This study aims to describe (1) Recruitment in Pontianak City Private Christian Kindergarten; (2) Achievement motivation in Pontianak City Private Christian Kindergarten; (3) work discipline of teachers in Pontianak City Private Christian Kindergarten; (4) The effect of recruitment on the work discipline of teachers in Pontianak City Private Christian Kindergarten; (5) The effect of achievement motivation on the work discipline of teachers in Pontianak City Private Christian Kindergarten; (6) The influence of recruitment and achievement motivation together on the work discipline of teachers in Pontianak City Private Christian Kindergarten. This research includes associative research with the approach used is a quantitative approach. The research method used in this study is a method of survey and analysis of research data using correlational study methods. The results obtained from this study are (1) Recruitment of teachers in Private City Christian Kindergarten in Pontianak through selection conducted by the school with the medium category score 107.61, and the obtained frequency is significant; (2) Achievement motivation of teachers in Private City Christian Kindergarten in Pontianak in terms of external motivation, and internal motivation is included in the low category with a score of 121.95; (3) The work discipline of teachers in Private Christian Kindergarten in Pontianak in terms of regular working hours, how to dress and how to work are in the medium category with a score of 144.00; (4) There is a significant influence between recruitment and teacher work discipline; (5) There is a significant influence between achievement motivation and teacher work discipline; (6) There is a significant relationship between recruitment and achievement motivation with teacher work discipline.

The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. This study deals with The Relation between the Discussion Empowerments of Teacher and Achievements Motivation on Teacher Performances in MTsn (Islamic Junior High School) 3 Simalungun. This study is conducted by using descriptive qualitative design which used the correlational research method. The results shows that there are three positives and significances of each variables. 1) There is relationship between MGMP empowerment and teacher performance. It means that the higher and positive the MGMP empowerment, the higher and positive the teacher's performance by providing an effective contribution of 13.82%. 2) There is also a positive and significant relationship between achievement motivation and teacher performance. It means that the higher and positive achievement motivation is the higher and positive the teacher's performance by making an effective contribution of 8.74%. 3) There is a positive and significant relationship together between MGMP empowerment and achievement motivation with teacher performance. It means that the higher and positive MGMP empowerment and achievement motivation, the higher and positive the teacher's performance by making an effective contribution of 22.60%.

<em>This research was conducted to analyze the financial performance of PT Blue Bird Tbk based on financial ratios consisting of liquidity ratios, solvency, activity, and profitability. The research method used is through a quantitative approach. To support this research, data methods were carried out which included literature study and data analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the liquidity and solvency ratio of PT Blue Bird Tbk is quite good. However, the company's activity and profitability ratios show a poor rating compared to the industry average</em>

Training and motivation have an important role for organization or company in achieving its goals. If managed well, they can improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the correlation between: (1) training intensity with employe performance; (2) achievement motivation with the employe performance; and (3) training intensity and achievement motivation on the employe performance. The method used in this research is associative research method, with product moment correlation analysis and regression analysis. The result of this research showed: (1) there is a significant relationship between training intensity toward employee performance, with coefficient value 0.327; (2) there is a significant correlation between achievement motivation toward employee performance, with coefficient value 0,610; and (3) there is also significant relationship between training intensity and achievement motivation simultaneously toward employee performance, with coefficient value 0.625.

The purpose of this study is to determine how relationship and influence of safety, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari. The research method was used with explanatory analysis approach that is explaining the causalistic relationship between variables. Technique of data analysis was used by finding regression and correlation, determination coefficient and hypothesis test, but before it was analyzed, first was done instrument test of research data. Results of this research was obtained there is relationship and positive influence and significant between safety variables, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara by using F test. F test was used to test the feasibility of model in research. Results the trial fo F test showed that regression model can be used to predict employees performance. Test result of t test showed that safety, occupational health have positive and significant influence to employees performance, and work environment have positive and significant influence to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. While safety, occupational health were variables which is very dominant and influence to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. Conclusion, there is a positive and significant influence between safety variables, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara.

