Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examines the influence of instructor/trainer, training materials,training methods of islamic performance. The research was conducted at PT Syaria Mandiri Bank branch ofMalang. There are 33 samples chosen at random sampling, and analysis used was multiple linear regressionmodels. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the instructor, training materials, trainingmethods have a significant influence on islamic performance. The most dominant influence on the islamicperformance of employees is instructor. So it can be concluded that the variables comprising the instructor,training materials, training methods have an equally important role in improving islamic performance.

The purpose of this research are to see how reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles affect the satisfaction of customer users of online transport services to UNM Economic students. Research conducted a method survey with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all students using grab bike online transport, ranging from 2016-2019 to 206 people. Sampling samples using technical samples of random sampling are 67 people. The instruments used to collect data are instruments of questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used are regression analysis and hypothetical testing with T and F. data processing used SPSS version 21 for windows software. Research results show that variable as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are partial to positive and significant effects on users GrabBike online transport satisfaction. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between reliability variables, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles to the consumer satisfaction users of GrabBike online transport services

The results showed that: (1) Based on the test, the results of the research proved that the Training Method (X1) proved to have a positive effect on the Work Ability of Training Graduates at UPTD BLK Wonogiri (Y); (2) Based on the test, it turns out that the results of the study prove that the Instructor / Trainer (X2) has no positive effect on the Work Ability of Training Graduates at UPTD BLK Wonogiri (Y); (3) Based on the test, it turns out that the research results prove that the Instructor / Trainer (X3) has a positive effect on the Work Ability of Training Graduates at UPTD BLK Wonogiri; (4) Based on the test, it turns out that the research results prove that the Method of Facilities and Infrastructure (X4) has a positive effect on the Work Ability of Training Graduates at UPTD BLK Wonogiri (Y); (5) Based on the test, it turns out that the research results prove that the certificate (X5) is proven to have a positive effect on the Work Ability of Training Graduates at UPTD BLK Wonogiri (Y); (6) Based on testing simultaneously (Test F), it turns out that the results of the research prove that all variables of Training Methods, Instructors / Trainers, Training Materials and Facilities and Infrastructure as well as certificates together or simultaneously prove to have a positive effect on the factor formation of the variables. This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership, supervision systems and punitive sanctions against the level of employee discipline in the Regional Secretariat Bima. There are three independent variables in this study; leadership, supervision, and punitive sanction against the level of employee discipline. In this study population is 240 people with  a sample of 100 respondens selected by the simple random sampling. Simultaneously the results of the study concluded that leadership variable have an influence on work discipline but not significant, control variable have an influence on work discipline but not significant and punitive sanctions variable positive and significant impact on employee discipline. Punitive sanctions is a variable that has the most dominant influence compared with other variables. Of the research results can be recommended a few things, that isemployee discipline would be improved if good leadership, good supervision and sanctions fair punishment can be combined and synchronized with well by the leadership, either in the form of rules written and in it’s application. Keyword : Leadership, Supervision, Sanction, Employee Disciplin

This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. And partially showed that product quality variables  has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty</em>

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. <em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . Simultaneously Transparency and Trust Tax Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance effect, this means that the Tax and Trust trades Taxpayers together will increase the Taxpayer Compliance.   Keywords: Tax Transparency, Trust, Taxpayer Compliance.     Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi target yang diteliti ialah Satuan Kerja yang ada di Unit Analisis 14 Kantor Pelayanan Pajak diwilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Model pengaruh di analisa menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode alternative PLS (Partial Least Square) yang bertujuan menguji Pengaruh antara Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada diunit analisis yang telah diberi ijin untuk melakukan penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Transparansi Pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Begitu pula dengan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak yang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Secara simultan Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, hal ini berarti bahwa dengan Transakasi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak bersama-sama maka akan meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.

Abstrack   This research is intended to analyze the influence of brand equity on the consumer buying behavior. The respondents consist of 100 electronic user in Regional Province of Yogyakarta. Questionnaire are used to collect data from the respondents and the data were analized by Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of the study indicate that: (i). brand equity has significant influence on the consumer buying behavior (ii). brand loyalty has dominant influence on the custumer buying behavior.   Keywords: Brand Equity, Consumer Buying Behavior. The research objective was to examine and analyze whether Profitability, Asset Structure, Firm Size simultaneously and partially influenced Stock Returns in Manufacturing Companies. In addition, this study also tries to prove whether Corporate Governance can be used as a moderator in the research model. The research results showed that simultaneously Profitability, Asset Structure, Firm Size significantly influenced Stock Returns. Partially, profitability has a positive and significant influence on Stock Returns. Asset Structure has a positive and significant influence on Stock Returns, and Company size has a positive and insignificant influence on Stock Returns. The variable of Corporate Governance can moderate the influence of Asset Structure on Stock Returns. However, Corporate Governance will not be able to moderate the influence of Profitability on Stock Returns.
