Pesantren and social value system is the result of constructing kiai's thoughts and social actions as an inseparable entity. This study aims to interpret the role and social action of kiai Moh Hasan, both as a fighter (al-haiah al-jihaadi li'izzi al-Islaami wal muslimin) in the community as well as guidance and guidance for the community (al-haiah al ta 'awuny wa al takafuly wal al ittijaahi) and teaching in educational institutions (al-haiah al ta'lim wa al-tarbiyah), significantly contributes greatly to the social realities of society in Indonesia. Portrait of central figure kiai Moh Hasan can not be separated from the depth of his field of Islamic science, simplicity, kezuhudan, struggle, sincerity and generosity. This view, not only recognized among the people around the boarding school, students and colleagues, but also spread in some areas in Indonesia. The fame of kiai Moh Hasan among scholars, habaib and society has many karamah and some other privileges, not even a few from the social recognition of kiai Moh Hasan Genggong, because the kiai are believed to have closeness with God, thus perceived as auliya'Allah. Thus the role and social actions of the kiai above, gave birth to the value system, so as to influence and move the social action of other individuals. The internalization of the aforementioned values becomes social capital in building a spiritual-based transformative leadership, as a strong leadership model and conducts various changes in the social field, by transforming the value of the ethical values.

Abstrack. As one of the scholars of the hadramain who played an important role in the development of islamic education in the eastern region of Indonesia, It is important to understand how the thinking and role of sayyid, the iraniacal bin salim aljufri, especially in the tower of the thousand churches, the city of manado. When Indonesia is beset by two themes of political persecution, fierce debate over islamic relations and countries between "secular" and religious nationalists, and the struggle between the hadrami of loyalty and integrity against the land between Indonesia or hadramaut. As one of the scholars of hadrami in the eastern region of Indonesia (kti), the old teacher did not get caught up in the political ideology of the political ideology, focusing on the movement: education, the preaching work, and the social empowerment, to the establishing of an alkhairaat islamic college in 1930. In 1934, the old master sent one of his disciples, muhammad qasim maragau for the preaching of the manado. In 1947 the official alkhairaat opened a branch in the town of manado, north sulawesi, to the rest of the istiqlal (Arab village), the following year in 1960 became a boarding school. From 1960 to 1996 the number of islamic islamic educational institutions of alkhairaate in sulut including manado steadily rises up to 167 branches, 2 of which is a boarding school located in the city of manado.Keywords:Guru Tua, Alkhairaat,Thought, role, Manado Abstrak. Sebagai salah satu ulama hadramain yang berperan penting terhadap perkembangan pendidikan Islam di Kawasan Timur Indonesia, penting kiranya untuk memahami bagaimana pemikiran dan peran Sayyid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri khususnya di wilayah Menara Seribu Gereja, Kota Manado. Ketika Indonesia dilanda oleh dua tema diskursus politik yang terjadi, yaitu perdebatan sengit tentang hubungan Islam dan negara antara kaum nasionalis “sekuler” dan nasionalis religious, dan pergumulan di kalangan Hadrami tentang loyalitas dan integritas terhadap tanah air antara Indonesia atau Hadramaut. Sebagai salah ulama Hadrami di wilayah Kawasan Timur Indonesia (KTI), Guru Tua tidak terjebak pada perdebatan ideologi politik tersebut, justru memfokuskan diri pada gerakan: pendidikan, dakwah, dan pemberdayaan sosial, hingga mendirikan sebuah perguruan Islam Alkhairaat pada tahun 1930. Pada tahun 1934, Guru Tua kemudian mengutus salah seorang muridnya, Muhammad Qasim Maragau untuk berdakwah ke Manado.Pada tahun 1947, Alkhairaat resmi membuka cabang di Kota Manado, Sulawesi Utara, tepatnya di Kelurahan Istiqlal (kampung Arab), yang selanjutnya pada tahun 1960 berkembang menjadi sebuah pondok pesantren. Sejak tahun 1960 hingga 1996 jumlah lembaga pendidikan Islam Alkhairaat di Sulut termasuk Manado terus meningkat hingga menjadi 167 cabang, 2 diantaranya adalah pondok pesantren yang berlokasi di kota Manado.Kata kunci: Guru Tua, Alkhairaat, Pemikiran, Peran, Manado.

