The teaching material focuses on the theme of rain which is discussed through the I-SETS approach (Islamic, scientific, environmental, technological, and social). This study aimed to determine the characteristics, feasibility, and enchancement of student character after using teaching materials. This study uses the Research and Development (R D) method in the form of One Group Pretest-Post-test Design. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, questionnaires, and test results. Data analysis techniques is quantitative descriptive. The characteristics of the teaching materials that had been developed were viewed from three aspects (content, presentation, and language). This characteristic is supported by validating the feasibility of teaching materials of 86.58% had very feasible criteria. Readability results reached a percentage of 53.20% in the appropriate category for students. The results of the application of teaching materials showed that there is no influence yet of teaching materials on the character development and integrated thinking skills which are based on the N-gain test acquisition of 0.169 from the results of the character questionnaire, 0.218 from the results of the character observastions, 0.085 from pretest-posttest mark. This is due to obstacles when learning online and limited number of encounters.

This study aimed to describe the application and analysis of student's critical thinking skills in learning that used a jigsaw cooperative model with monopoly game media. The study used classroom action research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model with monopoly game media was applied in several stages, namely group formation, rolling dice in turns, followed by transaction activities in the form of a combination of answering questions, renting, selling, and buying assets until finally one of the students became an absolute rich person called a monopolist. The student's critical thinking ability before taking action measured through the pretest. It showed that the percentage of completeness obtained by students was 65.6% with a minimum completeness criterion of 75. The student's critical thinking ability after the action in cycle I showed that there was a change in the percentage of completeness obtained by students of 66.67% of the pretest results to 76.67% of the post-test results. In the second cycle, there was a change of 76.67% from the pretest results to 90% from the post-test results, thus student's critical thinking skills in learning that used a jigsaw cooperative model with monopoly game media increased by 10% in cycles I and 13,33% in cycle II.

This research aims to develop guided inquiry based teaching materials which is valid, practical, and effective to facilitate the students’ scientific literacy. The development of teaching material used the 4D model  and was tested in grade 7th-D of SMP GEMA 45 in the second semester of  2014/2015 by using the Pre-Experimental One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data collection used documentation observation, test, and quetionnaires. The data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive analysis.The results of this research are:1) Teaching material developed is valid categorised  to be use consisted of Syllabus, Lesson Plan, Student Worksheet, Student Book and Test of student learning outcomes; 2) The practicality of teaching material in terms of a good category in feasibility of lesson plans, the students’ activities in accordance with  inquiry model and students give a positive responses toward teaching material and implementation of teaching material developed; and 3) The teaching material effectiveness in terms of: (a) Improving students’ learning achievement seen from the individual and classical completeness; (b) Improving students’ scientific literacy by getting gain score between middle until high category. Based on data analyzed the teaching materials based on guided inquiry are valid, practical, and effective to facilitate the students’ scientific literacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang layak (valid, praktis, dan efektif) untuk melatih literasi sains siswa. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model 4D  dan diujicobakan di kelas VII-D SMP GEMA 45 semester genap tahun ajaran 2014/2015 dengan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, observasi, tes, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan,: 1) Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berkategori valid; 2) Perangkat pembelajaran berketagori praktis ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan RPP, aktivitas siswa sesuai dengan tahap-tahap model inkuiri, dan siswa merespon positif perangkat yang dikembangkan dan implementasinya; serta 3) Perangkat pembelajaran telah efektif ditinjau dari: (a) Peningkatan pengetahuan siswa (b) Peningkatan literasi sains  siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis  inkuiri terbimbing yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk melatih literasi sains siswa sehingga layak untuk digunakan.

