The new type of coronavirus, called COVID19, which began to spread all over the world, caused a pandemic. According to the 24th March data, there is no cure for this viral acute respiratory disease, which caused 17,147 deaths. Healthcare professionals use medications used in previous coronavirus-induced diseases to relieve symptoms in treatment. Researchers, on the other hand, evaluate the comparative effects of these drugs and try to find a new drug or vaccine. We are publishing a study that biotechnological combinations of used and non-toxic effective drugs can be an effective approach to the disease.

Severe acute respiratory disease coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) which causes corona virus disease (COVID-19) was first identified in Wuhan, China in December 2019 and has since led to a global pandemic. Importations of SARS-CoV-2 to Israel in late February from multiple countries initiated a rapid outbreak across the country. In this study, SARS-CoV-2 whole genomes were sequenced from 59 imported samples with a recorded country of importation and 101 early circulating samples in February to mid-March 2020 and analyzed to infer clades and mutational patterns with additional sequences identified Israel available in public databases. Recorded importations in February to mid-March, mostly from Europe, led to multiple transmissions in all districts in Israel. Although all SARS-CoV-2 defined clades were imported, clade 20C became the dominating clade in the circulating samples. Identification of novel, frequently altered mutated positions correlating with clade-defining positions provide data for surveillance of this evolving pandemic and spread of specific clades of this virus. SARS-CoV-2 continues to spread and mutate in Israel and across the globe. With economy and travel resuming, surveillance of clades and accumulating mutations is crucial for understanding its evolution and spread patterns and may aid in decision making concerning public health issues.

The recent pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has spread so rapidly and severely affected the people of almost every country in the world. The highly contagious nature of this virus makes it difficult to take control of the present pandemic situation. With no specific treatment available, the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) presents a threat to people of all ages including the elderly people and people with other medical complications as a vulnerable group to this disease. Better understanding of viral pathogenesis, appropriate preventive measures, early diagnosis and supportive treatments of the infected patients are now the general solutions to fight against this viral transmission. But, as an emerging disease, most about it remains still poorly understood. This article holds an overview on the origin and structure, pathogenesis, diagnosis and possible therapeutic options for the causative agent, SARS-CoV-2 and disease, COVID-19. However, few therapeutic options, laboratory experiments and other strategies proposed here need to be further clinically tested.

The years 2020 and 2021 are some of the most unusual and memorable in the lives of those on the planet today. The world has been united in its efforts to address and eliminate a global pandemic. The pandemic has heightened our awareness of the intersectionality of class, gender, race, and more, at home and abroad. With health concerns at a zenith, national economies at risk, racial tensions at an all-time high, and environmental concerns looming, we, the people, are called to step up to do our part to bring solutions, resolutions, and conclusions. This moment is not one to sit back and wait, rather a moment for everyone to do their part. We are living on this planet together—each of us has a role to play. What is your role? Do you know?

A sense of nationalism is very important for the young generation of Indonesia to become a developed nation, a modern nation, a safe nation, and a peaceful, just and prosperous nation in the midst of globalization that increasingly challenges the Indonesian state. As a nation and a state in the midst of other nations in the world, a high national identity is needed from its citizens, especially among the young generation of Indonesia. The spirit of nationalism is still needed by the existence of the Indonesian people and the state. High nationalism from citizens or the younger generation will create positive and best behavior for the nation and state. In the current era of globalization, there are factors that cause the waning of the spirit of nationalism among the younger generation. This can be seen from several benchmarks, namely the lack of youth understanding of cultural values. Teenagers are now more likely to follow western culture which is very far in comparison with the norms and customs of the Indonesian nation, The main cause of the fading spirit of nationalism and nationality from the next generation of the nation is mainly due to the wrong and uneducational examples shown by the older generation or the elderly who tend to prioritize interests individuals and groups rather than prioritizing the interests of the nation and the people. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection using literature studies based on the sources read.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) emerged in December 2019 in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei province, China. While the outbreak in China is almost over, this highly contagious disease is currently spreading across the world with a daily increase in the number of affected countries, confirmed cases, and infection-related deaths. In January, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared that the outbreak of COVID-19 constituted a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). Based on the high levels of global spread and the severity of COVID-19, on 11 March 2020, the Director-General of the WHO declared the COVID-19 outbreak a pandemic. COVID-19 is an acute respiratory disease caused by a newly emerged zoonotic coronavirus. A positive-sense enveloped single-stranded RNA virus, named Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), has been isolated from a patient with pneumonia and connected to the cluster of acute respiratory illness cases from Wuhan. The virus is transmitted from human to human via droplets coughed or exhaled by infected persons and by touching droplet-contaminated surfaces or objects and then touching the eyes, nose, or mouth. Population groups that have been more frequently reported as having severe disease and a higher mortality rate include people aged over 60 years, males, people with underlying conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer. Current estimates suggest a median incubation period of five to six days for COVID-19, with a range of one to 14 days. Disease-specific pharmaceuticals and vaccines are still under research and development. The therapeutic use of convalescent plasma donated by patients recovered from COVID-19 might play a role in the efforts to find a possible treatment for COVID-19. Keywords: Coronavirus, COVID-19, WHO, SARS-Cov-2, Zoonotic.
