Along with the times, humans gradually growing too. This different time which is the main holder of changes in human nature that unconsciously causing many things, like in social terms. Technology, economy, knowledge, safety, social level, and place become a factor that affect human’s social changes. These social changes can refer to individualistic and do not care about the surrounding environment, so empathy seems to never be heard agin in this era, especially in urban. Empathy includes the ability to feel the emotional statre of others, feel sympathetic and try to slove problems, and take other people’s perspective (Baron & Byrne, 2004),. While the fact from recent studies have shown that empathy in a person is becoming increasingly rare, as many as 65 percent of people do not care or lose empathy (Daily Mail, 2019). Though empathy itself is important according to Graaff et al (2014) where empathy which underlines the importance of ability, behavior and a very important role in the development of moral and prosocial. The reduced level of empathy in urban is a major factor for designers to design a Pegadungan Empathy Development a place that can maintain and develop empathy through the phemomenology approach using human senses, as a training to feel the emotions of others through architectural space, one of them by labyrinth. The method project from Juhani Pallasmaa theories “An Architecture of Seven Sense” and “The Eyes of The Skin: Architecture and Sense” and through data collection from DKI Jakarta BPS, scientific journals, e-books, survey, interview and questionnaires, and local society needs analysis. With this, this project expected that empathy can be felt and maintained at any time, with a design in accordance with the characteristic of empathy.Keywords:  empathy; labyrinth; Pegadungan; phenomenology; sense AbstrakSeiring perkembangan zaman, manusia semakin berkembang pula. Perubahan sifat manusia menjadi pemegang kunci utama yang tanpa disadari menimbulkan salah satunya dalam hal sosial. Teknologi, ekonomi, pengetahuan, keamanan, tingkat sosial, dan tempat menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan sosial manusia. Perubahan sosial tersebut seperti manusia yang individualis dan tidak peduli terhadap lingkungan sekitar, sehingga kata empati seakan tidak ada saat ini, terutama di daerah perkotaan. Empati termasuk kemampuan untuk merasakan keadaan emosional orang lain, merasa simpatik dan mencoba menyelesaikan masalah, dan mengambil perspektif orang lain (Baron & Byrne, 2004). Faktanya, studi terbaru menunjukan rasa empati dalam diri seseorang semakin langka, sebanyak 65% orang bersikap tidak peduli atau kehilangan empati (Daily mail, 2019). Padahal empati merupakan hal penting menurut Graaff dkk, (2014), empatilah yang menggaris bawahi pentingnya kemampuan, tingkah laku dan sebuah peran yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan moral dan perilaku prososial. Menurutnya tingkat empati masyarakat di kota besar menjadi faktor utama bagi perancang untuk merancang sebuah Wadah Pengembangan Empati Pegadungan yang dapat menjaga maupun mengembangkan rasa empati tersebut melalui pendekatan fenomenologi indera manusia, sebagai wadah pelatihan untuk merasakan emosi sesama melalui ruang arsitektur, salah satunya pada labirin. Proyek ini menggunakan metode dari teori Juhani Pallasmaa “An architecture of seven sense” dan “The eyes of the skin: architecture and sense” dan melalui pengumpulan data dari BPS DKI Jakarta, jurnal ilmiah, e-book, survei, wawancara dan kuisioner, serta analisis kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar. Dengan ini diharapkan rasa empati tetap terasa dan terjaga sampai kapanpun, dengan desain sesuai dengan karakteristik empati.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang, dan mengetahui bagaimana hasil kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara.Hasil Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja santri di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang yang diawali dengan pengolaan dalam bentuk fungsi perencanaan dan operasional yang baru.Terutama pengrekrutan jajaran assatidz yang berdedikasi dan berpendidikan tinggi masuk ke pondok pesantren pagelaran II. Sehingga keberlangsungan pesantren akan berinovasi dan pengendalian selalu sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia di pondok pesantren pagelaran II sumedang telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan dalam upaya menyiapkan insan kamil. ABSTRAK It aims to know how to implementation of human resources management hut pesantren by fire ii, and find out How did santri's performance result in the pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, a documentary study and debriefing. This study found that human resource management's role in optimizing santri's performance in pondok pesantren pagelaran 2 Sumedang. That begin with processing in the form of new planning and operational functions. Particularly recruits for the dedicated, highly educated assatidz went into the pagelaran 2 Sumedang. So martial arts have continued to innovate and control always conforms to the development of The Times. So it is inadmissible that the human resources management at pesantren pagelaran 2 sumedang has been well run and show that is successful in preparing for the perfect human being.