Marketing is a business function that identifies current unmet wants and needs and manages their size, determines which target markets the organization can best serve, and determines the appropriate range of products, services and programs to serve those markets. So marketing acts as a liaison between the needs of the community and the pattern of industrial responses.This community service activity is carried out at the home of the business actor who has the address. The method used in the implementation of community service activities is business assistance.The purpose of this method is the participatory-lecture method,discussion-information and continued with direct training on making business management development models for business actors "Cireng Ceu Iin" in Padasuka Village, Baros District, Serang Regency.In a business, it is better to plan carefully both in terms of future prospects and the management system that can be done to manage the business in question. In addition, it is necessary to take into account the prospect of competition, market segmentation and the smooth running of its business. Especially for the management of the Cireng-making business, it is necessary to pay attention to the availability of raw materials in the form of sago and flour which must be processed into dough. Setting the selling price is one of the factors that must be considered in a business. Prices must be realistic but do not forget the capital spent to carry out the business in question.

This community service activity aimed to apply the bioflock culture techniques and good business management to fish farmer group. As much as 2000 individuals catfish ranging from 5-7 cm in length was used in this activity. The fish obtained from Fresh Water Aquaculture Board, Tatelu were pun in oxygenated plastic bags and transported to fish farmer group in West Kombos, District of Singkil. The culture activity that applied the bioflock culture techniques took place for about six months. The specific target to be achieved at the end of the training were all members of the partner group could make the fish feed formulations with local raw materials by themselves. In addition, they have skilled on management, marketing and could have simple bookkeeping note as well. In overcoming these problems, an approach was carried out through direct field counseling and training. Then, partners had the opportunity to practice it until they can do it by themselves. The first step of this activities was preparation, the second was three days of training (4 hours /day), and the last were monitoring, evaluation, and assistance up to the end of this program

Cassava is a type of plant that is easy to grow in various types of soil, and its cultivation method is relatively easy. The stems, leaves, and tubers of cassava have various benefits for human life. Limited knowledge and skills regarding the diversification of cassava-based processed products are an obstacle for which solutions must be sought. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the community, especially partners/target groups, through training on processing cassava into raw materials for processed food products. Community service activities carried out using training/mentoring and demonstrations/practices are one of the solutions that can be carried out for community empowerment. The results of community service activities show that all participants (100%) can actively participate in receiving all the knowledge and skills transferred and are interested in doing it themselves at home (100%). Processed products in the form of cassava flour will be consumed by themselves (77%) and sold (23%) with processed food products of cassava lunkhead (89%) and cassava noodles (11%), which were of high interest. This data shows that community service activities carried out by Palangka Raya University can contribute and become a solution to overcome problems faced by the community.

Distance Learning (PJJ) began to be applied by all teachers in Indonesia during the Covid Pandemic including teacher who taughtat the Elementary School (SD) level. The application of this learning is not as easy as what many people talk about, because teachers must be able to select and design instrucctional media using technology. The problem ezperienced by teacher, especially in the regions, is the lack of knowledge in making technology-based learning media, especially learning media that can be used as an evaluation material for Distance Learning (PJJ). As a solution tothis problem, our team conducted training on making google forms for elementary teachers as a medium for evauating Distance Learning (PJJ) during the pandemic. The ethod we provide for this community service activity is by providing direct training to elementary school teachers, making simole modules, and providing assitance in making google form evaluation media. The result of this services activity is that as many as 20 teachers who participated in the training were able to create and design their own google form according to the needs of each subject as a media for evaluation of Distance Learing (PJJ. In addition, based on the results of the questionnaire filled out by the teachers who attended the training, it shows that 90% of the teachers understand how to make google forms themselves and 100% of the teachers are happy with the training acivities that have been held.Keyword: google form, pjj, evaluation learning

