AbstrakPenelitian Nilai Estetik Tari Sining pada masyarakat Gayo bertujuan mendeskripsikan koreografi dan nilai estetik Tari Sining Koreografi Tari Sining merupakan salah satu daya Tarik yang memiliki nilai estetik lebih sehingga  tarian ini sebelumnya pernah punah, hingga pada akhirnya dilestarikan kembali melalui upaya revitalisasi dan menjadi warisan budaya daerah Aceh. Dengan memiliki nilai estetik koreografi yang lebih dan dapat tergambar melalui gerakan yang dihasilkan sehingga dapat menyatu dengan konsep kehidupan masyarakat tarian ini dapat di terima dengan baik oleh masyarakat. Analisis koreografi Tari Sining menggunakan konsep koreografi Sumandiyo Hadi. Analisis nilai estetik menggunakan konsep nilai estetik menurut The Liang Gie, yang didukung oleh konsep ciri-ciri sifat benda estetik oleh Monroe Beardsley, dan konsep pengungkapan nilai-nilai kehidupan dalam karya seni oleh De Witt H. Parker. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan estetik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Tari Sining memiliki nilai estetik karena dari sudut pandang yang mampu diserat oleh inderawi memiliki nilai bentuk dan dari sisi manapun mengungkapkan nilai-nilai kehidupan pada masyarakat Gayo menjadikan Tari Sining sebagai salahs atu ritual dari budaya dan tradisi masyarakat pada masanya.  Kata Kunci: estetik, tari sining, gayo.AbstractResearch on the Aesthetic Value of Sining Dance in the Gayo community aims to describe the choreography and aesthetic value of the Sining Dance. The choreography of Sining Dance is one of the attractions that has more aesthetic value so that this dance has previously been extinct, until it is finally preserved again through revitalization efforts and becomes the cultural heritage of Aceh. . By having more choreographic aesthetic value and can be illustrated through the resulting movements so that it can be integrated with the concept of community life, this dance can be well received by the community. The choreography analysis of Sining Dance uses the choreography concept of Sumandiyo Hadi. Aesthetic value analysis uses the concept of aesthetic value according to The Liang Gie, which is supported by the concept of the characteristics of aesthetic objects by Monroe Beardsley, and the concept of expressing the values of life in works of art by De Witt H. Parker. This research uses qualitative research methods with an aesthetic approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and literature study. The results showed that Sining Dance has aesthetic value because from the point of view that the senses are able to nibble it has a form value and from any side reveal the values of life in the Gayo community making Sining Dance a ritual or ritual of the culture and traditions of the people of its time.Keywords: aesthetic, sining dance, gayo.

Penelitian Nilai Estetik Tari Srimpi Pandhelori di Pura Mangkunegaran bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan koreografi dan nilai estetik tari Srimpi Pandhelori. Analisis koreografi Srimpi Pandhelori menggunakan konsep koreografi Sumandiyo Hadi. Analisis nilai estetik menggunakan konsep nilai estetik menurut The Liang Gie, yang didukung dengan konsep ciri-ciri sifat benda estetik oleh Monroe Beardsley, dan konsep pengungkapan nilai-nilai kehidupan dalam karya seni oleh De Witt H. Paker. Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan estetik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tari Srimpi Pandhelori memiliki nilai estetik karena dari sudut pandang inderawi memiliki nilai bentuk dan dari isi mampu mengungkapkan nilai-nilai kehidupan.Kata kunci: Srimpi Pandhelori, koreografi, nilai estetik.AbstractResearch Value Aesthetic Srimpi Pandhelori Dance in Pura Mangkunegaran aims to describe the choreography and aesthetic value of Srimpi Pandhelori dance. Abstract The Conception of Community Life in Petatah Petitih Minangkabau with The Indigeneous Approach. This study aims to identify the Minangkabau conceptions values as depicted in the petatah petitih Minang (proverb). This research examines Minang Proverb with the Indigenous Psychology approach. Qualitative research methods, describing, interpreting the concept of values in the Minangkabau community which is illustrated by the Minang proverb. The data collection technique used is desk research and interview. Sources of literature study are from the Minangkabau Adat textbook obtained from the Rumah Gadang Minangkabau pavilion in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; the results of previous studies / research, and relevant information from online mass media. Online Interview was conducted with the Chief Advisor of the Bundo Kanduang Council Organization Advisor