ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan penyesuaian diri terhadap stres akibat kemacetan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin. Teknik pengambilan subjek dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin angkatan 2013 dengan subjek sebanyak 51 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Penyesuaian diri memiliki peranan terhadap stres sebesar 54,8%, sedangkan 45,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar stres. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat penyesuaian diri yang tinggi akan dapat menurunkan stres akibat kemacetan. Kata kunci: penyesuaian diri, stres, kemacetan ABSTRACT The objective of this study was to find out the role of self adjustment towards stress due to traffic jam on the students of Medical Faculty of Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. The subjects in this study were selected using purposive sampling technique with the criteria that they were students of Medical Education Department of Medical Faculty of Lambung Mangkurat University Banjarmasin, batch 2013 as many as 51 students. The data collection method was a simple linear regression. The self adjustment had a role towards stress by 54.8 %, while 45.2 % was influenced by factors other than stress. Purpose: Madura is an island located in East Java which has a community with a high level of religiosity. Sumenep is one of the districts in Madura which has the largest population level among other districts in Madura. However, this is not in line with public compliance in paying zakat maal. Therefore, this study aims to find out whether religiosity, literacy, income, and tax obligation have an effect on community compliance to pay zakat maal.Design/Method/Approach: The data obtained in this study uses primary data obtained from people who pay taxes, using purposive sampling technique by determining people who have reached nisab, and for the analysis, it uses multiple regression.Findings: it shows that only religiosity and tax payment obligations which have an influence, while literacy and income do not have an effect on compliance to pay zakat maal. The implication of this research is as an evaluation for the local government to socialize the important role of the impact of zakat maal on the community, and to increase public understanding of the obligation to pay zakat maal.Originality/Novelty: Lots ofresearchesexamine the obligation to pay zakat fitrah but it is very rare to find research on zakat maal which is an obligation that must also be paid by someone who has assets that have reached Nisab (the minimum amount that a Muslim must have before being obliged to zakat).

Shopee is one of the consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce sites in Indonesia. Shopee often collaborates with domestic and international celebrities to become brand ambassadors, one of which is Cristiano Ronaldo. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo on Shopee brand awareness. The sample in this study were 400 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression through SPSS staticstic 24 software. The findings of this study are that there is an influence between the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo to Shopee's brand awareness of 3.3%. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo has a significant and positive effect on Shopee brand awareness.Keywords: Attraction, Brand Awareness, Shopee.

ABSTRAKPenggunaan internet pada mahasiswa dapat berdampak negatif, salah satunya cyberloafing, yaitu tindakan individu yang menggunakaan akses internet lembaganya selama jam kuliah berlangsung untuk kepentingan pribadi dan aktivitas-aktivitas internet lainnya yang tidak berhubungan dengan pelajaran. Cyberloafing dipengaruhi beberapa sifat-sifat kepribadian, salah satunya adalah conscientiousness (kesadaran). Mahasiswa yang memiliki tingkat conscientiousness yang tinggi dapat mengontrol perilaku untuk meraih tujuan dan tidak terpengaruh oleh keinginan pribadi sehingga tidak akan melakukan cyberloafing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan conscientiousness terhadap perilaku cyberloafing pada mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dengan jumlah subjek 60 orang. Alat ukur menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala conscientiousness dengan jumlah 45 aitem (α = 0,927) dan skala cyberloafing dengan jumlah 50 aitem (α = 0,940). Skala ini menggunakan skala moodel Likert dan analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil diperoleh nilai -t hitung < -t tabel (-2,219 < 2,002), artinya ada peranan negatif antara conscientiousness dengan perilaku cyberloafing. Semakin tinggi tingkat conscientiousness, maka semakin rendah perilaku cyberloafing. Peranan conscientiousness terhadap perilaku cyberloafing hanya sebesar 7,8%, sehingga conscientiousness tidak sepenuhnya berperan langsung terhadap perilaku cyberloafing pada mahasiswa.Kata kunci: Conscientiousness, CyberloafingABSTRACTThe usage of internet can have negative impacts on students, one of which is cyberloafing, the action of an individual using the internet access of an institution during the lecture hours for personal interests and other internet activities that are not related to the lectures. Cyberloafing influences some personality traits, such as conscientiousness. Students whose high level of conscientiousness can control their behavior to reach their goals and are not affected by personal desires and so will not do cyberloafing. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of conscientiousness towards cyberloafing behavior in students. The sampling technique used in the study was a random cluster sampling technique with the subjects of 60 people. Data were collected using two scales, namely conscientiousness scale with 45 items (α = 0.927) and cyberloafing scale with 50 items (α = 0.940). These scales used Likert scale model, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that the value of -t count < -t table (-2.219 < -2.002), indicating that there was a negative role of conscientiousness towards cyberloafing behavior. The higher the level of conscientiousness, the lower the cyberloafing behavior. The role of conscientiousness towards cyberloafing behavior was only 7.8%, so conscientiousness did not directly contribute to cyberloafing behavior in students.Keywords: Conscientiousness, Cyberloafing

