The student's perception to the circulation service is the background of the study "The Students Perception to the Circulation Service Quality in the Library of Aisyiyah Institute for Health Science Yogyakarta". The purpose of this study is to know how is the student perception corresponding the circulation service in the Library of 'Aisyiyah Institute for Health Science Yogyakarta. The type of the study is a descriptive research with the students as a subject and their perception to the circulation service in the library of `Aisyiyah Institute for Health Science Yogyakarta as an object. The sampling was taken 10% of the total population, 881 students. So 88 students as respondent. The variable of the research is only one. Measuring the perception is based on 5 SERVQUAL Dymention: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness. assurance, and emphaty. The method and technique of the data collection are library research as well as field research consisting of documentation and questionnaire. The data were analysed by using a quantitative descriptive approach. Measuring the perception is based on the likert scale (1-5). then the interpretation of the result perception uses the terms: very good, good, enough, bad or very bad. The result of the study indicates that the students perception were good for the circulation service quality in the library of Aisyiyah Institute for Health Science Yogyakarta with the average value 3,6 or 71%. This number is classified as good. Based on the result, the Library of `Aisyiyah Institute for Health Science Yogyakarta is suggested to increase its service quality. The students are also hoped to be involued in giving input and advice regarding the development of the service. Key words : student perception, circulation service quality

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust on the consumers' loyalty through consumer satisfaction directly and indirectly. The research was conducted at PO Borlindo by taking passengers as a research object. This research draft uses quantitative descriptive research with direct observation in the field. Research data form primary and secondary data from the company. Data is processed and analyzed by path analysis methods with IBM-SPSS. The results showed that the Service quality and trust positively affect consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty directly. Trust had a positive effect on consumers' loyalty through consumer satisfaction. The hypothesis testing shows that the service quality variable is the variable with the lowest level of influence among other variables on consumer loyalty at PO Borlindo.

<p><em>The problem of this study is the low mastery of computer-based learning media or information technology for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers. The low mastery capacity of learning media directly influences the low competency in conducting educational education. Current curriculum demands teachers are required to master the use of technology in classroom learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the mastery of learning media materials and competencies in conducting educational learning. This research is a field research quantitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were Information and Communication Technology-Based Learning Media Training Participants for Teachers of Islamic Education in Kuningan District, West Java Province. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that mastery of learning media material had an average value of 85.86 which was categorized as good. While mastery of competency in organizing learning that educates has an average value of 80.5 which means it has a good category.</em></p>

<p><em>Textbooks are one of the teaching materials that can influence in learning activities, because they can be a reference for teachers and students. The purpose of this study was to determine the four standard feasibility of a grade VI student book on the theme of globalization in the curriculum 2013. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a type of descriptive approach that is library research. Participants or research objects that act as a source of data research information are the books of grade VI students and teachers. The data collection techniques used are documentation and interview techniques. Based on the results of the research analysis, it shows that the average value of the standardized analysis of the grade student book on the theme of globalization obtained a percentage 85,31% with the title “very worthy”. Thus this book can be used as best as possible.</em></p>

Design/methodology/approach-This research is an analytical descriptive research with normative juridical approach. The data were obtained from library research and field research through in-depth interviews with related parties including the management of the Micro Waqf Bank Islamic Microfinance Institution Ranah Indah Darussalam Ciamis West Java Indonesia and Commissioner of the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia then analyzed qualitatively. This research was conducted in Ciamis and Bandung West Java Indonesia. Finding- The finding of this study has confirmed that Sharia economic disputes are the absolute competencies of the Religious Courts based on Article 49 of Law Number 3 of 2006 concerning Amendments to Law Number 7 of 1989 concerning Religious Courts including disputes on BWM financing. In disputes that occur in troubled financing BWM the stages of completion are by intensive collection (cash collateral), rescheduling, reconditioning, or restructuring or also known as the stages of fulfillment of performance and deliberation and mediation between BWM management and customers involving other customers both in the scope “umpi” and cluster to be dealt joint responsibility among customers so that the settlement of disputes through litigation in religious courts does not need to be taken by the parties. This study aims to describe lecturers' ability to use online learning media at the Tarbiyah and Keguruan Faculty of UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh in the learning process. This study used a quantitative descriptive research design. Research subjects are lecturers who actively teach in the odd semester of 2020/2021. Meanwhile, 42 people were randomly selected as samples. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that lecturers' ability with indicators of skills in using online learning media obtained an average value of 79.29%, which means that, on average, the lecturers were able to use online learning media well. The ability of lecturers with indicators of skills in managing online learning is obtained an average value of 67.56%, which means that the lecturer can manage online learning well.

