The purpose of this study is to describe the management of multicultural education in instilling the value of Indonesian culture through learning in educational institutions to cultivate and instill a variety of cultures, religions and Indonesia, this is an engineering or developmental ideas in learning from the age of elementary school to university, so as to be able to provide the basis of national values ​​(nationalism), tolerance and not thinking and acting radically. This research is a field research with a descriptive qualitative approach with a tool to collect observation data, interviews from several key informants and analyze them with inductive thinking. The development of multicultural education in fostering a spirit of nationalism, and radicalism in radicalism, is carried out through: 1. Integrating moderate Islam by planting the attitudes of tawassuth, tassamuh, and tawazun, 2. Introducing the environment around as plural learning (contectual learning), 3. Instill the attitude of anti-violence truth rahmatan lil alamin These three things as engineering application of material development, are thoroughly integrated in the learning process in the classroom and outside the classroom. Conclusion, Education is carried out programmatically while: 1). Transformation of knowledge through the understanding of contemporary Islam, 2). Adopt good culture (repertoire), 3). Acting in the educational environment with the attitudes of tawassuth, tassamuh and tawazun, amar ma'ruf nahimunkar anti violence 4) Performed in the form of behavior and developing tepo seliro tolerant concepts on all learning processes and 5) Character of nationalism in life (Khoirunas Anfauhum Linnas) . The impact that arises in a timely manner recognizes moderate Islam, fosters the development of nationalism fostering a sense of love for the land as a manifestation of the preservation of Islam rahmatan lil alamin and strengthening the unity of the Indonesian nation.

<p class="05Abstrak">Abstract</p><p class="06IsiAbstrak">The purpose of this study is to find out about the efforts or strategies for implementing teacher professionalism during the pandemic because learning activities are no longer carried out face-to-face but are completely digital / online. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that tries to explore the meaning of teacher professionalism as a step to develop the quality of educational institutions while still adjusting educational goals. The results of this study indicate that the majority of MI Hikmatun Najah teachers can implement their professionalism through online learning properly and right. They still carry out their duties and obligations in a professional manner even though the learning process is online / online. This research also shows that teachers can put their professionalism in accordance with the place and conditions.</p><p class="061AbstrakIndonesia">Abstrak</p><p class="05Abstrak">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang upaya-upaya atau strategi implementasi profesionalisme guru pada masa pandemi dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran tidak lagi dilakukan dengan tatap muka melainkan dengan serba digital/online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mencoba mengeksplorasi makna profesionalisme guru sebagai langkah mengembangkan mutu lembaga pendidikan dengan tetap menyesuaikan tujuan pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mayoritas guru MI Hikmatun Najah dapat mengimplementasikan sikap profesionalisme mereka melalui pembelajaran online dengan baik dan tepat. Mereka tetap melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban mereka secara profesional walaupun proses pembelajaran melalui online/daring. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa para guru dapat menempatkan sikap profesionalisme mereka sesuai dengan tempat dan kondisi.</p>

Motivation to learn is one of the factors that influence learning success. The greater the motivation to learn, the greater the opportunity to achieve learning success. The zoning system is a policy for admitting new students by using the distance between the studeZnt's residence and the school. With this system, the implementation of the admission of new students is no longer seen in terms of value. So the zoning system will undermine learning motivation. Because to enter your favorite school, you don't need high grades and abilities. The formulation of the problem discussed is how the zoning system is implemented in SMP Negeri 1 Majenang, what factors affect student motivation, how is the impact of the zoning system on the learning motivation of SMP Negeri 1 Majenang students. The aim is to provide an overview of the impact of the zoning system on student motivation at SMP Negeri 1 Majenang. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observation. The analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the research on the impact of the zoning system on the learning motivation of students of SMP Negeri 1 Majenang as a whole are still relatively good with a percentage of 65%. Factors that influence student learning motivation consist of internal and external factors. The grouping system implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Majenang makes learning more effective and efficient.

