Success of workshop activities in community programs can be seen from the results of these activities which are able to improve students' skills to implement their knowledge that had been obtained previously. This program was done at SMKN 9 aimed at providing innovation and enhancing the creativity of teachers' skills in the field of microcontroller systems. Therefore the ability to understand microcontroller system requires supporting facilities such as hardware and software devices than also require a comprehensive and systematic of learning process. The alternative solution to problem is done by collaborating teileren method and project method simultaneously where learning subject is focused on the workshop material step by step before applying it. The expectation from this program is that teachers can get used to and have the ability to design microcontroller systems that can be applied as teaching materials and curriculum development. The accomplishment of this workshop can be measured by pre-test evaluation which shows value >65% and post-test results which shows an average value of  >70% with an average index of teacher capacity improvement based on final evaluation >60% compared to the previous test scores.

An initial survey that had been done  found that the location of the settlement where residents of cipayung lived was very close to the location of the Cipayung Landfill. The unhealthy environment tended to cause disease and any other health problems, so that efforts needed to be made to overcome this, one effort that could be done is training on health . This counseling activity was attended by 21 residents living in the village of West Bulak which is the closest residential location to the Cipayung landfill site. Wilcoxon test results on the pre-test and post-test scores of participants showed a P- value of 0.001 which means that there were differences in the level of knowledge of the participants after attending counseling. The average value of pre-test and post-test had a difference of 34.5 shows that counseling that has been carried out is able to increase knowledge.

This research aims to develop learning media using Moodle and apply blended learning methods to help improve the learning effectiveness of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten. The research method used in this research is Research and Development. The results showed the average value of media experts was 79.55% categorized as feasible category, while the material experts were 75% categorized as feasible category. Whereas the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, which could measure usability, from 32 students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten consist of 29 Male and 3 Female Students obtained 71.25% which were categorized as acceptable category. The average test results of the students' pre-test scores were 58.75%, the post-test scores were 81.87%, an increase of 23.12%. The conclusion in this study is that learning media using Moodle-based blended learning methods are appropriate for use in basic graphic design subjects, and are effectively used to improve student understanding and learning outcomes.

The use of instructional media is a creative learning activity that students enjoy doing. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the learning process of using hand puppet media of storytelling skills, (2) student responses on learning using hand puppet media, (3) the result of storytelling skills by using hand puppet media. The research is a qualitative and quantitative research design. Qualitative design is emphasizing more attention on a "process". For quantitative design is to determine the average value before and after learning. The sources are teachers, students, list of student names, the assessment results before implementation, class teacher identity, school profiles, lesson plans, syllabus, and theme books. The subjects are teachers and students, and the object is hand puppet media. The results showed that by using hand puppet media on storytelling at first and second meetings shows learning process runs effectively and is accordance with the teacher’s plan.. The results of questionnaire concluded a good response with an average score of 94.9%. The data from pre-test scores on learning I achieves 61.62. While the average score after learning process (post test) is 78.10. Through comparison of the average score on pre-test and post-test is increased by 16.48. Then, the data from post test scores on learning II is 80. Through comparison of the score at the first and second meeting is increased by 1.9. Based on the results, it can be concluded that hand puppet media can be used as an appropriate source of learning for storytelling skills in elementary schools.