Solok City, West Sumatra. The results show that there are ten values or Minangkabau life concept which are contained in the Minang proverb which is inherent in the Minang identity, namely; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi –malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; loyal; fair; thrifty; watchful; braveness; wise diligent and humble. Key words: Minangkabau conceptions, Minang proverb, Indigenous psychology Abstrak Konsep Pola Hidup Masyarakat dalam Petatah Petitih Minangkabau dengan Pendekatan Indigenius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsepsi nilai-nilai adat yang berkaitan dengan pola hidup masyarakat Minangkabau (Minang) yang tergambar dalam Petatah Petitih (pepatah) Minang. Penelitian ini mengkaji psikologi yang lekat pada budaya adat Minangkabau yang tertuang dalam Pepatah Minang dengan pendekatan Indigenous Psychology (Psikologi Indigenius). Metode penelitian kualitatif, yakni menggambarkan, menafsirkan konsepsi nilai-nilai adat pada masyarakat Minangkabau yang tergambar pepatah Minang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara studi kepustakaan (desk research) dan wawancara. Sumber studi kepustakaan adalah dari buku teks Adat Minangkabau yang diperolah dari anjungan Rumah Gadang Minangkabau di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; hasil kajian/penelitian sebelumnya, dan informasi yang relevan dari media massa daring. Wawancara dilakukan kepada Ketua Penasehat Organisasi Bundo Kanduang Kota Solok Sumatera Barat secara daring. Hasil menunjukan terdapat sepuluh nilai atau konsep pola hidup masyarakat Minang yang tertuang dalam pepatah minang yang melekat pada jati diri orang Minang yakni; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi-malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; setia; adil; hemat cermat; waspada; berani karena benar; arif bijaksana; rajin dan rendah hati. This research attempts to answer several problems which include: 1) How is the proposal for the Pangantan Ngindring tradition at the traditional wedding ceremony of the Sumbawa Nation in Moyo Hilir District, Sumbawa Regency, 2) The function of the Pangantan Ngindring Tradition in the traditional wedding ceremony of the Sumbawa people in Moyo Hilir District in the Regency Sumbawa, 3) How is the continuity of the Pangantan Ngindring tradition in the midst of community life in Moyo Hilir District. The purpose of this study is to describe the origin of the Pangantan Ngindring tradition at the traditional wedding ceremony of the Sumbawa Tribe in Moyo Hilir District, describe and analyze the function of Pangantan Ngindring in the traditional Sumbawa ethnic wedding ceremony in Moyo Hilir District and describe and analyze the continuity of the Pangantan Ngindring tradition in the midst of life. the people of Moyo Hilir sub-district. This research uses a qualitative research approach and is included in the type of descriptive research. The data collection methods used in this study are: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis which will provide a continuous picture from beginning to end in order to obtain a description of the Pangantan Ngindring tradition. In this study, checking the validity of the data using techniques: observation persistence, mode triangulation and theory triangulation, adequacy of references. This study found that the origin of the Pangantan Ngindring tradition was from the habits of the Sumbawa people, especially those in Moyo Hilir District, to match their children with family or relatives. Therefore, neither party knows each other. In order to avoid unwanted things in married life, such as quarrels or divorces, the Pangantan Ngindring tradition was held. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendreskripsikan asal usul tradisi Pangantan Ngindring pada upacara perkawinan adat, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fungsi Pangantan Ngindring pada upacara perkawinan adat serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kelangsungan tradisi Pangantan Ngindring ditengah kehidupan masyarakat kecamatan Moyo Hilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini pengecekan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan tehnik: ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi mode dan triangulasi teori, kecukupan referensi. Penelitian ini mendapat hasil bahwa asal usul tradisi Pangantan Ngindring adalah bermula dari kebiasaan masyarakat Sumbawa khususnya masyarakat yang berada di Kecamatan Moyo Hilir untuk menjodohkan anaknya dengan keluarga atau kerabat. Oleh karena itu kedua belah pihak tidak ada yang saling mengenal satu sama lain. Guna menghindari hal hal yang tidak diinginkan dalam kehidupan berumah tangga, misalnya seperti pertengkaran maupun perceraian, maka diadakanlah tradisi Pangantan Ngindring.