Adolescents in educational institutions are one of the groups of children whose voice is seldom heard, who have fewer opportunities to participate, and face more obstacles when they want to participate. Furthermore, growing up in out-of-home care often increases the children’s vulnerability and endangers their participatory rights in terms of obtaining adequate information on the course of care, the opportunities to participate in decisions relevant to their life and care, the impact on the quality of care, etc. The aim of this paper is to describe adolescent participation from two perspectives: prescribed and formalized in the form of beneficiary councils in educational institutions and in the form of adolescent’s experiences in institutions. A qualitative approach was used, and the data were obtained from focus groups with adolescents, as well as from descriptions of beneficiary councils through online questionnaires. The results shed light on the importance of adolescent’s rights but also on the lack of their fulfilment in educational institutions, especially when it comes to participation. Adolescents’ participation in educational institutions is perceived as limited, characterized by restriction and a lack of choice, which results in decreased motivation for participation. Beneficiary councils, despite being regulated in terms of legislation, are not considered a significant form of child participation in educational institutions.

This research is motivated by the design of curriculum development management which has a strategic position in increasing student excellence.  Improving student excellence is an opportunity for madrasas as educational institutions that can produce a generation of superior, capable, strong character, following the civilization of the times.  Madrasas that have curriculum development designs by taking into account the strengths of students in accordance with their respective potential advantages will provide space and opportunities for students to strengthen their character and excellence.  This research uses a qualitative approach with a field research design.  The results of this study are, the design of curriculum development that is centered on knowledge, the design of curriculum development in madrasas consists of planning based on the foundation, principles, and goals of education with the vision, mission of the madrasa and programs to increase student excellence determined by the educational institution.

<p class="IIABSBARU">Muslims around the world mostly was under the domination of the West in the mastery of science and technology. Establishing educational institutions that are based on science and technology is one of the ways to solve the problem.This study had the purpose to examine the epistemology of science in the teaching system in SMA Trensains boarding school Tebuireng Jombang. Applying the method of field research through qualitative approach and philosophical analyses, this study revealed that SMA Trensains Tebuireng Jombang applied "Islamic Science" in which science is constructed based on the revelation of God. It is meant that in Islamic epistemology, revelation and the Sunnah are the sources which are inspiring for building sciences. It is hoped that the building the Islamic epistemology of science will bear pious Muslim generation in religious field and proficient in science and technology, and it will impact to the glory of Islamic civilization in the future.</p><p class="IIABSBARU" align="center">***</p>Pada umumnya, umat Islam di dunia ini berada di bawah dominasi Barat dalam penguasaan ilmu dan teknologi. Pendirian lembaga pendidikan yang didasarkan pada ilmu dan teknologi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti epistemologi ilmu dalam sistem pengajaran di SMA Trensains di pondok Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan dan dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif serta analisis filosofis, kajian ini menemukan bahwa SMA Trensains Tebuireng Jombang menerapkan Sains Islam, di mana ilmu dibangun berdasar wahyu Tuhan. Maksudnya adalah bahwa dalam epistemologi Islam wahyu dan sunnah adalah sumber yang memberikan inspirasi bagi pembangunan ilmu pengetahuan. Diharapkan pembangunan epistemologi Islam untuk ilmu penge­tahuan akan melahirkan generasi Muslim yang shalih dalam bidang agama dan ahli dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, yang pada gilirannya akan memberikan dampak bagi kejayaan peradaban Islam di masa yang akan datang.