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskanbagaimana kematian Putri Diana direpresentasikan oleh The Daily Mail dalam artikelartikelpemberitaannya melalui dimensi tekstual dan juga memaparkan cara pandang TheDaily Mail sebagai pelaku media konspirasi pada praktik kerjanya terkait berita kematianPutri Diana dalam dimensi sosiokultural. Objek penelitian ini adalah The Daily Mail, salahsatu tabloid harian terbesar di Inggris. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahmetode kualitatif, analisis deskriptif. Penulis menggunakan teori analisis wacana kritisFairclough (1995), disertai dengan beberapa teori pendukung lainnya, seperti teori klausasebagai representasi Halliday (2004), teori konspirasi Feaster (2008), Birchall (2006),Barkun (2003), Hodapp dan von Kannun (2008). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa representasi kematian Putri Diana dalam dimensi tekstual didapat melalui prosesmaterial, proses mental, proses relasional, proses verbal, dan proses eksistensial yangterdapat dalam artikel-artikel The Daily Mail. Sementara itu, cara pandang The Daily Mailsebagai pelaku media konspirasi atas berita kematian Putri Diana didapat melalui prosestataran sosial, tataran institusional, tataran sosial pada dimensi praktik sosiokultural.Kata Kunci: Transitivitas, Analisis Wacana Kritis, Media konspirasi.ABSTRACTThis thesis is entitled “The Media Conspiracy Behind the Death of Diana, Princessof Wales: A Study of Critical Discourse Analysis”. This thesis is aimed to describe therepresentation of Princess Diana’s death and The Daily Mail’s perspective as a mediaconspiracy actor through textual and sociocultural dimension. The object of this thesis isThe Daily Mail, one of the widest national daily newspapers in England. The method that isused in this thesis is a qualitative method, a descriptive analytic method. The writer uses thecritical discourse analysis theory of Fairclough (1995) and some other supported theories,such as clause as representation theory by Halliday (2004), the conspiracy theory by Feaster(2008), Birchall (2006), Barkun (2003), Hodapp and von Kannun (2008). The result of thisresearch shows that the representation in textual dimension that appear on Princess Diana’sdeath is derived from material process, mental process, relational process, verbal process, andexistential process. While The Daily Mail’s perspective on Princess Diana’s death is derivedfrom situational level, institutional level and social level of sociocultural practice dimension.Keywords: Transitivity, Critical Discourse Analysis, Media Conspiracy.

Abstract:This study aims to discuss the meaning and interrelationship Mantra Siraman Air Sedudo. The meaning and interrelationship between spells to know the meaning contained in the mantra for the life of Nganjuk people. This research uses qualitative method, to know the meaning and relevance of water sprinkle Sedudo mantra. Data collection techniques used in knowing the Mantras Air Sedudo text is by observing or visiting direct informants who know about the spell text. The results of this study show that 1) The meaning of the Siraman Air Sedudo has a deep and strong meaning. 2) The interrelationship between the spells of one another are interconnected and inseparable. 3) Mantra Siraman Air Sedudo continues to grow and be maintained until today, although the development of the times continues. Mantra Siraman Air Sedudo has three mantras such as: 1) Pangkur Singgah-Singgah, 2) Dandang Rahayu Sugar, and 3) Wirangrong. The three mantras used are related to one another. The above three spells concerning human relationships with the Creator and the life, death, sustenance, and luck of society. Air Sedudo spell is used to keep the citizens of Nganjuk from bad things and get good things.Keywords: Mean, Mantra Siraman Air Sedudo, Mantra  interconnection   Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas makna dan keterkaitan antar mantra Siraman Air Sedudo. Makna dan keterkaitan antar mantra untuk mengetahui makna yang terkandung dalam mantra tersebut bagi kehidupan masyarakat Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, untuk mengetahui makna dan relevansi dari mantra Siraman Air Sedudo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam mengetahui teks mantra Siraman Air Sedudo adalah dengan observasi atau mengunjungi langsung narasumber yang mengetahui mengenai teks mantra siraman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Makna mantra Siraman Air Sedudo memiliki arti dalam dan kuat. 2) Keterkaitan antar mantra satu dan lainya saling berhubungan dan tidak dapat dipisahkan. 