 This study aims to analyze the implementation of employer branding implemented by PT Astra International. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive type. The object of this research is Employer Branding. The results of the study provide information that innovation is the main key for PT. Astra International to survive in this competitive era, innovation is always supported by companies. Support is provided through the provision of innovation development platforms in the form of internal competition. In addition to the employer branding program implemented through internal employees, the employer branding program in the education pillar is carried out not only for universities, but also for all levels of education. The conclusion of this study is Employer Branding at PT. Astra International is implemented seriously and deeply because of the goals of the company's Employer Branding. PT Astra International has a strategic framework of "Winning Concept, Winning System & Winning Team", Astra is trying to improve the quality of Astra's people so that they can contribute and develop themselves to the maximum.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi employer branding yang dterapkan oleh PT Astra International. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah Employer Branding. Hasil penelitian memberikan informasi bahwa inovasi merupakan kunci utama bagi PT. Astra International  untuk tetap bertahan di era kompetitif ini, maka inovasi merupakan hal yang selalu didukung oleh perusahaan. Dukungan yang diberikan melalui penyediaan wadah pengembangan inovasi dalam bentuk kompetisi internal. Selain program employer branding yang diterapkan melalui karyawan internal, program employer branding dalam pilar pendidikan dilakukan tidak hanya untuk perguruan tinggi, tetapi juga ke seluruh jenjang pendidikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Employer Branding pada PT. Astra International  diterapkan secara sungguh-sungguh dan mendalam karena tujuan dari Employer Branding perusahaan. PT Astra International memiliki kerangka strategis "Winning Concept, Winning System & Winning Team", Astra berusaha meningkatkan kualitas insan Astra sehingga mampu berkontribusi dan mengembangkan diri dengan maksimal.

This study aims to determine the impact of business planning for the development of MSMEs. The research method uses is a qualitative method with a descriptive and explorative descriptive approach. From the results of the research conducted, the results show that proper business planning and the application of a good marketing strategy have a positive impact on the sustainability of MSME activities. In addition, the quality of production that has a competitive advantage is also one of the driving factors. For the development of MSMEs, there are several obstacles faced, especially related to capital and guidance from the local government. With the development of MSMEs, it is expected to improve people's welfare, including helping the government in reducing unemployment.

Abstract This study aims to describe the implementation of learning supervision by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang Regency viewed from aspects: 1. Planning learning supervision, 2. Implementation of learning supervision, 3. The relationship between planning and implementing learning supervision. Supervision of Madrasah Principal Learning is basically a servant activity for teachers conducted by madrasah principals for coaching teachers especially to improve the quality of learning. As an impact of increasing the quality of learning can certainly also increase student learning achievement and that means increasing the quality of madrasah graduates themselves. So that supervision of learning of teachers is expected to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the teacher's pedagogical competence can increase. The research method used by researchers in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher describes and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of learning supervision conducted by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of learning supervision has been effective because the headmaster of madrasas when supervising learning refers to the planning program that has been created to improve teacher pedagogical competence. Key words: Learning Supervision, Madrasah Head Learning Supervision, Teacher's Pedagogical Competencies   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Kabupaten Karawang dilihat dari aspek: 1. Perencanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 2. Pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 3. Hubungan antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran. Supervisi Pembelajaran Kepala Madrasah pada dasarnya suatu kegiatan pelayan untuk guru yang dilakukan kepala madrasah untuk pembinaan kepada guru khususnya agar kualitas pembelajarannya meningkat. Sebagai dampak meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran tentu dapat meningkat pula prestasi belajar siswa dan itu berarti meningkatlah kualitas lulusan madrasah itu sendiri. Sehingga supervisi pembelajaran terhadap guru diharapkan dapat terlaksana secara berkelanjutan agar kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran sudah efektif karena kepala madrasah ketika melakukan supervisi pembelajaran mengacu pada program perencanaan yang sudah di buat untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Abstrak Persaingan di bidang industri pariwisata semakin ketat. Perubahan-perubahan di era distruptif ini mau tidak mau akan memaksa organisasi untuk terus menemukan inovasi-inovasi baru untuk tetap bersaing dengan organisasi lain. Salah satu organisasi di bidang jasa pariwisata adalah kampung tulip. Kampung tulip terletak di daerah ciwasta, Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan masukan-masukan/rekomendasi bagi pengelola objek wisata setelah peneliti melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di kawasan tersebut sebagai bagian dari kewajiban perguruan tinggi untuk melakuakan Tri Dharma Pendidikan. Metode penelitian disini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan merekomendasikan penerapan ISO 9001:2015 secara bertahap sesuai dengan kemampuan organisasi, dan penerapan dimensi kualitas jasa servqual bagi pegawai di objek wisata kampung tulip. Dan diharapkan dengan diterapkannya ke dua rekomendasi tersebut akan mampu memberikan pengalaman lebih pada pengunjung dan pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kepuasan dan word of mouth.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, ISO 9001, Kampung TulipAbstractCompetition in the tourism industry is getting tougher. The results of the research that has been done ISO 9001: 2015 gradually in accordance with the ability of the organization, and the quality dimensions servqual services for employees in the tulip village tourist attraction. ABSTRACTThe Influence of Service Quality of Dewi Sri Farmer’s Cooperative and theFarmer’s Work Productivity on the Welfare of Farmer’s at the Subak ofSengempel, Bongkasa Village, Sub-District of Abiansemal, Badung RegencyFarmer’s cooperative as a facilitator in improving welfare, the quality ofservice would be an important part in order to always be the selection of farmers toobtain the required product. The farmer’s cooperative is expected to provide the bestservices in order to achieve the welfare of farmers. An improved labor productivity offarmers as a source of income will have implications for the welfare of farmers. Thestudy objective was to determine the effect of service quality of the farmer’scooperative on the welfare of farmers at Subak of Sengempel.The research method used descriptive qualitative method. Total respondentswas 151 members of farmer’s cooperative taken by proportional random sampling.Data were analyzed using inferential statistics (SEM-PLS).The results showed that the quality of service of the farmer’s cooperative andthe farmer’s work productivity positively and very significantly effect on the welfareof farmers. Quality of services of the farmer’s cooperative positively and verysignificantly effect on the productivity of farmers. Quality of services of the farmer’scooperative has an influence in reaching the welfare of farmers, both directly andthrough the work productivity of farmers. The farmer’s cooperative should furtherimprove its reliability by serving members on time. The farmers of the Subak ofSengempel should increase the labor productivity by increasing the quantity of labor,especially by increasing the number of main harvests. The Local Government throughthe relevant departments should further improve coaching, training and monitoringof the services of the farmer’s cooperative and improving agricultural extensionprograms.Keywords: service, productivity, farmers, welfare.

