PERBANDINGAN METODE LATIHAN VISUALISASI DAN RELAKSASI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN SKOR JARAK 10 METER PADA ATLET PANAHAN TINGKAT PEMULA

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara metode visualisasi dan relaksasi terhadap peningkatan skor jarak 10 meter pada atlet panahan tingkat pemula. Sejumlah 34 mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Olahraga Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Pengukuran hasil penelitian menggunakan instrument menembakan 3 anak panah sebanyak 5 seri dengan total skor tertinggi 150. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis uji T. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian 1) Perbandingan data awal dan akhir pada metode visualisasi diperoleh nilai thitung 5,100 dan ttabel sebesar 2,119, berarti terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan hasil metode visualisasi terhadap kemampuan memanah jarak 10 meter. 2) Perbandingan data awal dan akhir pada metode relaksasi diperoleh nilai thitung 5,442 dan t tabel sebesar 2,119, berarti terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan hasil metode relaksasi terhadap kemampuan memanah jarak 10 meter. 3) Perbandingan data tes akhir antara metode visualisasi dan relaksasi terhadap kemampuan memanah jarak 10 meter, rata-rata metode visualisasi sebesar 32,36 standar deviasi 18,12 dan varian 328,51. Rata-rata metode relaksasi sebesar 28,95, standar deviasi 17,81 dan varian 317,37. Kemudian diperoleh nilai thitung 0,553, sedangkan nilai ttabel sebesar  0,203. Jadi thitung > ttabel. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan, metode visualisasi lebih efektif dibanding metode relaksasi terhadap peningkatan kemampuan memanah jarak 10 meter pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu olahraga Universitas Negeri Jakarta.  Kata Kunci          : Panahan, Visualisasi, Relaksasi ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison between visualization and relaxation methods to an increase in the 10 meter distance score for beginner archery athletes. A total of 34 students of the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Jakarta are the research subjects. This research is using experimental method. Measurement of research results using the instrument shooting 3 arrows as many as 5 series with the highest total score of 150. Analysis of research data using the T test analysis technique. There was a significant increase in the results of the visualization method on the 10 meter distance archery ability. 2) Comparison of the initial and final data on the relaxation method, the t-count value is 5.442 and the t table is 2.119, which means that there is a significant increase in the results of the relaxation method on the ability to shoot at 10 meters distance. 3) Comparison of final test data between visualization and relaxation methods to archery ability at 10 meters distance, the average visualization method is 32.36 standard deviation 18.12 and variant 328.51. The average relaxation method is 28.95, the standard deviation is 17.81 and the variant is 317.37. Then the t-count value was 0.553, while the t-table value was 0.203. So tcount> ttable. So it can be concluded, the visualization method is more effective than the relaxation method in increasing the ability of 10 meters archery in students of the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Jakarta.  Keywords: Archery, Visualization, Relaxation

The purpose of this research is to design, to build, and to test vibration, sound and temperature control devices on Motor on 3-phases motor for damage to a arduino based 3-phase induction motor. The research is conducted in the Motor Installation Lab. 1st floor Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. At June 2019 until December 2019.This research uses engineering methods. The research subjects used are AC motors. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with data collection techniques namely laboratory observation using testing instruments.The results showed that the device can measure the level of vibration and sound (noise) of the motor through the LOW and HIGH conditions of the vibration sensor and sound sensor, while the device can measure the level of the motor temperature through data from the LM35 temperature sensor. So it can be concluded that the vibration, sound and temperature gauges can function well in motor damage indications.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain dan membuat alat pengatur getaran, suara dan suhu motor induksi 3-phasa sebagai indikasi kerusakan pada motor induksi 3-phasa berbasis arduino. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Instalasi Motor Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pada Bulan Juni 2019 sampai Desember 2019.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rekayasa teknik. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu motor AC induksi 3-phasa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi laboratorium menggunakan instrumen pengujian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat dapat mengukur tingkat getaran dan suara (noise) motor melalui kondisi LOW dan HIGH dari sensor getaran dan sensor suara, sedangkan alat dapat mengukur tingkat suhu motor melalui data dari sensor suhu LM35. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat pengukur getaran, suara dan suhu dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam mengindikasi kerusakan motor.