ABSTRACTThe research was distributed by the problems encountered in kindergarten learning activities related to the introduction of the letter. Ideally the implementation introduction letter to the child is done using the media that are fun and able to menstimulus the ability to know the child in letter. However in the field of limited media causes less bervaritif learning practices making it still utilizes the existing media in the classroom. Media for menstimulus development of multiform wrong by using media puzzle fonts that already exist in the market. These aspects influenced the performance of research in TK AR-Rahman Group A sub district of Tasikmalaya Regency Sukahening with the number of students is 10 people. This research aims to know the influence of media puzzle letters against the ability to know the letters on A group of kindergarten children Ar-Rahman Sukahening Sub-district. The research method used was Pre-experimental Design with One Group Pre test – Post Test Design. Pre-test activities, namely activities conducted to know the ability of early child before he gave the media a letter puzzle and post-test i.e. activities performed to find out the capabilities of end child after being given the treatment of media puzzle, the letter then the data were calculated with the data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive to count and describe the results of data obtained in field. Based on the results of the test show the significance value hipotestis obtained Asymp. SIG (2-taliled) of 0.005 0.005 testing criteria means that there is a difference 0.05 pre-test with post-test in the ability to know the letter by using the letter puzzle media then H0 is rejected. To see the difference then performed a test of wilxocon i.e. post data-test value is higher than the value of the pre-test with an average increase in the significance of 5.50.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemui di lembaga Taman Kanak-kanak berkaitan dengan kegiatan pembelajaran pengenalan huruf. Idealnya pelaksanaan pengenalan huruf kepada anak dilakukan  dengan menggunakan media yang menyenangkan dan mampu menstimulus kemampuan anak dalam mengenal huruf. Namun di lapangan keterbatasan media menyebabkan praktik pembelajaran kurang bervaritif sehingga masih memanfaatkan media yang ada di dalam kelas. Media untuk menstimulus perkembangan anak beraneka ragam salah salah satunya dengan menggunakan media puzzle huruf yang sudah ada dipasaran. Hal tersebu melatarbelakangi dilaksanakannya penelitian di TK AR-Rahman kelompok A Kecamatan Sukahening Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dengan jumlah siswa 10 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media puzzle huruf terhadap kemampuan mengenal huruf pada anak kelompok A TK Ar-Rahman Kecamatan Sukahening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Eksperimental Design dengan bentuk One Grup Pre-test-Post Test Design. Kegiatan pre-test yaitu kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal anak sebelum diberikannya media puzzle huruf dan post-test yaitu kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan akhir anak setelah diberikan perlakuan media puzzle huruf, kemudian data dihitung dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif untuk menghitung dan mendeskripsikan hasil data yang diperoleh dilapangan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotestis menunjukan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh Asymp. Sig. (2-taliled) sebesar 0,005 dengan kriteria pengujian 0,005 0,05 artinya terdapat perbedaan pre-test dengan post-test dalam kemampuan mengenal huruf dengan menggunakan media puzzle huruf maka H0 ditolak. Untuk melihat perbedaannya maka dilakukan uji wilxocon yaitu nilai data post-test lebih tinggi dari pada nilai pre-test dengan rata-rata peningkatan signifikansi 5,50.

<p><em>This study aims to develop ETOPAPA-based mathematics teaching materials for elementary school students. Product trials were conducted using a pretest-posttest experiment group design. Data analysis techniques were carried out with item response analysis and t test. Validation test results on the feasibility of ETOPAPA-based mathematics teaching materials are in the very good category with a score of 4.45. Analysis of the effectiveness of ETOPAPA-based mathematics teaching materials was carried out on the experimental class (E) and control class (K). Based on calculations obtained E&gt;K, with an average N-gain score of 0.64. The score is included in the interpretation of the medium category (0.3≤ g ,7 0.7). Based on these calculations, the application of ETOPAPA-based mathematics teaching materials was declared effective. The results of the practicality test of ETOPAPA-based mathematics teaching materials are in the practical category with a positive response and 85.02% student response. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that, learning flatter material using ETOPAPA based mathematics teaching materials at SDN 128 Palembang is valid, effective, and practical.</em><em></em></p>

