The purposes of this study are: (1) to determine the influence of creativity and productivity of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers of all primary schools in district Baturetno, Wonogiri of 2015/2016 (2) to determine the influence between work motivation and productivity of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers of all primary schools in district Baturetno, Wonogiri of 2015/2016 (3) to determine the influence of creativity and work motivation and productivity of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers of all primary schools in district Baturetno Wonogiri of 2015/2016. This research was conducted at all elementary schools of Baturetno, Wonogiri districts consisted of 32 schools. The method used in this study was a quantitative correlation. Methods of data collection used a questionnaire. The conclusions of this study are (1) There is an influence between creativity and productivity of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers of all primary schools in district Baturetno. (2) There is an influence between work motivation and productivity of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers of all primary schools in district Baturetno. (3) There is an influence between creativity and work motivation as well as productivity of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers of all primary schools in district Baturetno.Keywords: Influence of creativity, Work motivation, Teacher productivity

This study is about a model of civilizing anti-corruption values in the implementation of programs to strengthen character education in public elementary schools in the district. Gorontalo. The main target of this research is to design a model of the civilization of anti-corruption values in the implementation of character education strengthening programs that can produce products in the form of books to guide educators, parents and the public, especially in Gorontalo district in implementing anti-corruption values which lead to the creation of anti-corruption characters. This research applies the research and development approach. This research also answers specific questions of practical problems through "applied research" to improve educational practices. The study, conducted in January to July 2019, began with collecting initial information through observations in public elementary schools in Gorontalo district, and from various other sources such as the education office, principals, educators, students, parents, and the community. The implementation of the research through stages, preparation begins with the initial observation of the implementation of strengthening character education in schools, collecting data, interviewing analyzing data, reviewing and verifying data, preparing reports, and publicizing. This research uses a data triangulation technique that is combining 3 data collection techniques (observation, interview, and documentation) data analysis carried out during the process in the field together with data collection.

The effect of creativity and work motivation on the productivity of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and work motivation on the productivity of IRE teachers in Lengkiti district at Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) district. As for the formulation of the problem, (1) is there an effect of creativity on the productivity of IRE elementary school teachers?, (2) is there an effect of motivation on the productivity of IRE elementary school teachers?, and (3) is there an effect of creativity and motivation on the productivity of IRE elementary school teachers?. This type of research is descriptive. The sample in this study amounted to 19 people in 19 SD Negeri in OKU District. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study. Based on respondents' perceptions about the effect of creativity on teacher productivity in a moderate category, the mean was 69.43. The results of the descriptive analysis of the effect of IRE motivation on teacher productivity are in a good category, the mean is 58.68. The results of the analysis of the effect of creativity and work motivation on teacher productivity are in moderate category with a mean of 49.59.

<p class="abstrak" style="text-align: justify;">The Shadow Teacher is urgent in inclusive education. However, the shadow teacher cannot be found in all-inclusive educational institutions. The purpose of the study is to evaluate learning programs in inclusive primary schools that do not have Shadow Teachers. This case study was carried out in SDN Gunung Gatep, one of Central Lombok's inclusive elementary schools, from May to November 2020. The data was obtained through interviews with teachers, principals, and students with special needs. In addition to interviews, the data collection was taken by recording and observation during the learning process. Based on the results of the report, the teaching services provided by teachers are not satisfactory.</p><p class="abstrak" style="text-align: justify;"><em>Guru pendamping khusus berperan penting dalam pendidikan inklusif. This study aims to determine the empirical condition of the implementation of work procedures for PAI supervisors of primary schools in Sarolangun District. The specific target to be achieved is: 1). Knowing the implementation of the PAI supervisory work procedures for elementary schools in Sarolangun District. 2). Knowing the constraints and solutions for implementing work procedures for PAI supervisors for primary schools in Sarolangun District. Knowing the constraints and solutions for implementing work procedures for PAI supervisors for primary schools in Sarolangun District. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, in which the researcher describes the findings of the research in a narrative and what it is. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, documentation, and interviews. To check the validity of the data, the author makes persistence observation, triangulation, member check, audit trail. And to analyze the data, the authors conduct data review and reduction, data unitization, data categorization, and data interpretation. The results of the study show that: 1. The implementation of the work procedures of elementary school PAI supervisors in Sarolangun district is as follows: a. Get a letter of assignment. b. Visiting the location and conducting coaching. c. Make work reports and submit them to superiors. 2. Constraints and solutions for implementing PAI supervisory work procedures for primary schools in Sarolangun District are as follows: a. Lack of personnel. The solution is by utilizing the MGMP moment b. The distance to some schools is quite far. The solution is to visit the nearest school. c. Access to several schools is quite difficult. The solution is to visit schools that are easily accessible.

The purpose of this research is to know the efforts of political education in elementary schools. The research methodology used descriptive qualitative research objects were grade V students of SD Negeri Beraja Asri, Way Jepara, East Lampung in Academic Year 2019/2020. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman is data reduction, data presentation of conclusions. The results showed that political education in elementary schools could be done in various ways, namely through elementary school PPKn lessons, characterizations, and extracurricular activities. The conclusion in this study is political education in SD Beraraja Asri Way Jepara is integrated into primary PPKn subjects and extracurricular activities.

