This aim of this research is to explore and analyze to what extent the strategies to which physical education didacticsin Tunisia contributed to address the duplication of gender stereotypes. A typical approach with binary choiceregression was applied to analyze data obtained from questionnaires completed by 1326 adolescent students (724girls and 602 boys) from Tunisia. Results relieved that sport opportunities are limited by the separate expectations ofmales and females in physical education and sport settings. The analysis reveals that gender stereotypes affect girls'sports activities and that is particularly true for sports suitable for boys. The effect of the appropriated stereotype wassignificantly higher for sports practices perceived as masculine. The research ends with imminent based on thedistinction between gender skills and gender interest and implications for sport activities in order to enhanceparticipation, enjoyment, and wellbeing of people in physical education and sport activities. Hence, the need todevelop an internal logic of practice of sports activities by repeating individual and sexual differences.

AbstractThe article deals with professional training of future teachers of physical education within the context of leading countries, namely the USA, Great Britain, China, Germany, France. The aforementioned countries are not just leaders in economical development; they are also leaders in sports. The analysis of literature resources allowed revealing a number of peculiarities, implementation of which in the process of professional training of teachers of physical education in Ukraine will have positive impact. They are reorientation of professional training, as well as future activity on health protection of students, individual physical development, skills development, big-scale implementation of health-improving systems, non-standard types of motor activity in educational process. This calls for improvement of medical knowledge, health fundamentals, disease prevention, and injury prevention. Increase of the role and duration of teaching practice and implementation of compulsory year-long training at future workplace are of great importance. Taking into account national traditions, historical experience of the development of physical culture in native land, and introduction of national types of motor activity to the curricula have positive effect. The division on two individual stages is common in professional training of teachers. The first one is primarily oriented on theoretical component of educational, while the second one emphasizes practical activity of a future teacher. Along with standardization, independence and autonomy of educational institutions in matters of professional training organization have positive effect in educational process. Governmental support, namely financing of physical training and sports and educational sphere, improvement of material and technical base, plays a key role in the process of professional training of future teacher of physical education.

Introduction. Today, when assessing the importance of physical education in student age, it is important to take into account its need in solving problems of general physical education and physical development. It is necessary to proceed from the fact that motor activity is a natural need the organism, an indispensable condition of physical development, strengthening of health and increase resistance of the organism to adverse conditions. However, special studies the content general physical education, motor mode of students convincingly show the insufficient satisfaction of these needs. Lack of meaningful motor activity inevitably leads to irreparable losses in physical development, weakening of the body's defenses and serious health problems. Therefore, the issues improving the content, forms and methods of physical education students in higher education institutions remain relevant. The article considers and analyzes the importance sectional classes Crossfit, one of the most popular types physical activity among student youth. Crossfit is widely used as a means developing physical qualities and abilities. In addition, Crossfit classes cause a number changes in the functional systems of the body those involved. Hypothesis of the study is that cross-section Crossfit classes will improve the physical condition of students of higher education institutions. Research purpose to determine the impact of cross-section Crossfit classes on the physical condition of students. Research methods and materials. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of data of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical observation, method of anthropometry, functional research methods, pedagogical experiment, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. The study involved 32 students studying at Sumy State Pedagogical University A.S. Makarenko, who belong to the main medical group and have no abnormalities in health. Results. The data of experimental research influence of the developed technique section classes Crossfit on indicators a physical condition of students are presented and its efficiency is proved. As a result of the study, it was determined that Crossfit classes help to reduce the heart rate of students, increase the indicators of VСL and tests Stange, Gencha, Rufier. There is a significant improvement in the results of tests on the strength the muscles the upper extremities, speed, agility and endurance. The average level physical health of young men has significantly improved, which indicates the transition of indicators from below the average functional class to the average, most young men have reached a safe level of health. Conclusions. 1. With the use of cross-section Crossfit classes, you can solve the problem of optimizing the educational process of physical education in higher education. 2. The use of Crossfit sectional classes in the IHE proved the effectiveness of the proposed method, as there are statistically significant improvements in the functional indicators of students, indicators of physical fitness and level of physical health.

The article presents a theoretical analysis and summarizes approaches to the use of kinesioplasty in the training of young football players to optimize motor activity and functional reserves of individual movements. The analysis of the literature showed that the anatomical-physiological and psychological features of the development of the body of young football players are most favorable for the development of most physical qualities of man. Based on the generalization of educational and methodological and scientific literature, it was found that the mechanisms of interaction of posture and arbitrary precise movements are closely interrelated and depend on the state of postural balance and the general center of gravity of the athlete's biomechanics. The expediency of expanding the range of means of the training process of young football players aimed at optimizing their motor activity has been studied. In the sports and training process of young football players found that it is extremely important to develop both cortical mechanisms of motor coordination and the manifestation of various forms of motor coordination in the distal parts of the body, and through muscular activity - changes in spatial, force, temporal characteristics of voluntary movement, biodynamic characteristics of the athlete's posture. It is proved that in order to obtain a positive effect of kinesioplasty methods on the optimization of coordination abilities of young players, it is necessary to restructure the pathological motor stereotype formed as a result of spontaneous development, which adapts the athlete to increase stress and energy expenditure during sports training. And the ability to regulate a variety of parameters of movements is determined by the accuracy of motor sensations and perceptions. The pedagogical experiment was carried out on the basis of FC "Kudrivka". The experiment was carried out by stretching the grass-sickle 2021 rock. It was attended by (n = 30 people) of which (n = 15 people) control group and (n = 15 people) experimental group). The age of the subjects was 8-11 years.

The content of the article is to implement and implement a technological block of the methodological system of application of fitness technologies in the educational process of physical education of students. It has been researched that the formation of the technological block of the methodological system provides diagnostics of students' health status, physical development and physical fitness during exercise of fitness technologies. It is determined that the formation of the technological block of the methodological system depends to a certain extent on the level of motor activity of students. Motor activity is one of the factors that determine the level of metabolic processes in the body and the state of its bone, muscle, and cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Accordingly, the distribution of students by the level of physical activity is quite promising, but from a practical point of view, it is a direction that is difficult to implement during the exercise of fitness technologies in the educational process of physical education. It was found out that the formation of the technological block of the methodological system should take into account that self-study should occupy an important place in the system of physical improvement of students. These can be complexes of exercise at home, in the open air, during rest, morning hygienic gymnastics, wellness walking and jogging, skiing, ice skating and cycling, training on simulators, sports games at the place of residence, hiking and excursions, traveling to mountains, other cities and countries, etc. The introduction of the methodological system in the technological block also implies the activation of aesthetic education to the formation of posture, physique, beauty of its physical appearance through training of fitness technologies.

The aim of this research was to investigate morphofunctional features and physical fitness of boys 6 - 9 years old under the influence of various physical activity. The research performed in 2020 comprised 246 boys of 6 - 9 years old with different physical activity (121 children who are not involved in sports; 79 martial artists and 46 gymnasts with experience of 8 months and 4 years old). It was found that systematic sports activities of 6 - 9 years old boys have a positive effect on physical fitness and optimize morphofunctional indicators of physical development. The effect of the sport on the physical development and fitness of the boys depends on the start date and time of training sessions: a higher level of young gymnasts physical fitness is accompanied by a more intense adaptation of the cardiovascular system relative to martial artists. Differences in morphofunctional state and physical fitness between boys who are not involved in sports and young athletes are least significant in 6 year old boys, intensifying as growing up and increasing sport experience. It is more typical for gymnasts.