Curriculum 2013 emphasizes learning not only the achievement of knowledge, but also emphasizes the skills of students by providing sufficient  space for students to develop their creativity and independence so that it has the ability to think logical, critical, creative thinkings  and have problem solving skills. The lack of student’s skill in problem solving may be caused partly because of the lack of teaching materials that are specifically designed to enhance student’s skill in problem solving. Therefore in this study it is developed a physics teaching materials based on structured inquiry model as an effort to improve student’s skill in problem solving. Development of the teaching materials used 4D models and tried out at class X  SMAN 1 Krian in 2014/2015. The materials are tried out using One Group Pre-test and post-test design. Data collection methods was conducted using validation, testing, observation, and questionnaires. Data analysis technique was conducted using quantitative and qualitative descriptive. Based on the data analysis and discussion, it is obtained: 1) teaching materials developed is  classified as valid; 2) book and student’s worksheet readability has a high category; 3) the implementation of lesson plans is performed well, although there are still several problems (time for managing class and the difficulty is using equipments); 4) dominant activity  of students is to implement problem-solving plan; 5) problem solving skills of students after learning increases significantly with high category; and 6) the student’s response to the learning model of structured inquiry is classified as positive. Based on the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the developed teaching materials was feasible to be used in learning process to improve student’s skill in problem-solving for static fluid. Kurikulum 2013 menekankan pembelajaran selain pada pencapaian pengetahuan, juga menekankan pada keterampilan siswa dengan memberi ruang yang cukup bagi siswa untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan kemandirian mereka sehingga memiliki kemampuan berpikir logis, kritis, dan kreatif serta memiliki keterampilan pemecahan masalah. Kurangnya keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa dapat disebabkan antara lain karena belum adanya perangkat pembelajaran yang khusus dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan perangkat pembelajaran fisika model structured inquiry sebagai usaha meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa. Pengembangan perangkat  pembelajaran menggunakan model 4D dan diujicobakan pada siswa kelas X di SMAN 1 Krian pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Desain ujicoba perangkat menggunakan One Group Pre-test and Post-test Design. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah validasi, tes, observasi, dan angket. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan diperoleh beberapa temuan, yaitu: 1) perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan tergolong valid; 2) keterbacaan BAS dan LKS tergolong tinggi; 3) pada pelaksanaan ujicoba diperoleh RPP terlaksana dengan baik, meskipun masih ada beberapa kendala (waktu untuk mengelola kelas dan kesulitan dalam menggunakan alat ukur); 4) aktivitas siswa yang dominan adalah melaksanakan rencana pemecahan masalah; 5) keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa setelah pembelajaran  meningkat signifikan dengan kategori tinggi; dan 6) respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran model structured inquiry tergolong positif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan diskusi penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan mempunyai kualitas yang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa pada materi fluida statis.

ABSTRAK Berbagai masalah gizi diderita oleh sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia dan salah satu masalah gizi utama adalah anemia gizi besi. Salah satu upaya untuk memperbaiki pola konsumsi pangan dan pola kebiasaan yang bertujuan untuk menanggulangi anemia dikalangan masyarakat terutama ibu hamil dengan melalui peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku seseorang dengan penyuluhan gizi dan mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan gizi, asupan gizi dan pemberian tablet tambah darah terhadap kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil di Puskesmas Paccerakkang Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan rancangan one-group pre-test and post-test design. Data diperoleh dari hasil Pre test dan Post test menggunakan kuesioner, pengambilan Hb, recall 24 jam dan data tablet tambah darah yang di konsumsi. Kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil pada awalnya anemia (100%) dan pada akhir terdapat sebanyak 8 orang (53,33%). Hasil pre dan post test ibu hamil yang memiliki criteria baik sebelum mendapatkan penyuluhan gizi sebanyak 2 orang (13,33 %) dan setelah mendapatkan penyuluhan gizi sebanyak 4  orang (26,67%). Asupan gizi (energi) ibu hamil yang memiliki criteria asupan baik di awal sebanyak 1  orang (6,67 %) dan di akhir sebanyak 9  orang (60%). Asupan gizi (protein) baik di awal sebanyak 3 orang (20 %) dan di akhir sebanyak 4  orang (26,67%). Pada umumnya asupan Fe di awal dan di akhir dari 15 ibu hamil 100% tergolong kurang. Ibu hamil yang mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah dengan baik sebanyak 6 orang (40%). Disarankan ibu hamil turut berpartisipasi setiap pemeriksaan rutin yang diadakan oleh Puskesmas guna mencegah terjadinya masalah gizi.