Upaya pengembangan kerajinan eceng gondok di Gorontalo sebagai sektor unggulan harus dilandasi oleh karakteristik yang meliputi potensi dan permasalahan. Namun, data tentang karakteristik kerajinan belum tersedia secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali unsur-unsur kerajinan eceng gondok Gorontalo untuk mengungkap potensi dan permasalahan yang ada. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif model studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, tes, dan studi pustaka. Data dianalisis secara interaktif melalui seleksi dan pengkodean, kategorisasi, penyajian data dan diskusi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerajinan eceng gondok Gorontalo memiliki karakteristik aspek: pengrajin, teknologi produksi, produk, dan distribusi yang mencerminkan potensi dan permasalahan yang ada. Karakteristik pengrajin adalah ahli dalam keterampilan produksi tetapi lemah dalam inovasi desain. Ciri khas teknologi produksi adalah potensi ketersediaan bahan baku dan cara kerja yang sistematis. Tetap saja, ini bermasalah dalam modernisasi peralatan produksi dan pembagian kerja. Karakteristik dari segi produk adalah potensinya dalam keragaman produk tetapi masalah dalam standarisasi ukuran dan ergonomis. Ciri-ciri dari aspek distribusi meliputi potensi dalam memasarkan produk dengan berbagai cara tetapi terdapat masalah dalam promosi dan peningkatan citra sosial produk. Temuan ini bisa dijadikan acuan untuk merumuskan konsep pengembangan kerajinan eceng gondok Gorontalo secara tepat atau sejenisnya. Characteristics of Gorontalo Water Hyacinth Craft Art  Abstract: Efforts to develop water hyacinth craft in Gorontalo as a leading sector must be based on characteristics that include potential and problems. However, data on the characteristics of crafts are not yet available comprehensively. This study aims to explore the characteristics of Gorontalo water hyacinth craft to uncover the potential and problems. The study used qualitative methods of case study models. The data were collected through observation, interviews, testing, and literature study. Data were analyzed interactively through selection and coding, categorization, data display and discussion, and conclusions. The results showed that Gorontalo water hyacinth craft has characteristics in aspects: crafters, production technology, products, and distribution that reflect the potential and problems. The characteristics of the crafters are experts in production skills but weak in design innovation. The characteristic of production technology is the potential in the availability of raw materials and systematic work methods. However, it is problematic in the modernization of production equipment and the division of labor. A characteristic in terms of products is its potential in product diversity but problems in standardizing size and ergonomics. The characteristics of the distribution aspect include the potential in marketing products in various ways but problems in the promotion and improvement of the social image of the product. This finding can be used as a reference to formulating the concept of developing Gorontalo water hyacinth craft appropriately or other similar crafts.

da'wah in Indonesia. In addition, Islamic boarding schools are defined as sustainable ritual institutions, moral development institutions, as covering Islamic Education. It is also as social institutions that have experienced various life variations; which is adjusted to the burden of growth of the community in the midst of the pesantren. This research is intended to describe the history  and the social changes of the  communities of the Al-Ishlah Sidamulya Astanajapura Cirebon Islamic Boarding School. It is also to describe the role of the Boarding School in fostering the lives of the community around the pesantren. This study uses historical history studies. The results of this study indicated that the Al-Ishlah Sidamulya Islamic Boarding School is one of the pesantren which has an important role in matters relating to the Sidamulya community; in religious, educational, social and economic fields of the communities. The social changes happen in the communities are malima activity (the thief, main, madat, mabok, madon) changed to salima (shubuh, dhuhur, ashar, maghrib and isya). In addition, planting the values of Islam to show the real Muslim through routine tarikat (Tijaniyah), activities of manakiban, tahlilan and tadarrusan.

Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) as islamic educational institution in general organizes and designs curriculum that able to avoid its students from sexual behavior that contrast to the islamic values, as well as in pesantren or after graduating from pesantren. One of the effort of pesntren to reach such goal among them are by organizing the relationship between sexs and to separate its students according to the sexs. Students are faced to the situation that different at all with the actual reality. Some aspects are regarded can direct to the social contact between sexs are controlled. The question appears about how the influence of the sexs separation (single sex-pesantren) to the student sexual development, as they coming out from that pesantren and must face the actual reality, which heterogenous, uncontrollabe and different at all with the relaity that experienced in pesantren.

Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School is a combination of Religion and general science. This Islamic boarding school still maintains its traditional system by using the method of sorogan and wetonan in carrying out the process of its education system especially in the study of classical books while the quality of education in the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School is quite good. Educational programs in the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School, namely formal education programs including Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), non-formal education in the form of diniyah education for 6 years for SD/MI graduates and 3-year program for graduates MTs. The social program includes preaching and social activities of students. One of the factors supporting the implementation of the education system in the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School which is urgent and important is the building. From year to year, Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School experienced a development starting with buying land or land until now it has become a building that can be occupied and to study Islam. The inhibiting factor in the implementation of the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School is the most urgent matter in terms of dormitory because, with the increasing number of students, a large place for students to live or live is needed.

This research included in the research field (Field Resarch) is descriptive qualitative. As for informants here are 5 parents who have a child from a year 13-18 categorized 5 naughty teen teenager, 5 religious figures, public figures, 5 1 the head Lurah and 1 Chair RT. Whereas the collection of data in this study using the method observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The analysis in this study uses data reduction techniques, presentation of data and verification.The study found that factors what causes juvenile delinquency in Lebak Mulyo Subdistrict Kemuning Palembang of which is the lack of attention to the elderly, the social environment is not good friends, hanging out and economic factors and efforts are being made to overcome parents ' juvenile delinquency in Lebak Mulyo Subdistrict Kemuning Palembang was by way of educating his son well, send in the religious school, giving Religious lessons, put his son in boarding school. Efforts are being made to overcome Neighborhood Party juvenile delinquency in Lebak Mulyo Subdistrict Kemuning Palembang was a teenager was given a briefing on religion, enlightenment, an appeal from Mr. RT so that people do not commit crimes khususya teens, created karangtaruna, futsal, sports programs are given the training, given the students if a less capable, given the youth, given the direction of religion, given the job that generates its own income and old people continued to flee into a more well, there should be a study of religious education, further enhance karang taruna, recitation and Assembly.

<p><em>This study is titled the method of planting social value in santri at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School RW 02, Sidorejo sub-district, Salatiga city in 2018. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with 45 research subjects as kyai and santri. Data was collected by observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the method of planting social values used was the Sorogan and Bandongan methods. The embedded social values include discipline, empathy, respect, caring, and tolerance. The social responsibility nowadays is the company’s response to the environmental and social aspects. It is based on the determination of government regulations in Article 74 of Act Number 40 Year 2007 on Limited Liability Companies. The implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (the so called CSR) program presently is not only as a social responsibility but also as a core of marketing strategy in growing or maintaining the image of the company. Even the results of research conducted by Roper Search Worldwide explained that as much as about 66% of respondents are ready to change brands to the companies that have a positive social image in the form of CSR program. Therefore, this research has an objective to determine the influence of CSR program against the image of the company.This research uses a quantitative approach which has result in a clear and definite conclusion. The findings concluded that the variables of Corporate Social Responsibility (X3) are significantly takes effect and has the most dominant influence with the result t tcount of 4.701 with the significance t of 0.000. Meanwhile, CSR Goals with tcount of 2.552 with significance t of 0.013 have significant influence. While CSR Issue has no significant influence with tcount of -0.411 with significance t of 0.682.