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p> </p><p>Batik Tutur merupakan hasil pengembangan dari motif batik <em>Afkomstig Uit Blitar 1902</em>, warisan budaya masyarakat blitar pada masa lampau yang dikoleksi museum belanda. Saat ini batik tutur memiliki 15 motif dengan berbagai macam nama sesuai motif dan makna, nama pada setiap motif mengandung pesan moral atau pitutur yang ingin disampaikan Eddy Dewa sebagai pencipta motif kepada pemakainya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu latar belakang penciptaan batik tutur karya Eddy Dewa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dan pengolahan data. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, sedangkan pengolahan datanya menggunakan interaksi analisis,hasil analiss dari penelitian ini yang didapat adalah batik tutur memiliki fungsi sebagai sarung dengan pola motif yang sama dengan pola sarung yang memiliki tumpal tengah, dan makna yang terkandung merupakan intepratasi Eddy Dewa dalam memaknai lingkungan sekitar.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Kata kunci: </strong>Revitalisasi, Batik<strong> </strong><em>Afkomstig Uit Blitar</em>, Batik Tutur.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p> </p><p><em>Batik Tutur is the result of the development of batik motif Afkomstig Uit Blitar 1902. It is the cultural heritage of Blitar community in the past which was collected by the Dutch museum. Currently, batik </em>tutur<em> has 15 motifs with various names according to the motives and meanings. The name of each motif contains a moral mes-sage or a message that Eddy Dewa wishes to convey as the creator of the motif to the consumers. The purpose of this study is to know the background of batik </em>tutur<em> creation by Eddy Dewa. The research used is qualitative research methods with data collection and data processing. Data collection includes observation, interviews, and literature study, while the data processing uses interaction analysis. The results of this re-search tells that batik </em>tutur<em> has a function as a sarong with the same motif pattern as a sarong pattern that has a middle tumpal. <p>Mataram kingdom became part of the history of Kraton Yogyakarta, starting from the Giyanti agreement in 1755. Then Mataram kingdom was divided into two regions Solo and Yogyakarta. Each region was headed by one king. The title for the king's Solo palace is Pakubuwono, while the term for the king's palace in Yogyakarta is Hamengkubowono. One of the relics from the palace, which is still preserved until now is <em>blangkon</em>. <em>Blangkon</em> is used as a headgear by the people in the palace. Yogyakarta Blangkon style is different from Solo blangkon style, although this palace used to be one area. Blangkon have a specific pattern that is related to the lifestyle of Javanese community, especially people of the palace. Blangkon is considered as one of artifacts as it has a philosophy of characteristics and identity of Javanese community. This research used qualitative research in the form of literature study. The method used by the authors is by collecting data source: primary data and secondary data. Blangkon will be examined through the used patterns which is connected in the aesthetic paradox. Basically there are kinds of pattern which are called pattern two, three, four, and five. <p><em>Waqf has a function of worship activities, namely by holding our assets to be used in the way of Allah SWT which gives rewards throughout the ages will also have a social function which after the principal of the property is withheld, developed then after being developed will provide results that can be used by the people. This research aims to provide education about the role of waqf in development as well as how the role of waqf for the welfare of the people. This research uses qualitative research methods, data collection techniques using secondary data and using literature study. The results of this study show that waqf has an important role in providing the welfare of the people and waqf also has an important role in developing the country, this is evidenced by the role of waqf in the fields of education, health, economy and finance, technology and agriculture, where these fields are the pillars of development national.</em></p>

