This paper aims to examine the Village 3G (Glintung Go Green) as a solution in achieving the goals contained in the program SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) made by the United Nations (United Nations). The author discusses environmental issues that form the basis of the creation of very complex issues such as health, hygiene, economics, and society. This research was conducted by the writer using a qualitative descriptive method with interview technique, documentation study with RW 23 Chair Glintung Bambang Irianto, and literature study, and the concept of community empowerment as a way of looking at the phenomena we observed. The author wants to know how the solution offered by Glintung Village in addressing environmental issues in the context of SDGs. In addition, the authors want to know the response of domestic and international communities to the idea of Kampung 3G which is used as a solution to realize the SDG program.

We present the activities of the Innocampus Explora innovation project developed on the Burjassot-Paterna campus of the Universitat de València and whose main objective is to show the interrelation between the different scientific and technical degrees on campus. In this year, the work team made up of students and professors from all the faculties and schools of the Burjassot-Paterna campus, have carried out activities around environmental issues. A cross-sectional and interdisciplinary vision of the problems of the uses of plastic and nuclear energy that link with several of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) dictated by the United Nations. With the development of this project we contribute to quality transversal training for all participating students.

This study aimed to analyze and describe the performance of village assistants in sustainable community empowerment activities in Lalonaha Village, Wolo District, Kolaka Regency. Qualitative descriptive research method. Data obtained through interviews, literature study, and observation. The data analysis stage uses the Miles and Huberman method, namely data collection, data presentation, data verification, and concluding. Based on the research results, village assistants' capability in its implementation has not optimally because there are still many priority programs that people should expect but have not implemented. Activities carried out by village assistants in terms of development implementation, development supervision, and village administration training carried out by village assistants in Lalonaha Village, Wolo District have been able to run well, it is just that the obstacles faced regarding the quality of work by village assistants have not been able to carry out proper coordination fully. Both between the Lalonaha Village Government and the village community. In the implementation stage of village facilitator activities to help village government activities have not been able to run well, this is because in every development activity and supervision of development programs carried out more by the village apparatus themselves. The independence of village assistants in improving community empowerment in the village Lalonaha has not gone well because the village government itself carries out almost all the implementation of village assistance activities.

The limitations of the village in management in various sectors, both in the economic, health, education and infrastructure sectors make the village the main focus of the government in implementing development. Based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning villages, making villages have an important role in the implementation of development and empowerment. One of the implementations of the village law is by issuing village fund programs that are prioritized in achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs). To assist the government in accelerating the achievement of the SDGs, the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Regulations Number 19 of 2020 concerning Amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Number 18 of 2019 concerning General Guidelines for Assisting Village Communities has been presented. Medan Estate Village is located in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Community empowerment can be carried out by local village assistants who assist in facilitating the achievement of SDGs data collection starting from socialization to inputting data on applications. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of local village facilitators in assisting empowerment activities in Medan Estate Village. This research method is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the role of local village assistants in facilitating the village government runs according to its duties but in empowering the community it has not run optimally. The supporting factor in mentoring is the openness of the village government in establishing cooperation and the obstacle in mentoring is the lack of village community participation in village meetings. <p><em>V</em><em>illage is the smallest administrative area in Indonesia that has an autonomous government and is given the authority to manage all government affairs (Law No. 6 of 2014) regarding villages. Jekawal Village receives village funds to prioritize</em><em>,</em><em> its use in increasing empowerment and dealing with unexpected disasters, such as Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose is determine the priority of </em><em>village fund-spend</em><em> in improving community and emergency respon</em><em>’s</em><em> village </em><em>to</em><em> Covid-19 pandemic era in 2020</em><em> fis</em><em>cal year. This study used a qualitative-descriptive method. </em><em>T</em><em>echniques </em><em>of d</em><em>ata collection</em><em>s are from</em><em> </em><em>observation</em><em>, interviews, and literature study. </em><em>This research is analising to data reductions, </em><em>data presentation</em><em>s</em><em>, and </em><em>found the</em><em> conclusions. Desa Jekawal mendapatkan bantuan dana desa untuk memprioritaskan penggunaan dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan dan menangani bencana yang tak terduga, seperti saat ini di era pandemi <em>covid-19</em>. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui prioritas penggunaan dana desa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat dan tanggap darurat desa di era pandemi <em>covid-19</em> tahun anggaran 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan setiap desa mendapatkan dana desa salah satunya Desa Jekawal dimana dana desa dalam prioritas penggunaan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dan tanggap darurat dana desa di era pandemi <em>covid-19</em> dengan penggunaan teori struktural fungsional “AGIL” dari Tallcot Parsons.</p><strong>Kata Kunci : <em>Prioritas Penggunaan Dana Desa; Pemberdayaan Masyarakat; Tanggap Darurat Covid-19</em><em>.</em></strong>