The performance of employee's efficiency and productivity considered as significant indicators to determine competitiveness and productivity for institutions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the threats of efficiency and productivity among the employees in the Jordanian public institutions. The research method used is qualitative method by performing a semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions for (40) employees in the Jordanian public institutions. The results of the study show that threats of efficiency and productivity in public institutions employees are poor skill level, non-provision for rewards and appreciation, unawareness of latest project management techniques, prolonged purchase procedures, trade-off in cost and quality of equipment, rework and quality issues and distance between workplace and house. Formal, specialized and modified productivity improvement model recommended overcoming on these threats.

<p><em>The development of technology in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 has a comprehensive impact into aspects of life, one of which is in the learning of history. The use of electronic media for historical learning needs has begun to be encouraged in various schools. Conventional historical learning is usually still one-way, or in other words still teaching oriented. Thus with the development of technology and to meet the needs of the times, learning media needs to be used in order to improve the quality of learning. In addition, with the use of learning media, it is expected that students have an interest in participating more in historical learning. This research tries to review the use of digital comic learning media in the subjects of Indonesian History in class X- MIA 3 senior high school Al-Izzah Kota Batu. The research method used a descriptive qualitative method.</em></p>

This study raises the theme of the values ​​of Moral-Based Moral Education in the Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah Islamic Boarding School of Al-Manshur Popongan Klaten. The research method used is qualitative method, using the one used is phenomenology, the subject is the Murshid of the Naqshabandiyah Khalidiyah Order, the Naqshyabandiyah Khalidiyah Congregation and religious figures around the popongan Islamic boarding school, analyzing the data using structured analysis methods, monitoring, and triangulation of data. The results of his research are: 1) Moral Education in the Procession of Suluk Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah Boarding School Al-Manshur Popongan Klaten. Based on the content of the requirements and the harmony of the above, that in the procession of suluk it takes the values ​​of moral education that is able to improve the quality of human beings to be perfect beings. And in it there are morals towards Allah SWT, Teachers, Students and Fellow. The implementation of suluk can also be actualized in social life, 2) Values ​​of moral education in the Suluk Naqsyabandiyah Kholidiyah pesantren Al-Mansur Boarding School in Klongan. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the quality of service for issuing micro business license recommendations and their constraints at the Lae Parira sub-district office, Dairi Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, which is a method that only describes situations and events that aims to systematically describe the characteristics of a population or certain fields in a factual and accurate manner without looking for or explaining a relationship. The results of the study found that the quality of service for issuing recommendations for micro business licenses at the Lae Parira District Office of Dairi Regency was still not good. This can be seen from the complaints of the public or micro business actors who require licensing recommendations so that the general public has a negative view or picture of the agency. The constraint factors faced in improving the quality of services for issuing recommendations for micro business licenses are: the presence of officers who seek to obtain personal benefits from the licensing recommendation service process, employees do not try to avoid a negative public image of the institution so that many people are reluctant to deal with business administration, and lack of employee commitment to improving service quality so that employees tend to prioritize personal matters over service work to the community

This study aims to determine the role of knowledge sharing in order to improve the quality of human resources. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive explorative approach. From the results of the research conducted, the results show that the quality of human resources can be increased not only through formal education but can also be done through knowledge sharing among fellow employees and also received support from management, especially related to motivation, appreciation, and career path. With the sharing of knowledge, it will increase innovation and creativity of employees so that production can be improved and have high competitiveness so that it affects consumers' interest in buying woven products produced by craftsmen in Majalaya, Bandung Regency.
