This article discusses students' self-management in managing and managing themselves related to time and the achievement of self-goals using a humanistic existential counseling approach. The study was conducted at one of the High Schools in the City of Padang. Which is done on one student. By using data collection techniques with interviews and observations. The results of this study are that the student knows what he wants and sets out what he will do, already knows clearly what goals he will achieve, understands the goals to be achieved by making plans to achieve what he wants

The City

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a direct positive relationship between teachers of public high schools in the city of Lubuklinggau. This study was designed using a survey method and in data collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 38 teachers from Public High Schools in the city of Lubuklinggau. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive direct effect of transformational leadership on innovation. The conclusions from this study are the results of the transformation of effective principals, the innovation of high teachers. Keywords: Influence, Transparency of Leadership, Innovation, Teacher.

Indonesia has a great and priceless culinary potential of the archipelago. The culinary industry sector in Indonesia currently has a vast and increasing market, because this culinary sector is quite promising because it has economic value but still has advantages. Talamak Bowl is a small and medium enterprise (SME) in Bandung that is engaged in culinary specialties of West Sumatra. This business is still not well known by the public and there has been no increase in sales. Seeing the increasing number of culinary industry SMEs in the city of Bandung, it is necessary to have strong and effective promotional activities in offering products to many audiences in order to be superior than the others. Overcoming the problems above, then the design of promotional media is carried out by using data collection methods through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature and the analytical method used is a comparison matrix to form the design concept. After getting conclusions from the method, the promotional media that created are applied to the name card, ambient media, brochures, e-posters and other supporting media. This design was made by combining two concept which is illustration and product photography. This design is expected that the problems faced will be resolved

This article is the result of a typical Palembang wood carving work. Starting from the increasingly few antiques in the antique gallery owned by Ibu Hj's family. Roswati made him intrigued to grow and develop his business since 1974 and to preserve the carving art furniture in the form of Palembang wood carving. Then continued by a similar craftsman in the Home Industry Q Laquer owned by Mr. Jaja is a typical Palembang wood carving art craftsmanship in Kelurahan 19 Ilir. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the process of making Palembang's unique wood carving arts. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The types of decoration in the wood carving art are the decoration that characterizes the city of Palembang as from the motifs of plants with golden, black, and red patterns. The variety of wood carving that is applied to handicraft objects is basically a pure decoration, which functions solely to decorate or beautify. The results of typical Palembang carving crafts include decorative cabinets, chairs, tables, wardrobes, frames, and various kinds of furniture. Through this research by examining how Palembang wood carving art in particular the manufacturing process, is expected to contribute to the people of Palembang City in order to develop and preserve these cultural assets.

This research is based on learning problems that cannot be carried out face-to-face because of the prolonged Covid-19 pandemic condition until now, so learning must be carried out by blended learning or face-to-face distance at private Islamic high schools throughout Palangka Raya to reduce the spread of the virus. Covid-19 continues to increase. For this reason, the formulation of the problem in this study is 1) How is the effectiveness of PAI learning with blended learning models in private Islamic high schools throughout Palangka Raya? 2) What are the teacher's obstacles in the PAI learning process with the blended learning model in private Islamic high schools throughout Palangka Raya? This study aims to describe the effectiveness of PAI learning with the blended learning model and the teacher's obstacles in the learning process at private Islamic high schools throughout Palangka Raya. This research was conducted using the descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya, SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palangka Raya and SMA Nahdatul Ulama Palangka Raya. The subjects of this research are teachers who teach PAI subjects. For data collection using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data validation technique uses persistence and constancy of observation and triangulation. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The effectiveness of PAI learning with the blended learning model in private Islamic high schools throughout Palangka Raya is still not maximized because students' interest and motivation to learn decreases and students feel bored with the distance learning model or blended learning so that the strategy used by the teacher in teaching can not run optimally. In addition, the small allocation of learning time also causes the explanation of the material to be less effective. 2) The teacher's obstacle in the learning process is the lack of student participation in learning. This is because the main obstacles that occur are the difficulty of the signal and the weak internet network that occurs to students. In addition, the limited quota is also an obstacle for students who have economic limitations.