Orahu is a tradition of deliberation which is well known in the life system of the people of South Nias, especially in the areas of Maniamölö, Onolalu, To'ene and Mazinö. Orahu is carried out in every important activity in the community, for example discussing problems related to the village, death events, weddings, Fa'ulu and Mambu Ana'a parties (ceremony to increase social status or traditional parties) and others. Orahu to a large extent is called Orahua Mbanua, and is usually performed at Ewali Sawolo or Ewali Orahua (the courtyard in front of the house of the most influential nobleman or Balö Ji'ulu). The Orahua Mbanua was followed by the Si'ulu (nobles), Si'ila (traditional leaders) and Ono Mbanua (the whole community). This research was aimed at describing as well as revealing the local wisdoms of Orahu. This research applied qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study were collected using interview techniques and literature study. The research results shows that Orahu tradition emphasizes on the solidarity and wise decision taking which become a very important aspect in the life system of Nias people. It was in this open forum that all village problems were discussed, and decided how to handle them.  In ancient times, Orahu was also used as a trial and for determining punishment for violators of village customs. Orahu is usually done at the bale (village meeting hall), but to a lesser extent, it can also be carried out at home.

The village of Ende is a traditional hamlet located in Sengkol Village, Pujut Subdistrict, Central Lombok. These villagers live their daily activities by holding firmly to traditions that are still rooted from their ancestors. It is seen that the house thatched roofs that characterize the Sasak tribe would be an interesting scenery and become one of the attractions of tourists to come to the village. The purpose of this research is to know how effort done by sasak tribe in order to increase tourist attraction of Ende village and how social society role of society of Ende village to change its environment. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, through observation and interview. The results of this study indicate that the village of Ende as a tourist village has some efforts or ways that are done in order to improve the tourist attraction. The method used is inseparable from the rules and norms that apply in the village of Ende. This norm is of course based on local wisdom while maintaining the authenticity of their customs. In addition to the customary norms governing, there is also the social role of the Sasak people to preserve the culture and environment of Ende Village from the diffusion of foreign cultures.

The purpose of this study, firstly, is to describe the process of filling in the Village Civil Service Officer in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region and secondly to find out whether the mechanism for filling out the Village Civil Service Officer is in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2019. This research is an empirical legal research, namely legal research that examines and analyzes people's behavior in relation to the law. The approach method uses a juridical, sociological approach. Methods of data collection through literature study, interviews and observations, then the data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study concluded that the process of filling in the village civil service in Sleman Regency: The village head formed an appointment committee to conduct screening and screening through the selection of administrative requirements and administering the exam. Furthermore, the results of the selection of candidates for village civil service at least 2 (two) candidates based on the highest score are requested for consultation with the sub-district head to obtain a recommendation to be appointed as village administrator. 10 of 2019 can be applied according to the rules, namely the formation of a committee, administrative selection, exam materials, a team of examiners, but there are still weaknesses, including the requirements for candidates who are considered burdensome, must be supported by at least 15% of the population, lack of socialization, the existence of several villages that are less open in the process of filling the village civil service.