The objective of this research is to find out different impacts of the teaching methods; practice style and command style. This research is conducted in the Faculty of Sports Science, State University of Padang during the academic year of 2010/2011. The applied research method is an experimental method. The sample consists of 40 (college) students who are divided into 4 groups of 10 persons. The data analysis technique is performed by a two-ways variance analysis followed by the tukey test at the significance level = 0, 05. The results of this research are: 1) in all aspects, the skill of butterfly stroke by the teaching method of command style is better than the practice style, 2) for the students with high motor skills, the skill of butterfly stroke by the teaching method of practice style is better than the command style, and 3) for the students with low motor skills, the skill of butterfly stroke by the teaching method of command style is better than the practice style. This study aims to describe students' metaphorical thinking ability on the subject sequences and series. The research was conducted using a descriptive method involving 32 students of SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo Utara as research subjects. The instrument used was an essay test to obtain data on metaphorical thinking skills and interviews to complement and strengthen the information that came from giving tests on the subject sequence and series. The data analysis technique used is in the form of a percentage with standard deviation categorization criteria, to determine the level of students' metaphorical thinking ability. The results of the analysis showed that the students' metaphorical thinking ability in the subject sequences and series were in the medium category.

This study aims to analyze and see the effect of parents' income on the financial behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. This type of research is associative descriptive with a population of 521 students of Economic Education at the UNP. The sampling technique is Proportional Random Sampling with a sample of 84 students. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires. To ensure the questionnaire used in this study, a validity test and a reliability test were performed. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. Previously the prerequisite test analysis was done using the normality test, linearity test, and homogeneity test. Financial behavior of students of Economic Education, FE UNP is in quite good category. The results showed that parental income did not have a significant effect on the financial behavior of FE UNP Economic Education students. Suggestions for students whose parents are classified as low income should be wise in managing finances, especially in the aspects of making expenditure and expenditure budgets, providing funds for unexpected expenses, and saving periodically. As for students whose parents are classified as moderate and high income, they must routinely make budgets for expenditure and expenditures, and record expenses and expenditures both daily, weekly and monthly. And for students whose parents are classified as very high income must also be routine in making spending and expenditure budgets, as well as saving periodically.Keywords : parent income, and financial behavior.

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

Instrumen penilaian merupakan bagian dari suatu proses penilaian dalam pembelajaran, apa yang hendak diukur dalam pembelajaran terkait dengan ketersediaan alat ukur yang dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis validitas, reliabilitas, dan keefektifan instrumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Tahapan pada R & D yaitu 1) analisis kebutuhan; 2) rancangan produk; 3) desain dan pengembangan; 4) validasi ahli; 5) revisi produk awal; 6) uji coba terbatas; 7) revisi produk; 8) uji coba diperluas; 9) revisi dan analisis hasil uji coba. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment, uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan koefisien kappa dari Cohen dan uji keefektifan menggunakan analisis Uji normalized-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pretest nilainya 79 dan posttest nilainya 83 pada uji coba terbatas, sedangkan pada uji coba diperluas didapatkan hasil tidak jauh berbeda dengan uji coba terbatas yaitu pretest 0,3 dan posttest 0,4. Validitas instrumen sebesar 0,878 yang menunjukkan valid, reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 0.721 yang menunjukan ketegori baik dan keefektifan instrumen terdapat skor 0.3 yang memiliki tingkat efektivitas sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian praktik rias pengantin Jogja Paes Ageng baku, valid dan efektif digunakan untuk menilai penilaian praktik sesuai dengan kompetensi mata kuliah.Assessment instrument is part of the assessment process in the learning process. What is to be measured in the learning process is related to the availability of the assessment instrument. The aim of the current research is to analyze validity, reliability, and the instrument effectiveness. This current research employed R&D method. The steps of R&D method: 1) needs analysis, 2) product design, 3) design and development, 4) expert validation, 5) preliminary product revision, 6) limited testing, 7) product revision, 8) expanded testing, 9) revision and analysis of the testing product. The data analysis technique in the current research employed product moment correlation, kappa coefficient for instrument reliability and normalized-gain test analysis for the effectiveness of instrument. The results of the pretest was 79, the posttest was 83 on limited testing, while the expanded test showed not difference of limited testing 0.3 for pretest, 0.4 for the posttest. Validity of instrument was 0.878 which indicates the instrument developed is valid, reliability of practice instrument was 0.721 which indicates in the good category and effectiveness of instruments was 0.3 that have moderate levels of effectiveness. This suggests that the assessment instrument of bridal Jogja Paes Ageng practice is standardized, valid and effective.

