E-learning berbasis Chamilo telah berhasil dikembangkan pada pembelajaran simulasi dan komunikasi digital di SMK Negeri 5 Palembang. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan efektifitas e-learning terhadap mata pelajaran fitur kolaboratif daring. Tahapan Penelitian pengembangan ini terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, desain, dan pengembangan. E-learning yang telah dikembangkan kemudian diuji kevalidan oleh ahli, diuji kepraktisan oleh peserta didik, dan diuji efektifitas dengan mengimplementasikan e-learning di SMK Negeri 5 Palembang. Pengembangan e-learning menggunakan model Alessi dan Trollip. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa 1.) E-learning teruji kevalidan dengan penilaian oleh ahli media terhadap e-learning sebesar 89,47%, penilaian oleh ahli materi sebesar 84,62%, dan penilaian ahli desain pembelajaran sebesar 81,82%; 2.) E-learning teruji kepraktisannya dengan penilaian dari 3 peserta didik tingkat rendah, sedang, dan atas dengan rata-rata sebesar 86,10%; dan 3.) E-learning teruji efektifitas meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dilihat dari adanya gain sebesar 0,70 yang termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi.AbstractE-Learning of Chamilo based has been developed for materials simulation and communication digital in SMK Negeri 5 Palembang. The research aims to know validity, practicality, and effectiveness e-learning features on the subject matter of online collaboration features. This research development stage consists of the plan, design, and development phase. E-learning features that have been developed and then tested validity by experts, tested practicality by students, and tested for effectiveness by implementation e-learning in SMK Negeri 5 Palembang. The development of e-learning used the Alessi and Trollip model. From this study, it was found that 1.) The assessment e-learning features have been validity tested by media experts at 89.47%, by subject matter experts of 84,62%, and by learning design experts of 81,82%; 2.) The assessment of e-learning features has been practicality tested by three students’ low level, medium, and high an average by 86,10%; and 3.) E-learning features have been effectively tested to improving students learning outcomes seen from a gain of 0.70 included in the high category.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pembelajaran menggunakan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran kimia dengan pokok bahasan Hakikat Ilmu Kimia, serta untuk mengetahui besar peningkatannya. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Variabel yang digunakan adalah peningkatan hasil belajar mencakup nilai kognitif dan psikomotorik. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan adalah pretes-postes, portofolio, lembar observasi, dan angket kuisioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) nilai kognitif sebesar 97% dengan rata-rata nilai 82, siswa yang mencapai KKM nilai psikomotorik sebanyak 100% dengan rata-rata nilai 91. Terjadi peningkatan keberhasilan guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran PjBL pada siklus I sebesar 88% meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 97%. Peningkatan keaktifan rata-rata siswa pada siklus I sebesar 82%, meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 93%. Ketertarikan rata-rata siswa juga mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 84% meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 92%. Hasil observasi penerapan PjBL secara keseluruhan menunjukkan nilai sangat baik yaitu 95. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pokok materi hakikat ilmu kimia.   Project Based Learning to Improve Student Learning Outcome in Chemistry Lessons with the Subject Matter of the Nature of Chemistry Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine whether learning using the Project Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes in chemistry lessons with the subject matter of the nature of Chemistry, and to determine the magnitude of the increase. Classroom Action Research is carried out in 2 cycles. The variables used are improvement in learning outcomes including cognitive, and psychomotor values. The instruments used were pretest-posttest, portfolio, observation sheet, and questionnaire questionnaire. Data were analyzed qualitatively descriptive. From the results of the study obtained a picture of students who reached KKM cognitive value as much as 97% with an average value of 82, students who achieved KKM psychomotor value as much as 100% with an average value of 91. There was an increase in the success of teachers in applying the PjBL learning model in the first cycle of 88%, increasing in the second cycle by 97%. The increase in the average activity of students in the first cycle was 82%, increasing in the second cycle by 93%. The average interest of students also increases in the first cycle by 84%, increasing in the second cycle by 92%. Observation of the application of PjBL as a whole shows a very good value of 95. Based on the results of the analysis of the data shows that learning using the Project Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes of the subject matter of the nature of chemistry.

