Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan guru-guru fisika di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah tentang penyusunan proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Peserta yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pengabdin ini merupakan anggota Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) fisika Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah. Tahapan yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini terdiri atas dua tahap, yaitu penyampaian materi dan praktik penyusunan proposal PTK. Materi yang disampaikan adalah konsep dasar PTK dan analisis masalah pembelajaran, metodologi PTK, menganalisis data dan interpretasi hasil, dan merancang proposal PTK dengan metode ceramah. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah bertambahnya pemahaman dan kemampuan guru tentang penyusunan proposal PTK. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dijadkan sebagai bahan masukan guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesionalisme guru dengan melakukan PTK. This service activity aims to improve the understanding and ability of physics teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency regarding the preparation of Classroom Action Research (CAR) proposals. Participants involved in this community service activity were members of the Physics Teachers Meeting (MGMP) physics at Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The stages carried out in this service consist of two steps, namely the delivery of material and the practice of preparing a CAR proposal. The material presented is the basic concept of CAR and analysis of learning problems, CAR methodology, analyzing data and interpretation of results, and designing CAR proposals using the lecture method. The result of this dedication is the increasing understanding and ability of teachers regarding the preparation of PTK proposals. The results of these community service activities can be used as teacher input to improve teacher professional competence by conducting CAR.

The problem experienced by service partners is the lack of knowledge of teachers related to CAR (Class Action Research) and its implementation so that teachers at Tamansari 1 and 2 Elementary Schools do not carry out CAR. In addition, the existing CAR trainings are not carried out continuously so that they do not bring results and motivate teachers to do CAR. The purpose of this community service is to strengthen CAR material to improve CAR-related knowledge, namely the basic concept of CAR, problem identification and problem solving in CAR, development of CAR Instruments, preparation of CAR proposals, CAR implementation and writing of CAR reports. In addition, the purpose of this PKM is to provide assistance in the preparation and implementation of CAR by guiding CAR 1 and 2 Yogyakarta elementary school teachers.The method used in the implementation of this service was the Workshop carried out with the lecture method (face to face), demonstration (practice), and the distribution of modules for strengthening CAR material and assistance was carried out with the method of coaching and implementing CAR together.community service results are that teachers in SDN Tamansari 1 and 2 can better understand the importance of CAR concepts, implementation of CAR, and CAR reporting.Keywords: Workshop, CAR, Collaborative.

AbstrakPendidikan dasar merupakan sekolah yang memiliki peran yang strategis dan fundamental bagi pembangunan bangsa. Sehingga penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah dasar harus diarahkan dan menunjang secara optimal demi mencapai tuuan pendidikan nasional. Peraturan baru yang mengharuskan syarat pernah melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas bagi guru sebagai syarat naik golongan menjadi sebuah kendala yang cukup berat. Hal tersebut dikarenakan guru SD tidak terbiasa menulis atau melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Guru harus membuat dalam memenuhi kewajibannya jika ingin naik golongan dan pangkat khususnya dari IV a ke IV b atau dari pangkat Pembina ke Pembina tingkat 1 ke atas. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini ialah menjadikan guru mampu membuat karya tulis ilmiah antara lain PTK agar mampu dimanfaatkan untuk pengembangan profesi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru ialah bagaimana mengoptimalkan pembuatan penelitian tindakan kelas guru-guru SD di desa Geneng. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan workshop. Kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan latihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencapai target. Capaian tersebut ialah guru mampu menghasilkan penelitian tindakan kelas yang baik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru. Ketercapaian target pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru dari target 30 guru. Sehingga, ketercapaian peserta 83% atau dapat dinilai baik. Simpulan dalam kegiatan ini ialah ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dinilai baik. Kata kunci: PTK; guru SD; karya tulis ilmiah. AbstractBasic education is a school that has a strategic and fundamental role for nation building. Related to the implementation of education in elementary schools must be aimed at optimally supporting and achieving national education. The new regulation which requires the requirement to carry out Classroom Action Research for teachers as a condition for boarding a class is a considerable obstacle. This is because elementary school teachers are not used to writing or conducting Classroom Action Research. The teacher must make it in fulfilling his obligations if he wants to rise in class and rank especially