It can be affected by physical activity, nutritional status and food selection behavior based on the level of knowledge. This research aimed to determine the correlation of knowledge, physical activity and nutritional status with the incidence of hyperuricemia of Telaga Biru Public Health Center, Pontianak 2016. This research was a cross sectional which sampling technique is accidental sampling with the number of sample 65 samples. The statistical test used is chi square test. The result of this research most of the knowledge level of respondents in less category (58,5%), physical activity in light category (73,8%) and obesity nutritional status (33,8%). The result of analysis with chi square test showed that there was no correlation between knowledge, physical activity and nutrition status with the incidence of hyperuricemia (p >0.05).  Suggest for the next researcher to do reaserch on respondent with heavy physical activity to see its effect on elevated levels of uric acid.

Malnutrition cause disturbance of processes such as production energy and growth on children. Chidren with age 6-12 years old prefer to watch television. They spend their time more than one hour to watching television and playing a game. The situation caused reducing energy, so can cause overweight.  The purpose of this study was analized the correlation of nutritional status with physical activity. The method of this study used analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampel of this research were 6th grade students at SDN banyu Urip III Surabaya which amounts to 35 students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Physical activity was measured with questionnaire and nutritional status used body weight according to age curve from NCHS. The statistic used spearman rho correlation test. The result showed that p value = 0,00 with α=0,05. It means there is a correlation of nutritional status with physical activity. That situation described about the lack of nutritional status can cause lack of production energy so can cause less agile physical activity and look weak. The recommendation from this study are increasing physical activities beyond study time and increasing the variation of the menu in canteen, so that students can choose nutritious food.

Lack of physical activity and excess energy consumption have an impact on increasing the prevalence of obesi-ty in elementary school children. Furthermore, this condition is often associated with cardiorespiratory fitness. This condition certainly has an impact on increasing the risk of non-communicable diseases. It is necessary to know the nutritional status and physical fitness level in elementary school children so that early intervention can be done to prevent obesity among children. This study uses a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were elementary school students aged 10-12 years in Bali Province. A total of 704 students were selected by purposive sampling. Data collected included the characteristics of respondents through interview methods, anthropometry measurements (BMI/Age), and fitness measurements. Fitness Tests are carried out using the single test method (a walk/run test as far as 1200 meters). Eligibility criteria are students aged 10-12 years, not in illness/disability, and willing to take a fitness test. Data were analyzed descriptively and analyti-cally using the chi-square method. This study found that nutritional status for very thin, thin, normal, over-weight, and obese were 3.6%, 19.5%, 46.1%, 29.6%, and 1.2%, respectively. Meanwhile fitness for less fit, quite fit and fit respectively were 64.1%, 22.7%, and 13.15%, respectively. There is a significant relationship obtained between age, sex, and nutritional status with fitness (p <0.05). It is recommended to improve the nu-tritional status of overweight and obese students as well as increase physical activity among students to im-prove their fitness.

There are still many parents who give MP-ASI early that may resulting in excess nutritional risks in infants. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between an early breastfeeding with nutritional status in infants aged 0-6 months in Posyandu Desa Siwalanpanji Buduran Sidoarjo. This research uses observational analytic design with cross sectional approach. The population was 35 mothers and infants aged 0-6 months. The sample was 32. The Sampling technique using probability sampling with simple random sampling. The independent variable is the provision of early breast milk and the dependent variable is the nutritional status. The instrument used is questionnaire. The statistical test using Mann Whitney. The results of the study were almost entirely of respondents (84.4%) gave early-breast-feeding (MP-ASI) and most of them (59.3%) had more nutritional status. The result of Mann Whitney test with significance level α = 0,05 got value ρ = 0,017 and α = 0,05. Thus ρ <α then H0 is rejected which means there is a relationship between the giving of early breastfeeding with nutritional status of infants aged 0-6 months.Early breastfeeding may cause the baby have more nutritional status and be at risk of obesity. It is expected that health practitioners provide health education related to the the correct procedure of giving MP-ASI, the benefits of breastfeeding, and the risk of more nutritional.   Keywords: early breastfeeding food, nutritional status

The problem of over capacity will also have an impact on the health conditions of prisoners. Sleep conditions, eating patterns, health services that are less than the maximum due to over capacity will certainly have a negative impact on the nutritional status of prisoners. This study aims to determine the impact of Overcapacity Impacts on the Nutritional Status Level of Prisoners in Class II A Penitentiary, Sidoarjo. This type of research is a quantitative correlational analytic survey with a cross-sectional design. The number of samples was 91 inmates. The sampling technique is by random sampling. Data is collected by weighing body weight and height and comparing with ideal body weight. The results showed that the more overcapacity, the nutritional status of prisoners decreased. Room conditions can affect the provision of an unbalanced diet. Thus, that this causes the prisoners to experience malnutrition.
