<p><em>This article was written to evaluate the role of government and Kudus government to service for Hindus in Kudus. Data of this research was gathered through interview, forum group discussion, observation and descriptive qualitative approach. There are several things can be done by Kudus government: (1) facilitating the establishment of puraas a worship place for Hindus in Kudus, (2) recruiting teacher for Hinduism in schools, (3) enacting bylaws on informal religious education for all religions. These policies are actually continuing the spirit of tolerance, the legacy of Sunan Kudus. Respecting people despite their religion and ethnic is a manifestation of faith in God.  </em></p>

As part of inclusion education, Education for All (EfA) or Pendidikan untuk Semua (PuS) has six main programs, including the inclusion program of Early Childhood Education (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini or PAUD). This article is compiled based on a qualitative approach, which is a type of field research and presented descriptively. This article highlights the role of Shadow Teacher as one of the main keys to the success of inclusion education in PAUD Terpadu Inklusi Bina Insan Kreatif (BIK) in Tasikmalaya city. The findings of the article show that Shadow Teacher has a variety of relatively different roles and responsibilities than class teachers. But it plays a big role in helping the success of learning carried out by class teachers, especially related to Children with Special Needs (Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus or ABK). In undergoing its roles and responsibilities, Shadow Teacher applies various strategies to assist the development of ABK students, in the academic, non-academic and self-developed fields. Furthermore, the PAUD Terpadu Inklusi BIK institute has such a crucial policy related to improving the quality, qualifications and competency of Shadow Teacher that it can provide better inclusion education services for ABK students in particular, and for other stakeholders in general.

Internal accountants has critical leverage to encourage hospitals to be involved in activities such as social or corporate social responsibility.This study aims to examines the role of internal accountants in the implementating of corporate social responsibility at RSUD Moh. Anwar Sumenep District. Research uses descriptive (qualitative) approach to interpret and describe data that obtained from observation, interview and documentation. This research concludes that RSUD Moh. Anwar Sumenep District does not have a clear standard about corporate social responsibility. Its only depends on the willingness of the organization, not an obligation to disclose in hospital financial statements. Internal accountant who is in charge of performing systematic and objective analysis and assessment on the operation and control of company's activities is needed to encourage companies to carry out social responsibility. Researcher suggest that governments needs to increasing their concern toward this issues whether in the form of programs, policies, regulations or awards of the social environment.Keywords: Internal Accountant, Corporate Social Responsibility, Hospital

Abstract: This research is executed as a mean to describe the role of schoolCommittee toward madrasah’s management process in Public MadrasahTsanawiyah (MTsN) Karang Intan Banjar Regency, specifically on their role asadvisory agency, supporting agency, controlling agency, and as a mediator. Thisresearch uses descriptive qualitative approach. Penelitian in imenggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan komite sekolah dan para guru. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komite sekolah memiliki peran yang penting dalam proses pengelolaan madrasah, terutama dalam mengelola fasilitas dan infrastruktur, keuangan, kemahasiswaan, kurikulum, personalia, dan hubungan kemasyarakatan.Kata Kunci: komite sekolah, proses pengelolaan madrasah, MadrasahTsanawiyah Negeri (MTs)

[ID] Untuk mengetahui tercapai atau tidaknya suatu tujuan  program perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap implementasi program tersebut, baik pelaksanaan program maupun hasilnya. Evaluasi diperlukan untuk mengukur tingkat efektivitas mekanisme program dari pembiyaan dan apakah efektivitas bila dilihat dari hasil pembangunannya, disamping itu akan diketahui sejauhmana peran pemerintah melalui Kepnmen PUPR No.348/KPTS/M/2015, sebab untuk beberapa tahun kedepan kebijakan pembangunan perumahan MBR ini masih relavan dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas program. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang didukung oleh data  dari hasil kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi lapangan, serta data dari kajian dokumen dan telaah pustaka. Perhitungan efektivitas dilakukan dengan melakukan pembobotan menggunakan skala Likert yang didasarkan pada kriteria efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum efektifitas Implementasi Program Perumahan Bersubsidi bagi MBR mendapat nilai 80% yang berarti Efektif. Evaluation is needed to measure the effectiveness of the program mechanism of financing and whether the effectiveness when viewed from the results of its development, besides that it will be known to what extent the role of government through the Ministry of PUPR No. 348 / KPTS / M / 2015, because for the next few years the MBR housing development policy is still relavan implemented. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the program. The approach used in this research is a quantitative and qualitative approach which is supported by data from the results of questionnaires, interviews and field observations, as well as data from document review and literature review. The effectiveness calculation is done by measuring the Likert scale based on the effectiveness criteria. The results shows that  Effectiveness of Subsidied Housing Programs Implementation at a rate of 80% which mean generally Effective.