from IV a to IV b or from the rank of coach to coach level 1 and above. The purpose of this activity is to make teachers able to make scientific papers including PTK so that they can be utilized for professional development. The problem faced by the teacher is how to optimize the making of classroom action research for elementary school teachers in Geneng Village. Service activities are carried out using a Workshop approach. The activity uses lecture, discussion and practice methods. The results of this activity reach the target. The achievement is that the teacher is able to produce good classroom action research. The implementation of community service was followed by 25 teachers. The achievement of the target of implementing community service was followed by 25 teachers from the target of 30 teachers. So, the participants' achievement is 83% or can be considered good. The conclusions in this activity are the achievement of material targets planned for this service activity can be considered good. Keywords: PTK; elementary school teacher; scientific writing

[Bahasa]: Penguasaan bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa resmi internasional merupakan tuntutan bagi siswa agar mampu bersaing di era globalisasi. Masyarakat di daerah destinasi wisata seperti Lombok membutuhkan penguasaan Bahasa Inggris yang baik agar memudahkan mereka untuk mencari lapangan pekerjaan. Oleh karenanya siswa di sekolah harus mendapatkan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang baik agar memiliki kompetensi yang memadai. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis narasi bahasa Inggris bagi siswa kelas IX melalui pemanfaatan gambar berseri. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan pengabdian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan partisipan sebanyak 24 siswa kelas IX. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media gambar berseri dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis naratif dalam Bahasa Inggris. Kata kunci: gambar berseri, bahasa Inggris, kemampuan menulis [English]: Mastery of English as an official international language is a demand for students to be able to compete in the era of globalization. The residents in tourist destination areas such as Lombok need to master good English in order to be easier in finding jobs. Therefore students in schools must get good English learning in order to have adequate competence. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the ability to write English narratives for students of class IX through the use of serial images. The method used was classroom action research with 24 students as participants in IX grade. So marketing acts as a liaison between the needs of the community and the pattern of industrial responses.This community service activity is carried out at the home of the business actor who has the address. The method used in the implementation of community service activities is business assistance.The purpose of this method is the participatory-lecture method,discussion-information and continued with direct training on making business management development models for business actors "Cireng Ceu Iin" in Padasuka Village, Baros District, Serang Regency.In a business, it is better to plan carefully both in terms of future prospects and the management system that can be done to manage the business in question. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the prospect of competition, market segmentation and the smooth running of its business. Especially for the management of the Cireng-making business, it is necessary to pay attention to the availability of raw materials in the form of sago and flour which must be processed into dough. Setting the selling price is one of the factors that must be considered in a business. Prices must be realistic but do not forget the capital spent to carry out the business in question.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sumber daya manusia, dengan memberikan pembinaan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam laporan keuangan dengan standar akuntansi. Sasaran pengabdian masyarakat adalah siswa SMK Kartini Surabaya yang berdomisili di wilayah Surabaya. ERADICATING ILLITERACY OF AL-QUR'AN LETTERS ON RESIDENTS AND COMMUNITY OF SCAVENGERS AT THE FINAL WASTE DISPOSAL SITE (TPA) OF KARYABARU VILLAGE, PALEMBANG. The purpose of this community service program is to overcome literacy of the Koran in the scavenger community in the garbage dumps of Karyabaru Village, Alang-alang District, Palembang City. The method used The method used in this service is participatory action research (PAR) in the form of assistance in learning. Based on this service activity, it can be concluded that the ability of learning citizens to show an increase in writing and reading hijaiyah letters, this can be seen from the results of the evaluation at each meeting, namely: (1) the ability to write and read hijaiyah letters of learning citizens who are declared complete as many as 18 (90 %) and incomplete 2 (10%). (2) the ability to write and read changes in hijaiyah letters, namely 17 (85%) learning citizens were declared complete and 3 (15%) learning citizens were declared incomplete. (3) the ability of citizens to learn to pronounce letters correctly and fluently according to their meaning 15 (75%) learning citizens were declared complete and 5 (25%) learning residents were declared not complete, and (4) the ability of residents to learn to pronounce letters that were already marked with a long and short line according to the level in tajwid, namely there are 15 (75%) learning residents who have completed and 5 (25%) learning residents are declared incomplete.

