ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. Strikes with the aim to find out how much influence, Employee Competence, Job Placement, and Career Development, on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. 75 respondents. Questionnaires distributed as much as 75 and can be processed, The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results obtained based on Partial Test (t test) are obtained: (a) there is a positive and significant influence between Competence on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value t count is greater than t table. (b) There is a positive and significant influence between Job Placement on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value of t calculated is greater than t table. (c) There is a positive and significant influence between Career Development on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the value of t calculated greater than t table . Then based on hypothesis testing together (Test F) it can be seen that employee competence, work placement, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And by testing the coefficient of determination (R2)showed that the percentage of the competence of Employees, Job Placement and Career Development to variable affects employee performance in other variables such as mutations, organizational climate, motivation, and others.   Keywords: Competence, Job Placement, Career Development

The purpose this study was to determine the relationship between secure attachment with achievement motivation,  the relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation, and the relationship between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement motivation in adolescents students. The population of this research was students of class X, XI and XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Tebing Tinggi. The sample was 103 students were take by stratified random sampling technique. This study used secure attachment scale, autonomy scale, and achievement motivation scale. Double regression analysis showed FCOUNT  33, 482 with  p = 0,000 (p0,005). The result indicate that there was significant correlation between secure attachment and autonomy with achievement. Patrially, there is a significant relationship secure attachment with achievement rxy = 0,365 with  p 0,01 and there is a significant relationship between autonomy with achievement motivation  rxy = 0,361 with  p 0,01. R2 square value was 0, 527 it means that secure attachment and autonomy simultaneously contribute 52,7% toward achievement motivation.

The aim of this paper is to examine the determinants of capital structure (profitability, size, risk and growth). The sample is composed of 39 Bahraini firms listed in Bahrain Stock Market. The study covered the period 2011-2015. Correlation and regression analysis have been used to identify the relationship between the capital structure determinants and debt leverages (book leverage and market leverage). Correlation analysis aims to identify this relationship at market level and at sectorial level. Regression analysis objective is to anticipate the models characterizing the relationships between determinants and capital leverages. Results of the analysis shows negative significant relationship between profitability and dependent variables, with more significance relationship with market leverage. This relationship is demonstrated in market level and in insurance and services sectors between profitability and book leverage. When the market leverage is the dependent variable this relationship is valid in market level and in banking, hotels, insurance and services sectors. Positive significant relationship has been found between size and both leverages in market level. Similar result is detected on sectorial level in banking, industrial, investment and services when the dependent variable is book leverage. Size-market leverage relationship is positive and significant also in insurance, investment and services sectors. The relationship risk—book leverage is significant only on sectorial level in Industrial, insurance and investment sectors. In term of market leverage—risk relationship, significant relationship is detected in market level and in investment and services sectors. Regression analysis results present a significant linear model reflecting the relationship between determinants of capital structure and leverages.

The Purpose of this research is to process, analyze, prove empirically and discuss: (a) the effect of perfrormance benefits on the performance of Sorong Maritime and Fisheries Polythecnic employess; (b) The influence of motivation on the performance of Sorong Polytechnic Maritime and Fisheries employess; and (c) The join effect of performance and motivation allowance on the performance of Sorong Polytechnic Maritime and Fisheries employees. This research was conducted in September to November 2018. The author collected data through questionnaires and observation for a month. The population in this study is the Polytechnic Maritime and Fisheries totaling 66 people. This study is a study of facts in the form of opinions/opinion, attitudes, experiences or characteristics of people (respondents) as subject data in the form of primary data obtained from interviews, questionnaire and observation, also seconday data. Analysis of research data using descriptive statistics, with a view to finding strong relationship between variables through correlation analysis with regression analysis, by making comparisons by comparing the average sampel data or population. The results showed that (1) Performance allowance (X1) with all the components of its formation had no effect on employee performance (Y), so the first hypothesis stating that performance allowance (X1) affected employee performance (Y) was not proven; (2) Motivation (X2) with all the components of its formation affect employee performance (Y), so the first hypothesis stating that Motivation (X2) influences employee performance (Y) is proven.