This research has three focuses. First is reporting the readiness strategies to establish Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in the Sumenep regency. The second is representing supporting and inhibition factors in the formation of the BUMDes in the Sumenep regency. The third is defining the typology of the village in responding to the BUMDes program in the Sumenep Regency area. This research is a qualitative-descriptive method by applying SWOT analysis conducted in 2020 from October to December. The data is collected by using observation, interviews, documentation, and a literature study. Based on the data obtained from this research, first, Based on the SWOT analysis data in Quadrant SO (strength - opportunity) Level, some strategies can be used. Those are by making local regulations of the formation of BUMDes, increasing the understanding of village heads towards the technical establishment of BUMDes, which is not only limited to theoretical knowledge, improve the role of DPMD in responding to proposals for the establishment of BUMDes. There needs to be a technical introduction about village potential that can be explored using the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method. Second, there are some factors to support the establishment and development of BUMDes in the Sumenep area. One of which is to provide the head of villages with the knowledge and urgency of BUMDes establishment. As every town are highly potential and meet the requirements. However, there is no specific direction and method in establishing BUMDes that has become an obstacle in determining the potential and managing the BUMDes. Third, BUMDes in Sumenep consists of three typologies. Those are BUMDes that have not been established, which only succeeded in the proposal preparation stage. Then, The established BUMDes with less income. The last is the well-developed BUMDes that have been contributed to the villages' income.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dasar tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana inklusi sosial dijalankan dalam pembangunan desa yang mana penekanan inklusi sosial ditujukan untuk masyarakat rawan eksklusi (marginalisasi). Adapun rumusan masalah dalam artikel ini diantaranya; bagaimana konsep inklusi sosial dalam pembangunan desa, bagaimana konsep masyarakat marginal, bagaimana konsep siklus pembangunan desa, serta bagaimana realitas inklusi sosial dalam siklus pembangunan desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data berbasis kajian undang-undang, kajian kepustakaan serta data empiris realitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis kualitatif dimana data-data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan tahapan mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan manarik kesimpulan. Hasil kajian dari penelitian ini berdasar data lapangan inklusi sosial yang dijalankan dalam pembangunan desa di Desa Tempuran adalah kebijakan pembangunan membawa masyarakat untuk inklusi (terlibat) dalam pembangunan desa yang mengarah pada pemenuhan hak masyarakat, ekonomi masyarakat, kepartisipasian masyarakat, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, namun terkendala oleh kelambatan rekonstruksi sarana dan prasarana serta tidak ada pembaharuan atau inovasi yang dikembangkan dalam komoditas home industry (Industri Rumahan) masyarakatnya. Hal tersebut berimbas pada tidak maksimalnya perkembangan atau dinamika inklusi sosial dalam pembangunan desa yang dilakukan masyarakat Desa Tempuran. This research was carried out on the basis of the aim to find out how social inclusion was carried out in village development where the emphasis on social inclusion was aimed at vulnerable communities of exclusion (marginalization). The formulation of the problems in this article include; how is the concept of social inclusion in village development, what is the concept of marginal society, what is the concept of the village development cycle, and how the reality of social inclusion in the village development cycle. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data based on the study of laws, literature studies as well as empirical data on reality. Data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative analysis technique where the data obtained are analyzed with the stages of reducing data, presenting data, and draw conclusions. The results of this study are based on social inclusion field data carried out in village development in Tempuran Village development policies bring the community to inclusion (involved) in village development that leads to the fulfillment of community rights, the community's economy, community participation, and community empowerment, but constrained by the slow reconstruction of facilities and infrastructure and no renewal or innovation developed in commodities home industry (Industri Rumahan) of the cmmunity, this has an impact on the non optimal development or dynamics of social inclusion in rural development by the people of Tempuran Village.

The implementation of good governance became a major requirement to realize people aspirations in achieving the regional goals of country. Therefore, it is not excessive when the implementation of good governance became an indication of realization in democratization as an effort to restore the regional sovereignty in a country. In order to realize a better village and able to protect well, the society needed good governance figure. The governance is a hope and an opportunity to realize a prosperous and sovereign life through the management citizens’ freedom and equality. The aim of this research is to know how the implementation of good governance in village funds management with sharia perspective. Based on that background, this research was conducted with the title “The Implementation of Good Governance in Village Fund Management with Sharia Perspective at Mliriprowpo Village Tarik Sub district Sidoarjo”. These research used qualitative descriptive method. The location of the research placed at Mliriprowo village Tarik sub district in Sidoarjo. The data sources were obtained from several informants, that is, the village head, the village secretary, the head of general affairs and the head of village financial affairs. The techniques of data collection were interview and documentation. The data analysis used is to describe the properly conditions, analyzed, evaluated, recorded process, and withdrew of conclusion. The result of this research showed that good governance in 2017 based on general perspective in terms of economical, efficient, effective, transparent and accountable as a reference seen from the planned, implemented, administration, reported, accountability, guided and supervised as well as good governance with sharia perspective in terms of shiddiq, amanah, tabliq, and fathonah were already well. However, the governance needed an evaluation, mentoring and guidance in the implementation of development that was not being spread evenly. That evaluation used to resolve the problems which occurred during the execution of development took place.