3) Mantra Siraman Air Sedudo tetap berkembang dan dijaga hingga saat ini, meskipun perkembangan zaman terus berlangsung. Mantra Siraman Air Sedudo memiliki tiga mantra seperti : 1)Pangkur Singgah-Singgah, 2)Dandang Gula Rahayu, dan 3) Wirangrong. Ketiga mantra yang digunakan memiliki keterkaitan antara satu dengan yang lain. Ketiga mantra di atas mengenai hubungan manusia dengan Sang Pencipta serta hidup, mati, rezeki, dan kemujuran masyarakat. Mantra siraman Air Sedudo digunakan untuk menjaga keselamatan warga Nganjuk dari hal yang buruk dan mendapatkan hal-hal yang baik.Kata-kata kunci: Makna, Mantra Siraman Air Sedudo, Keterkaitan mantra

ABSTRAK Nathasya Wiguna, Marketing Public Relations Melalui Instagram Screamous (Analisis Deskriptif pada Instagram @Screamous_55) Media sosial Instagram media dan seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, Instagram menjadi salah satu media sosial yang cukup diminati untuk kepentingan komunikasi pemasaran, dengan ciri khasnya mengedepankan pesan visual dan audio visual dengan interaktivitas yang tinggi. Marketing Public Relations Instagram Screamous menjadikan instagram sebagai media atau saluran dalam berbisnis salah satunya di bidang fashion. Screamous dalam hal ini memiliki peran aktif dalam mengelola dan menginformasikan sebuah produk melalui media online.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meraih penyampaian informasi, mengenalkan brand dan produk serta menerapkan bangga akan produk lokal dengan menciptakan opini yang menguntungkan dan berhasilnya pemasaran. Selain itu bertujuan untuk mengetahui pull strategi dalam menarik minat konsumen terhadap konsumen, dengan push strategi yang mendorong berhasilnya pemasaran dan menggunakan pass strategi dalam memberikan opini yang menguntungkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis desktiptif dan menerapkan paradigma konstruktivisme, kemudian teknik yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data, observasi partisipatori pasif, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah : menentukan lokasi penelitian, menentukan metode penelitian, menentukan pemilihan informan, menentukan sumber dan jenis data, menentukan teknik pengumpulan data serta mengolah dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam mengenalkan dan mempertahankan brand lokal, dalam menunjang berhasilnya pemasaran. Screamous mengajak kepada para konsumen menyatukan suatu pemahaman bahwa sebagai warga negara yang baik, harus bangga akan produk lokal atau produk  dalam negeri. Marketing Public Relations Melalui Instagram Screamous dalam mempromosikan suatu produk terdiri dari Pull Strategy dalam menarik minat melalui campaign di produk atau barang Screamous dan melakukan kegiatan promosi melalui media online, dan media sosial. In addition, it aims to find out the pull strategies in attracting consumer interest to consumers, with push strategies that encourage successful marketing and use pass strategies in providing favorable opinions. The method used in this study is qualitative with descriptive analysis approach and applying the constructivism paradigm, then the techniques used in this study are data collection techniques, passive participatory observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. This research was carried out through steps: determining the location of the study, determining the research method, determining the selection of informants, determining the source and type of data, determining the data collection techniques and processing and analyzing data. The results of this study indicate that in introducing and maintaining a local brand, in supporting the success of marketing. Screamous invites consumers to unite an understanding that as a good citizen, they must be proud of local products or domestic products. Marketing Public Relations Through Instagram Screamous in promoting a product consists of Pull Strategy in attracting interest through campaigns on Screamous products or goods and conducting promotional activities through online media, and social media. Push Strategy Screamous through special events, such as kickfest, expo in encouraging marketing success. In the last several years, marriage and family patterns among the Kucong Lahu of Jinping County, Yunnan, have changed significantly due to rapid economic and social changes all over China. Based on ethnographic research in Lu Village, this article explores the current “escape” migration behavior of married Lahu women. They used migration as a strategy to escape patriarchal husbands, families, and local society. This paper describes a paradox between the autonomy of women's individual actions and the inability to escape the system even when on “escapes.” This sort of “escape” strategy cannot ultimately change the gender inequality and social status.