Abstract This research aims to produce science teaching materials in junior level with Energy in The Body as the theme using Four Steps Teaching Material Development  (4STMD). The material is presented in an integrated way so that students can  think holistically and contextually. The method used in this study is Research and Development. In this R&D methods is used 4STMD. There are four steps done on the development of teaching materials, the selection step, structuring step, characterization, and didactic reduction. Selection step includes the selection of indicators in accordance with the demands of the curriculum which is then developed with the selection of concepts and values that are integrated with the concept of science. Structuring step includes make macro structures, concept maps, and multiple representations. Characterization's step includes preparation instruments, then  trial to students to identify difficult concepts. The last, didactic reduction was done by neglect and the annotations in the form of sketches.The test results readability aspect instructional materials lead to the conclusion that by determining the main idea, the legibility of teaching materials reached 67%, with moderate readability criteria. Test results of feasibility aspects based on the results of questionnaires to the 11 teachers lead to the conclusion that the overall, level of eligibility teaching materials reached 91% with the eligibility criteria well. Keywords: teaching materials; energy; 4STMD Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar IPA SMP pada tema Energi dalam Tubuh menggunakan metode Four Steps Teaching Material Development (4STMD). Materi disajikan secara terpadu sehingga memacu siswa untuk berpikir secara holistik dan kontekstual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Dalam penelitian dan pengembangan yang ini, digunakan metode Four Steps Teaching Material Development (4STMD). Terdapat empat tahap yang dilakukan pada pengembangan bahan ajar, yakni tahap seleksi, strukturisasi, karakterisasi, dan reduksi didaktik. Tahap seleksi meliputi pemilihan indikator yang sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum yang kemudian dikembangkan dengan pemilihan konsep dan nilai yang diintegrasikan dengan konsep IPA. Tahap strukturisasi meliputi pembuatan struktur makro, peta konsep, dan multipel representasi dari materi. Tahap karakterisasi meliputi penyusunan instrumen karakterisasi, kemudian uji coba kepada siswa untuk mengidentifikasi konsep sulit. Tahap terakhir, yaitu reduksi didaktik konsep terhadap konsep sulit. Reduksi didaktik yang dilakukan berupa pengabaian dan penggunaan penjelasan berupa sketsa. Hasil uji aspek keterbacaan bahan ajar menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa berdasarkan penentuan ide pokok, keterbacaan bahan ajar mencapai 67%, dengan kriteria keterbacaan tinggi. Hasil uji aspek kelayakan berdasarkan hasil angket terhadap 11 orang guru menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa secara keseluruhan tingkat kelayakan bahan ajar mencapai 91% dengan kriteria kelayakan baik sekali. The use of videos in education makes it possible to overcome practical real-world constraints and explore far greater possibilities provided by digital spaces, especially for the video uploaded in online platform such as blog. This study examines whether online video blog as media have a significant effect on students’ achievement of passive voice. It used pre-experimental (one group pre-test and post-test) design. The samples of this study were 10 students at 4J Operation. A pre-test and post-test were conducted by using multiple choice questions as the instruments. Data analysis was through paired-sample t-test. Results showed that there was an increase in mean score of pre-test (49,1) and post-test (63,5). Data from Paired Sample t-test showed that Sig. (2-tailed) was 0.000 which was smaller than .05 which means that there was significance difference in mean score after employing treatment.

Existing learning has not fully facilitated 4C (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity) skills and there are obstacles for students to encounter in studying biology, especially the material about plant tissue. It happens due to various limitations in achieving basic competency skills. One of the learning approaches that can be used to support 4C skills is the STEM approach which is supported by student worksheets (SW) to guide the learning process. The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of STEM-based SW to train students' creative thinking skills. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative with one group pre-test and post-test design. The research subjects were 21 students of XI grades at SMAK St.Hendrikus. Data analysis of the N-Gain test of creative thinking skills obtained an average N-gain of 0.7 with a medium category. The N-Gain analysis of creative thinking skills using the T-Test with a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 indicates that STEM-based worksheets are effective in training students' creative thinking skills.

Elderly happiness can be influenced by the religious factor. Participation in religious activities is also an important factor to improve elderly happiness. The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of Dzikir Relaxation Training to increase happiness at derelict elderly social services home Budhi Dharma Yogyakarta. The hypothesis of this research is Dzikir Relaxation Training can increase elder happiness at derelict elderly social services home Budhi Dharma Yogyakarta. The participants of this research were 10 elders who are 61-86 years old and have low until a medium score of happiness. This research uses one group pre-test post-test design. Data were collected using the Likert scale made by the researchers. The intervention consists of three sessions with 60 minutes for every session. Data were analyzed by Friedman’s technique through SPSS (version). Data analysis shows score Chi-square 15.80 (p<0.0001), it is indicated the dzikir relaxation training to improve elderly happiness.      Kebahagiaan lansia salah satunya dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor agama. Partisipasi dalam kegiatan keagamaan juga menjadi faktor penting untuk meningkatkan kebahagiaan lanjut usia (lansia). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh relaksasi dzikir dalam meningkatkan kebahagiaan lansia di Rumah Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia Terlantar (RPSLUT) Budhi Dharma Yogyakarta. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah pelatihan relaksasi dzikir mampu meningkatkan kebahagiaan lansia di Rumah Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia Terlantar Budhi Dharma Yogyakarta. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang lanjut usia yang berusia antara 61-86 tahun dan memiliki skor kebahagiaan dalam tingkat sedang hingga rendah. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pre-test post-test. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang disusun oleh peneliti. Intervensi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga sesi dengan waktu 60 menit setiap sesinya. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik Friedman’s test untuk menguji perbedaan skor antara pre-test, post-tes dan follow up. Hasil analisis menunjukkan skor Chi-square sebesar 15.80 (p<.0001) mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan relaksasi dzikir terbukti dapat meningkatkan kebahagiaan lansia.
