<p>In fact that the rapid development of science and technology has eroded the values of tolerance on the students shown by no mutual respect and respect for differences. The role of Islamic Religion Education (PAI) teachers as the heir of moral values and religious teaching of Islam were also supported by school culture into away and expected to be able to develop student tolerance. This research was a qualitative research, with the background SMA N 8 Yogyakarta. Data collection was conducted by observation, interview, and documentation. The result shows that: <em>First, </em>the role of PAI teacher for development tolerance through religious culture in SMA N 8 Yogyakarta was a designer, a movers, an evaluator, and a motivator. <em>Second, </em> the supported factors were adequate facilities and infrastructure such as places of worship and library. Good relationship between principals, teachers and employees, parents and students, and a supportive order. As for the inhibiting factor was the negative impact of science and technology.</p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><strong>PAI teacher, tolerance, school culture</strong></p>

Abstract The rapid development of urban areas in general has a negative impact on built environmental. The decrease of green open space is cause by increasing the need of space for human activity. The reduced area of green open space in Denpasar City, especially in private green open space in the Kesiman Kertalangu area, causes environmental quality to decline. Reducing the area of green open space can cause urban problems, such as increasing city air temperatures. Therefore, it is important to know the role of private green open space in residential yards for increasing thermal comfort in the Kesiman Kertalangu area. For this study the method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive case study approach. The aim of this study is to determine the role of private green open space in residential yards in term of thermal comfort. The results show that in residential yards that have relatively large areas of land, the existing private green open space conditions are quite optimal. However, in residential yards that have limited land area, the availability of green open space is very minimal. The existence of private green open space in residential yards at the Kesiman Kertalangu area in general is not able to work optimally in reducing temperatures to create a suitable thermal comfort for the environment.

AbstractGuru diera globalisasi ini mempunyai tugas yang sangat penting dalam memberikan arahan pendidikan yang bermutu pada muridnya. Terutama dijaman sekarang ini teknologi sangat memberi dampak pengaruh negatif bagi kalangan anak muda sekarang. Guru harus memiliki kemampuan dalam menguasai keahlian yang berkaitan dengan IPTEK, mampu bekerja secara profesional dengan orientasi mutu dan keunggulan. Pemuridan harus diwujudkan terhadap kalangan muda Kristen. Kondisi yang tidak dapat dibendung saat ini, dimana perkembangan terus terjadi tanpa memperhatihkan etika moral dan karakter anak muda, maka disini sangatlah diperlukan peran dari berbagai pihak termasuk dan teristimewa guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen untuk mengontrol siswanya yang terbawa arus globalisasi. Diperlukan peran guru yang sangat serius bangat untuk membentuk karakter siswa yang baik dan terpuji. Meskipun terkadang kita sadar bahwa saat ini sebagian besar siswa mengalami yang namanaya krisis karakter apalagi dengan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin kian pesat. Usaha akan terus dilakukan sebagai wujud pemuridan dalam memuridkan anak-anak yang terbawah arus globalisasi (IPTEK).Teachers in this era of globalization have a very important task in providing quality education direction to their students. Especially in today’s era, technology has a very negative impact on today’s young people. Teachers must have the ability to master skills related to science and technology, able to work profesionally with quality and excellence orientation. Disciplesship must be realized for Christian youth. An unstoppable condition at this time, where development continues without paying attention to the moral, ethics and character of young people, so here the role of various parties is needed including and especially Christian religious education teachers to control their students who are carried away by globalization. It takes a very serious teacher’s role to from good and praiseworthy student character. Although sometimes we realize that currently some students are experilencing a character crisis especially with increasingly rapid technological advances. Efforts continue to be made as a from of discipleship in discipling children who are under the flow of globalization (Science and Technology)

AbstractAdvances in science and technology entering the millennial era of industrial revolution 4.0 can be enjoyed by mankind. But onthe other hand,  the advancement of science and technology also has a negative impact on many people, especially in today's millennial era   which is very closely related to morality.. Many of the phenomena that occur in society are related to morality. Mislanya case of a student challenging his teacher's fight, the student who is the teacher and there is a case of a student reporting his teacher because of a sepal problem, this is an inappropriate and inappropriate thing to do. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of islamic religious education in shaping morality in the millennial era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The research method uses literature studies by collecting data from documentation using descriptive-analysis methods. The article explores some methodological issues and the role of digital technologies in the humanities, education system, and public life. The relevance of the research topic is confirmed by the rapid development of digital resources and technologies in public life, including humanities and education. The positive role of digital technologies for the development of humanities and education is emphasized; they are characterized by interdisciplinarity and open up new possibilities for research. It is argued that the process of digitalization is a reflection of the new historical realities of social life, including science and education, a reflection of the new needs of society in the research environment. And materialistic understanding of the phenomena of social life as the most important method of research, comprehension, and evaluation of social processes is used as the main method of research. It is argued that digital technologies in the humanities and education have serious negative consequences. This manifests itself in a potential decrease in intellectual activity, analytical abilities, and physical development of a person. Digital technologies are capable of taking a person into another reality, disrupting the process of traditional socialization, live communication. Such processes have a negative impact on his personal development, which contradicts the criterion of justice and social progress, which are expressed in the comprehensive development of the individual. It is argued that even the most advanced digital technology cannot replace the moral and psychological moments of live teacher-student communication.