<p><em><span lang="EN">This research has purpose to analyze socialization of information technology utilization to taxpayer reporting compliance in Riau Islands either partially or simultaneously. This research method is descriptive with quantitative approach. The population of this study consists of the number of individual taxpayers registered in the Tax Office Pratama Batam, Tanjung Pinang and Bintan Islands Islands in Riau Islands amounting to 322,469 Taxpayers. The sample of the research is taxpayer as much as 298 respondents in Kepualauan Riau area, where the amount of sample of this research is calculated by using slovin formula. The results of the research conducted the test explains that: 1) tax socialization has a positive and significant effect for taxpayers on compliance reporting SPT, 2) utilization of information technology has a positive and significant impact for taxpayers on tax reporting compliance, 3) tax socialization and technology utilization the information simultaneously has a positive and significant influence for the taxpayer on tax reporting compliance, where the contribution of coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) is 35,9% and the rest 64,1% is influenced by other factors not included in this research model.</span></em></p><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis sosialisasi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kepatuhan pelaporan SPT Wajib Pajak di Kepulauan Riau baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari jumlah Wajib Pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Batam, Kota Tanjung Pinang dan Kabupaten Bintan Kepulauan di Kepulauan Riau yang berjumlah 322.469 Wajib Pajak. Sampel penelitian adalah wajib pajak sebanyak 298 responden di wilayah Kepualauan Riau, dimana jumlah dari sampel penelitian ini dihitung dengan menggunkan rumus slovin.  Hasil penelitian pengujian yang dilakukan menjelaskan bahwa: 1) sosialisasi pajak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan bagi Wajib Pajak terhadap kepatuhan pelaporan SPT, 2) pemanfaatan teknologi informasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan bagi Wajib Pajak terhadap kepatuhan pelaporan SPT, 3) sosialisasi pajak dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan bagi Wajib Pajak terhadap kepatuhan pelaporan SPT, dimana kontribusi nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 35,9% dan sisanya 64,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya yang tidak dimasukan dalam model penelitian ini.</p>

The main problem in this research is the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in Bekasi City has not increased which is assumed by Collaborative Governance and coordination that has not been implemented effectively. The research method used was an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach . Research shows that collaborative governance and coordination to simultaneously deliver a huge influence (86 , 2 %) and significant impact on the performance of the organization in the development of infrastructure in the public interest in Bekasi. organizations on the development of infrastructure in the public interest in Bekasi was not only influenced by collaborative governance and coordination alone but there are other variables that come to influence the amount of (13 , 8 %). Partially Collaborative governance in the process of infrastructure development provides the smallest and most significant influence on the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in the City of Bekasi compared to coordination of 34 , 3 %. The dimensions of the Collaborative governance that provide the most impact to the smallest of the performance of the organization in order are the dimensions of the system contexs (13 , 7 %) , drivers (9.3%) and dimensional dynamics collaboration (4.0%). Partially the coordination in the process of infrastructure development has the most significant and significant influence on the performance of organizations in infrastructure development for the public interest in Bekasi City compared to collaborative governance of 51 , 9 . The dimension of coordination that has the biggest to the smallest influence on organizational performance in sequence is the dimension of effective communication facilities (11.5%), the dimension provides clarity of authority and responsibility (8.1%), the dimensions of supervision, observation and assessing the habits of the elements which is contradictory (7.6%) and the dimension of coordination as one of the leadership abilities (0.8%).

This research was motivated by the existence of many students' aggressiveness problems. This research is aimed at finding out: 1) the influence of peers on students' aggressiveness; 2) the influence of parenting pattern on students' aggressiveness; 3) the influence of peers and perception of parenting pattern on students' aggressiveness. Quantitative approach with descriptive correlation was used as the research method. The population in this research was 245 students with 71 samples taken using proportionate stratified random sampling. Questionnaire was used to collect the data. Correlation formula of product moment, multiple correlation, simple regression and multiple regression were used to analyze the data . The result of the data showed that 1) there was a significant influence of peers on students' aggressiveness with the percentage of 12.8%; 2) there was a significant influence of parenting pattern on students' aggressiveness with the percentage of 14.5%; 3) there was a significant influence of peers and parenting pattern on students' aggressiveness with the percentage of 18.8 %.

The research aim of this study is determine The Influence Of Washi Paper Origami Activities On The Of  Children At Kindergarten Aisyiah No.1 Muara Panas Kabupaten Solok The research method used is quantitative approach, this research is quasi experimental design using Washi Paper and control class using conventional media.The collecting data technique was test and the instrument used to collecting data was declaration sheet. Then the data processed by doing t-test. Based on the calculation of t-test obtained that arithmetic greater than t tables shows that there is a significant influence on the Paper Washi Of  Creativity Of Children. Thus it can be concluded that I washi paper Origami  influences the of children’s creativity at Kindergaten Aisyiah no. 1 Muara Panas Kabupaten Solok.

Early age marriages have become widely reported through various media both print and electronic media, because early marriage is one of the causes of divorce in Indonesia. Divorce due to early marriage raises social problems in the community, such as high dropout rates for students, poverty, crime. The emergence of early marriage is caused by the low awareness of adolescents to understand Law number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage. This study discusses the understanding of law number 1 of 1974 concerning marriages which plays a role for adolescents to postpone early marriage in Indonesia. This research method uses a quantitative approach, involving 213 adolescent subjects with an age range of 17-22 years. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire that is the attitude of understanding marriage law, life satisfaction, resilience, and delaying early marriage. Analysis of research data using Spearman RHO correlation and non-linear regression. The results showed that the attitude of understanding marital law plays a role in delaying early marriage in adolescents in Indonesia.