The Planting of Islamic Religious Education Values ​​in the Formation of Environmental Concerned Characters is a process to be achieved by educational institutions because by planting these noble values, one can know the extent to which students' awareness of caring for the environment by looking at the character development that grows in themselves gradually. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. In this study using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The source of data in this study is primary data that is data obtained through observation and interviews with informants, while secondary data is obtained through documentation. Based on the results of the study showed that the inculcation of Islamic religious education values ​​in the formation of environmental care characters in Syabab Al-Fatih Sri Mulya Middle School, Pampangan District, Ogan Komering Ilir District was sufficient because the training, guidance, and learning efforts undertaken by all school members were able shape the character of caring for the environment through religious activities, SEMUTLI cleanliness program, and clean Friday conducted at school Likewise, factors that influence the formation of character consisting of internal and external factors. And also, can’t be separated from the role of teachers, students, the environment, and parents, who provide positive guidance and direction to foster the character of environmental care in students.

This study aims to describe the representation of sex education in the film Dua Garis Biru by director Gina S. Noer. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method uses Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis with two-way significance and the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The subjects of this study are Dara and Bima, the object of this study is a sign of sex education represented in scenes, dialogues, and characters in films. Methods of data collection by observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The film Dua Garis Biru tells the story of how Dara and Bima, two teenagers, must be responsible for the consequences that they did not think of before due to free sex. This film also illustrates the important role of parents in communicating information about sex to children. The results of this study indicate that there is a picture of sex education in the film Two Blue Lines. It was concluded that the side or form of sex education is displayed in scenes, dialogues, or characters that insert the importance of knowing sex education and knowing the consequences of every action related to sex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan representasi pendidikan seks  dalam Film Dua Garis Biru karya sutradara Gina S. Noer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes dengan signifikan dua arah dan pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dara dan Bima, objek penelitian ini adalah tanda pendidikan seks yang direpresentasikan dalam adegan, dialog, dan karakter dalam film. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Film Dua Garis Biru bercerita tentang bagaimana Dara dan Bima, dua remaja harus bertanggung jawab atas konsekuensi yang tidak mereka pikirkan sebelumnya karena melakukan seks pranikah. Film ini juga menggambarkan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengkomunikasikan informasi tentang seks kepada anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gambaran tentang pendidikan seks dalam film. Sisi atau bentuk pendidikan seks ditampilkan dalam cuplikan adegan, dialog, atau karakter tokoh yang menyisipkan pentingnya mengenal pendidikan seks dan mengetahui konsekuensi dari setiap perbuatan yang berhubungan dengan seks.

The purpose of this study to describe and analyze the role of government and Sumringah Ngampelsari interests group on waste management basedempowerment in the Ngampelsari village. This study used qualitative approach. The results of this study indicated that the processing and utilization of organic waste is done by simple composting technology. In order to maximize the results of processing waste become compost, the community maintain ornamental plants and medicinal plants. While, inorganic waste to be processed into valuable goods. Waste management based on empowerment is provided by guidance about awareness to the citizens to cultivate their waste and used compost to plantornamental plants, traditional plants and provided of bins in their neighborhood.

The impact of the modernization era on elementary and Kindergaten children can be seen from the intensity of children playing with gadgets, and the low level of literacy in children. This is the background for the presence of the Oemah Dolan organization. This study aims to identify and describe Oemah Dolan's programs and the role of Oemah Dolan in increasing reading interest in children in Kedongdong Village. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with the analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that Oemah Dolan has several programs, namely: book stalls, reading, fun learning, and creativity week.

Public relations plays essential roles in communicating and building image of tourist destinations in order to attract a significant number of tourists. Starting from this consideration, this research investigates the role of hotel public relations practitioners in communicating Yogyakarta as the tourist destination. The growth of tourists arriving in Yogyakarta cannot be separated from the role of hotel public relations practitioners in communicating Yogyakarta as the great place to visit. This research employed descriptive qualitative approach. The data was gathered by conducting interviews with three hotel public relations practitioners in Yogyakarta who have experienced in this field at least one year. Based on activities they did to communicate Yogyakarta as the tourist destination, it can be categorised that hotel public relations practitioners in Yogyakarta play communication technician role by using the beautiful and unique cultures and landmarks as backgrounds to communicate their hotels to tourists, using both conventional and new media to strengthen the image of Yogyakarta.

This study aims to elaborate the strengthening of Islamic moderateism through Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah character education. The researcher describes the behavior of Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah character education practiced by Islamic educational institutions as a basis for strengthening religious moderatism. The role of Islamic education institutions in applying moderate Islamic understanding in this disruption era is necessary. Because, students are faced with conditions of changing the order of values ​​and traditions that are very fast and unexpected. Through a descriptive-qualitative approach, data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Through the frame of character education theory, the data analyzed using the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Apparently, Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah's character education at MTs. Miftahul Huda Bulungan Pakis Aji Jepara was developed through teaching the value of tawassuth, tawazun, tasamuh and i'tidal. The implementation as culture of madrasa, such as the obligation to pray before starting the lesson, orderly running pickets, praying dzuhur in congregation, wearing school uniforms, preserving ancestral culture, familiarizing greetings, sympathetic care routinely for yatama and dhuafa, maintaining the cleanliness of the madrasa environment, and a ban on littering the classroom walls. The limitation of this study has specific scope. That is the focus on strengthening religious moderateism in Islamic educational institutions which are under the shelter of the LP. Maarif NU Jepara Regency. There are still gaps for other researchers to conduct development research outside of that scope.