<p><em>The objectives of writing scientific papers are: (1) describing eco-culture, (2) describing ecoliteration of  the environment, and (3)to describing ways to improve environmental ecoliteracy by means of eco-culture in elementary schools. The method used is literature study, which is data collection techniques by conducting study studies of books, literature, notes, and reports that are related to the problem being solved. Library sources in this study were obtained from: books, journals and research results (thesis, thesis, and dissertation). So that in this study include general processes such as: systematic theory identification, library discovery, and documentary analysis which contains information relating to the research topic. The results of this study are (1) eco-culture a process of increasing understanding, knowledge, attitudes and behavior based on ecology. (2) environmental echoliteration is to teach children to love the environment through greening. (3) improve environmental ecoliteracy in primary schools by take care and practicing directly maintaining and caring for the school environment.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the transformational leadership head of school  on teacher performance, the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, and the influence of transformational leadership head of school and work motivation in multiple ways on teacher performance. This research was conducted at the State Elementary Schools in Tayu District, Pati Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research through correlation . The number of samples in this study was 144 respondents. The data collection technique was by giving a questionnaire to the teachers. The data analysis test used validity, reliability, classic assumption tests and multiple linear tests which were processed using IBM SPSS 24. The results showed the following: (1) Transformational leadership head of school  (X1) was proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance in State Elementary Schools in Tayu District, Pati Regency. (2) Work motivation (X2) is proven to have a significant effect on teacher performance in State Elementary Schools in Tayu District, Pati Regency. (3) Transformational leadership head of school and work motivation and compensation simultaneously proved to have a significant effect on teacher performance in State Elementary Schools in Tayu District, Pati Regency of 77,6%.

Abstract: the purpose of this study is to describe the influences of principles’ lead-ership style, work motivation and competence toward performance of elementary schools teachers in West Martapura Subdistrict Banjar Regency. This research is descriptive-quantitative research. There are 57 samples which determined by using total sampling. The data collection techniques are questionnaire and docu-mentation. The result of this research shows that leadership style, work motivation and competence affect teachers’ performance. The competence variable is the dominant variable. Keywords: motivation, work discipline, work satisfaction, performance Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh gaya kepe-mimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Martapura Barat Kabupaten Banjar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif-deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan cara sampel total yaitu sebanyak 57 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari pe-nelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala seko-lah, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru. Variabel kompetensi memiliki berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja guru.                        Kata Kunci: motivasi, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja

Linguistic intelligence is one of eight multiple intelligences that currently attracts attention in the world of education. Linguistic intelligence is a person's ability to speak both verbally and in writing, besides that people who have linguistic intelligence also master the components of linguistic intelligence which consists of phonology, syntax, semantics and pragmatics. The type of research used is research and development (R & D) with a 4D model. The subjects in this study were experts as validators, fifth grade students for trials and homeroom teachers in elementary schools. Data collection is done by giving a questionnaire to the validator. In this study the researchers concluded that the product of the developed linguistic intelligence assessment instrument was declared feasible to be used based on the results of validation of 86% with very feasible categories. The obstacle in developing the product of this instrument of linguistic intelligence assessment is the lack of knowledge of the school about the importance of linguistic intelligence for students in elementary schools.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara: 1) kreativitas guru PAI terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Budi Pekerti , 2) motivasi kerja guru PAI terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Budi Pekerti , dan 3) kreativitas dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Budi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi korelasional dengan melibatkan 33 orang sampel yang dipilih secara dengan metode sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket/kuesioner. Teknikanalisis data diawali dengan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan linieritas. Uji hipotesis menggunakanuji regresi sederhana danuji regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ; 1) Kreativitas guru berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. 2) motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. 3) kreativitas guru dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai dari ketiga variabel tersebut hanya dapat dimasukkan dalam kategori sedang, sehingga untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam mengajar perlu diperhatikan faktor-faktor lain seperti: gaji, jaminan kerja, jaminan hari tua, penghargaan atas prestasi kerja, dan sebagainya. Kata kunci: kreativitas, motivasi, mutupembelajaran Abstract [The Relationship Between Teachers’ Creativity and Motivation Toward Learning Improvement]. This research aim at determine the correlation between the creativity of teachers on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior, the work motivation of teachers on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior, and the creativity and the work motivation of eachers on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior. This research employed a method of correlation description with 33 Islamic education teacher were selected as sample by means of census sampling. Technique of collecting data employed questionnaire. Technique of data analysis began with prerequisite of normality and linearity. Hypothesis used test of simple regression and double regression.The study revealed that teacher creativity affects on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior, as well as teacher work motivation affects on the improvement of learning quality of religious education and behavior. Futhermore, analysis show that teacher creativity as well as teacher work motivation affects simultaneously on the learning quality of Islamic Education. In conclusion, the average value of those three variables may be only included into medium category. Thus, to increase teacher performance, it needs other factors, such as; salary, job guarantee, pension, appreciation of work achievement, etc. Keywords: Creativity, Motivation, Learning Quality