Illumination or manuscript (the art of the book), can be interpreted as a decorative visual work that is containedin the manuscript that serves as a decoration. Basically used to beautify certain parts, especially on thefront page of the script (frontispiece). In ancient manuscripts by Acehnese scholars, various forms of illuminationwere adopted which adopted the local Acehnese decorative style. The beauty of the illumination in thetreasures of ancient manuscripts by Acehnese ulama, especially those contained in the Al-Quran Manuscriptscompiled into a collection of non-governmental institutions (private) in the city of Banda Aceh at this time hasnot been fully touched by studies that lead to visual aspects. Both in terms of comprehensive data collectionto in-depth analysis in the perspective of fine arts. This study aims to examine the visual aspects that focus onthe variety of Aceh’s decoration on illuminations in several Al-Quran Manuscripts from the Pedir Museumcollection. This research uses quantitative research methods, using data collection techniques through observation,interviews, documentation, and data collection. The data that has been collected is then carried out theprocess of identifying, categorizing, and analyzing the data by using the digitizing method of ornamentaldiversity in several Al-Quran Manuscripts from the Banda Aceh Pedir Museum collection.

This research aims to explain and describe the communication role of the Directorate of Samapta Bhayangkara Police of Central Kalimantan region (Ditsabhara Polda Kalteng) in the improvement of Dialogical patrol in the city Palangka Raya. The research methods used are qualitative, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in this research are members of Subditgasum Ditsabhara Polda Kalteng and some of the communities in the city of Palangka Raya. Based on the research of Communication role of Directorate Samapta Bhayangkara Police of Central Kalimantan region (Ditsabhara Polda Kalteng) in the improvement of Dialogical patrol in the city Palangka Raya is good enough, but the response from the community in Provide information still not good. Researchers have indicated that the Directorate of Samapta Bhayangkara Polda Kalteng in this matter through Subdit Gasum as a patrol officer has been doing its role in patrolling as a preventive effort and minimize the disturbance of the Kamtibmas well. However, in the implementation of police patrol tasks get barriers from the community in the form of lack of responses and information provided by the community itself to support the situation of the environment that remains conducive.

Bermula dari semakin sedikitnya barang antik di galeri antik milik keluarga Ibu Hj. Roswati membuat beliau tergugah untuk menumbuhkembangkan usahanya tersebut sejak tahun 1974 serta melestarikan kembali kerajinan seni ukir berbentuk mebel dengan ukiran kayu khas Palembang. Kemudian diteruskan juga oleh seorang pengrajin serupa di Home industri Q Laquer milik Bapak Jaja merupakan kerajinan seni ukir kayu khas Palembang di Kelurahan 19 Ilir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta mendeskripsikan proses pembuatan kerajinan seni ukir kayu khas Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Ragam hias pada kerajinan seni ukir kayu tersebut ialah ragam hias yang mencirikhaskan kota Palembang seperti dari motif tumbuh-tumbuhan dengan corak warna kuning emas, hitam, merah. Ragam hias ukir kayu yang diterapkan pada benda-benda kerajinan pada dasarnya adalah ragam hias murni, yang berfungsi semata-mata untuk menghias atau memperindah. Hasil karya kerajinan seni ukir khas Palembang tersebut diantaranya berupa lemari hias, kursi, meja, lemari pakaian, bingkai, dan aneka macam mebel. Melalui penelitian ini dengan mengupas bagaimana seni ukir kayu khas Palembang khususnya proses pembuatannya, diharapkan dapat memberi kontribusi kepada masyarakat Kota Palembang agar bisa mengembangkan dan melestarikan aset budaya tersebut.Kata kunci : Seni Ukir Kayu, Ragam Hias, Palembang

