T The article talks about the electronic business license service provided by the One Single Submission (OSS) application, which has been implemented at the West Aceh Regency's Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP). One Single Submission (OSS) One form of public service implementation that implements E-Government. This paper applied qualitative research methods to investigate the phenomena that occur in electronic services. The study's findings show that licensing services try to use the One Single Submission (OSS) application, as evidenced by several research indicators, including OSS's ease of use, trust in business actors' privacy security, service officers' assistance, the OSS website, and the service's content and appearance. OSS that is comprehensive and simple to comprehend. It may be stated that electronic services implementing OSS have been running properly at the West Aceh Regency Investment and One-Stop Service Office.

This research is to find out what innovations exist in the Public Service Mall of Banda Aceh City, Aceh, Indonesia. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely by describing the results of research and analyzing so that the results obtained from informants are employees of the Banda Aceh City Public Service Mall, employees of the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office and employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service at the Public Service Mall and the community as supporting informants who provide services at the Banda Aceh City Public Service Mall. The results of this study indicate that the innovation of the Banda Aceh City Public Service Mall can be said to be in accordance with the innovation guidelines criteria set by PERMENPAN-RB No. 30 of 2014 which consists of Quality, Transparency, Accountability, Easy, Fast, Proper, Fair and Participatory. So that the results obtained that the Public Service Innovation of Banda Aceh City has novelty or innovation in service.

Public service is a part that cannot be separated from the life of the nation and state. The 1945 Constitution mandates that the state must provide good service to all citizens to fulfill their basic needs. The government is one of the providers of public services must always carry out services that are in accordance with the rules and must know the conditions of those served. In fact, the community is often disappointed with the services provided by the government in terms of licensing arrangements such as long and convoluted service procedures, the issuance of a permit is sometimes not in accordance with the time set. Problem formula What is the quality of public services in the One Stop and Manpower Integrated Services Investment Office (DPMPTSP & TK) in Bone Bolango Regency?                This research uses qualitative methods. Techniques for collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the service quality of Bone Bolango District's One-Stop Integrated Service and Labor Service (DPMPTSP & TK) have been good, seen from the dimensions of tangibles, responsiveness dimensions, empathy (empathy) but on assurance (assurance) dimensions and reability dimensions. corrected because there is still a relationship with the relevant office in issuing a letter of recommendation so that the permit issuance is not in accordance with the stipulated time.

This study discusses the development of human resources of public service providers in Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency. The research is expected to provide an understanding of the current picture of ASN conditions and what strategies are taken by the local government of Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency to improve ASN competence. The method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method by collecting data by interviewing and collecting literature related to this research. The results showed that the development of resource competencies an Investment of the One-Stop Integrated Services Office still needs to be improved, primarily managerial and socio-cultural competencies. This development can be done by making a roadmap so that development can be carried out continuously.

In the organization of the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office of Sidoarjo Regency where there is a cultural clash in the organization, the baby boomer generation has a more rigid behavior in bureaucratic activities and is not following the development of ICT. The millennial generation is very flexible with ICT, is fast paced and wants ease in working in organizations, is bored with routine, and prefers to work behind the scenes. The purpose of this research is to uncover the motive of millennial generation competence in the implementation of electronic-based public services. The research method used is qualitative. Informants are employees of the One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office of Sidoarjo Regency who fall into the millennial generation category of 8 informants. The results of this study that the motive for developing millennial generation competence in the implementation of electronic-based public services is obtained by millennial generation employees in addition to working to meet their basic daily needs, they want to work according to the rules (standard operational procedures) and the applicable system, achievement motives or rewards, and want to develop soft competence and hard competence to be more professional at work

Abstract - The government as a public servant continues to strive to make positive perceptions by continuing to improve community satisfaction related to the various services that can be provided. Community satisfaction is strived to continue to increase by providing the best quality of service and continue to encourage employee performance to be more optimal in carrying out their duties. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and employee performance on community satisfaction in the One-Stop Integrated Services Unit of the Ministry of Manpower. The sample in this study amounted to 45 people where the technique was taken by accidental sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire given to respondents who happened to come at the research location. Data analysis tools in this study used a regression test with a validity and reliability test conducted previously. The results of this study are simultaneous and partial service quality and employee performance have a significant influence on community satisfaction in the One-Stop Integrated Services Unit of the Ministry of Manpower where the calculated F value is 19,042 and sig 0,000. Keywords: Service Quality, Employee Performance, Community Satisfaction