The ability to write and publish articles in scientific journals is part of the professional competence of the teacher. The problem is that many teachers have not mastered the skills of writing scientific papers. As a result, many teachers find it difficult to advance in rank, especially for promotion after IV/a. This paper describes a community service activity sponsored by Riau University lecturers which aims to help teachers improve their scientific writing skills. Community Service Activities were performed at a SMAIT (Islamic Integrated High School) in Pekanbaru, Riau. This paper further explains the concept of the workshop, the content of the workshop materials, and the effectiveness of the workshop. This workshop lasted for two months with three face-to-face training sessions. The rest was done online via the Google Classroom platform. The material content covers the basic principles of scientific writing, the steps for writing scientific journals, how to cite and make references, including how to automatically quote from reference manager applications such as Mendeley, and how to submit articles through the Online Journal System (OJS). Data from the survey conducted at the end of the community service activity showed that, in general, this activity was well and effectively carried out. The majority of participants (72.7%) stated that their motivation to write increased after attending the training. Their knowledge of writing scientific articles have improved after training. Their ability in writing scientific journals is also relatively better than before following this structured workshop.

Teluk Pucung is a sub-district located in North Bekasi sub-district, Bekasi City, West Java, Indonesia which has a high population density, especially for housing, public facilities and infrastructure, and only a small amount a little gardening. Because of this, this community service activity aims to build community independence so that it can develop the potential of the surrounding environment, especially entrepreneurial programs to increase family income. So, it is hoped that the growth of entrepreneurial independence through the application of hydroponic agriculture can be maximally applied, besides that they can independently provide for foodstuffs from agriculture and economically can be used as a productive economic business on a household scale considering the strategic position of Bekasi City which is directly adjacent to the Jakarta city. This is of course so that the existence of a prosperous community life in a city that functions as a residential city is a residential city which is the existence of green open space. This method of community service activities uses lectures or outreach, discussion and learning methods that are practiced by participants and resource persons. The lecture method is used to convey general knowledge about hydroponic cultivation and entrepreneurial development. The learning method is used to transfer the knowledge and skills possessed by the resource person to community members. This training involves lecturers at the Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Bekasi University in collaboration with the community members of Kel. Teluk Pucung.   Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Family Income and Hydroponic Socialization   Abstrak   Teluk Pucung adalah kelurahan yang berada di kecamatan Bekasi Utara, Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia yang memiliki kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi, digunakan untuk membangun perumahan, toko-toko, dan sedikit lahan untuk berkebun. Oleh karena hal tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membangun kemandirian masyarakat agar dapat mengembangkan potensi lingkungan sekitarnya terutama program kewirausahaan untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga. Maka, diharapakan penumbuhan kemandirian berwirausaha melalui penerapan pertanian hidroponik dapat diterapkan secara maksimal, selain itu mereka dapat secara mandiri menyediakan kebutuhan bahan pangan asal pertanian dan secara ekonomi dapat dijadikan usaha ekonomi produktif pada skala rumah tangga mengingat posisi strategis Kota Bekasi ini yang berdekatan langsung dengan wilayah kota Jakarta. Hal ini tentunya agar berajlannya suatu kehidupan masyarakat yang sejahtera di dalam kota yang berfungsi sebagai kota hunian yang merupakan kota hunian yang merupakan keberadaan dari ruang terbuka hijau. Metode kegiatan abdimas ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan, diskusi dan pembelajaran yang dipraktekkan oleh peserta dan narasumber. