Community service carried out through the Science and Technology Program for the community aims to empower the potential of the Bulan and Tuna Tomini groups in Tanjung Kramat which are located in coastal areas with the livelihood of the people who are tuna fishermen. The main problems of the two partners are related to the processing, production, and marketing of products. The target of this program is the establishment of a business unit that develops food products from tuna fish. In particular, the program aims to train two partners, namely the Bulan and Tuna Tomini to produce tuna fish abon. Training will be given starting from production techniques, packaging, marketing, to business management techniques. The method that will be applied to achieve the goals/targets is a combination of several approaches, namely through counseling, training, mentoring, as well as providing production equipment assistance. The results achieved in this activity are the Bulan and Tuna Tomini groups who have understood and possessed entrepreneurial skills, more structured business management, addition of flavored tuna fish, which are spicy and sweet spicy flavors and marketing expansion through packaging innovation, and PIRT license

Desa Bendar dikenal sebagai desa Nelayan karena mayoritas penduduk Desa Bendar adalah nelayan dengan jumlah sebesar 55,7% atau 880 orang. Root of problem yang dihadapi oleh Desa Bendar, Kecamatan Juana, Kabupaten Pati adalah banyaknya hasil tangkapan ikan para nelayan serta sumber daya manusia yang belum terberdayakan secara maksimal, sehingga belum dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat baik secara kelompok maupun individu di Desa Bendar. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah KUB Mina Melati. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati masih menerapkan manajemen tradisional. Rendahnya pengetahuan anggota KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati menjadi salah satu penyebabnya terutama dalam hal proses produksi dan pengolahan kerupuk yang baik dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan workshop teknik-teknik produksi kerupuk, serta praktik produksi kerupuk. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat Desa Bendar dapat menghasilkan produksi kerupuk ikan yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Apabila nilai jual dari hasil pengolahan kerupuk ikan tinggi, maka penghasilan warga akan meningkat, dan selanjutnya memberi dampak kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Bendar dan menjadikan Desa Bendar sebagai Desa Sentra Kerupuk Ikan. Kata kunci: Desa Nelayan, Kerupuk Ikan,Pemberdayaan. Abstract Bendar Village is well- known as a Fishing Village because the majority of Bendar Village residents are fishermen with a total of 55.7% or 880 people. The root of the problem faced by Bendar Village, Juana Subdistrict, Pati Regency was the number of fish catches of the fishermen and human resources that have not been maximally empowered yet, so that they have not been able to improve the welfare of the community yet both individually and in groups in Bendar Village. The partner in this service was KUB Mina Melati. In running its business, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati still applied traditional management. The low knowledge of members of KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati was one of the causes, especially in terms of good cracker production and processing and business management. The activities carried out by this service were training and workshops on cracker production techniques, as well as cracker production practices. With this community service program, it is hoped that the people of Bendar Village can produce fish crackers that have a high selling value. If the selling value of fish cracker processing results is high, the income of citizens will increase, and subsequently, have an impact on improving the welfare of the people of Bendar Village and making Bendar Village a Center Village of Fish Crackers. Keywords: Fishing Village, Fish Crackers, empowerment.

This community service aims to increase insight into the use of goat manure as fertilizer mixed with dolomite with very minimal expenditure of money using equipment provided by the USU Community Service Team in 2019 which was carried out in Persadanta Village, Barusjahe District, Karo District. The specific target of this service is to increase the productivity of agricultural products related to the use of fertilizers and be able to sell them to other communities, so as to increase community income for the achievement of a prosperous community, especially farmer groups in the village. So far, the people directly use goat manure as fertilizer for their plants. This is very detrimental to the community because the process is long to be able to become fertilizer and reduced nutrient elements that are poured into plants openly. Besides the use of dolomite mixed with goat manure is very good because dolomite is very much and easily obtained in Tanah Karo. Therefore, it is necessary to give insight and knowledge to the community, especially the Rumah Rih Hamlet Village Group Persadanta Village about the use of goat manure mixed with dolomite. So that people who have been buying fertilizer at a high price can manage it themselves by using the goat manure grinding equipment with the method to be implemented, namely counseling, training, direct practice and work evaluation.

Tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan kesadaran pentingnya wirausaha dan memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya media tanam terutamanya menyangkut pH, kelembaban dan intensitas cahaya pada tanaman hias. Metode yang dipakai guna mencapai tujuan yang dimaksud adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan media tanam, penggunaan pH meter dan moisture meter. Penanaman bibit baru yang sudah disesuaikan dengan media tanam sesuai syarat hidup masing-masing tanaman hias. Hasil menunjukan bahwa Pelatihan perbaikan media tanam dengan menggunakan pH meter dan moisture meter mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra akan pH tanah, kelembaban tanah dan intensitas cahaya beserta peranannya bagi kehidupan tanaman hias. Mitra dapat memilih dan mencampur masing-masing media tanam yang disesuaikan dengan jenis tanaman yang diusahakan. Pendampingan diperlukan lebih lanjut terutama menyangkut teknik manajemen tanaman hias karena penataan didalam lokasi usaha petani masih bercampur. ABSTRACT The main purpose of this community service activity is to grow and develop an awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship and provide an understanding of the importance of planting media, especially regarding pH, humidity, and light intensity in ornamental plants. The methods used to achieve the intended objectives are counseling, training, and assistance in the planting media, using pH meters and moisture meters. Planting new seeds that have been adapted to the growing media according to the life requirements of each ornamental plant. The results showed that training to improve planting media using a pH meter and moisture meter was able to increase partners' knowledge of soil pH, soil moisture, and light intensity along with their role in the life of ornamental plants. Partners can choose and mix each planting medium according to the type of plant being cultivated. Further assistance is needed, especially regarding ornamental plant management techniques because the arrangement in the farmer's business location is still mixed.

