Abstract Over the last five years, the oil market has experienced its most significant downturn since 1990s which resulted in the greatest immediate impact on the exploration and development drilling segment of the industry. With the objective to counter the influence of this potentially long period of downturn in global oil price, oil & gas operators have opted for different approaches to secure their future recovery and growth. The digital transformation across their drilling and completion activities could be a solution which helps to improve the drilling efficiency, shorten the well time, and cut down the well cost to the tolerable investment. In addition to that, the need of switching to a digital environment has recently became an urgent requirement, especially when everywhere in the world applies the social distancing and work from home concept during Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, establishing a digital workplace has set an approach in a way drilling and completion teams handling internal and external communications, collaborations and content management to support drilling and completion activities. In order to understand more in depth, this paper, as a part of the digital transformation project carried out by Phu Quoc Petroleum Operating Company (PQPOC), the Operator of Block B Gas Development Project (Blocks B&48/95 and 52/97) located offshore of the South West of Vietnam, will make clear how to build a digital workplace on SharePoint, what features should be included in this platform, and how it can support drilling and completion activities.

The paper researches the dangers of the digital transformation of the society in various spheres of social life. The authors defined several groups of the digitalization threats, including economic, political, military and legal ones. The coronavirus 2020 pandemic forced many activities to withdraw to the virtual environment, thus exposing the real level of the digital environment in the Russian Federation. Many problems connected with providing the interaction of the digital trends with the practical activity and regulation in various spheres of the social life became obvious. The complex system threats of the digital transformation of the society together with the faults of “the digital transformation (perestroika)” in the Russian reality makes us speak about the fragility of the digital world being constructed. Digitalization, like Icarus wings, is able to raise the human civilization incredibly high but also lead to failure, causing misbalance and destruction of the established social institutions and values.

In the article on the basis of the former general-methodical basis where the methodology of construction developer and digital administration by construction organizations is combined; scientific and applied bases of VIM-technologies; "Geometric econometrics"; modern methods of formalized modeling and adjustment of the cycle of development projects; the latest approaches to the formation of organizational structures for the management of construction production with the involvement of digital technologies. The methodological basis of the study was based on a productive combination of visual and graphical capabilities of BIM-technology, digital control technologies, methods of graph-analytical visualization (provided through the use of "geometric econometrics"). The resulting methodological apparatus allows the use of BIM-technologies in the organization of construction in fundamentally new positions - not only as a means of graph-analytical structuring of physical volumes of contract work, but, above all, as a modern basis for variable organizational and technological modeling of works and stages of construction. project and as a tool for managing the cycle and environment of the development project. It is substantiated and proved that when forming the analytical basis of the construction enterprise in modern digital space it is expedient to take into account the vector of improvement of management models in the direction from single-purpose to multi-purpose, from deterministic to deterministic-stochastic, from worc-arc model (robot-arc). to the model of the synthetic type “worc & matrix” “work & top”. The successful operation and development of construction organizations participating in projects in the digital environment requires a sound approach to the formation of their competitive strategy as executors. The article highlights that the concept of competitive strategy of the contractor is a set of rules and techniques that should guide the construction organization, ready for change in its activities through the involvement of digital management format: integral elements of the process of digital transformation in construction are changes in activities of construction organizations, which consist in a full-scale digital transformation based on the company's digital development strategy. Implementing the measures envisaged by the digital strategy requires an integrated approach that includes the company's development in various areas, but understanding the trends of the digital environment and construction market will allow companies to rationally use existing digital potential and effectively identify ways to further digital development of construction companies.

AbstractDigitalization and new technologies have an increasingly important role in today's humanitarian activities. As humanitarian organizations become more active in and reliant on new and digital technologies, they evolve from being simple bystanders to being fully fledged stakeholders in cyberspace, vulnerable to adverse cyber operations that could impact on their capacity to protect and assist people affected by armed conflict or other situations of violence. This shift makes it essential for humanitarian organizations to understand and properly map their resulting cyber perimeter. Humanitarian organizations can protect themselves and their activities by devising appropriate cyber strategies for the digital environment. Clearly defining the digital boundaries within which they carry out operations lays the groundwork for humanitarian organizations to develop a strategy to support and protect humanitarian action in the digital environment, channel available resources to where they are most needed, and understand the areas in which their operational dialogue and working modalities need to be adapted for cyberspace. The purpose of this article is to identify the unique problems facing international humanitarian organizations operating in cyberspace and to suggest ways to address them. More specifically, the article identifies the key elements that an international humanitarian organization should consider in developing a cyber security strategy. Throughout, the International Committee of the Red Cross and its specificities are used as an example to illustrate the problems identified and the possible ways to address them.

Evolving digital technologies are infiltrating schools wave after wave. The changes taking place are viewed as the schools’ digital renewal process (SDRP). The SDRP is complex (multidimensional). It includes changes in the educational environment (physical and virtual), the educational process, and the way the school operates. The SDRP goes uneven, with individual schools at different stages. One-time observation of the SDRP allows you to fix its current state (statics). The longitudinal observations allows you to see changes in the schools’ digital renewal (kinematics). The connection of the observed changes with the impact on the general education system makes it possible to discuss the development of digital renewal under the influence of individual control actions (dynamics). The stages of penetration of digital technologies into the work of the school: computerization, early and mature informatization, digital transformation (transition to the “Smart School”) can be considered as the stages of maturity of the SDRP. The article discusses a framework for describing the processes of digital renewal of schools in an evolving digital environment and an assessment of the SDRP’s maturity.

The COVID-19 outbreak has had a serious impact on almost all countries in the world, including Indonesia. In response to this case, various policies began to emerge. Starting from the implementation of work from home, social distancing and physical distancing, until the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB). overseas investors are busy focusing their finances on the needs of their respective countries to fight the virus. Domestic investment (PMDN) is also predicted to experience a slowdown. The social distancing policy resulted in the community not being able to run the economic system well, especially in the Indonesian investment sector so that the perokoniman namely investment in Indonesia decreased and there were some delays in investment by other countries in Indonesia.
