This study aimed to determine the structure and function of healing and charm spells in Makarti Jaya village, Banyuasin District. This research used a qualitative descriptive method. The source of the data was 22 healing and charm spells which are taken from three informants. The data analysis used was content analysis. The results of this study indicated that not all spells mention a name component because some spells do not have a name element but still do not reduce the magical value of the spell, for a name is not a measure of whether the spell is effective. In the component of the opening greeting, The suggestions received in the analyzed spell are aimed at making the spell look pleasing. In the objective component, all spells have the same goal, which is to captivate the opposite sex. Whereas the closing element of all spells uses words from Arabic such as laillahailallah muhamadarasulullah. From the analysis of the seven healing spells and fifteen charm spells, it showed that the spell has a different structure and function according to the verse contained in the spell.

Abstract Disaster management (DM) gets a new dimension with the ratification of Law No. 24 (2007) on disaster management followed some related rules. DM as an thorough effort is started by disaster risk reduction, emergency, rehabilitation, and reconstruction. Based on the authority, DM needs to be in a comprehensive policy level ranging from national, regional, up to the village scope as a front guard of the government, though DM is not only the responsibility of government, where the people have to also actively participate. Pujiharjo Village, Tirtoyudo District, Malang, is one of villages potentially affected by natural disasters, ranging from erosion and flooding. This village as the smallest government unit interacting with the community, has policies that are poured into village regulations (Perdes) about the disaster management with local knowledge to reduce disaster risk. Thus, the community is expected to be tougher because they can anticipate and minimize the disaster risk by breakthrough adaptation, ability to handle and keep the structure, and function certain basic in times of disasters. Even if affected by any disaster, they would quickly rebuild into normal or at least can independently recover. Desa Tangguh (Tough Village) as a national program of BNPB, can also act as the responsibility of a government against people in the disaster management.  Keyword : Disaster Management, Regulations, Village       Abstrak   Penanggulangan bencana (PB) mendapat dimensi baru dengan diterbitkannya UU No. 24 (2007) tentang penanggulangan bencana yang diikuti beberapa aturan terkait.

The purpose of this research is to study the structure and function of the Banjar regionalsongs. Besides carrying out the mission of revitalizing Banjar culture which has begun tobecome extinct along with the times. This research uses descriptive method so the results of thisstudy are the results of research on Banjar by H. Anang Ardiansyah. For accurate andunderstandable analysis data, this study uses an objective method, which is based on the literarywork itself. This method is expected to reveal the form and function contained in the Banjarsong. The structure of the Banjar song by H. Anang Ardiansyah can be changed into two, namely the repetition of parts and repetition with changes. Bait full repeat loop. Repetition withthe changes requested in the repetition of feedback in the first few lines is the same, but inseveral lines after the change in feedback. This research also succeeded in formulating fourfunctions of the Banjar song, namely the function of educating or helping, entertaining, criticizing, and expressing feelings.

Marine microorganisms have unique metabolic and physiological characteristics and are an important source of new biomolecules such as biosurfactants. Low molecular weight surfactants are glycolipids, phospholipids, fatty acids, lipopeptides and lipoproteins, and high molecular weight surfactants are mixtures of heteropolysaccharides, lipopolysaccharides, lipoproteins and proteins. The main general of bacteria that synthesize biosurfactants are Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Acinetobacter, Antarctobacter, Rhodococcus, Halomonas, Alcanivorax, Pseudoalteromonas and Marinobacter. This review examines the structure and function of biosurfactants isolated from marine microorganisms.

Human adenoviruses (HAdVs) are common pathogens causing a variety of respiratory, ocular and gastrointestinal diseases. To accomplish their efficient replication, HAdVs take an advantage of viral small non-coding RNAs (sncRNAs), which have multiple roles during the virus lifecycle. Three of the best-characterized HAdV sncRNAs; VA RNA, mivaRNA and MLP-TSS-sRNA will be discussed in the present review. Even though VA RNA has been extensively characterized during the last 60 years, this multifunctional molecule continues to surprise us as more of its structural secrets unfold. Likely, the recent developments on mivaRNA and MLP-TSS-sRNA synthesis and function highlight the importance of these sncRNA in virus replication. Collectively, we will summarize the old and new knowledge about these three viral sncRNAs with focus on their synthesis, structure and functions.

The mammalian centrosome/cilium complex is composed of the centrosome, the primary cilium and the centriolar satellites, which together regulate cell polarity, signaling, proliferation and motility in cells and thereby development and homeostasis in organisms. Accordingly, deregulation of its structure and functions is implicated in various human diseases including cancer, developmental disorders and neurodegenerative diseases. To better understand these disease connections, the molecular underpinnings of the assembly, maintenance and dynamic adaptations of the centrosome/cilium complex need to be uncovered with exquisite detail. Application of proximity-based labeling methods to the centrosome/cilium complex generated spatial and temporal interaction maps for its components and provided key insights into these questions. In this review, we first describe the structure and cell cycle-linked regulation of the centrosome/cilium complex. Next, we explain the inherent biochemical and temporal limitations in probing the structure and function of the centrosome/cilium complex and describe how proximity-based labeling approaches have addressed them. Finally, we explore current insights into the knowledge we gained from the proximity mapping studies as it pertains to centrosome and cilium biogenesis and systematic characterization of the centrosome, cilium and centriolar satellite interactomes.
