Teachers as professional educators are responsible as educators and instructors for their students. In order to work well, teachers must have appropriate competencies in the field of study they are teaching. Economic subjects in high school include the economics and accounting fields, which must be mastered by the teacher. The development of economics and accounting must be reached by the economics teacher who will transfer knowledge to their students. Besides that, the teacher's educational background will also affect student learning process. Training for high school economics teachers is needed to be able to increase the insight and knowledge of teachers. MGMP is one of the means for the teachers to draw and explore economics in order to be a professional teachers. From the results of the pretest and posttest, it can be concluded that there was an increasing in teacher knowledge generated from this training. It is expected that in the future MGMP will have a role in training and developing the knowledge of economics teachers in Tanah Datar.Keywords: economics, accounting, educational, teachers

Current learning is needed to emphasize student activities to be more constructive. However, learning emphasizes more on the target material and focuses on the final result. This study aims to improve student learning activities and outcomes in Automotive Engineering Basic Work subjects by implementing the ARCS learning model. This type of research is classroom action research, each cycle consisting of stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 40 students of tenth grade State Vocational High School in Purworejo, Indonesia. Data were collected through observation to determine the description of student activities during the learning process. Then the evaluation test was used to determine the final results of student learning after being given the ARCS learning model in the classroom. The study results indicate that the implementation of ARCS learning in the process provides progress on student learning activities and outcomes during the learning process. The results showed that the implementation of the ARCS model increased student learning activities by 74% and increased learning outcomes by 82%. Thus, it can be concluded that the ARCS learning model, in general, can have a potential effect because students are more constructive in learning so that it can be used as a learning reference in vocational high school.

Mathematical learning activities are mostly carried out independently with limited guidance from the teacher. This raises the consequences of the demands for student independence in learning. Independence of student learning in the learning process will affect student learning outcomes, students who are independent in learning will enjoy working on problems independently. In fact, not all students have a sense of awareness to be independent in learning, sometimes even during the learning process, students often feel bored and lazy. This may be caused due to the lack of approaches and learning models used by educators. One solution to improve student learning independence through the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in students' learning independence. The population in this study were all eighth grade students of Junior High School 4 Sakti. Sampling using Purposive Sampling class VIII1 was selected as an experimental class and class VIII3 as a control class. The instruments used in the form of an initial test (pretest) and final test (posttest) and a questionnaire of student learning independence. Data processing was performed using SPSS 16.0 using t-test statistics, namely independent sample T-test at a significant level of 0.05. From the results of data processing it is obtained that p-value = 0.001, because p-value <0.05 then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the Missouri Mathematics project (MMP) learning model can improve the learning independence of eighth grade students of Junior High School 4 Sakti. Abstrak Kegiatan pembelajaran matematika sebagian besar dilakukan secara mandiri dengan bimbingan terbatas dari guru. Hal ini memunculkan konsekuensi adanya tuntutan kemandirian siswa dalam belajar. Kemandirian belajar siswa dalam proses belajar akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa, siswa yang mandiri dalam pembelajaran akan senang mengerjakan soal secara mandiri. Pada kenyataannya tidak semua siswa memiliki rasa kesadaran untuk mandiri dalam belajar, bahkan kadang saat proses belajar berlangsung, siswa sering merasa bosan dan malas. Hal ini mungkin di sebabkan karena minimnya pendekatan dan model pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh pendidik. Salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaan Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP). Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemandirian belajara siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Sakti. Penarikan  sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling maka terpilih kelas VIII1  sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes awal (pretest) dan tes akhir (postest). Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 16.0 menggunakan statistik uji-t yaitu independent sampel T-test pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Dari hasil pengolahan data maka diperoleh bahwa p-value=0,001, karena p-value < 0.05 maka H0 ditolak H1 diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan penerapan model pembelajaran Missouri Mathematics project (MMP) dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VIII  SMP Negeri 4  Sakti. The role of teachers in improving student learning motivation is one of the integral activities that must be in learning activities. In addition to providing and transferring teacher knowledge is also tasked to improve children's motivation in learning. It cannot be denied that student learning with others is very different, that's why it is important for teachers to always motivate students so that students always have the spirit of learning and being able become students who excel and can develop themselves optimally. The learning process will succeed if students have motivation in learning. Therefore, teachers need to foster optimal student motivation. Teachers are demanded to be creative to arouse student learning motivation. Learning motivation is meaningfulness, value, and the benefits of learning learning activities are quite interesting for students to do learning activities.

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of learning media based on m-learningg using the POE2WE blender model to increase student learning motivation. This writing is motivated by increased learning in students who need good learning media and still use learning materials that have not been maximized. The method used in this renewal is the study of literature by studying some literature to be analyzed and made conclusions. The results of discussions about the application of m-learning based learning media using the POE2WE blender model can be a solution to the problems encountered in the teaching and learning process sponsored by students. The mixed POE2WE model is applied to students in High School with several steps including; participants do learning using smartphones, at face-to-face meetings students learn to use learning with teachers, in independent learning students do distance learning so as to increase their own willingness to do learning. The results of this study prove that learning media based on m-learning is feasible by using the POE2WE model to increase students' learning motivation and be able to take advantage of current technological advances.