PurposeThis paper introduces a new instructional design for executive programs that combined a flipped classroom methodology and experiential learning to address the challenge of teaching highly technical material in a compressed time frame. In practice, when decision-making executives lack technical expertise and face a highly technical problem, they contract for subject-matter expertise (SME) within the firm or through hiring consultants. The authors show how this can be done in a classroom setting to enhance the learning experience.Design/methodology/approachThe classroom approach utilizes students from other programs as analysts for executive MBA (EMBA) teams faced with case analysis that involves technical issues in finance. The analysts act as subject-matter experts for the EMBA students.FindingsExecutive student learning is not eroded by relying on the analysts, and, moreover, the use of analysts enhances EMBA student understandingPractical implicationsExecutives are able, in a short time frame, to produce high quality analysis by utilizing the subject-matter experts. Executives also learn how to ask the right questions and evaluate the quality of the analysis created by the subject-matter experts. The subject-matter experts, who are also students, derive added benefits of an employment experience in finance, learning how to interpret instructions about the analysis and how to respond to feedback.Originality/valueThe paper illustrates a new course design where the course's technical analysis aspects mimic work environments enhancing student learning.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada materi pokok Listrik Dinamis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X yang terdiri dari 8 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara cluster random sampling dengan mengambil 2 kelas secara acak yaitu kelas X-5 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X-6 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar yang telah divalidasi dalam bentuk pilihan berganda sebanyak 20 soal. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretes kelas eksperimen 33,06 dan kelas kontrol 32,78. Kemudian diberikan perlakuan yang berbeda, kelas eksperimen dengan model pembelajaran discovery learning dan kelas kontrol dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Setelah pembelajaran selesai diberikan, diperoleh postes dengan nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 75,69 dan kelas kontrol 69,86. Hasil uji t dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05 bahwa secara signifikan ada perbedaan akibat pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok Listrik Dinamis di kelas X. Kata kunci : model pembelajaran discovery learning dan hasil belajar siswa.   ABSTRACT This research aimed to know the effect of discovery learning model on students learning outcomes in the subject matter dynamical electricity in class X. The type of research was quasi-experimental. The population were the tenth grade students consisting of 8 classes. The samples collection done by means of cluster of random sampling by taking 2 class at random that is class X-5 as experiment class and class X-6 as control class. The instruments used were test of learning outcomes that have been validated in the form of option as much as 20 questions. The research result obtained average value of experiment pretest class 33,06 and the control class 32,78. Then given different treatment, experiment class with discovery learning and control class with conventional of models. After learning is completed, obtained postest the average value of experiment class 75,69 and control class 69,86. The results of t one party with the level significance in 0,05 obtained there is difference of students’ learning outcomes due to the effect of discovery learning in the subject matter listrik dinamis in class X. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of interactive multimedia-based blended learning developed in the subject matter of chemical elements. The effectiveness in terms of improving student learning outcomes by comparing the value pretest and post-test then measured with N-gain. This type of research is developmental research. The procedures in this study refers to Research & Development (R & D) design that carried out only restricted to preliminary field test. The results showed student learning out-comes that used interactive multimedia blended learning as learning media increased with N-gain in the moderate category and in the high category. The conclusions obtained by the interactive multimedia blended learning based on the subject matter chemical element was declared effective used as a medium of learning in terms of student learning outcomes. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan multimedia interaktif berbasis blended learning yang dikembangkan pada materi pokok kimia unsur. Keefektifan tersebut ditinjau dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan membandingkan nilai pretest dan posttest kemudian diukur dengan N-gain. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian pengembangan (developmental research). Prosedur pada penelitian ini mengacu pada desain Research& Development (R&D) yang dilakukan hanya sebatas pada uji coba awal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan multimedia interaktif berbasis blended learning sebagai media pembelajaran me- ngalami peningkatan, dengan N-gain pada kategori sedang dan kategori tinggi. Simpulan yang diperoleh yaitu multimedia interaktif berbasis blended learning pada materi pokok kimia unsur dinyatakan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran ditinjau dari hasil belajar siswa.

