The purpose of this study was to determine the significant difference in student achievement learning through the implementation of a think pair share (TPS) learning model and conventional learning model on acid-base material. This research is an experimental study using quasi-experimental design, namely posttest only with nonequivalent group design. The study population was all students of class XI MA Sunan Pandanaran Yogyakarta academic year 2018/2019. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling technique as many as two classes. Data collection using the written test method with instruments in the form of multiple-choice questions to obtain data on learning achievement. Data analysis techniques in this study used Mann Whitney Test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there are significant differences in learning achievement between students who take part in the TPS learning model and students who take the conventional model learning on acid-base material.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Team Game Tournament (TGT) Learning Model improves the English learning achievement of students of The class X IPA-2 odd semester Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati in the 2019/2020 academic year. The design of this study is a classroom action research conducted in three cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were students of The class X IPA-2 odd semesters Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pati in the 2019/2020 academic year. The research variables consist of student achievement variables and teacher activity variables. The data collection method is the observation questionnaire method, and the test method. The data analysis method is qualitative data analysis. From the results of the study, information was obtained that there was an increase in the English learning achievement of The class X IPA-2 students in the odd semester of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kudus for the 2019/2020 academic year. This increase is indicated by: (1) the average student achievement in cycle I is 7.14; in the second cycle cycle was 7.44; and in cycle III is 8.84; (2) student learning completeness in cycle I was 17 students or 47.22% and 19 students or 52.78% who did not complete; in cycle II students who completed were 26 students or 72.22% and those who did not complete were 10 students or 27.78%; in cycle III, students who completed 36 students or 100% and there were no students who did not complete; (3) completeness of classical learning in the first cycle was 47.22%, in the second cycle it was 72.22; and in cycle III it reaches 100%. This means that it has reached the predetermined indicator. Besides that, there is also an increase in student activity during the learning process, both individually and in groups. Student responses or responses to the application of the TGT learning model were classified as high, reaching 83.14%.

The research about application of word Square cooperative learning model has been done to improve student’s achievement in colloid matter at 11th SMKN 2 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was to know if the application of Word Square cooperative learning model could increase student achievement in colloid matter. Subject of this research were students at XI Kimia 1 class and XI Kimia 2 class in academic year 2011/2012. XI Kimia 1 class was randomly selected as experiment class and XI Kimia 2 class as control class. Research results revealed that application cooperative learning Word Square model was capable to improve student’s achievement in colloid matter. This research pretest-posttest design by using t-test (t arithmetic> t table; 3.49 > 1.67). The application this model capable to increase students achievement in colloid matter about 13.71%.Keywords: cooperative learning, Word Square, colloid and learning achievement

Biology is a science that has fundamental dimensions. Biology studies about living things. One of the things learned in Biology is the concept of Animalia. Inquiry learning model based on the cooperative script. The research referred to quasi-experimental research by applying inquiry learning model based on Cooperative Script in X MIPA 5 class as an experimental class and STAD learning model in X MIPA 1 class as a control class conducted at SMAN 1 Arjasa, Jember in the even semester of 2018/2019 academic year. The inquiry learning model based on cooperative script aimed to improve students' learning achievement. The result of data were analyzed  by using covariance analysis (ANAKOVA) which showed that the inquiry learning model based on cooperative script had a significant effect of p = 0,000 with the results of 49.95 in the control class and 54.12 in the experimental class on students' cognitive of grade X at SMAN 1 Arjasa, Jember. The test results of the independent sample t-test implemented in the invertebrate concept had a significant difference to psychomotor students at p = 0,000 with the results of 80.40 in the experimental class and 67.67 in the control class which revealed that from the results obtained both included in the good category.

