Qualitative approach was used in this research and it was in the term of the type of data.  The qualitative approach type was a research producing qualitative descriptive data, an approach produced data in the forms of written or spoken words of people and behaviors that could be observed.  This research aimed at knowing the causes of student social conflicts with teachers at State Junior High School 1 Bandar Laksamana, Bengkalis Regency, Riau and its handling by a Guidance and Counseling teacher.  The subjects of this research were the students, and the objects were student social conflicts with teachers and its handling on Guidance and at State Junior High School 1 Bandar Laksamana, Bengkalis Regency, Riau.  The main informants were 9 persons.  The informants were 4 students having social conflicts with teachers, 4 teachers having social conflicts with students, and a Guidance and Counseling teacher.  Interview and documentation were the techniques of collecting the data.  The research findings showed that the causes of student social conflicts with teachers at State Junior High School 1 Bandar Laksamana, Bengkalis Regency, Riau were (1) communication, (2) coming late to the class, (3) not doing the assignment, (4) truanting or not joining the learning, (5) smoking, and (6) dissent.  Its handling by a Guidance and Counseling teacher was (1) giving advice, (2) giving punishment, (3) giving a service in Guidance and Counseling, (4) the role of parents, and (5) the handling by the headmaster.

<p><em>This research explain about education character of students based on religion at junior high school of walisongo pecangaan jepara in central java.The research used descriptive qualitative approach. The purpose of research was to know an event at junior high school of walisongo pecangaan jepara in central java in the context of education character of students based on religion.The collection of data via observation, the objective of the interview and documentation. The data analysis used data on non statistics. Our research findings: first, the value of tolerance attitude to the religious, even all she great political pressure to implement values students based character of religions such as; istighoasah-mujahadah, the dhuha pray at the decline fixed ostentatiously and began to pray, the pray dzuhur together; second, the value of care about the environment , this means that , of students in their backs on this and move to action always tried to prevent that damage the natural environment in and around this area, and develop efforts to fix of the nature of those which have occurred; reports of damage or injuries; Third, value tawadhu, it means, students show humility to something exalted; fourth, value respectful deference, it means , a gesture of respect to parents occurred in pay attention and affection, muslims and obey when ruled, keep spoken in talks, do not denied, and demonstrate the attitude of polite when there is behind him; fifth, value discipline, it means, the act of students indicate which behaviors orderly and adherent to various provisions and regulations in their surroundings; those six, value honest, all students to make himself as a man who can diprcaya in run all regulation specified; seventh , value socially responsible, it means, students be and act have always wanted to provided assistance in others and poor people; eighth , value spirit nationality, it means, a way of thinking, act and insightful who puts the national interest and country.</em></p>

Games, such as the traditional ones, might be benefitted as an alternative media for the delivery of Guidance and Counseling service. With regards to the statement, one of the peculiar games in Indonesia is Tangkap Lokam. Through the conduct of the study, the elements of leadership will be described through the conduct of the Tangkap Lokam games. Then, within the conduct of the study, the qualitative approach using the symbolic interactionism method had been implemented and the study itself took place in the 5th State Junior High School Tarakan. The results of the study show that the construction within the Tangkap Lokam game has implications that might improve the leadership of the students.

<p><em>This research is a qualitative descriptive research aims to (1) describe and explain the structure of folklore of Purbalingga District, (2) to describe and explain the social care values contained in Purbalingga District folklore, (3) describe and explain the relevance of folklore as the character buildingand teaching material in Junior High School. Data and information are collected through informants and documents. Data collection is done through observation, recording, interview, and document analysis. Research sample is determined by purposive sampling technique. Validation of data is done by triangulation. The results of this research are:</em></p><em>(1) the structure of folklore Purbalingga District, (2) social caring values contained in Purbalingga District folklore, (3) relevance of folklore as the character building and teaching material in Junior High School.</em>

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in public and private Junior High School in Banda Aceh City. This research involved two objects, Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh and Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum. This research used the qualitative descriptive method and also used primary and secondary data in data collection.  The primary data were obtained directly by interviewing informants that were BOS coordinator in Education and Culture Services of Banda Aceh City and school BOS team consisting of the school principal and BOS treasure. The data were collected by direct observation in the field. The secondary data were collected by using documentation technique. In analyzing the data, the researcher used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the study showed that the accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017 which reflected good governance, while the management of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum Banda Aceh in terms of transparency was still not perfect, but in terms of accountability and effectiveness were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017.

Problem is a state that is not in line with expectations and must be solved immediately. The junior high school student is in the early adolescent phase, which finds many major changes in him that can cause problems. Guidance and conseling services should be provided in accordance with the problems experienced by students and their needs. However, guidance and conseling teachers have difficulty identifying the problems that affect the giving of guidance and counseling services. This study observes the problems experienced by students in junior high school with the number of respondents as many as 193 students. They are first year students of junior high school in Yogyakarta. We analyzed student problems using survey methods with problem-based guidance and counseling instrument, namely Alat Ungkap Masalah (AUM) Umum. The results showed that the 3 highest problem experienced by junior high school students in Yogyakarta covered 45% of he Social Relationship, 44% Personality, and Physical Health got 40%.