The aims of this study were to determine the effect of principal's supervision on teacher performance. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 43 people from the Integrated Islamic Elementary School, South Jakarta. Samples were taken as much as 30% of the total population, the number of samples in this study amounted to 43 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire. This study concludes that: There is an effect of supervision on teacher performance. Based on the tcount value for Supervision (X) of 6,937 while the ttable value for n = 43 is 2,048. So 6,937 > 2,048 or rcount > ttable, because the hypothesis is formulated, if the value of tcount > ttable, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, based on the correlations table, R of 0,735 was obtained using the formula KD = R2 x 100%, the result was 54,02%.

In the Warnasari Village Sukabumi Sub-district Sukabumi District there are still many farmers who carry out agricultural land production sharing agreements (maparo bati) to fulfill their daily needs. Production sharing agreements between landowners and tenants are made orally. The problem that often occurs in production sharing agreements in Warnasari Village is that the cultivators do not report the actual results of the claim to the land owner. The research method used in writing this thesis is a normative juridical approach with analytical descriptive research specifications. The study was conducted with library research supported by field research. Secondary data collection techniques with library research and supported by primary data in the form of interviews which are then analyzed by qualitative juridical methods. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of agricultural land-sharing agreements in the Warnasari Village, Sukabumi Sub-district, Sukabumi District has not yet fully applied the provisions of the Production Sharing Law. In the elucidation of Article 7 of the Production Sharing Law it is determined that the profit sharing balance is 1: 1 but the community uses a 60% balance for tenants and 40% for landowners. Legal protection of landowners in Warnasari Village as a result of verbally sharing agreements on agricultural land is carried out by applying the principles of good faith, reprimanding, and deliberation.Keywords: Profit Sharing Agreement, Agricultural Land, Law Number 2 of 1960.

The purpose of this study are (1) To find out the students’ speaking skill before being taught by using task-based instruction. (2) To know the students’ speaking skill after being taught by using task-based instruction. (3) To discover the significant difference on the students’ speaking skill taught by using task-based instruction and without task-based instruction. To complete her writing , she did two kinds of research, library research and field research. She took the first years students of SMK Texmaco Semarang as her population and sample. In this case, she used random sampling. She took 36 students of two classes from total population. In this case, she conducted an observation to the student respondents, then she analyzed the data which she got during the observation. Finally, she presents the result of her analysis in a conclusion. Teaching speaking by using task-based instruction is an interesting way to do by the teacher to reach better target of students’ speaking skill. Teaching speaking by using task-based instruction has many advantages, such as : it can enrich students’ speaking skill, it can make teaching learning process becomes more comfortable, it can also help the students to speak English correctly. Beside advantages for students, it also brings advantage for the teacher in teaching the speaking skill target because the students feel relaxed in accepting the lessons for using and speaking English words used for speaking lesson. It can be implemented by using task-based instruction technique as teahing instrument, for example using it as the helping tools to the students to use, speak and respond by using English correctly. Finally, the writer suggests that the English teacher should master the speaking skills and its techniques, so that he or she will not find any difficulties in teaching speaking using pictures techniques, he or she should prepare well the equipments that will be used in teaching speaking process. He or she should manage the class well so that the students will not make some noise in the class.

The birth of a complete systematic land registration program is expected to reduce the level of land problems faced by the government, especially in fulfilling land rights and accelerating the making of land certificates for the community. In this research, the formulation of the problem proposed is how is the dynamics of the community in implementing a complete systematic land registration in Blora Regency?. This study uses a sociological juridical approach to the type of analytical descriptive research. The data used for this study are primary and secondary data taken by library research methods, field research, and interviews. Based on the results of the study concluded that the dynamics of the community towards the implementation of the PTSL program by looking at the benefits of the program which has a great influence on the welfare of the community. In an effort to realize the welfare of the community, the community receiving land certificates through PTSL can be mobilized together to make various productive businesses that are expected to improve the community's economy.Keywords: Community Dynamics; Complete Systematic Land Registration; Land Office.

The purpose of this study is: to determine the effect of consumer perceptions on purchasing decisions at Perum Bulog Sub Divre Pematangsiantar. This study uses a library research design and field research. This type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Test the research instrument using the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique used is normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis, and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: Consumer perceptions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions either simultaneously or partially. There is a strong and positive relationship between consumer perceptions of purchasing decisions. The level of purchase decisions can be explained by consumer perceptions. Consumer perceptions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Perum Blog Sub Divre Pematangsiantar