Teluk Pucung is a sub-district located in North Bekasi sub-district, Bekasi City, West Java, Indonesia which has a high population density, especially for housing, public facilities and infrastructure, and only a small amount a little gardening. Because of this, this community service activity aims to build community independence so that it can develop the potential of the surrounding environment, especially entrepreneurial programs to increase family income. So, it is hoped that the growth of entrepreneurial independence through the application of hydroponic agriculture can be maximally applied, besides that they can independently provide for foodstuffs from agriculture and economically can be used as a productive economic business on a household scale considering the strategic position of Bekasi City which is directly adjacent to the Jakarta city. This is of course so that the existence of a prosperous community life in a city that functions as a residential city is a residential city which is the existence of green open space. This method of community service activities uses lectures or outreach, discussion and learning methods that are practiced by participants and resource persons. The lecture method is used to convey general knowledge about hydroponic cultivation and entrepreneurial development. The learning method is used to transfer the knowledge and skills possessed by the resource person to community members. This training involves lecturers at the Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Bekasi University in collaboration with the community members of Kel. Teluk Pucung. Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Family Income and Hydroponic Socialization Abstrak Teluk Pucung adalah kelurahan yang berada di kecamatan Bekasi Utara, Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia yang memiliki kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi, digunakan untuk membangun perumahan, toko-toko, dan sedikit lahan untuk berkebun. Oleh karena hal tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membangun kemandirian masyarakat agar dapat mengembangkan potensi lingkungan sekitarnya terutama program kewirausahaan untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga. Maka, diharapakan penumbuhan kemandirian berwirausaha melalui penerapan pertanian hidroponik dapat diterapkan secara maksimal, selain itu mereka dapat secara mandiri menyediakan kebutuhan bahan pangan asal pertanian dan secara ekonomi dapat dijadikan usaha ekonomi produktif pada skala rumah tangga mengingat posisi strategis Kota Bekasi ini yang berdekatan langsung dengan wilayah kota Jakarta. Hal ini tentunya agar berajlannya suatu kehidupan masyarakat yang sejahtera di dalam kota yang berfungsi sebagai kota hunian yang merupakan kota hunian yang merupakan keberadaan dari ruang terbuka hijau. Metode kegiatan abdimas ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan, diskusi dan pembelajaran yang dipraktekkan oleh peserta dan narasumber. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan secara umum tentang penanaman hidroponik dan pengembangan kewirausahaan. Metode pembelajaran digunakan untuk alih pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki oleh narasumber kepada anggota masyarakat. Pelatihan ini melibatkan dosen-dosen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Bhayangkara Bekasi yang bekerjasama dengan warga masyarakat Kel. Teluk Pucung. Most home and micro-scale industries have poor business management. Good management is able to produce the desired result or good in the business being run. The partner in this community service activity is students of Al Hidayah Senior High School in Mojokerto, who has a business in making ginger drinks “Jahe Sehat”. This training aimed to increase partner’s knowledge and skill about sanitation hygiene and production management. The manufacturing process starts from the preparation of raw materials, namely ginger, extraction, cooking, sieving, packaging and labeling to marketing. It was found that healthy ginger producers still do not understand the importance of hygiene and sanitation in the production process, unattractive packaging designs and no good financial cash planning system. The community service team conducts training and outreach to solve the partner's problems. By carrying out this service activity, partners increase partner’ skills and knowledge and the healthy ginger product "jahe sehat al-hidayah" has an attractive packaging.

THE IMPROVING OF ENGLISH COMPETENCE FOR LECTURERS OF FACULTY OF TEACHER TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF UNIVERSITY OF MATHLA’UL ANWAR BANTEN. This community service activity is motivated by the thought that the need for lecturers to have good competence in using English in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. With the hope that through its application, students become more enthusiastic in learning. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide scientific assistance to the lecturers of FKIP Unma Banten in using English in the teaching and learning process. While the benefits of this activity are to have a positive effect on the lecturers of FKIP Unma Banten in communicating using English in class and the increasing enthusiasm and achievement of FKIP Unma Banten students in learning. This service activity was carried out in the form of short training for two meetings with members of 10 lecturers held in the hall of FKIP Unma Banten. The first meeting discussed the importance of English, introducing word, clause, and sentences, mastering tenses by using smart fingers technique. The second meeting was a deepening of the material followed by the practice of TOEFL questions and the practice of speaking English in everyday life with simple sentences by participants of FKIP Unma Banten lecturers. The method used in this community service activity is the lecture method, question and answer, discussion and demonstration methods. Based on observations during this community service activity, several positive results were obtained. The results of this community service are the increased insight of FKIP Unma Banten lecturers on English language material and its application in the teaching and learning process in the classroom.

Abstrak: Masalah resistensi bakteri terhadap antibiotik tidak hanya terjadi di Indonesia tetapi juga secara global dan menjadi satu persoalan yang cukup rumit dan harus segera diatasi bersama-sama. Di masyarakat, kerap kali antibiotik dibeli tanpa penjelasan dan resep dokter. Masyarakat juga kerap membeli antibiotik dengan resep yang pernah diperoleh sebelumnya, bahkan langsung mengonsumsi antibiotik untuk penyakit ringan yang penanganannya tidak selalu membutuhkan antibiotik seperti demam, batuk dan pilek. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah memberikan edukasi mengenai bahaya resistensi bakteri akibat penggunaan antibiotik yang tidak rasional kepada masyarakat desa Air salobar kecamatan Nusaniwe Ambon. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah dengan memberikan materi mengenai bahaya resistensi bakteri akibat penggunaan antibiotik yang tidak rasional secara langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat desa Air Salobar sangat antusias terhadap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan antusiasnya, warga dalam menerima materi edukasi. Selain itu, warga yang hadir dalam kegiatan ini aktif memberikan respon timbal balik terhadap pemateri dengan cara memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan mengenai penyebab dan efek dari resistensi bakteri terhadap antibiotik. Abstract: Bacterial resistance issue does not only occur in Indonesia but also globally and becomes a quite complex problem and must be addressed together. Commonly, antibiotics are often purchased without a doctor’s explanation and prescription. People tend to buy antibiotics with prescriptions that have been obtained before, even directly consuming antibiotics for minor ailments whose treatment does not always require antibiotics such as fever, cough and cold. The purpose of this activity was to educate the community on the dangers of bacterial resistance due to irrational use of antibiotics to the community of Air Salobar Village, Nusaniwe district, Ambon. The method used was a lecture method by providing material on the dangers of bacterial resistance due to irrational use of antibiotics directly. The results showed that the residents of Air Salobar village are very enthusiastic about the community service activity carried out. This was indicated by the enthusiasm of the residents in receiving educational materials. Apart from that, the residents who attended this activity actively gave a reciprocal response to the presenters by asking questions about the causes and effects of bacterial resistance to antibiotics.

Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu melatih siswa untuk memiliki karakter dan etika yang baik, melatih siswa untuk dapat menaati setiap aturan yang diberikan kepadanya melalui aktivitas belajar. Lokasi pengabdian akan dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Ampel Boyolali melalui Pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, presentasi powerpoint, brainstorming, dan dialog. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode partisipatif artinya mitra binaan secara aktif dilibatkan dalam semua tahapan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pelatihan yang dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) hari dengan materi pelatihan berupa ceramah, praktek, serta evaluasi yang disajikan secara bersamaan. Setelah kegiatan pelatihan, dilanjutkan kegiatan evaluasi sebagai bahan koreksi bagi penyelenggara kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi perpustakaan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan serupa terkait dengan kegiatan pendidikan pemakai. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan siswa memiliki karakter dan etika yang baik supaya siswa dapat menjadi manusia yang tidak hanya bertambah secara usia tetapi juga memiliki kepribadian yang baik seumur hidup.Kata kunci: karakter taat, aktivitas belajar, siswaAbstractThe purpose of this service is to train students to have good character and ethics, to train students to be able to obey ever y rule given to them through learning activities. The service location is implemented at SMAN 1 Ampel Boyolali through training conducted by lecture method, powerpoint presentation, brainstorming, and dialogue. The method used is a participatory method which means that foster partners are actively involved in all stages of this community service activity. This activity uses t raining methods that is carried out for 3 (three) days with training materials in the form of lectures, practices, and evaluations presented simultaneously. After the training activity, evaluation activities are continued as material for correction to the activity organizers. The results of this evaluation can later be used as consideration for the library to carry out similar activities related to user education activities. The results of this training are expected students to have good character and ethics so that students can become human beings who not only increase in age but also have a good personality for life.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membangun gizi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dengan memanfaatkan potensi desa yakni Daun Kelor sebagai bahan baku pembuatan produk “BI SAYLOR” (Biskuit PMT dan Sayur Daun Kelor). Pemanfaatan Potensi Desa yakni Kelor dengan produk diharapkan dapat menjadi pembangunan berkelanjutan di bidang gizi. Penambahan Biskuit PMT sebagai bahan baku produk diharapkan dapat mengurangi prevalensi kejadian stunting dan gizi buruk di Desa Kedungsumber. Produk BI SAYLOR dapat disajikan dalam tiga variasi makanan, yakni: Ice Cream, Nugget, dan Puding. Metode yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi disertai materi pelatihan, serta disampaikan langsung dengan melakukan pendemonstrasian yang berkenaan dengan proses pembuatan tiga macam varian produk. Dari dimulai dari penanganan bahan baku, cara penggunaan alat-alat produksi, proses pencampuran bahan, pemasakan, pengemasan sampai pemasaran. Hasil secara keseluruhan hampir 100 persen mitra kerja, menilai kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Kedungsumber bermanfaat dan dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Abstract The purpose of this community service activity is to build nutrition and welfare of the community, by utilizing the potential of the village, namely Kelor Leaf as a raw material for making products "BI SAYLOR" (PMT Biscuits and Moringa Leaf Vegetables). Village Potential Utilization namely Moringa with products is expected to be a sustainable development in the field of nutrition. The addition of PMT biscuits as product raw material is expected to reduce the prevalence of stunting and malnutrition in Kedungsumber Village. BI SAYLOR products can be served in three variations of food, namely: Ice Cream, Nugget, and Pudding. The method was carried out using lecture and demonstration methods accompanied by training materials, and delivered directly by conducting demonstrations relating to the process of making three product variants. Starting from handling raw materials, how to use production equipment, the process of mixing materials, cooking, packaging to marketing. The overall results of nearly 100% work partners, assess community service activities in Kedungsumber Village are useful and can be carried out sustainably. The Impact

This article discusses the community service activities that have been carried out in the PKK RT / RW 005/005 Manukan Kulon group, Surabaya. This community service activity is held with the consideration that the author as an academic feels the need to participate in parsing the economic problems in society caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which created many unemployment clusters due to layoffs from closed businesses, as well as macroeconomic impacts that affect the economic conditions of the Indonesian State, require the contribution of solutions from all parties, including academics who have the dharma of community service. Business management literacy andlegality are e-commerce implemented as a means of providing understanding to the community and building PKK groups that are legally aware and smart in managing their business by utilizing information technology media.