The role of educators is called vital because the character and selection of teaching-learning methods in the classroom will be able to create a fun and effective teaching-learning process. So, it can stimulate students to be pro-active in the learning process. The method used in this study was an experimental research method. The sampling technique used the cluster random sampling technique. Learning outcomes of the students who were taught without using the Drill Method (Exercise) in Indonesian subjects in class IV SD Negeri 5 Cibadak, Banjarsari, obtained the pre-test scores with an average value = 58.7 with standard deviation = 15,734 and variance = 247.56. The post-test scores obtained with an average value = 62.286 with a standard deviation = 19.072 and variance = 363.74. Learning outcomes of students who were taught by using the Drill Method (Exercise) obtained the pre-test scores with an average value = 59 with standards deviation = 16,170 and variance = 261,471. This research aims to determine the effect of mind mapping learning methods on the basic laws of chemistry toward learning outcomes of students of class X MIPA in SMA Negeri 2 Langowan. The sample used in this study were all students of class X MIPA of SMA Negeri 2 Langowan. This research uses an experimental method, with the research method used is Quasi Experiment  with Nonequivalent Control Group Design design. The research data were obtained from post-test results. Obtained the average value of student learning outcomes Experiment class is 85. The results showed the value of tcount = 15.7> ttable = 2.21, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Based on the results of the research it can be concluded that there is an influence on student learning outcomes on the basic laws of chemistry using mind mapping learning methods.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan multimedia pembelajaran rias wajah dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa SMK kecantikan kulit kelas X yang layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran rias wajah, dan (2) mengetahui keefektifan produk multimedia pembelajaran rias wajah dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa. Model penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan, desain dan pengembangan. Proses validasi terhadap produk dilakukan dengan tahap uji alpha, uji beta dan uji coba produk. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. (a) Multimedia dikembangkan dinilai layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran ditinjau dari media, materi, dan penilaian siswa. Kelayakan tersebut dapat dilihat dari skor penilaian ahli media 4,2 kategori baik, skor ahli materi 4,9 kategori sangat baik, dan skor penilaian siswa 4,4 kategori sangat baik. (b) Multimedia pembelajaran rias wajah yang menggunakan Macromedia Flash dinilai efektif karena dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai pre-test dengan rata-rata nilai 61,0 dan nilai post-test dengan rata-rata nilai 83,9. Persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa 100%. Kata kunci: multimedia, rias wajah, kecantikanDEVELOPING MULTIMEDIA IN MAKE-UP LEARNING FOR INCREASING THE KNOWLEDGE OF GRADE X STUDENTSOF VOCATIONAL SCHOOL 0F SKIN BEAUTY Abstract This research aims to: (1) product multimedia on make-up learning in increasing students’ knowledge vocational of skin beauty, and (2) know the effectivness of multimedia product on make-up learning in increasing students’ knowledge on learning process. It applied the research and development with 3 stages, i.e.: planning, design, and development. The process of validation of this product was carried out through 3 stages, i.e.: alpha testing, beta testing and product testing. The results of the study are as follows. (a) Multimedia learning developed is judged worthy tobe used as a learning in terms of media, materials, and students’ assessment. Feasibility can be seen from the expert assessment score of 4.2 in media with good category, a score of 4.9 with category expert material very good, and students’ assessment score of 4.4 with very good category. (b) Multimedia on makeup learning using Macromedia Flash is considered effective because it can increase students' knowledge. This is evidenced by the results of the pre-test with an average value of 61.0 and a post-test value with an average value of 83.9. The percentage of students’ learning mastery is 100%. This study aims to determine the ability and attitude of students in solving problems after the applicationof learning models inkuiri on paraktikum courses. Research method used is Classroom Action Reasearch (CAR) isdone in three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Fromthe research results obtained that the model implemented in the learning lab inkuiri electric base, in general anincrease in the learning process and results of each cycle. Cognitive test results through the pre test and post test onthe cycle I in terms of percentage of students who reach the value of > 0% 6 is increased to 94.875%, in cycle IIincreased from 6.25% to 93.375%, and the third cycle of 3.125% increase to 100%. The results of the task undertakenby the students increased each cycle. Then for the activity sheets teachers viewed from the observation activitycategory shows an increase of the cycle is the cycle I and II into either category III cycle. For student activity showsmost categories of cycle I and cycle II rose to the category in general the third cycle. Impressions and attitudes ofstudents through filling the questionnaire stated that by applying the learning model inkuiri conditions become moreactive class, students become able to appear in her opinions.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of sainsmatika-based storybooks to improve environmental awareness for students. The experimental research design was used in this study, which involved two classes, namely the control class and the experimental class. Each class consisted of 30 students. The research subjects were 60 students of grade 4 students consisting of 36 female students and 24 male students. The analysis process used an independent t-sample test to find out the differences in each outcome. The results showed that based on the gain value obtained, it found out that the average value of the pre-test results in the control class was 49.47 and the posttest result was 67.41. This showed that the increasing score in the pre-test and post-test control classes only reached 2.34 which can be classified as low. Whereas in the experimental class, the results showed that the average pre-test results in the experimental class was 52.63, and the post-test results were 78.90. It means that the students' environmental awareness on pre-test and post-test results were 3.48, which was in the medium category. The results of the experimental research showed that the use of sainsmatika-based storybooks has a significant impact on students' environmental awareness. The results of hypothesis testing on environmental awareness variables showed that there were significant differences between the control group and the experimental group. The experimental group was better than the control group (t count 3.124 at level p 0.01).

The purpose of this research is to investigate of using jigsaw technique to improve reading comprehension at the tenth grade students in SMAN 1 Ngamprah. The total number of sample in this study was 60 students in two classes. It used pre-experimental design that applies in the treatments to measure the significant scores pre-test and post-test. Pre-test was applied in the first meeting. Whereas post-test was applied after the treatments given. After given pre-test and post-test, the researcher got the mean scores in both of the class. There are 57.00 and 80.17 in experimental class and the control class are respectively 57.00 and 79.17. The result show that using jigsaw technique had the positive effect in improving reading comprehension because there was a significant post- test scores of students in two classes with the level significance 0.05. The significance in post-test is 0.355 it was higher than 0.05. It concluded that students’ response toward the implementation of jigsaw technique is effective because they are enjoyed and interested in the learning process. Moreover, the jigsaw technique could help them to improve their reading comprehension.

<div class="WordSection1"><p>Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini berdasarkan permintaan dari pihak SMP Terbuka Maleo Tangerang Selatan untuk melatih guru dan siswanya. Mereka dipersiapkan agar lulusannya dapat meningkatkan daya saing masyarakat. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut, penting dilakukan pengabdian dengan cara memberikan pelatihan dasar membatik kreatif dengan empat teknik yaitu<br />wet on wet, wet on dry, teknik colet, dan teknik penggaraman untuk mengatasai masalah yang dihadapi mitra. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam satu hari dengan 2 sesi kegiatan. Sesi pertama, peserta diberikan materi tentang cara mengolah material biji klungsu. Peserta diberikan lembar pretest dan post-test untuk menilai adanya peningkatan alih pengetahuan peserta setelah penyampaian materi tersebut. Sesi kedua peserta melakukan praktik cara membuat batik kreatif dengan menggunakan olahan biji klungsu dan 4 teknik pewarnaan. Berdasarkan nilai pretest-post-test peserta diketahui dengan hasil pengujian Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sesudah kegiatan pelatihan membuat batik kreatif.</p><p><em>The implementation of this community service is based on a request from the Maleo South Tangerang Open Middle School to train teachers and students. They are prepared so that their graduates can increase the competitiveness of society. Based on these facts, it is important to do dedication by providing basic training in creative batik with four techniques, namely wet on wet, wet on dry, dabbing technique, and salting technique to overcome problems faced by partners. This activity is carried out in one day with 2 activity sessions. In the first session, participants were given material on how to process the Klungsu seed material. Participants are given pretest and post-test sheets to assess an increase in participants' knowledge transfer after delivering the material. In the second session the participants practiced how to make creative batik using processed klungsu seeds and 4 coloring techniques. Based on the participants' pretest-post-test scores, The Wilcoxon test results showed that there was an increase in participants' knowledge after practice how to make creative batik. </em></p></div>