Lakso is one of product’s traditional that made from rice flour served with coconut milk, than mixed of fish meat. Lakso always provided available in stores, events, hotels. Stage of make it from preparation of materials, mixing, molding, make kuah lakso, and ready for eating. Lakso is selling at a price of Rp.3.000 sd. Rp. 5.000 per portion and sell for drying lakso at Rp. 80,000 /kg. Objectives of IbM, to improve quality and production capacity, so be able to improve at partner business management. From survey in 5 month ago, production in lakso has not been met and can not be enough for 75-80% wet’s lakso and 1% for dry’s lakso per month. Issues on partners, there are the production equipment, moulding of lakso and drying (heating from Sun). Other issues concerning the management of lakso provision, or sales. The achievements produced, the cooperation of UKM’s Pak Umar with Polmanbabel, implementation for Polmanbabel’s Tri Dharma that supply machine’s drying for capacity at 4 - 5 kg (rotary rak’s tray system, and aluminum material), research and Community Service by Lecturers and students. The results of activities are understanding, operation and maintenance of production in machine’s provided. the achievement of percentage for drying lakso until 80% and lakso able to survive up to 3 months. Lakso’s dry is able to eat by steaming process.

This Community Service Program aims to empower the people of Cileuksa Village to improve the community's economy through MSMEs. Cileuksa Village is one of the villages in Sukajaya District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. In the village of Cileuksa there is also a lack of awareness in managerial business management and tax aspects of MSMEs. Success in managing a business is largely determined by the expertise of business actors in obtaining sources of capital and procedures for managing finances, plus knowledge in terms of regulations such as taxation and related rules in the MSME business sector, such as MSME taxes and regulations regarding goods for consumption must be fulfilled and implemented. Limited knowledge is one of the challenges that must be faced by rural communities in managing their business, so that village MSME businesses can run, it is necessary to have socialization on how to obtain and manage MSME capital and know taxation.

The Community Service aims to empower the local potential of Paser Regency through the development and application of science and technology in the food sector. The partners are the Forest Farmers Group (KTH) and the Tahura Lati Petangis Farmer Women's Group (KWT) of Paser Regency. The main problem is that the potential of toman fish (Channa micropeltes) has not been maximized to become feature products and unique processed products of the Paser regency. The method used to achieve the objective is training and mentoring in the manufacture of shredded toman fish through tutorials and demonstrations. The result shows that the partners have understood and have entrepreneurial skills, especially shredded toman fish. At the end of the activity, the service team donated floss production equipment.

Banyak dari masyarakat dan yayasan islam nurul amal yang belum memahami secara utuh tentang strategi dan kemandirian dalam berwirausaha. Perkembangan zaman membuat dunia usaha semakin berkembang dan membuat pelaku usaha harus lebih siap dalam persaingan dan kompetisi dan bisnis. Inovasi-inovasi bisnis menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh terdapap kemandirian dan keberlansungan dari suatu usaha, hal ini sangat terlihat dan terbuka dimasa saat ini yaitu masa dimana ekonomi dan dunia usahan turun akibat pandemi, hal ini membuat pelaku usaha harus berpikir kembali dan mengembangkan diri serta tenang menjadi sangat diperlukan dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19. Sekarang waktu yang tepat untuk menguji staregi yang sudah di bangun untuk memulai usaha dan akan terlihat kemandirian dari usaha tersebut. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dari sisi bidang kewirausahaan di sektor pendidikan dan yayasan sebagai penopang untuk meneruskan kegiatan yang sebelumnya belum dilakukan atau sudah dilakukan namun belum maksimal ke arah yang lebih baik lagi untuk menunjang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan perekonomian di lingkungan yayasan maupun masyarakat sekitar. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pertemuan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat bagaimana bidang kewirausahaan dalam dunia pendidikan dan ilmu dan pengalaman untuk dapat membuat suatu usaha yang maksimal dengan sistem manajemen bisnis yang baim dab tepat dan membentuk calon pelaku usaha yang memiliki mental dan sikap yang baik untuk melakukan atau memulai suatu usaha agar dapat berjalan dengan baik dan mampu menopang perekonomian mikro yang ada di lingkungan sekitar yayasan islam nurul amal.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Kemandirian, Kewirausahaan, Yayasan Islam Nurul AmalMany of the people and Islamic foundations of Nurul Amal do not fully understand the strategy and independence in entrepreneurship. Coffee is one drink that is very popular with people in the world. Coffee produced and consumed by the Rembang public is called Kopi Lelet. Lelet coffee is typical Rembang coffee. Lelet coffee is identical to the activity of nglelet with the media of cigarettes and the ink uses lethekan (pulp) lelet coffee. SMEs that produce lelet coffee is Cap Cangkir and Cap Leo Lelet coffee. However, both SMEs have obstacles in developing their business, namely: 1) Limited insight and knowledge about management and entrepreneurship owned by Kopi Lelet SMEs; 2) The production process is still manual, not using a machine so the production results are still limited; 3) Marketing areas are still limited in Rembang Regency and conventional with still simple packaging; 4) Financial management is not good, income is still used for daily needs; and 5) Limited capital owned by partner coffee lelet SMEs, especially for the procurement of production equipment. To overcome these problems, the team undertook the following activities: 1) Conducting entrepreneurship training and business management; 2) Facilitating the procurement of coffee grinding machines and packaging presses; 3) Facilitating the procurement of product packaging with attractive designs; and 4) Business assistance for Kopi Lelet SMEs partner especially recording business transactions. The results of these community service activities are:  1) Lelet coffee partners SMEs can implement good business management; 2) Availability of coffee grinders and packaging presses; 3) Availability of attractive product packaging; and 4) Lelet coffee partner SMEs already has a simple bookkeeping.

