The problem in this study is the relationship between the explosive power of the arms, the explosive power of the legs and hand eye coordination on the smash ability in the volleyball game of the students of FIK UNM. The population in this study were all students of FIK UNM sports coaching education with a total sample of 30 students who were selected by random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the correlation and regression analysis technique using the SPSS version 16 system at a significant level of 95% or α 0.05. Starting from the results of data analysis, this study concludes that: (1) The correlation between arm explosive power and smash ability in volleyball, proved to be r0 = 0.955 (P <α 0.05), (2) The relationship between limb explosive power and smash ability at volleyball game, proved to be r0 = 0.917 (P <α0.05), (3) The relationship between hand eye coordination and smash ability in volleyball games, proved to be R0 = 0.852 (P <α 0.05), (4) Relationship of arm explosive power , limb explosive power and hand eye coordination on smash ability in volleyball game proved to be r0 = 0.970 (P <α0.05). This can be explained that if a student is supported by good explosive power, leg explosive power and ankle coordination, the student can do a good smash too.

The results of the study of goal orientation and self-efficacy on audit judgment found inconsistencies that are suspected because there are other factors that influence the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The gender variable as a moderating variable is expected to explain the inconsistency. This study aims to test gender to moderate the effect of goal orientation and self-efficacy on audit judgment. The population of this study were all auditors who worked at public accountant office in the Bali region who were registered in Indonesian Institute of Public Accountant 2020 as many as 110 people. The method of determining the sample is non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, while the method of data collection uses survey method with questionnaire technique. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis. The results showed that goal orientation and self-efficacy had a positive effect on audit judgment. Gender strengthens the effect of goal orientation on audit judgment while Gender weakens the effect of self-efficacy on audit judgment. Keywords: Goal Orientation; Self-Efficacy; Gender; Audit Judgment.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between concentration and hand eye coordination with the accuracy of backhand backspin service. Quantitative approaches and correlational methods are used in this study. This research was conducted at PTM Gempas. The population in this study were all cadet athletes at PTM Gempas, while the sampling technique used was saturated sampling, which means that all athletes totaling 20 people were used as samples. Player concentration data is collected using a concentration grid test, hand eye coordination data is obtained by throwing a tennis ball test, and data for backhand backspin service accuracy is obtained by testing servicing. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Concentration has a strong enough relationship with the accuracy of backhand backspin service, 2) Hand eye coordination has a strong enough relationship with backhand backspin service accuracy. 3) Concentration and hand eye coordination together have a strong enough relationship with backhand backspin service accuracy. Table tennis coach should train the concentration and eye-hand coordination to improve the athlete's service accuracy.

Judging from anatomical and physiological, in a sprint of 100 meters, feet have a muscle structure that is larger and longer than the other muscles. The foot is the body organ that has the most muscle and is a barrier to body weight and is one of the organs that functions as a balance. The purpose of this study was to determine the degree or strength of the relationship, shape or causal relationship and the reciprocal relationship between explosive limb muscle power with running the short distance of 100 Meters. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach, a survey method with measurement and test techniques, while the analysis technique uses a correlation analysis approach that is a way to find out whether or not there is a relationship between variables. Testing the hypothesis of the relationship of limb muscle explosive power with running the short distance of 100 Meters of 0.659. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant correlation between leg muscle explosive power and 100 meter short distance running.

Playing badminton is a game that is often performed by most people in all walks of life, for techniques in playing badminton must be mastered including forehand drives which in doing this technique many elements of the body are involved so we need to know how strong the body parts are involved is to find out the relationship between each variable of arm muscle strength, hand-eye coordination and flexibility towards forehand drive skills. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach, a survey method with measurement techniques and tests, while the analysis technique uses a correlation analysis approach. The results of this study after statistical testing of empirical data obtained from the field can be said that the three independent variables proposed namely arm muscle strength, eye-hand coordination and flexibility significantly positively correlated with forehand drive skills in Bogor badminton club athletes.

This research is motivated by the importance of physical components to the results of the speed of the smash on table tennis including reaction time and arm power. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between reaction time and arm power with the speed of a smash ball in a table tennis game. This study uses a correlational research method. The sample in this study were active members of the Jabung Garut club. A total of 20 samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this study are the ruler drop test to measure the speed of reaction time and the softball throw test to measure arm power. Data analysis used Statistical Product for Social Science (SPSS) version 22. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between reaction time and the smash ball speed, which was p = 0.000 <0.05 with a value of r = -0.719, while the relationship between arm power and ball speed smash results p = 0.001 <0.05 which means there is a significant relationship, and the relationship between reaction time and arm power together with the ball speed smash results produce a significant relationship with the significance of 0.001 <0.05 and r = 0.547. From these results it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between reaction time and arm power with the speed of the ball smash in table tennis. This study aims to analyze the relationship between moral intelligence and courtesy attitudes of high-grade students of SDN cluster I, Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative research. The research method used is correlation. The population in this study were high-grade students consisting of grades 4 and 5 of the Elementary School Cluster I of Bengkulu City, totaling 350 students consisting of 3 elementary schools, namely SDN 1, SDN 6, and SDN 7. The sample in this study used the simple random sampling technique. , the sample in this study amounted to 35 respondents who were drawn proportionally. The instruments and data collection techniques used in the study were a questionnaire consisting of a moral intelligence questionnaire and a courtesy questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the product moment correlation formula and the t test. The calculation results obtained rcount value of 0.562, greater than rtabel 0.334 with a significant level of tcount 3.892, and the contribution of moral intelligence by 32% to the polite attitudes of high class students of SDN cluster I Bengkulu City. Thus it can be concluded that there is a relationship between moral intelligence and courtesy attitudes of high-grade students of SDN cluster I Bengkulu City.