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum tentang penanaman hidroponik dan pengembangan kewirausahaan. Metode pembelajaran digunakan untuk alih pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki oleh narasumber kepada anggota masyarakat. Pelatihan ini melibatkan dosen-dosen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Bhayangkara Bekasi yang bekerjasama dengan warga masyarakat Kel. THE IMPROVING OF ENGLISH COMPETENCE FOR LECTURERS OF FACULTY OF TEACHER TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF UNIVERSITY OF MATHLA’UL ANWAR BANTEN. This community service activity is motivated by the thought that the need for lecturers to have good competence in using English in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. With the hope that through its application, students become more enthusiastic in learning. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide scientific assistance to the lecturers of FKIP Unma Banten in using English in the teaching and learning process. While the benefits of this activity are to have a positive effect on the lecturers of FKIP Unma Banten in communicating using English in class and the increasing enthusiasm and achievement of FKIP Unma Banten students in learning.  This service activity was carried out in the form of short training for two meetings with members of 10 lecturers held in the hall of FKIP Unma Banten. The first meeting discussed the importance of English, introducing word, clause, and sentences, mastering tenses by using smart fingers technique. The second meeting was a deepening of the material followed by the practice of TOEFL questions and the practice of speaking English in everyday life with simple sentences by participants of FKIP Unma Banten lecturers. The method used in this community service activity is the lecture method, question and answer, discussion and demonstration methods. Based on observations during this community service activity, several positive results were obtained. The results of this community service are the increased insight of FKIP Unma Banten lecturers on English language material and its application in the teaching and learning process in the classroom.

<p class="JUDUL"><em>Early age learners have characteristics and needs that are different from learning at the higher levels. Teachers at the early age level of education are required to be able to create a pleasant learning atmosphere, for example through the use of song and play media. But in reality, not all early childhood education teachers have the ability to use and develop songs in all subject areas, especially in learning English. This is due to limited references and the ability to develop creative songs. Thus, the purpose of this community service activity is to improve the teaching competency of PIAUD teachers in Jember Regency. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with workshop techniques and direct mentoring is used as an approach in this activity to help teachers recognize their problems and potential. This mentoring activity involved 50 PIAUD teachers in Jember District with 3 speakers who were experts in the field of English Education and psychology learning. The results of these service activities can be seen from the increase in the ability of teachers to use and develop English songs. In addition, this activity resulted in an English song compilation book that can be used as a reference for learning in class. This shows that the purpose of this service activity has been achieved by increasing the ability of the assisted teacher in using and developing English songs.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p class="ABSTRACT"><em>Pembelajaran di tingkat usia dini memiliki karakteristik dan kebutuhan yang berbeda dengan pembelajaran pada tingkat di atasnya. Guru pada tingkat Pendidikan usia dini dituntut untuk dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, misalnya melalui penggunaan media lagu dan permainan. Namun pada kenyataannya, tidak semua guru Pendidikan anak usia dini memiliki kemampuan untuk menggunakan dan mengembangkan lagu pada semua bidang pelajaran, khususnya pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Hal ini disebabkan karena keterbatasan referensi dan kemampuan mengembangkan lagu kreasi. Sehingga, tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mengajar guru-guru PIAUD di Kabupaten Jember. Metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan teknik workshop dan pendampingan langsung digunakan sebagai pendekatan dalam kegiatan ini untuk membantu para guru mengenali masalah dan potensi mereka. Kegiatan pendampingan ini melibatkan 50 guru PIAUD di Kabupaten Jember dengan 3 narasumber yang ahli di bidang psikologi Pendidikan dan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan kemampuan para guru dalam menggunakan dan mengembangkan lagu berbahasa Inggris. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan sebuah buku kompilasi lagu Bahasa Inggris yang dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk pembelajaran di kelas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini telah tercapai dengan meningkatnya kemampuan guru dampingan dalam menggunakan dan mengembangkan lagu berbahasa Inggris.</em></p>