Panitia Pengawas Pemilu atau biasa disebut Panwaslu merupakan salah satu penyelenggara Pemilu yang memiliki tugas dan kewenangan untuk mengawasi pemilu, pada penyelenggaraan pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur di Banten 2017. Panwaslu Kota Tangerang sebagai salah satu penyelenggara pemilu memiliki tugas dan wewenang untuk mengawasi jalannya pemilihan diwilayah Kota Tangerang. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran Panwaslu Kota Tangerang dalam Pengawasan Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Banten 2017. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan juga studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Panwaslu Kota Tangerang dalam pengawasan pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Banten 2017 telah melakukan tugasnya sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, namun dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya mengalami memiliki hambatan. Panwaslu mengawasi KPU, peserta pemilu dan pemilih dengan cara mengikuti setiap tahapan pemilihan yang ada dan juga Panwaslu memiliki lembar laporan yang akan menjadi acuan dalam melakukan segala tindakan atau memberikan rekomendasi kepada KPU. selain itu juga panwaslu mengawasi pemilih, dalam mengawasi pemilih itu sendiri seperti mengawasi daripada netralitas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Panwaslu juga mengingatkan serta memberikan peringatan terhadap ASN terlebih dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya netralitas ASN dalam pemilu, namun yang terjadi masih saja ditemukan pelanggaran yang dilakukan dan Panwaslu hanya dapat memberikan surat peringatan atau melakukan pemanggilan namun tidak dilakukan sanksi apapun terhadap pelanggar tersebut. The Election Oversight Committee or commonly called Panwaslu is one of the organizers of the Election who has the duty and authority to oversee the election, in organizing the election of Governor and Deputy Governor in Banten 2017. The Tangerang City Election Supervisory Committee as one of the election organizers has the duty and authority to oversee the election in the City Tangerang. The purpose of this research was to describe the role of Tangerang City Panwaslu in Supervising the Election of Banten Governor and Deputy Governor of 2017. The approach used in this study was descriptive qualitative research using data collection techniques in the form of interviews and document studies. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Panwaslu of the City of Tangerang in the supervision of the election of the Governor of Banten and Deputy Governor of 2017 has carried out their duties in accordance with the laws and regulations, but in carrying out their duties they have obstacles. The Election Supervisory Committee oversees the KPU, election participants and voters by following each election stage and Panwaslu has a report sheet that will become a reference in taking all actions or providing recommendations to the KPU. besides that the Election Supervisory Committee oversees the voters, in overseeing the voters themselves such as overseeing the neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Panwaslu also reminded and warned against ASN especially by providing socialization on the importance of ASN neutrality in elections, but violations were committed. ABSTRAKArtikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13 & Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. To discuss these problems, the approach method used is normative juridical, with the specifications of analytical descriptive research, data collection methods: documentation and literature study, while the data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the existence of a modern shop in Semarang City has fulfilled several provisions in the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007, which has not been fulfilled are:provisions in Article 13 and provisions Article 15 of the Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007.Keywords: Study, Normative, Modern Shop, Semarang City.

This study was conducted to determine the level of academic quality compliance of public secondary high schools and its predictors as input to strengthen institutional profiling. The respondents of the study were 167 teachers and school managers in (9) public secondary junior high schools in the City Schools Division of San Jose del Monte Bulacan for the School Year 2017-2018. The descriptive research design was used employing the predictive technique in determining the influence of respondents’ profile, institutions’ profile variables and the management capability factors as the academic quality compliance of the schools. The findings revealed that the schools’ academic quality compliance on leadership and governance is predicted by the NAT (Beta = .431), promotion rate (Beta= 1.170), and enrollment rate (Beta = .747). The management capability on quality instruction predicts the schools’ academic quality compliance on curriculum and learning (Beta = .971) and the academic quality compliance on accountability and continuous improvement is influenced by the management capability on quality instruction. The promotion rate of the school predicts the academic quality compliance of the school in the area of management of resources (Beta =.671). The hypothesis stating that the respondent's profile, institutional profile, and management capability, singly or combination predict the schools' academic quality compliance is partly sustained.