Innovative and fun learning models place students at the center of learning including the STAD type cooperative learning model and the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model. Learning using the cooperative model type STAD and Jigsaw is considered capable of improving student achievement through group discussion and investigation through various sources used by students. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in learning achievement between students who were taught with the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model and students who were taught with the STAD Type Cooperative Learning Model on Statistics material. This research is an experimental research design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Design Group. The population in this study were all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Trienggadeng even semester 2016/2017 academic year. While the sample is a portion of the population taken using the Random Sampling technique taken by 2 classes, namely Class VIII-3 and Class VIII-5. Class VIII-3 for the Jigsaw learning model and Class VIII-5 for the STAD learning model. The instrument used to obtain research data in the form of student achievement tests and student motivation questionnaires. The statistical test used to analyze data on differences in learning achievement and student motivation questionnaires is the t-test. The results showed that there were differences in learning achievement and motivation between students who were taught with the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model and students who were taught with the STAD type cooperative learning model. Abstrak Model pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menyenangkan menempatkan siswa sebagai pusat belajar diantaranya adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw. Pembelajaran menggunakan model kooperatif tipe STAD dan Jigsaw dinilai mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa melalui diskusi kelompok dan investigasi melalui berbagai sumber yang digunakan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan prestasi belajar antara siswa yang diajar dengan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw dan siswa yang diajarkan dengan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD pada materi Statistik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Control Grup Desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Trienggadeng semester genap tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Sedangkan sampelnya adalah sebagian dari populasi yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling yang diambil 2 kelas yaitu Kelas VIII-3 dan Kelas VIII-5. Kelas VIII-3 untuk model pembelajaran Jigsaw dan kelas VIII-5 untuk model pembelajaran STAD. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data penelitian berupa tes prestasi belajar dan angket motivasi siswa. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk mengalisis data perbedaan prestasi belajar dan angket motivasi siswa adalah Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar dan motivasi antara siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif  tipe Jigsaw  dan siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif  tipe STAD. This research was carried out in Class IX-A of Singaraja State Middle School 2 in the even semester of the 2017/2018 school year, with the condition that the average learning achievement was only 63.37, this condition was very low and did not meet the minimal expected score. The percentage of achievement has only reached 50.00%. The purpose of writing this class action research was to improve the learning achievement of Indonesian Language through the implementation of the TGT cooperative learning model. The data was collected assessment of poetry written by students, then analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. Data was presented in the form of average learning achievement and completeness learning process. The results obtained from this study were the development of very positive learning achievements. At first the average student achievement was only; 63,37 with learning completeness only; 50.00%, then after the implementation of Cycle I it increased to an average; 76.42 with learning completeness reaching 72.97%. From cycle I to cycle II there was also an increase which reached an average of 83.26 and learning completeness was 91.89%. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the implementation of the TGT cooperative learning model can improve Indonesian learning achievement in writing poetry for students of class IX-A in the even semester of the academic year 2017/2018. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada muatan pembelajaran Matematika dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran STAD pada siswa kelas IIIA semester II di SDN4 Kampung Baru tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yang terdiri dari 2 (dua) siklus dengan alur penyusunan yakni; perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Pelaksanaan tindakan tiap siklus adalah dua kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IIIA tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 di SDN 4 Kampung Baru, yang berjumlah 25 orang, sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah peningkatan hasil belajar pada muatan pembelajaran Matematika. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode tes. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas IIIA di SDN 4 Kampung Baru. Berdasarkan tes hasil belajar, pada siklus I rata-rata hasil belajar Matematika siswa diperoleh sebesar 64,48, sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan menjadi 82,96. Selanjutnya, pada ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal juga terjadi peningkatan, terlihat dari perhitungan ketuntasan belajar klasikal siklus I yakni 40% dengan kategori sangat rendah dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 92% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hal ini menunjukkan baik dari rata-rata kelas maupun ketuntasan belajar klasikal siswa telah mencapai kriteria ketuntasan yaitu mencapai KKM 75 untuk rata-rata kelas dan mencapai minimal 80% atau berkategori baik untuk ketuntasan belajar klasikal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar Matematika dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran STAD pada siswa kelas IIIA SD Negeri 4 Kampung Baru meningkat. Kata kunci: model STAD, hasil belajar matematika. AbstractThis study aims to improve learning outcomes on mathematics learning content by applying STAD learning model to third grade students in the second semester of SDN4 Kampung Baru in the 2017/2018 academic year. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK), which consists of 2 (two) cycles with a drafting path such as; action planning, action execution, evaluation, and reflection. The implementation of the action of each cycle is two meetings. The subjects of this study were the third graders of the 2017/2018 academic year at SDN 4 Kampung Baru, which amounted to 25 people, while the object of this study is the improvement of learning outcomes on the content of learning mathematics. In this research, data collected by test method. The instrument that used in this research is a test sheet. The results showed that there was an increase in Mathematics learning outcomes of third grade students at SDN 4 Kampung Baru. Based on the test of learning outcomes, the average Mathematics learning outcomes students on the first cycle obtained for 64.48, while in the second cycle the average learning outcomes increased to 82.96. Furthermore, the completeness of student learning is also increased in classical, it's seen from the calculation of classical learning completeness on the first cycle is 40% with very low category and on the second cycle increased to 92% with very good category. This shows that the class average as well as the completeness of the classical learning of students has reached the criteria of completeness that reaches KKM 75 for the class average  and reaches at least 80% or categorized well for classical learning completeness. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the learning result of Mathematics by applying STAD learning model to the third grade students of SD Negeri 4 Kampung Baru has increased. Keywords: STAD learning model, learning result of mathematics