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effects of the Loan to Value (LTV) policy on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method of 42 property and real estate companies that meet the criteria. The research period is divided into 2 namely before the Loan to Value policy (2013-2014) and after the Loan to Value policy (2016-2017) with the Paired Sample t Test analysis technique. The test results show if the current ratio, Return on Asset, Return on Equity and Debt to Asset have significant differences between before and after the LTV policy is applied. While the fast ratio, cash ratio, net profit margin and Debt to Equity did not show a significant difference. Abstract: This study aims to develop a comic-based basketball module for basketball extracurricular students at SD Lesanpuro 4 in Malang City. The research model uses a procedural model adapted from the Lee and Owens procedure using 5 steps, namely: (1) needs analysis, (2) carrying out a design, (3) developing or developing a product, (4) implementation or implementation of activities, (5) evaluation or product evaluation. Product trials include: (1) Trial design, the trial design used is descriptive design. (2) Experimental subjects, the subjects used in this study were extracurricular students of SD Lesanpuro 4 Malang City, and the subject of media experts and learning experts was one of the lecturers from the Faculty of Sports Science. The small group trial subjects consisted of 5 students and the large group test subjects consisted of 15 students. (3) The type of data used is descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative. (4) The data collection instrument used in conducting this validation is a non-test in the form of a questionnaire. (5) The analysis technique in this study uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of learning validation are 73 percent, and the results of media expert validation are 81 percent. While the results of small group trials obtained results of 89 percent and large group trials obtained results of 83.75 percent. Thus, the results of developing a comic-based basketball module for extracurricular students at SD Lesanpuro 4 in Malang City are very valid and can be applied to extracurricular basketball students at SD Lesanpuro 4, Malang City. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul bola basket yang berbasis komik untuk siswa ekstrakurikuler bola basket SD Lesanpuro 4 di Kota Malang. Model penelitian menggunakan model prosedural yang diadaptasi dari prosedur Lee dan Owens dengan menggunakan 5 langkah yaitu: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) melakukan sebuah desain, (3) development atau pengembangan sebuah produk, (4) implementation atau pelaksanaan kegiatan, (5) evaluation atau evaluasi produk. Uji coba produk meliputi: (1) Desain uji coba, desain uji coba yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif. (2) Subjek coba, subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler SD Lesanpuro 4 Kota Malang, dan subjek dari ahli media serta ahli pembelajaran merupakan salah satu dosen dari Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan. Subjek uji coba kelompok kecil terdiri 5 siswa dan subjek uji coba kelompok besar terdiri 15 siswa. (3) Jenis data yang digunakan berupa deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. (4) Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam melakukan validasi ini yaitu non-tes yang berbentuk angket. (5) Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil validasi pembelajaran sebesar 73 persen, dan hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 81 persen. Sedangkan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh hasil sebesar 89 persen dan uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh hasil sebesar 83,75 persen. Sehingga, hasil pengembangan modul bola basket berbasis komik untuk siswa ekstrakurikuler SD Lesanpuro 4 di Kota Malang sangat valid dan dapat diterapkan pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola basket SD Lesanpuro 4 Kota Malang.

A study of numerous published rollover tests was conducted by reexamination of the original works, analysis of their data, and centralized compilation of their results. Instances were identified where the original reported results for trip speed were in error, requiring revision because the analysis technique employed extrapolation versus integration and lacked correction for offset errors that develop by placing the Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna away from the vehicle Center of Gravity (CG). An analysis was performed demonstrating revised results. In total, 81 dolly rollover crash tests, 24 naturally occurring rollover crash tests, and 102 reconstructed rollovers were identified. Of the 24 naturally occurring tests, 18 were steer-induced rollover tests. Distributions of the rollover drag factors are presented. The range of drag factors for all examined dolly rollovers was 0.38 g to 0.50 g with the upper and lower 15 percent statistically trimmed. The average drag factor for dolly rollovers was 0.44 g (standard deviation = 0.064) with a reported minimum of 0.31 g and a reported maximum of 0.61 g. After revisions, the range of drag factors for the set of naturally occurring rollovers was 0.39 g to 0.50 g with the upper and lower 15 percent statistically trimmed. The average drag factor for naturally occurring rollovers was 0.44 g (standard deviation = 0.063) with a reported minimum of 0.33 g and a reported maximum of 0.57 g. These results provide a more probable range of the drag factor for use in accident reconstruction compared to the often repeated assertion that rollover drag factors range between 0.4 g and 0.65 g.

The study aimed to determine 1) the effect of digital eco learning in student worksheet flipbooks on environmental literacy projects, and 2) the effect of digital eco learning in student worksheet flipbooks on student ecological competence. The research is a quasi-experimental study using a Pretest-Posttest Non-equivalent Control Group. The research subjects were students in the Environmental Geography course semester 6 of 2020, divided into the experimental and control groups. The research was conducted at the Geography Education study program, Social Science Faculty, State University of Malang, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using the independent sample t-test in SPSS version 23 for windows. The results found: 1) there is a significant effect of digital eco learning with student worksheet flipbook on environmental project literacy competence, and 2) there is a significant effect of digital eco learning with student worksheet flipbooks on ecological competence.