In December 2019, an outbreak of coronavirus or known as Coronavirus Diseases-19 (COVID-19) first occurred in Wuhan, China. The outbreak is affecting the entire world including Indonesia. Therefore, workers or employees who work in government and private sector carry out almost all work from home or known as work from home (WFH). Not spared with the world of education. Learning is usually done face-to-face, changing to a system in network (online) or online.This affects self-regulation as well as self-confidence that must adapt to the new environment. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of self-efficacy in self-regulated learning in students working during the COVID-19 pandemic. Self-regulated learning is a learning ability that uses aspects of metacognition, motivation, and behavior as persistently as possible, with their means and beliefs to achieve the goals set. Self-efficacy is a person's belief that he or she can carry out a task at a certain level that affects. This research was conducted at College X and the University of X Jakarta. This study involved 232 students who worked during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression (multiple regression) using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results show that self-efficacy plays a role in self-regulated learning by 9,8 %. It can be concluded that there is a positive role of self-efficacy in self-regulated learning. The higher the self-efficacy, the higher the self-regulated learning. Pada bulan Desember 2019, terjadi sebuah wabah virus Corona atau yang dikenal dengan Coronavirus Diseases-19 (COVID-19) pertama kali terjadi di Wuhan, Cina. Wabah tersebut menyerang seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, para pekerja atau karyawan yang bekerja di pemerintahan dan swasta melaksanakan hampir semua pekerjaan dari rumah atau yang dikenal dengan work from home (WFH). Tak luput dengan dunia pendidikan. Pembelajaran yang biasa dilakukan tatap muka, berubah ke sistem dalam jaringan (daring) atau online. Hal ini berpengaruh pada regulasi diri serta keyakinan diri yang harus beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peran dari self-efficacy terhadap self-regulated learning pada mahasiswa yang bekerja di masa pandemi COVID-19. Self-regulated learning adalah kemampuan belajar yang menggunakan aspek metakognisi, motivasi, dan perilaku dengan sekuat dan segigih mungkin, dengan cara dan keyakinan sendiri untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Self-efficacy merupakan keyakinan seseorang bahwa dia dapat menjalankan suatu tugas pada suatu tingkat tertentu yang mempengaruhi tingkat pencapaian tugasnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Tinggi X, dan di Universitas X Jakarta. Penelitian ini melibatkan 232 mahasiswa yang bekerja di masa pandemic COVID-19. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa self-efficacy berperan dalam self-regulated learning sebesar 9.8%. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peran positif self-efficacy terhadap self-regulated learning. Semakin tinggi self-efficacy maka dapat meningkatkan self-regulated learning.

The study's purpose is to know the effects of the 'ubrug' sociodrama technique 'on a student's self-efficacy and the effectiveness or failure of a given technique. This type of research is a pre-experimental study using one group pre-post test design. The population taken as many as 112 students with the characteristics of class IX students (a, b, and c), aged 14-16 years, have low self-efficacy with a lack of self-confidence and slightly more closed behavior, are willing to take the time to fill out the questionnaire given, and students must be committed to the "Ubrug" sociodrama treatment. Obtained a sample of 15 students with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a self-efficacy questionnaire consisting of 34 statement items with a reliability value (count) of 0.896. The results of giving a post-test prove that there is an increase in the results obtained by students significantly. It can be concluded that the Sociodrama Technique "Ubrug" can increase the self-efficacy of IX grade students at SMPN 5 Kota Serang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan atraksi interpersonal terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah warga yang tinggal di wilayah Seberang Masjid Pasar Lama Banjarmasin sebanyak 85 orang. Subjek penelitian berusia ≥ 17 tahun. Subjek dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua alat ukur, yaitu skala atraksi interpersonal dan skala perilaku pro-lingkungan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peranan yang positif sebesar 35,5% antara atraksi interpersonal terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan, sehingga semakin tinggi atraksi interpersonal maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku pro-lingkungan warga di Wilayah Seberang Masjid Pasar Lama Banjarmasin.  Kata kunci: atraksi interpersonal, perilaku pro-lingkungan This study aims to determine the role of interpersonal attraction toward pro-environmental behavior. Subjects in this study were residents who live in territory Seberang Masjid Pasar Lama Banjarmasin as many as 85 people. Research subjects aged ≥ 17 years. Subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique. This study uses two measuring devices, namely the interpersonal attraction scale and the scale of pro-environmental behavior. Analysis of data using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed there was a positive role by 35.5% between interpersonal attraction toward pro-environmental behavior, so the higher interpersonal attraction, the higher pro-environmental behavior citizen in the area across Pasar Lama Mosque Banjarmasin.Keywords: interpersonal attraction, pro-environmental behavior