This study aims to determine the effect of using the conflict cognitive strategies on students' cognitive learning achievements. This research is an experimental study using one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample was 35 students of class X MIPA 7 at SMAN 2 Mataram. The conflict cognitive strategies are conditioned in research on the subject matter of Regular Straight Motion and Regular Changed Straight Motion. Measurement of cognitive learning outcomes using test instruments and given to students as pretest and posttest. The test instrument was previously validated by 2 (two) validators on the content and construct aspects. The validation results show that the test instrument has been declared valid on the content and construct aspects with a validity (Va) level of 4.12 and 4.00. The results showed that students' cognitive learning achievements improved after learning using the conflict cognitive strategies (mean of 3.49) significant (p <0.05). These results are also supported by the results of n-gain analysis of cognitive learning achievements of students after learning with a value of 0.74 with a high category so that it is declared effective to improve students' cognitive learning achievements.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan produk multimedia pembelajaran teori musik untuk kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Kasihan Bantul yang berisikan tentang bentuk, nilai nada, dan sukat; (2) mengetahui kelayakan produk multimedia yang dihasilkan, (3) mengungkapkan keefektifan produk multimedia yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan yang diadaptasi dari model Alessi & Trollip, yang mencakup tahapan kegiatan sebagai berikut: perencanaan, desain, dan pengembangan. Hasil  penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut (1) produk yang dihasikan adalah multimedia interaktif yang terdiri dari kompetensi, materi, rangkuman, dan evaluasi. (2) Berdasar validasi ahli materi, ahli media dan uji beta, produk multimedia pembelajaran teori musik yang dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran. Kelayakan dapat diperoleh berdasarkan hasil penilaian ahli materi dengan nilai 4,03 (Baik), ahli media dengan nilai 4,32 (Sangat Baik) dan uji beta dengan nilai 4,25 (Sangat Baik). (3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis skor rata-rata n-gain  dari pretest dan posttest sebesar 0,68 dengan kriteria sedang, maka disimpulkan produk multimedia pembelajaran teori musik kelas X ini efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang materi bentuk, nilai nada, dan sukat.Kata kunci: multimedia pembelajaran teori musik DEVELOPING TEACHING MULTIMEDIA OF MUSIC THEORY SUBJECT FOR CLASS X OF SMK NEGERI 2 KASIHAN BANTUL.AbstractThis research aimed: (1)  to develop music theory teaching multimedia for class X of SMK Negeri 2 Kasihan Bantul, containing the form, value and time signature;  (2)  to reveal the feasibility of the developed teaching multimedia; (3) to reveal the  effectiveness of the developed teaching multimedia. This research was research and development  adapted from  Alessi & Trollip  models that covered three-phase activities: planning, design, and  development. The result was as follows. (1) the product resulted was interactive multimedia that consist of competencies, materials, summary and evaluation. (2) The developed music theory teaching multimedia was advisable to use for teaching according to subject matter experts, media experts, and Beta test. The advisability could be obtained based on the subject matter experts’ appraisal score of  4.03 (good), media experts’ score of 4.32 (very good) and Beta test score of  4.25 (very good score). (3) Based on the analysis result of the  N-Gain mean score from the pretest and posttest 0,68 which fell,   in the average criteria, It was  concluded that the developed music theory  teaching multimedia off class X is  effective to elevate students’ comprehension on the  material of form note value, and time signature.Keywords: music theory teaching multimedia

The objectives of this literature review are; (1) To create real learning conditions for students during the Covid-19 Pandemic; (2) To find out the role of learning video media in the distance learning process; (3) To find out the effect between the use of learning video media on student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study uses quantitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of distance learning processes during the Covid-19 Pandemic through learning videos. The results of the data showing the implementation of the learning process based on the student's attendance rate of 94% and the results of the pre-learning video media data, especially on the interest in social studies lessons by 42% after using the learning video media increased to 77%; (2) Learning video media can help teachers deliver material and create a learning situation that is not monotonous. The results of pre-learning video media data showing that learning video media can help teachers deliver material is 42% and after using learning video media it increases to 94%; (3) Learning video media can help students understand the subject matter and complete the tasks given by the teacher. The data from the pre-learning video media showing that students can answer questions through online learning is 19% after using the learning video media, increasing to 94%; (4) Appropriate and effective learning video media in increasing motivation and learning outcomes for students during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results of pre-learning video media data showing the subject matter given to students online are very clear at 42% after using learning video media, increasing to 94%. ABSTRAKTujuan dari kajian pustaka ini adalah ; (1) Untuk menciptakan kondisi belajar yang nyata terhadap peserta didik di masa Pandemi Covid-19; (2) Untuk mengetahui peran media video pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran Jarak Jauh; (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara  penggunaan media video pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terselenggaranya proses belajar jarak jauh di masa Pandemi Covid-19 melalui video pembelajaran. Hasil data yang menunjukan terselenggaranya proses pembelajaran bedasarkan tingkat kehadiran peserta didik 94% dan hasil data pra media video pembelajaran khususnya pada minat pelajaran IPS sebesaar 42% setelah menggunakan media video pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 77%; (2) Media video pembelajaran dapat membantu guru menyampaikan materi dan menciptakan situasi pembelajaran yang tidak monoton. Hasil data pra media video pembelajaran yang menunjukan media video pembelajaran dapat membantu guru menyampaikan materi sebesar 42% dan setelah menggunakan media video pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 94%; (3) Media video pembelajaran dapat membantu peserta didik untuk memahami materi pelajaran dan menyelesaikan tugas yang di berikan guru. Data hasil pra media video pembelajaran yang menunjukan peserta didik dapat menjawab pertanyaan melalui pembelajaran daring sebesar 19% setelah menggunakan media video pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 94%; (4) Media video pembelajaran yang layak dan efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar bagi peserta didik dimasa Pandemi Covid-19. Hasil data pra media video pembelajaran yang menunjukan materi pelajaran yang diberikan kepada peseta didik melalui daring sangat jelas sebesar 42% setelah menggunakan media video pembelajaran meningkat menjadi 94%.