Статья посвящена византийскому обряду как одному из ключевых маркеров определения идентичности арбрешской диаспоральной группы, проживающей на территории Сицилии. В условиях быстрого развития коммуникации, растущей мобильности людей наблюдается ослабление социальных связей, размывание этнических границ и снижение ценностных ориентиров. Проблема сохранения самобытности арбрешей и укрепления чувства их этнической принадлежности породила насыщенную культурную жизнь. Итало-албанские приходы в течение долгих лет накапливали информацию об истории, традициях и обычаях своей общины, укрепляли внешние и внутренние связи, благодаря чему между представителями арбрешской диаспоры возникло чувство внутренней сплоченности. Византийский обряд по-прежнему остаётся наиболее устойчивым к трансформации, поскольку местное духовенство отвечает за сохранность религиозной культуры, тесно связанной с социальной средой в целом, а также направляет свою деятельность на культивирование и сохранение арбрешской идентичности. Итало-албанская церковь представляет значительный институт, который движется к новым формам организации или изменяет роль существующих, чтобы реагировать на вызовы современного общества. Итало-албанская церковь высоко ценится своими прихожанами, и все больше воспринимается как религиозный, социальный и культурный институт, ответственный за сохранение ценностей религиозной культуры, тесно связанной с социальной средой в целом. The article is devoted to the Byzantine rite as one of the key markers for the development of the Arbresh diaspora identity in Sicily. Rapid development of communications and increasing mobility of population lead to a weakening of social ties, blurring of ethnic borders and a decrease in values. The fear of losing the identity has given rise to a rich cultural life of the Arbresh. Over the years, parishes of the Italo-Albanian Church have been accumulating information about the history, traditions and customs of their community, strengthening external and internal ties, which inspired a feeling of internal cohesion inside the Arbresh diaspora. The Byzantine rite stays most resistant to transformation, since the local clergy are responsible for the preservation of the religious culture, which is closely related to the social environment as a whole, and directs its activities towards the cultivation and preservation of the Arbresh identity. The Italo-Albanian Church represents a significant institution that moves towards new forms of organization or changes the role of existing ones in order to respond to the challenges of modern society. The Italo-Albanian Church is highly valued by its parishioners and is increasingly perceived as a religious, social and cultural institution responsible for preserving the values ​​of the religious culture, which is closely related to the social environment as a whole.

The development of mathematics is inseparable from the role of the books revealed to the messengers of Allah, especially we are the Holy Qur'an. The emergence of the Qur'an has changed the whole structure of human life, so that humans are more developed and advanced in science and technology, and even many Islamic figures play a role in the development of mathematics. This study aims to classify the Qur'anic verses which contain number operations and their integration with the Islamic religion. This research is a qualitative research using the literature study method. The literature used is the result of various thesis writings, articles and verses of the Qur'an. The data collected in the study are collected, analyzed and presented in accordance with the research objectives. The results of this study are the classification of the Qur'anic verses that contain the concept of number operations, namely 1) Addition Operations contained in Q.S. Al Baqarah (2): 196 and 234, Q.S. Al A’raf (7): 142 and Q.S. Al Kahf (8): 25; 2) Reduction Operations are contained in Q.S. Al Qasas (28): 27, Q.S. Al Ankabut (29): 14 and Q.S. Al Muzzammil (73) 3-4; 3) Multiplication operations are found in Q.S. Al Baqarah (2): 261 and 4) Operation of division is in Q.S. Al Muzzammil (73): 20. <em>Nowadays, science and technology have developed very rapidly. The development of science and technology has brought many conveniences for humans, so that it can help overcome various problems in life. However, on the other hand, there is a great deal of concern over the increasingly rapid development of science and technology because no person or institution has the authority to prevent the negative impact of the development of science and technology. Meanwhile, science and technology are increasingly losing their fundamental spirit, which makes human beings increasingly enslaved by science and technology. This causes advances in science and technology to be supported by philosophical studies. Likewise with health science, philosophical studies both in the ontology, epistemology and axiology are needed. One of the fundamental things in health is the concept of health-sickness. The study of the concept of health-sickness from a philosophical perspective is expected to have a positive impact along with the development of health science so that it can increase individual and community understanding of holistic health with the long-term hope of being able to improve public health status and support the Government in health development programs.</em>