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan suasana kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan peranan suasana kerja terhadap kepuasan hidup karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 50 orang karyawan. Jenis pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan skala suasana kerja, skala produktivitas kerja, dan skala kepuasan hidup. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data menggunakan kuantitatif analisis regresi linier sederhana sebanyak dua kali. Hasil analisis peranan suasana kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja diperoleh sebesar 49,9%. Kemudian hasil analisis peranan suasana kerja terhadap kepuasan hidup sebesar 55,6%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa suasana kerja memiliki peranan terhadap kepuasan hidup dan suasana kerja memiliki peranan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kata kunci : suasana kerja, kepuasan hidup, produktivitas kerja. The objective of this study was to find out whether there was a role of work atmosphere towards employees’ productivity and life satisfaction. The samples in this study were 50 employees of Matahari Department Store. The sampling was carried out by purposive sampling technique, and the data were collected by the instruments of work atmosphere scale, work productivity scale, and life satisfaction scale. The data were analyzed twice using quantitative analysis of simple linear regression. The analysis results of the role of work atmosphere towards work productivity showed that indicated was 49.9 %. The analysis results of the role of work atmosphere towards life satisfaction showed that indicated was 55.6 %. Based on these results it can be concluded that work atmosphere had a role towards life satisfaction and work productivity. Keywords: work atmosphere, life satisfaction, work productivity

The objectives of the research were to (1) design an instructional model based on Connectivism and Constructivism to create innovation in real world experience, (2) assess the model designed–the designed instructional model. The research involved 2 stages: (1) the instructional model design and (2) the instructional model rating. The sample consisted of 7 experts, and the Purposive Sampling Technique was used. The research instruments were the instructional model and the instructional model evaluation form. The statistics used in the research were means and standard division. The research results were (1) the Instructional Model based on Connectivism and Constructivism to Create innovation in Real World Experience consisted of 3 components. These were Connectivism, Constructivism and Innovation in Real World Experience and (2) the instructional model rating was at a high level (=4.37, S.D.=0.41). The research results revealed that the Instructional Model Based on Connectivism and Constructivism to Create Innovation in Real World Experience was a model that can be used in learning, in that it promoted the creation of real world experience innovation.

This study aims to identify and describe the role of principal leadership in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees and to find out what obstacles are the obstacles to the role of principal leadership in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees at SMP PGRI 03 Kencong, Jember Regency. Is a type of qualitative descriptive research and uses purposive sampling technique. There are five roles of the Principal and two obstacles faced by the Principal in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees. The results showed that the principal of SMP PGRI 03 Kencong, Jember Regency carried out the role of a leader by planning and deliberating; as a manager by creating collaboration between teachers and employees; as an educator by preparing a learning program plan; as an administrator by managing facilities and infrastructure as well as financial administration; motivator by providing motivation with a conducive school environment. The obstacles faced by the principal in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees are teachers and employees who are less disciplined in carrying out their duties so that it is also difficult to improve their work discipline, as well as obstacles in inadequate school facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: employees, leadership, principals, teachers, work discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai dan untuk  mengetahui kendala apa saja yang menjadi penghambat peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai di SMP PGRI 03 Kencong Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Terdapat lima peran Kepala Sekolah dan dua kendala yang dihadapi oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah SMP PGRI 03 Kencong Kabupaten Jember melaksanakan peran sebagai pemimpin dengan membuat perencanaan dan bermusyawarah; sebagai manajer dengan menciptakan kerjasama antara guru dan pegawai; sebagai pendidik dengan menyusun rencana program pembelajaran;sebagai administrator dengan mengelola sarana dan prasarana serta administrasi keuangan; motivator dengan memberikan motivasi  dengan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif. Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai yaitu guru dan pegawai yang kurang disiplin dalam melaksanakan tugas sehingga kesulitan pula dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerjanya, serta kendala dalam sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang belum memadai.