AbstrakMasyarakat di wilayah pesisir Desa Madello Kecamatan Balusu Kabupaten Barru memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah sebagai tempat budidaya udang vaname skala pembenihan melalui sistem backyard.  Kendala utama yang sering dialami oleh kelompok pembudidaya udang “Pantai Palie” Desa Madello adalah rendahnya kelulushidupan udang yang umumnya terjadi pada fase mysis ke fase pascalarva, sehingga perlu penerapan teknologi tepat guna untuk meningkatkan hasil panennya. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk menyikapi masalah tersebut adalah menerapkan penggunaan prebiotik mannanoligosakarida (Bio-MOS) pada pakan alami Artemia sp. sebagai pakan larva udang untuk meningkatkan nilai nutrisi pakan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode diskusi, koordinasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kelompok pembudidaya udang “Pantai Palie” menjadi mengetahui dan terampil melakukan pengkayaan pakan alami Artemia sp. dengan Bio-MOS, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kelulushidupan udang pada stadia mysis ke pascalarva.  Saran yang diberikan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sebaiknya dilakukan pendampingan lanjutan terkait penggunaan Bio-MOS pada pakan Artemia sp. serta pelatihan manajemen usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia sebagai pengelola pada usaha pembenihan sistem backyard di Desa Madello,Kabupaten Barru.Kata Kunci: udang vaname, backyard, Artemia sp., mannanoligosakarida (Bio-MOS).AbstractCommunities in the coastal area of Madella Village, Balusu District, Barru Regency use their home yards as a place for cultivation vanname shrimp on a hatchery scale through the backyard system.  The main obstacle that is often experienced by the "Palie Beach" shrimp farming group is the low survival rate of shrimp, which generally occurs from the mysis phase to the postlarva phase, so it is necessary to apply appropriate technology to increase crop yields. One of the efforts made to address this problem is to apply the use of prebiotic mannanoligosaccharides (Bio-MOS) in natural feed Artemia sp. as feed for shrimp larvae to increase the nutritional value of feed. The method of implementing the activities is carried out using the methods of discussion, coordination, counseling, training and mentoring to partners. Based on the results of community service activities, the "Palie Beach" shrimp farming group became aware of and skilled in enriching the natural feed of Artemia sp. with Bio-MOS, so that it can increase the survival of shrimp from the mysis stage to post-larvae. The advice given in this activity is that further assistance should be carried out regarding the use of MOS in Artemia sp feed as well as business management training to improve the quality of human resources as managers in a backyard hatchery business in Madello Village, Barru Regency.Key Word: vanname shrimp, backyard, Artemia sp., mannanoligosaccharides (Bio-MOS).

The purpose of this is to increase the productivity of coffee crop husbandman by utilizing appropriate technology that functions for drying coffee. The coffee dryer uses fuel in the form of charcoal which is produced from coffee skin waste which becomes environmental waste. With the application of appropriate technology, the community of coffee farmers can make the process of drying coffee quickly without requiring considerable time. Community service activities are carried out in Tirtoyudo Village, Tirtoyudo District, Malang Regency by applying a coffee dryer oven machine using briquette fuel. The results of community service activities are: (a) the fulfillment of environmentally friendly and inexpensive energy sources for the process of drying coffee for partners in particular and the people of Tirtoyudo Village in general through the use of coffee waste as briquette fuel; (b) the fulfillment of coffee dryer with briquette fuel energy for partners in Tirtoyudo Village so that the process of drying coffee beans is more effective and efficient; (c) availability of standardized packaging production equipment for ground coffee for partners in Tirtoyudo Village so that the quality and price of partner coffee powder can compete in the market; (d) online marketing so that production can reach exports for sales, and (d) the socio-economic activities of the Tirtoyudo Village community become more qualified through small business groups drying coffee beans and processing coffee grounds.