Abstract: Batik is an Indonesian cultural heritage in the form of various decorative patterns on a garment in a traditional way, passing the imprinting technique using batik wax to produce a motif. One of the motifs that is particularly interesting to be studied is the mok-ramok motif, which is derived from the word ramok that means ‘root’. This motif is unique because the root motif is actually not root-shaped, and it tends to have tiny and detailed root sizes. This is what underlies this research with the aim of analyzing the aesthetics of the mok-ramok batik motif, because essentially batik do not only have economic value but also beauty value. The aesthetic value contained in this motif is divided into two, namely extrinsic and intrinsic. Mok-ramok motifs have a lot of varieties, however, this study only focused on analyzing the three of them. They are the mok-ramok kembhang motif, the mok-ramok engser motif, and the mok-ramok kates motif. The data collection methods in this research were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results discover the aesthetic value of the mok-ramok kembhang motif, the mok-ramok engser motif, and the mok-ramok kates motif in terms of extrinsic and intrinsic values. Keywords: batik, batik motifs, mok-ramok, aesthetics Abstrak: Batik merupakan warisan budaya Indonesia dengan corak ragam hias yang dituangkan pada satu kain dengan cara tradisional, dengan melewati teknik percantingan menggunakan lilin batik sehingga menghasilkan suatu motif. Salah satu motif yang menarik perhatian untuk diteliti adalah motif mok-ramok yang memiliki arti ‘akar’ dari kata ramok. Motif ini memiliki banyak peminat dan memiliki keunikan yaitu motif akar yang tidak berbentuk akar dan cenderung memiliki ukuran akar yang sangat kecil dan detail. Hal tersebutlah yang melandasi penelitian ini dengan tujuan menganalisis estetika motif batik mok-ramok karena pada dasarnya karya batik tidak hanya memiliki nilai ekonomis tetapi juga memiliki nilai keindahan. Nilai estetika yang terkandung dalam motif mok-ramok terbagi menjadi dua yaitu nilai ekstrinsik dan nilai intrinsik. Motif mok-ramok memiliki jenis yang cukup banyak, akan tetapi dalam penelitian ini hanya menganalisis tiga motif yaitu motif mok-ramok kembhang, motif mok-ramok engser, dan motif mok-ramok kates. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui nilai estetika pada motif mok-ramok kembhang, motif mok-ramok engser, dan motif mok-ramok kates yang ditinjau dari nilai ekstrinsik dan nilai intrinsik. Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, and Bunut Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency. Petalangan tribe has various cultures in the traditions of life. A good introduction to cultural heritage by the next generation can strengthen the nation's tradition in responding to the increasingly severe challenges of the future in this era of globalization. Cultural heritage in the form of moral-spiritual inheritance, one of which is obtained and known through the tradition of belief in the traditional proverb that exists in the community. The traditional adage in the Petalangan community, among others, explains the perspective on community life. This study aims to describe the style of language in the customary proverb that is related to the perspective of life in society. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The data source used was the book entitled Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. There are 16 traditional proverbs used as data in this study, which then obtained 3 language styles based on sentence structure and 2 language styles based on meaning. By knowing and learning the style of language in this traditional proverb, the philosophy of life and aesthetic tastes of the people of Riau can be understood. Petalangan merupakan salah satu puak asli di Provinsi Riau yang bermukim di Kecamatan Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, dan Bunut, Kabupaten Pelalawan. Suku Petalangan ini memiliki beraneka kebudayaan dalam kehidupan. Pengenalan yang baik terhadap warisan kebudayaan oleh generasi penerus dapat memperteguh tradisi bangsa dalam menjawab tantangan masa depan yang semakin berat dalam era globalisasi ini. Warisan kebudayaan yang berupa warisan moral-spiritual, satu di antaranya didapatkan dan diketahui keyakinan terhadap pepatah adat yang ada pada masyarakat. Pepatah adat dalam masyarakat Petalangan antara lain menjelaskan cara pandang mengenai hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa di dalam pepatah adat yang berhubungan dengan cara pandang dalam hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah buku Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. Terdapat 16 pepatah adat yang dijadikan data dalam penelitian ini, yang kemudian diperoleh 3 gaya bahasa berdasarkan struktur kalimat dan 2 gaya bahasa berdasarkan makna. Dengan mengetahui dan mempelajari gaya bahasa dalam pepatah adat ini dapat dipahami filsafat hidup dan cita rasa estetika masyarakat Riau.