The Madrasa as Islamic educational institutions has a crucial role in promoting multicultural education values ​​so that students avoid prejudice, suspicion, and intolerance. The Akidah Akhlak Teachers at MI Masalikil Huda 2 have a unique way to promote these values, namely through constructivism-based learning strategies. With a qualitative approach relying on the interview, observation, and documentation techniques, the researchers try to answer two important questions; how the teacher's strategy in introducing students to the values ​​of multicultural education and what approaches they use in the learning process in the classroom. Finally, this research concludes that teachers instill the values ​​of democracy, tolerance, equality or equality, brotherhood or kinship, and the value of unity in learning Akidah Akhlak. There are four constructivism strategies in the delivery of multicultural education, namely cooperative learning, conceptual achievement, exemplary, habituation, and role-playing. They also rely on historical approaches, gender perspective approaches, and aesthetic approaches. Thus, the claim that the madrasa is inconsistent in delivering Islamic religious material with a multicultural perspective is refuted by the findings of this research. Teacher certification is one form of implementation of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers by providing teacher certificates to teachers who have met certain requirements, namely having academic qualifications, competence, being physically and mentally healthy, and having the ability to realize national educational goals, followed by an increase in decent welfare. Teacher certification aims to increase knowledge, performance, creativity, and be able to carry out other main tasks and functions related to the teaching and learning process . Based on the background of the problem above, researchers are interested in revealing this phenomenon in a study. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of teacher certification on teacher performance in schools, especially at SMAN 5 Jambi City. This type of research is field research using a qualitative- naturalistic approach . Through this qualitative approach, it is hoped that a picture of the quality, social reality and perceptions of the research objectives will be lifted without being contaminated by formal measurements . The subjects in this study were 60 certified teachers in State Senior High School 5 Jambi City. The required data is obtained through interviews, observation and documentation.

Pondok Pesantren Darul Islah Kertek Wonosobo is a boarding school that holds the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program for students. This program aims to give birth to a young generation of Muslims who have expertise in a field of knowledge and are able to lead community life and entrepreneurship, based on the Qur'an. This research was conducted to determine how the impact of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program was felt by the students at Darul Islah Kertek Wonosobo Islamic Boarding School. The type of research that researchers do is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research on the impact of the Tahfidz al-Quran program carried out by the Darul Islah Kertek Wonosobo Islamic Boarding School on the values ​​of character education for students, they feel a change in themselves in their daily lives in ethics based on the spirit of carrying out Islamic teachings.

This study aims to find out how the mechanism, impact, supporting factors, and obstacles in implementing the community empowerment based on productive zakat in 1000 MSME’s programs. This research is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this research was Lazismu management and the mustahik. This study found that the 1000 MSME’s program was instrumental in helping MSME’s who had difficulty in developing their businesses. The assistance process is important in the success of the empowerment program. The impact of this program is an increase in business results, family income, abilities, knowledge, and skills as well as increased religious knowledge. Supporting factors for this program include the collaboration with Aisiyah institutions to provide assistance to the mustahik. While the constraints faced are not yet optimal implementation of SOPs and the lack of reporting and documentation of 1000 MSME programs

This paper is a field research which examines Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character on Early Childhood Education. This research is very interesting because the Multicultural Education is assessed on the basis of Indonesian character, while Indonesian must have character as Indonesian people. Furthermore, the Indonesian character needs to be applied early on, especially in early childhood education institutions. In addition, this research is the descriptive one with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. In this paper, there are three questions; first, how is the concept of Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character according to SALAM?, second, how are the basic principles of learning model development on Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character in SALAM?, third, how is the implementation of Multicultural Education based on the Indonesian Character in SALAM?. The objectives of this research are: first, to know the concept of Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character on early childhood in SALAM, second, to know the basic principles of learning model development on Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character on early childhood education in the school (SALAM), and third, to know the implementation of Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character on early childhood in SALAM.Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang meneliti Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural pada Karakter Indonesia di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian ini sangat menarik karena Pendidikan Multikultural dinilai atas dasar karakter Indonesia, sementara Indonesia harus memiliki karakter sebagai orang Indonesia. Selanjutnya, karakter Indonesia harus diterapkan sejak dini, terutama di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Selain itu, penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam tulisan ini, ada tiga pertanyaan; pertama, bagaimana konsep Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural pada  Karakter Indonesia menurut SALAM ?, kedua, bagaimana prinsip-prinsip dasar pembelajaran pengembangan model Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural  Karakter Indonesia di SALAM ?, ketiga, bagaimana pelaksanaan Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural pada Karakter Indonesia di SALAM ?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: pertama, untuk mengetahui konsep Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural pada Karakter Indonesia pada anak usia dini di SALAM, kedua, untuk mengetahui prinsip-prinsip dasar pengembangan model pembelajaran di Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural pada Karakter Indonesia pada pendidikan anak usia dini di sekolah (SALAM), dan ketiga, untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural pada Karakter Indonesia pada anak usia dini di SALAM.
