The teachings of astha brata leadership inherited from our ancestors are contained in old texts and are often presented in wayang shows, in this millennial era less and less known and unknown to the next generation of the nation's children. So it is very feared that the heritage of local wisdom values will be lost in the motherland. The purpose of this paper is to examine, express and actualize the concept of astha brata leadership in order to keep it alive, develop and be applied in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, on the basis of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. In this study, a comparative approach is taken about Astha Brata's leadership through the Ramayana, Serat Ajipamasa, and the wayang story of Wahyu Makutharama. The method applied is content analysis, which includes the analysis of differences in content and personification in Astha Brata leadership. The results of the discussion, the task of a leader is to serve others, serve the people/people or others. The leadership of astha brata in the Ramayana was given/taught by Prabu Rama to Raden Bharata (his younger brother) and to Gunawan Wibisana (Ravana's younger brother); that a leader holds to 8 (astha = eight) brata (character / character, action) eight gods. In Serat Ajipamasa, the leadership of Astha Brata was taught by Prabu Ajipamasa (Kusumawicitra) to Sang Gandakusuma and Jayasusena, that a good leader adheres to the 8 (eight) contents of the world.

Borneo Island is the third largest island in the world, rich in natural resources, biodiversity and cultural diversity. The uniqueness of Borneo is that it is home to three countries; Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam, each with their own valuable cultural heritage. One of the unique aspects of the Borneo archipelago is the shared wealth of civilizations derived from the dissemination of Islam. Treasures known as the “Borneo Islamic Heritage" are not only valuable as cultural artefacts that need to be preserved, but they can also be elevated and commercialised as regional economic drivers. This paper discusses the Idahan manuscript written in Jawi script as one of the treasures of Islamic intellectual legacy in Borneo. The method of study is based on content analysis which depicts the descriptive history of the discovery of the Idahan Jawi manuscript. This manuscript not only serves as evidence of the early embrace of Islam in Sabah, but also as a reference to matters pertaining to religion and the laws of Islamic jurisprudence. This factor leads the Idahan community be considered as the first native people embracing Islam at the east coast of Sabah. The contribution of this study is to enhance understanding of the development of Islamic heritage in Borneo Island and to inculcate the spirit of solidarity among the people living in the region.

The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) based on the historical trajectory of the struggle, has the only state construction in the world where the nation is born first, then forms the state. The first President of the Republic of Indonesia Ir. Soekarno emphasized that the Unitary State is a National State. The purpose of the Indonesian nation to be born, independent, and to form a state has one goal, the will to elevate the dignity and life of the Indonesian people (Indonesian People's Sovereignty). Through an analysis of the reality of today's life, the Indonesian nation has lived in a condition of life order as if it were the same as a democratic state, namely that the first state was formed and the nation was born later. So that the sovereignty of the Indonesian people based on the principles of deliberation and representation has not been able to be realized.

The Irish Race Conference met in Paris at the end of January 1922 to initiate a new world organisation that would link the people of Ireland with their cousins around the globe. The gathering of delegates attracted comment wherever the Irish had settled, and even the Belfast Telegraph noted its opening ceremonies. The South African Irish newspaper, The Republic, heralded the conference as a ‘family reunion on a world wide scale’, but, like many family gatherings, disagreement was to follow in its wake. The idea of a conference was first mooted in February 1921 by the Irish Republican Association of South Africa (I.R.A.S.A.), to support the efforts then being made to win international recognition for an independent Irish republic. However, the I.R.A.S.A. did not see its work stopping there, envisaging the creation of a worldwide organisation that would link the Irish overseas with their compatriots at home. Over the following months the idea was developed into plans for an Irish International that would pursue a programme of social, cultural and economic objectives in Ireland and abroad. As The Republic explained, It is not the Ireland of four millions that we are thinking of now, nor even merely the potential Ireland of ten or fifteen millions. We are thinking also of the Greater Ireland, the Magna Hibernia across the seas, the millions of Irish people throughout the world. Though these Irish are now citizens of their adopted lands, they must not be, and they are not, wholly lost to Ireland. They also are to share in the great destiny of their motherland.Just how such wide-ranging aims were to be realised would prove a matter of dissent among delegates when they assembled twelve months later in Paris. But in February 1921 the proposal inspired only enthusiasm and hope for the future. The idea of the conference was a product of the belief prevalent at the time that the Irish had ‘yet to give to the world the best which is in them’. The official programme for the new race organisation captured this sentiment, declaring the organisers’ belief that ‘Ireland has much to give to the world’. It was widely expected that this potential would be realised once the Irish were free to govern themselves. It is thus ironic that it was ultimately over the relationship between the new Irish government and the overseas Irish that the conference, and all its worthy ambitions, would founder.

Indonesia is also the largest archipelago country in the world (the biggest archipelago state in the world). The condition of the fertile land, and is located between two continents and two large oceans, makes Indonesia's geographical position very strategic. This has caused many other countries in the world to have always wanted to dominate this archipelago. The preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia is the greatest source of encouragement for the Indonesian nation's determination to achieve a national goal. One of the efforts is to strengthen the defense and security of the Republic of Indonesia. However, in its current implementation, SISHANKAMRATA has not been running optimally in protecting and defending the sovereignty of the Indonesian state. This is due to several factors such as the low quality of human resources, the weak resilience of the Indonesian economy, the lack of harmony between the TNI and the Police, low political stability, and a fading sense of nationalism in the younger generation. For this reason, a Defense Force Development Policy is needed which includes building national capabilities. In his speech at the conference "Ensuring social stability, preserving the purity of our sacred religion" in Tashkent on June 15, 2017, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev spoke about the education of the younger generation: "Another important issue that always concerns us is the morality of our youth. Today, the world is changing rapidly. Who are the young people who feel these changes more than anyone else? Let the young people meet the requirements of their time. But at the same time, do not forget the few. Who we are, how great we are. "Let the call that we are the generation of the people always resonate in their hearts and encourage them to remain faithful to the minority. How can we achieve this? At the expense of upbringing, education and only upbringing." [1]