This study aims to determine the skills approach to the learning outcomes of students in the subject matter of heat in class X at SMA Negeri 1 Seunuddon Aceh Utara. This research is a form of experiment. The population in this study were all second semester class X at SMA Negeri 1 Seunuddon Aceh Utara T.P.2013/2014 consisting of two classes of 60 people. The sample of this study is the total sample is X-1 (class experiment) is taught with the skills approach, and X-2 (control group) were taught using the conventional approach amounted to 30 0rang. Research instrument is the achievement  test in the form of 20 multiple-choice questions that consists of 5 options first tested on students outside of the sample, to determine the validity, reliability, distinguishing features, and level of difficulty of the test. From the results of this study showed the average value of the experimental class pretest was 41.66 and 38.66 the control class is through testing prior knowledge obtained t <t table (1.511 <2.002) These results indicate that the ability of the two classesare the same initial. Then given a different treatment. Experimental class withthe skills approach and control classes with conventional approaches. Aftertreatment carried posttest with an average yield of 73.00 experimental class and control class 60.66. From the results of the t test obtained t> t table (4.224>1.671) with α = 0.05 df = 58, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the process skills approach to student learning outcomes in the subject matter of heat in class X at SMA Negeri 1 Seunuddon Aceh UtaraT.P.2013/2014.

The problem of this study is how the effectiveness of the use of the Lembak language in the delivery of subject matter by teachers to Class VII Students of Tanjung Tanjung State Junior High School Terdana Bengkulu Tengah. The purpose of this study was to find out in detail the effectiveness of the use of Lembak language in the delivery of subject matter by teachers to Grade VII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Terdana Bengkulu Tengah, this study used a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students in grade VII Tanjung 1 State Middle School There were 117 people in Central Bengkulu. In this study the sample was taken as much as 25% of the population so that the sample amounted to 29 people. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out with the help of interpretation based on percentage calculation (proportion interpretation) and using the help of the Likert Scale. The results of the study show an explanation of the subject matter delivered by the teacher through the Lembak language to students in grade VII of Tanjung 1 Middle School SMP Menghana Bengkulu Tengah can be said to be effective. This is based on the results of the average score of 59.59 if consulted with the Likert scale used, the score is in the interval 51-62 in the effective category. The use of Lembak language by the teacher according to respondents can influence the achievement of learning objectives, the subject matter can be understood by students, the material is mastered by students, students have better learning outcomes and students are motivated to learn.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk menghasilkan media video pembelajaran perakitan personal komputer yang berkualitas dan layak dijadikan acuan bagi siswa, mudah dipelajari, dipahami dan dapat digunakan secara individual, (2) Untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan media video pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Produktif Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan pada materi perakitan komputer. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model pengembangan produk Borg and Gall yang dipadu dengan model desain pembelajaran dari Dick and Carey. Subjek uji coba produk dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua ahli materi pelajaran dengan Standar Kompetensi Merakit Personal Komputer, dua ahli desain pembelajaran, dua ahli media pembelajaran, tiga orang peserta didik untuk uji coba perorangan, sembilan peserta didik untuk uji coba kelompok kecil, dan tiga puluh orang peserta didik untuk uji coba lapangan terbatas. Produk akhir dari pengembangan video ini dilanjutkan dengan uji keefektifan produk. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar peserta didik yang dibelajarkan menggunakan video dengan hasil belajar peserta didik yang dibelajarkan tanpa menggunakan video. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan video sebesar 83,66% lebih tinggi dari pada peserta didik yang dibelajarkan tanpa menggunakan video sebesar 69,46%. Kata Kunci: pengembangan, media video pembelajaran, merakit personal komputer Abstract: This study aims to (1) To produce quality personal computer learning instructional video media as a reference for students, easy to learn, understand and can be used individually, (2) To determine the effectiveness of the use of instructional video media on Productive subjects Computer and Network Engineering on computer assembly material. This type of research is development research that uses the Borg and Gall product development model combined with a learning design model from Dick and Carey. The product trial subjects in this study consisted of two subject matter experts with Personal Computer Assembling Standards Standards, two learning design experts, two instructional media experts, three students for individual trials, nine students for small group trials, and three twenty students for limited field trials. The final product of the development of this video is followed by a product effectiveness test. Hypothesis testing results indicate that there are significant differences between the learning outcomes of students who are taught using video and learning outcomes of students who are learned without using video. From these results it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students who were taught using videos amounted to 83.66% higher than those of students who were learned without using videos of 69.46%. Keywords: development, learning video media, assembling personal computers