This article aims to describe the students' learning creativity profile reviewed from school's accreditation status. The method in this study was a survey method by distributing a questionnaire of students’ learning creativity through google form. Participants in the study were grade VIII students in public schools with National Standard School accredited status, schools with A accredited State Junior High School (JHS), and B accredited State Junior High School (JHS). Based on the results of data processing, there was a significant average difference in learning creativity on indicators the ability to deal with learning problems between public schools with National Standard School accredited status and schools with A accredited State JHS. The average ability to deal with learning problems is also significantly different between schools with A accredited State JHS, and B accredited State JHS. A significant difference in average is also shown in the indicators of interest in learning creations and indicators of the ability to develop in learning between public schools with National Standard School accredited status and schools with A accredited State JHS. The results of this study can be used as empirical data for research on guidance and counseling programs to develop students' creativity in schools.Keywords: Profile, learning creativity,  student

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to improve the basic techniques of passing futsal skills at the UM Lab Junior High School by using the drill method. This research is sports action research using qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive methods. This research was conducted using two cycles and each cycle consisting of 4 stages. The subjects of this study were junior high school extracurricular members, totaling 20 students. The technique of collecting data is using observation. The results showed the success of the participants in carrying out basic passing techniques in the futsal game after being given actions from cycle 1 and cycle 2. The result was that for each indicator there was an increase from the preparation indicator increasing to 95,83 percent, implementation 82,5 percent, and movement final 91,25 percent. The conclusion of this study is that the varied drill method can improve the basic futsal passing technique skills of the futsal extracurricular members of the UM Lab Junior High School. The suggestion of the results of this study is that an extracurricular trainer can use a variety of drill methods and can be used by futsal extracurricular participants as new knowledge about the forms of basic passing technique training in futsal games. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk “meningkatkan teknik dasar keterampilan passing futsal di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Lab UM dengan menggunakan metode drill. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan olahraga dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua siklus dan setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahap. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler Sekolah Menengah Pertama yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberhasilan peserta dalam melakukan teknik dasar passing dalam permainan futsal setelah diberikan tindakan dari siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Hasilnya pada tiap-tiap indikator sudah terjadi peningkatan dari indikator persiapan meningkat menjadi 95,83 persen, pelaksanaan 82,5 persen, dan gerakan akhir 91,25 persen. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah metode drill bervariasi dapat memperbaiki keterampilan teknik dasar passing futsal peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal Sekolah Menengah Pertama Lab UM. Saran hasil penelitian ini, pelatih ekstrakurikuler dapat menggunakan metode drill bervariasi serta dapat digunakan peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal sebagai pengetahuan baru mengenai bentuk-bentuk latihan teknik dasar passing pada permainan futsal.

Penelitian ini membahas kemampuan guru bahasa Sunda di SMP Piloting Project Kurikulum 2013 dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan dan menilai kemampuan mendongeng berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 pada tahun pelajaran 2015-2016. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah (1) perkembangan Kurikulum 2013 yang sangat dinamis dan; (2) pedoman pelaksanaannya yang terus berubah, sehingga muncul pertanyaan apakah perubahan ini sampai kepada guru bahasa Sunda. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan menilai pembelajaran khususnya materi dongeng berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Sunda kelas VII, dengan teknik observasi dan study dokumenter. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) guru bahasa Sunda mampu merencanakan pengajaran dongeng berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013; (2) dalam proses pembelajarannya perlu ditingkatkan dan; (3) guru bahasa Sunda mampu menilai pengajaran dongeng berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013. ABSTRACTThis article discusses the ability of Sundanese teachers in junior high school Piloting Project Curriculum 2013 in planning, implementing, and assessing the ability of storytelling based on Curriculum 2013 in the academic year 2015-2016. The backgrounds of this study were (1) the development of Curriculum 2013, which is very dynamic and; (2) the implementation guidance that is constantly changing, so the question arises whether this change reaches the teachers. The purpose of this study is to determine the ability of teachers to plan, implement, and assess fairytale learning materials based on curriculum 2013. This research employed descriptive method with qualitative approach. The population and sample is Sundanese language teacher of Grade VII. It used observation and documentary study. The instrument was the observation sheet. The conclusion of this study are that (1) the Sundanese teacher is able to plan teaching fairytale based on Curriculum 2013; (2) the learning process needs to be improved; and (3) the Sundanese teacher is able to assess fairytale learning based on the Curriculum 2013.

Advances in technology cause a lot of damage to the environment and cultural shifts in society. This condition requires learning to integrate technology with the environment and society. Society-based industrial era 4.0 towards 5.0 studying and technology must pay attention to the preservation of nature and culture in society. The approach that fits this mandate is SETS (science, environment, technology, and society). The SETS approach can be applied in various media, methods and learning models. One of them is a science comic for junior high school that has included the SETS component in its material. This research is a qualitative descriptive study about the relationship between SETS components in junior high school science comics. The instruments in this study were data cards and operational definitions. The data in this study are in the form of words, language, pictures, and behavior that show the representation of the SETS components. The analysis results show that all SETS components have been represented in the science comics. SETS which is integrated into the learning process is expected to improve the quality of students in facing an increasingly advanced industrial era but still environmentally friendly.