This study aims is to analyze; 1) Public service reform at the Department of Investment and One Gate Integrated Services Gorontalo City; 2) Determinant factors affecting public service reform at the Department of Investment and One Gate Integrated Services Gorontalo City. The research method used qualitative research, data collecting technique by observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that; 1). Public service reform at the Department of Investment and One Gate Integrated Services Gorontalo City seen from structure, procedure, process not yet run well but from behavioral element already showed existence of change of attitude of good apparatus in giving services; 2). The determinant factors affecting public service reform at the Capital Market and Department of Investment and One Gate Integrated Services Gorontalo City need to pay attention to the supporting factors of public service reform related to; 1) the awareness of the police officers in service; 2) rule enforcement; 3) organization; 4) income of employee; 5) human skill and resources; 6) facilities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana sikap aklah yang diajarkam ilmu tasawuf dapat menjadi landasan Pendidikan multicultural. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode penelitian kualitatif fenomenologis, dengan melalui pendekatan wawancara mendalam dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan, serta observasi. Adapaun hasil dari pene;itian ini adalah  desain Pendidikan Multikultural  yang  berbasis Akhlak Tasawuf. Kolaborasi antara konsep pendidikan multicultural di satu sisi dan perilaku sufi  pada ajaran tasawuf dilain sisi. Pada dasarnya kedua unsur tersebut sudah berjalan dengan waktu yang cukup panjang dan telah merimplikasi ke berbagai aspek[1], namun pada bagian ini menawarkan kolaborasi kedua unsur dalam sistim pendidikan multikulturak berdimensi sufi[2] yang dimungkinkan menjadi suatu pola baru yang lebih teduh dan menciptakan kedamaian untuk bangsa Indonesia This study aims to describe how the attitude that is taught by Sufism can be the basis of multicultural education. The method used is phenomenological qualitative research methods, through in-depth interviews and direct observation in the field, as well as observation. The results of this study are the design of Multicultural Education based on Moral Tasawuf. Collaboration between the concept of multicultural education on the one hand and Sufi behavior on Sufism on the other hand. This article will look at the extent to which the Basic Technical Skill (BTS) program has contribut-ed to the spread of admin competence at PT. HAP. By using qualitative research methods. Re-trieval and data collection is done through observation techniques. Observations were made on several employees. The goal is to find out whether the subject has occupied a position that fits the competence or not. Testing is done by selecting subjects who have participated in the Basic Tech-nical Skill (BTS) program. By looking at the change in attitude before joining the program and af-ter participating in the Basic Technical Skill (BTS) program. The results show that basic technical skills have contributed quite effectively to employee competencies, especially for the admin profes-sion, but on the one hand, basic technical skills have not contributed effectively to conflict man-agement in the company.

Organizational Culture is a shared value system in an organization that is a reference for how employees carry out activities to achieve the goals or goals of the organization. This is stated as the vision, mission and goals of the organization. Organizational culture is developed from a collection of norms, values, beliefs, hopes, assumptions, and philosophies of the people in it. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the Organizational Culture of the One-Stop Integrated Investment and Services Office of Riau Province and to analyze the obstacles in the Organizational Culture of the Department of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services of the Riau Province. In this study the authors use the concept of theory according to Jerald Greenberg and Robert A. Baron (2010: 36) suggesting that there are seven elements that show the characteristics of organizational culture, among others, innovation, stability, orientation to people, orientation to results, being calm , attention to details, orientation to collaboration

This study discusses the use of public service innovationsby the Sumbawa Regency Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID) in an effortfacilitate the process of monitoring and making policy on material price inflationbasic needs and essential needs in the district of Sumbawa. This innovation is given a nameSIANDINI (Inflation Early Warning Information System) which is an application in the fieldgovernance and public services that process realtime price info on the wholesale markettraditional and modern markets in Sumbawa Regency along with analysis and recommendationsfor Local Government, Community, and Private sector. The purpose of this study is toknow the results and description of the use of the SIANDINI application in an effortpolicy making that remains effective and right on target. This research usestype of qualitative research methods - descriptive using the collection techniqueinterview data, observation and documentation. Results of the SIANDINI application researchsucceeded in producing achievements, namely providing ease of use of the application tousers, namely the government and society, so the use of the SIANDINI applicationhelp provide information on prices of basic necessities to the public and asdecision support tool for controlling inflation by the government.