Pelayanan publik menjadi suatu tolok ukur kinerja pemerintah yang paling kasat mata. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan banyaknya tantangan yang harus dihadapi maka pelayanan publik harus diselaraskan dengan terobosan atau inovasi. Salah satu pelayanan publik yang perlu dioptimalkan adalah Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT). Oleh karena itu, Kantor Bersama Samsat Gresik membuat aplikasi yang diresmikan pada tanggal 14 Juli 2020 adalah SAMSAT RAME (Samsat Ramah Merakyat) yaitu sebuah aplikasi pelayanan pajak serta informasi terkait pengurusan perpanjangan masa berlaku surat tanda nomor kendaraan (STNK) bermotor. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana optimalisasi pelayanan Kantor Bersama Samsat Gresik melalui Inovasi Aplikasi Samsat Rame (Samsat Ramah Merakyat) sehingga mampu menjawab beberapa permasalahan pelayanan publik Teknik analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi literatur.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Samsat Ramah Merakyat (Samsat Rame) belum efisien karena input pelayanan masih memberatkan para pengguna jasa. Belum efektif karena tidak berhasil mencapai tujuan yang dikehendaki oleh penyelenggara. Serta kualitas hasil yang buruk dikarenakan faktor pendukung terkesan membuat aplikasi Samsat Rame di lakukan karena mendesak tanpa memikirkan jangka panjang. Sedangkan faktor penghambat lebih berpengaruh pada keberhentian inovasi Samsat Rame. Salah satu saran yang dapat diajukan yaitu meningkatkan sosialisasi dan promosi kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Gresik. Along with technological developments and the many challenges that must be faced, public services must be aligned with breakthroughs or innovations. One of the public services that need to be optimized is the One-Stop One-Stop Administration System (SAMSAT). Therefore, the Samsat Gresik Joint Office made an application that was inaugurated on July 14, 2020, namely SAMSAT RAME (Samsat Ramah Merakyat), which is a tax service application as well as information related to the extension of the validity period for motorized vehicle registration certificates (STNK). The purpose of this study is to find out how to optimize the services of the Samsat Gresik Joint Office through the Samsat Rame Application Innovation (Samsat Ramah Merakyat) so that it is able to answer several public service problems. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the Peoples Friendly Samsat application (Samsat Rame) is not efficient because service inputs are still burdensome for service users. Not yet effective because it failed to achieve the goals desired by the organizers. As well as the poor quality of results due to supporting factors that seem to make the Samsat Rame application done because it is urgent without thinking about the long term. While the inhibiting factor has more influence on the discontinuation of the Samsat Rame innovation. One of the suggestions that can be put forward is to increase socialization and promotion to the people of Gresik Regency. The focus of this research is designing buildings and spaces using the factors forming sense of place. The goalis to create a space that has aesthetic value, comfort, and can provide a sense of attachment between the userand the building so as to add value to residential, commercial, and public spaces. The methods used in thisdesign are observation and analysis, data collection, and literature study. From this method it was found thatthis design uses (1) fulfillment of the human senses, (2) forms of identity and (3) comfort, (4) pays attention tothe aesthetic side, so that (5) can design memory or experience in space or buildings. From this it is expectedto create a space that can support the self-actualization of its users. The results of this design obtained abuilding with the concept of fun and glass, where the building can support the concept of a boutique with anattractive window display and interior. The use of the forming factor of sense of place is also found in interioraesthetics, comfort with ergonomic furniture, and fulfillment of the human senses to form a sense of place.Spatial planning in building plans is also a method of solving problems and establishing comfortable spaces.By fulfilling the factors forming the sense of place, it is expected to form a sense of the user’s attachment tothe building.