The research entitled "The Urgency of Citizenship Education Learning Against Student Discipline in the Covid-19 Pandemic Situation" was conducted to determine the learning discipline of high school students in a pandemic situation. The Covid-19 pandemic requires students to learn far away, and of course the learning process at home and at school is very different. This has an effect on student learning discipline, through Citizenship Education Learning is expected to improve student learning discipline in this pandemic. The research was conducted in March 2021 with a descriptive qualitative method through a questionnaire in the form of google form with 43 respondents' responses. The results showed that students' learning activities during the pandemic period were low. Penelitian yang berjudul “Urgensi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Terhadap Disiplin Belajar Siswa Dalam Situasi Pandemi Covid-19” dilakukan untuk mengukur situasi belajar siswa Sekolah Menenagh Atas (SMA) di pandemi. Pandemi Covid-19 ini menuntut siswa untuk belajar jarak jauh, dan tentunya proses pembelajaran di rumah dan di sekolah sangat berbeda. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap disiplin belajar siswa, melalui Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa di masa ini. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2021 dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui kuesioner dalam bentuk google dengan 43 tanggapan responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa di masa pandemi cenderung rendah.

<p align="justify">The learning process is a part that plays an important role in the success of learning. The selection of the right method is one way for the learning process to work as expected. Peer tutoring method is one of the interactive learning methods involving students who are competent in the material taught so they can provide learning guidance to other students. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the realm of knowledge and skills through the application of peer tutoring methods. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in 2 cycles with 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were 34 vocational high school students. Data collection methods used include observation, tests, performance and interviews. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation. The research data was analyzed using a comparative descriptive percentage analysis technique. From the data obtained shows that the application of peer tutoring methods can improve student learning outcomes by 88.23% in the realm of knowledge and 91.17% in skills. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of peer tutoring methods can improve the learning outcomes of Vocational High School students.</p>

The article defines the issues of the specificity of the structure of the individual educational trajectory of the future music teacher. The algorithm of individualization of the student learning process is considered. The definition of the terms “individual educational trajectory” and “pedagogical condition” is given. The author briefly reveals the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the individual educational trajectory of future music teachers, in which he emphasizes the improvement and revision of educational programs on the basis of partner collaboration with a student. It also points to the need to maximize the use of organizational ideas of dual education by increasing the elements of practice-oriented education. Particular attention is paid to the need to modernize the functions of the teacher-curator through updating the content and principles of the institute of the curator.

This paper examines specifically about interpersonal communication teacher’s as factors that influence the effectiveness of the powerful alleged learning students. Based on the results of data analysis by using simple regression where data collected through survey method using question form answers to the 51 students in vocational high school in Bandung as the respondent. The results of the analysis of data indicates that interpersonal communications teacher had an impact on the effectiveness of learning of students. The results of this research can provide implications towards the learning process. the results showed teacher’s interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect against the effectiveness of learning of students. Thus the effectiveness of student learning can be enchanced through improved interpersonal communication teachers.ABSTRAKArtikel ini mengkaji secara khusus tentang komunikasi interpersonal guru sebagai faktor yang diduga kuat mempengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi sederhanadimana data yang dikumpulkan melalui metode survey dengan menggunakan angket jawaban terhadap 51 siswa pada salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Bandung sebagai responden. Hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal guru mempunyai pengaruh terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan implikasi terhadap proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi interpersonal guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Dengan demikian efektivitas pembelajaran siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan komunikasi interpersonal guru.

This research aims to find out the effect of the use of animation based learning media on the learning interest of students in grade VII Alimuddin Islamic High School in Probolinggo regency. The use of animation based learning media is expected to help the learning process and improve student learning outcomes.This study used the research method namely quantitative research with correlation analysis. While the sample taking technique used Sampling where the sample used was grade VII Alimuddin Islamic High School non Probability Sampling, which amounted to 45 students. The research instrument in this research damaged the likert scale with Aangket inserts 10 questions with 4 questions. Data collection techniques use archivist based observation and angkets. Research obtained in this study indicates that this calculation t is uncountable -35.206 and t table calculation (-)1,68. So calculate (-35.206) > t table 1.68 or significant 0,000 < from 0,05 So there is the animated learning media influence over class learners interest in grade VII Alimuddin Islamic High School. Meaningless H0 : rejected and Ha : received. Which means that there,s an animated learning media influence over class learners interest in grade VII Alimuddin Islamic High School Probolinggo Regency.

French Language subject is one of the optional subjects at High school. Process of learning in classroom needs the correct learning media related to student characteristic, explained material and the condition of supported facility to make an effective learning process. Within the right learning media, it will lead student to better learning outcomes. This research has a purpose to analyse student needs and teacher needs toward video learning media using French Language material for second grade class of Social Science-I and its result of learning media video development in the first semester. This research used descriptive qualitative analysis technique, which means a research method that described the reality or fact based on the obtained data with a purpose to understand student learning outcomes and to obtain student responses toward learning activities during the process of learning. The result of this research showed that media video can be effective to improve student learning activities and process. It can be seen by the increase number on very active student category from 7.89% on early cycle, increase to 15.79% in cycle I and 31.58% in cycle II. It was proven by the number of students who were very active in the learning process from 7.89% in the initial cycle, increasing to 15.79% and becoming 31.58% in the second cycle. Thus, based on the result it can be concluded that Media video learning is a good help to improve student participation in studying French Language of second grade class Social Science-1 at State High School 1 in Bandar.
