comparatively from three regions of the world, particularly from the Middle East and Europe region, Africa and Arab region, and the South Asian region. This study also highlights these political parties’ history, political ideology differences, and their practices reflective of democratic principles from a theoretical perspective on politics, policy, and philosophy. It also acknowledges whether the political development of Turkey from 2002 onward is feasible for Bangladeshi and Tunisian Islamic political parties to accept as a role model in their political arena.

Akhlak (morality) is one of the three basic frameworks of islamic teachings (akidah, syari'ah and akhlak) which have important position. Moral expression is concrete evidence of the application and embodiment of aqidah and syari'ah, thus, represents the quality of Muslim’s faith. This research is a qualitative research conducted with literature study. This study seeks to explain the ethical concept of al-Ghazali and its application in the world of adult education, as explained by al-Ghazali in his works. The author limited the writings of al-Ghazali which are used as the basis for this research study, only to works written in the last years of his life, especially when he lived life as a Sufi. This research found that al-Ghazali divided adult education methods into two, general and specific. The general method applies to everyone and the specific method applies specifically to everyone based on the results of self-introspection.

Political recruitment is a process of selecting and selecting a person or several members of the community to occupy and exercise certain political roles as cadres of political parties, legislators, as president and vice president and as regional head. In the Indonesian state system, this political recruitment is left to political parties. The rise of political parties as a result of freedom of association and assembly on the one hand is a reflection of democracy but on the other hand the large number of political parties will give rise to increasingly tight competition between political parties. The increasing competition makes political actors easily trapped in political pragmatism. Political pragmatism as a short-term orientation of political actors to win political competition is power. Power as the ultimate goal of the political competition. Political pragmatism has had a significant impact on the formation of pragmatic recruitment patterns. The pattern of pragmatic recruitment has spawned many problems, especially issues related to the quality of recruitment results. One of them is that many of the political elites are facing legal problems such as corruption and so on. Under these conditions emerged initiatives to present a systematic and structured pattern of political recruitment. One of the indications is that political recruitment is based on the ideology of political parties. The ideology of a political party is broadly divided into recruitment based on Islamic ideology (religion) and other ideologies such as nationalism. the closer the party ideology to the party recruitment pattern will result in quality recruitment and visionary cadres. on the contrary, the further distance the party ideology with the party recruitment pattern will result in a pragmatic recruitment. The results of recruitment have a close relationship with the quality of products produced, especially product legislation.   Kata Kunci : pola rekrutmen, partai politik, sistem ketatanegaraan

Abstract This article explores empirically the relation between political parties’ institutions and quality of government. I focus on procedures used to nominate presidential candidates given the importance of candidate selection in party politics. Using a panel dataset of Latin American countries, I find robust evidence of a positive relation between the use of democratic procedures, such as primaries, and quality of government. To shed light on the mechanism, I examine why parties use primaries. I find evidence suggestive that the results are mostly driven by the increase in political competition and candidates’ pre-electoral incentives.

The Islamic Political Parties in support of simultaneous Regional Head Elections in Indonesia have proven to contribute significantly to a very pluralistic national political system. Increasing the capacity and performance of Islamic political parties directly influences the quality of democracy and the performance of the political system in Indonesia, so that the role of Islamic Political Parties needs to be improved, both in capacity, quality and performance in order to realize the quality of democracy in Indonesia. The birth of Islamic parties in Indonesia today has added to the treasures of democracy in Indonesia, this birth phenomenon is thought to be a manifestation of the re-presence of Islamic political power. The quality of democracy can be influenced one of them through the implementation of simultaneous regional head elections in 2018 which are carried out in a constitutional, peaceful, honest and fair manner. The quality of democracy is also determined by the existence of democratic institutions, actors of democracy, actors' relations with institutions, public issues, and the capacity and strategy of democratic actors in linking between political party platforms that carry candidates with issues of public interest. The success of the substance of the implementation of the Regional Head Election simultaneously can be measured from the effectiveness of the system

Abstract. We examined the effect of presenting unknown policy statements on German parties’ election posters. Study 1 showed that participants inferred the quality of a presented policy from knowledge about the respective political party. Study 2 showed that participants’ own political preferences influenced valence estimates: policy statements presented on campaign posters of liked political parties were rated significantly more positive than those presented on posters of disliked political parties. Study 3 replicated the findings of Study 2 with an additional measure of participants’ need for cognition. Need for cognition scores were unrelated to the valence transfer from political parties to policy evaluation. Study 4 replicated the findings of Studies 2 and 3 with an additional measure of participants’ voting intentions. Voting intentions were a significant predictor for valence transfer. Participants credited both their individually liked and disliked political parties for supporting the two unknown policies. However, the credit attributed to the liked party was significantly higher than to the disliked one. Study 5 replicated the findings of Studies 2, 3, and 4. Additionally, participants evaluated political clubs that were associated with the same policies previously presented on election posters. Here, a second-degree transfer emerged: from party valence to policy evaluation and from policy evaluation to club evaluation. Implications of the presented studies for policy communications and election campaigning are discussed.

The management activity of research report writing requires sufficient knowledge in its preparation. A researcher must learn about the management of understanding scientific concepts, as well as management of research reports that are based on scientific truth. In this study, 1 (one) method was used, namely a literature study of 10 (ten) to support the understanding of scientific concepts according to experts. The concept is a general idea that represents perceived understanding on the basis of reason and logic by someone who then forms a meaning deductively or inductively. Whereas knowledge is what is known or the results of work know. Then scientific truth is related to the quality of knowledge, where every knowledge possessed is viewed from the type of knowledge that is built. Thus scientific truth is an important point in scientific reporting, as the basic foundation of accurate management of report writing and must be displayed in every corner of the report. It is hoped that this research can assist researchers in compiling research reports. Keywords: Management, Science, Scientific Truth, Research Reports.

Animal feed knife is a tool that serves to cut and chop animal feed consisting of grass as the main ingredient with additives such as bran, herbs, centrate, cassava, tofu pulp and others. Therefore, as a cutting tool must have the properties of friction resistance, impact resistance, and have good sharpness, so that the material chosen is Ni-Hard 1. The use of centrifugal casting method was chosen because it has the advantage of being able to make castings with relatively thin thickness this is due to the influence of the centrifugal force on the distribution of metal liquids throughout the cavity in the mold. Case study in this study is the use of centrifugal casting methods as an alternative to gravity casting methods to overcome defects of misruns. This research was conducted to investigate the effect of speed on the formation of castings products. The method that was carried out began with a literature study on centrifugal casting, and continued by determining the material, the temperature of the cast is in the range 1250ºC - 1300ºC, and the type of mold. The next step is to do work drawings, pattern making, mold making, casting processes, fettling processes, and analysis. With variations in speed of 200 rpm, 300 rpm and 400 rpm, it can be seen the optimal speed for making this product. The results of this study obtained optimal speed at a speed of 300 rpm to make good quality of animal feed knife products.