AbstractThis research was a Quasi-experiment with pretest and posttest design instigated by student activity and learning achievement that were still on low category.  It aimed at knowing the effect of using Quick on the Draw learning model toward student activity and chemistry learning achievement.  The subjects of this research were the tenth grade students of classes 5 (control group) and 6 (experimental group) selected through Simple random sampling technique.  Learning activity data were obtained through observation sheet of student learning activity, and learning achievement data were obtained learning achievement test (posttest).  Then, learning activity data were analyzed by using Descriptive statistical and inferential (nonparametric) analysis techniques.  The data of learning achievement were analyzed by using t test at 5% level.  The research findings revealed that (1) there was an effect of using Quick on the Draw learning model toward student learning activity that Zobserved 4.87 was higher than Ztable 1.96, it meant that Ha was accepted; (2) there was an effect of using Quick on the Draw learning model toward student learning achievement that tobserved 2.63 was higher than ttable 2.00, it meant that Ha was accepted.  It showed that Quick on the Draw learning model positively affected student activity and chemistry learning achievement on Hydrocarbon lesson at the tenth grade of State Senior High School 1 Tambang.Keywords: Quick On The Draw Learning Model, Learning Activity, Learning Achievement, Hydrocarbon.

Learning achievement is the result achieved by someone after doing the learning process. One of the factors that influence learning achievement is the use of the learning model. This study aims to know the differences in achievement of students learning to use problem-based blended learningmodels and traditional blendedlearning. This study uses a quasi-experimental method of "non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design." The study population is all class X IPA with a total of 6 classes or 210 people. The sample consists of 3 classes or 107 people.Student learning achievement data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and ANOVA one-way (α= 0.05). The results of this study reveal that there are differences in student achievement due to the learning model. Higher learning achievement was achieved by problem-based blended learningmodels (F = 264.307; α<0.05). The LSD test results showed that the learning achievement of students in the MBLBM group was higher than MBL, the learning achievement of the MBLBM group was higher than that of MPK, and the learning achievement of the MBLBM group was higher than that of MPK.

This study aimed to determine whether the mathematical learning achievement of students who learned using cooperative learning mode of STAD assisted by domino card is better than the students who learned using conventional learning model. The type of this research was quasi-experimental research in which the post-test only controlled group design. The population of this research was students of 11th grade of SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar in academic year 2018/2019 totaling 321 students who were distrbuted into 9 classes. The sample was taken using Cluster Random Sampling technique where two classes were chosen as experimental class and control class. Data of students’ mathematical learning achievement were collected by test method. Data were analyzed using one-tail t-test with a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis showed that the mathematics learning achievement of students who learned using cooperative learning model of STAD assisted by domino card was better than the mathematics learning achievement of students who learned using the conventional learning model in 11th grade of SMA Negeri 6 Denpasar in academic year 2018/2019.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran kimia SMA berbasis percobaan awal dan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi koloid di SMA Negeri 1 Baturiti. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan rancangan nonrandomized control group pretest-postest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Baturiti tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 2 dan XI IPA 3. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data hasil belajar pada aspek kognitif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode tes. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial dengan uji Anakova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar kimia koloid yang signifikan antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan antara strategi pembelajaran kimia SMA berbasis percobaan awal dan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori. Adanya perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan antara strategi pembelajaran kimia SMA berbasis percobaan awal pada materi koloid berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Baturiti. Kata Kunci: strategi pembelajaran, percobaan awal, hasil belajar, koloid AbstractThis study aimed to describe and explain the difference effect of starter experiment based learning strategy and expository learning strategy on colloidal topik toward students learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Baturiti. This study was quasi experiment, using nonrandomized kontrol group pretest-postest design. The population of this study was XI IPA students of SMA Negeri 1 Baturiti in academic year 2017/2018. The sample of this study was XI IPA 2 and XI IPA 3 class students. The data collected was in form of cognitive learning achievement. The method of collecting data was test method. The data obtained were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The inferential statistics used was Anacova. The result of this study showed that there was a significant difference of learning achievement possessed by students who were taught by starter experiment based learning strategy compared to the students who were taught by expository learning strategy. The different learning achievement shows that starter experiment based learning strategy has a positve effect on the chemistry learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Baturiti. Keyword: starter experiment, learning strategy, chemistry learning achievement, colloid