However, EQ good can determine thesuccess of individuals in learning achievement in building a successful career, and can reducethe aggressiveness, especially among teenagers purpose of this study was to determinewhether there is a relationship of emotional intelligence toward student learning achievementProdi DIII Midwifery Curup Semester II and IV. This research was conducted in the ProdiDIII Midwifery Curup from July to August 2016, with the number of respondents, thisresearch is descriptive analytic, data collection using a scale based on the theory of emotionalintelligence Daniel Goleman; to measure student achievement used methods of examinationof documents by the second half saw the value of IP, IV and population II and IV semesterstudent, taken by total population, the data was analyzed by univariate and bivariate. Theresults of the analysis of experimental data showed correlation coefficient of 0.635 with p0.005 (<0.05), the Ha accepted. This means that there is a significant relationship betweenemotional intelligence and academic achievement of students Prodi DIII Midwifery Curup IIand IV semester of 2016. To develop and optimize the emotional intelligence plays a role instudent success both in school and in the surrounding environment, it is recommended to thecampus, especially the lecturer-dosenagar incorporate elements emosioal intelligence inpresenting the material as well as the emotions involved in the learning process

Abstract. Places can be characterized by the ways that people interact with them, such as the times of day certain place types are frequented, or how place combinations contribute to urban structure. Intuitively, schools are most visited during work day mornings and afternoons, and are more likely to be near a recreation center than a nightclub. These temporal and spatial signatures are so specific that they can often be used to categorize a particular place solely by its interaction patterns. Today, numerous commercial datasets and services are used to access required information about places, social interaction, news, and so forth. As these datasets contain information about millions of the same places and the related services support tens of millions of users, one would expect that analysis performed on these datasets, e.g., to extract data signatures, would yield the same or similar results. Interestingly, this is not always the case. This has potentially far reaching consequences for researchers that use these datasets. In this work, we examine temporal and spatial signatures to explore the question of how the data acquiring cultures and interfaces employed by data providers such as Google and Foursquare, influence the final results. We approach this topic in terms of biases exhibited during service usage and data collection.

This concluding chapter turns to developments in the bencao tradition after the fall of Qing China and considers the broader implications of this study on modern China. It asserts that while the making of the bencao pharmacopeia had long faded from the government-sponsored cultural stage, the power of pharmaceutical objecthood endured in less centralized expressions. The popularization of pharmaceutical culture mirrored the efforts of local communities’ efforts to reclaim moral agency in the wake of the traumatic Taiping Wars (1852–1864) and the Arrow War (1856–1860). Pharmacists joined forces with resident gentry, clergy, and a growing contingent of Confucian activists to rebuild local society and reshape national politics. The struggle for authority over the nature of drugs thus continues to shed light on the complex interplay among knowledge, power, and ethics in modern China; pharmacy remains a good vantage point from which to observe the perennial search for consensus over the political administration of human nature.

The research aims to uncover the potential and management Cultural Landscape PuraBatukaru (Batukaru Temple)  as the appeal of ecotourism in Tabanan and Bali in general.The study was conducted by the method of data collection and analysis. The data collectionis done by observation, interview (dept-interview), and literature study. The data wereanalyzed descriptively qualitative.The study showed that Pura Batukaru reserve that has been set by UNESCO as part ofthe World Cultural Landscape of Bali can be classified into Associative Cultural Landscape(Associative Cultural Landscapes). More details, namely the associative cultural landscapenuances of local culture (Bali). Cultural landscape nuances of local culture Bali includesthree main components of the environment (human-nature-god) in the relationship andinteraction interdependence known as Tri Hita Karana.Based on the names of palinggih (shrine), namely Pucak Kedaton / Sang HyangTumuwuh, and figures of other gods), stone shrines (natural stone) and communities tomanage these (community Bali Age / Bali Mula and Jero Kubayan), historically likelyHeritage Pura Batukaru already exist on prehistoric times (Neolithic-Megalithik). Then,when the kingdom’s political system (mornachi) introduced by Hindu culture, figures ofkings (royalty) was also honored at the site by building shrines as media for ancestralworship.Cultural Landscape of Pura Batukaru can be classified into Associative CulturalLandscape (Associative Cultural Landscapes), namely the associative cultural landscapenuances of local culture (Bali).
